Just found out that drawing is all about putting lines in the right spots and people don't just KNOW where everything goes. What.

#my entire life i thought that artists could just figure out where things go with like maybe two or three lines tops #so when i drew i didnt really do guide lines or anything like that #i just kinda tried to figure out if stuff was even/placed right by looking #and now youre telling me i shouldve been busting out a ruler ?????#and drawing a billion lines?????#boy was i wrong!#im trying to learn how to draw bc i wanna draw avie with a face for those curious #and i was like “well. you gotta start watching tutorials and stop being afraid to fail."#I WAS ALWAYS AFRAID BC I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS ACCEPTABLE TO JUST. Swirling clouds encircle the summit of Star Reach, stirred as if by a breeze.

No wind blows here in StarClan. Frostcrest settles delicately beside the leader she had in life, curling her tail neatly over her paws.

“She’s hardly more than a kit, Pitchstar.”

“Moonpaw will not fall,” The old, dark bengal replies. His eyes are fixed unwaveringly on the churning, writhing clouds below him. Frostcrest’s gaze drifts to it. A blurry, rippled image of her son floats amidst the mist. He pads along a mountain trail, unaware that the eyes of StarClan are upon him.

Frostcrest’s face twitches, her whiskers tightening.

“After all,” Pitchstar continues, “she has her brother with her.”

[You don’t even need to be good at art to draw blorbos or things you like because I spent the past hour painting on a physical piece of paper and it looks abstract in a way that leans towards being ugly and unskilled in technique, but that doesn’t really matter because it was fun.]

I really hate all these dumb discourses about Taylor being a billionaire. She is not a cash billionaire- more than half of that reported worth is based of what her music catalog is valued at. Others is her real estate.

It’s so weird when the discourse comes from fans who buy every vinyl and attend multiple shows.

#Merch used to be Bellacanvas which is sweatshop free and based in LA #but UMG merch is handled differently #this was queued but on time #she known to be very generous with all her employees #there’s a reason she’s retained the same people #it’s so weird that billion is where we draw the line #there’s folks who are multi billionaires who made that money off exploiting workers #also 1.1b is hardly even tip of the iceberg #she’s the only one consisting donating to good causes
