About the Paris special...
Me and my friends were disccusing the new miraculous world paris special and a thought crossed my mind, is there any chance Supreme in the alternate Paris is being assisted by the Kwami Null?
For context Null is the Kwami of nothingness, the overaching antagonist of the pv who assisted Gabriel/Richard Sphinx in the discarded concepts, Null desires to revert the world back to it's original state before the big bang.
Little is known about Null's personality from the concepts, except that he is an antithesis for Tikki and Plagg, or Gimmi the kwami of reality, he could give Richard the ability to see insight from the future to assist in his plan of world domination to relieve the pain he felt from his wife's disapearence, he was basically an earlier version of Nooroo .
Tumblr media
Regardless of who Supreme really is(my money's on Fu or The order of the guardians in general), they're rule over the alternate world has turned it into a dystopia with only Hesperia and the resistance rebelling to achieve a brighter future, but another thing to focus on is Supreme put a seal on Plagg and Tikki restricting their free autonomy and more importantly their ability to shift into Gimmi take into account that in the original pv Null was the one who essentially trapped Plagg and Tikki in the miraculous to begin with to prevent their interference in his plan.
Tumblr media
I don't know our theory could very well be a stretch but a lot of discarded concepts from the original pv have been reappearing in different versions such as Felix,Sparrow,Mime etc so it's very possible for Null to make an appearence at some point, he is essentially the antithesis to Gimmi and the concept of an evil Kwami is very interesting and would make sense they are powerful entities it's not possible for all of the Kwami's to be forces of good especially someone who is the exact opposite of Tikki and Plagg the universe should remain in balance that's something that's been continuously said throughout the show, like Tikki and Plagg are opposites to eachother, Null could be the antithesis to Gimmi.
But I lowkey don't have much faith in the series to pull this off properly and regardless of whether or not in the alternate universe or the canon universe hey a girl can dream, I just really wanna see Null so bad.

Hey love.
So i was just tagging a post about morally grey characters and letting them do whatever they want, and it got me thinking that Siri is for sure in that catagory. I mean yeah hes a 🦁 but he was raised by 🐍's. And yes he's charming, loving, caring; a real Patrick Swayze character but i think, because of the way he grew up, he'd be more than willing to go to extremes to protect the family he built.
For example, if someone was becoming a problem (like Snape) he'd always be suggesting ways to 💀 them (i think? in his own way, that was what 'the prank' was). Or if someone was inapropriate to one of the girls, that person would simply disapear. Siri is in 🦁 for his courage and bravery but they're all traits he's developed from the way he was raised, not because he's inherently the hero. Siri is couragous because he's already faced what most wizards are scared of; he's brave because weakness was exploited.
Anyway, i spiraled on this for a little. I love the way you write Siri in GC and wanted to know your thoughts on it 🩷🩷
Oh, I 100% agree with this one. Being a Gryffindor does not exclude you at all from being morally grey. In fact, I think the traits of a Gryffindor are easily juxtaposed with a well-written morally grey character.
While I don't think he'd go into the extremes of 💀 someone for insulting a friend, I do believe he would retaliate in some way, be it a prank or a straight punch in the face.
And being morally grey will never exclude you from becoming a hero. Of course, their story won't be as clean-cut as Captain America's or Superman's who have very strong moral compasses, but it is the depth these stories have that makes the characters even more charming.
Think of names like Loki, Bucky Barnes, Moon Knight or even Din Djarin (The Mandalorian): these characters all started with questionable attitudes, and they were all extremely morally grey if not downright villainous, and even then, with their background and with the world giving them everything to become a villain they didn't (some of them did for a while). They fought against that, and eventually, in their own way, ended up doing good. Not because they were inherently good like Cap or Suppy, but rather because they chose to be like that. And, frankly, I believe that makes them even more compelling.
Sirius is no exception, he was about ready to unalive Peter back in the shack and it was because of Harry (whose moral compass I believe developed from how he was mistreated by the Dursleys and hanging out with Ron and Hermione) who stopped both him and Remus and convinced them they had to take Peter to justice that he didn't yield to those dark desires. A choice that, even though was morally correct, ended up costing Cedric's life, and the comeback of Voldemort.
I mean, there is a reason why he punched Evan with no restriction (GC canon) and did The Prank on Severus (HP canon). Sirius is impulsive and reckless, which goes fairly well with other Gryffindor traits. Even Harry is a bit reckless at times.
I also don't think Sirius is the only one. Remus, while having a stronger moral Compass, also kind of fits into this category, at least when he starts doubting himself and his belonging in the Wizarding World. I mean: Why fight for a world that does not accept you?
And yet he did, he fought for them over and over again, because he believed in change, he had it all to become a villain like Greyback and chose not to do it, and that speaks a whole lot for his moral character, perhaps making him braver than characters who had a clear-cut moral compass since the beginning.
Can you tell I like these dark-leaning characters by now? I feel like it's pretty obvious at this point.
I LOVE writing Siri, I think he's an incredible character and getting to explore his thought processes and emotions in GC has been a delight. It truly fills me with joy that you're enjoying reading him as much as I'm enjoying writing him ૮꒰ ˶• ༝ •˶꒱ა ♡

Pearl and Bone
PART ONE  PART TWO  PART THREE PART FOUR  PART FIVE  PART SIX
The silence was a fractured thing, icy in the air of a palatial human parlor full of fae.   Lucien wasn’t sure which would prove more dangerous; the utter stillness of the Illyrian warrior on the other side of Elain poised for some cue. Rhysand, utterly blank in shock or warning, the air around him promising death and darkness.   Or Feyre, whose face had crumpled at the word mates. “I didn’t”- She shook her head, braid swinging. “Tamlin said it might take time, for a bond to snap in place between us. That we could be married first and the rest would come.” Blue eyes blazing found Lucien’s, “I didn’t know."   Elain scooted forward on the chaise, reached a hand out to her younger sister. “You couldn’t have known."   Feyre clasped her fingers across the low table, the difference between her shining immortal skin and the Elain’s pale grip apparent and painful.   “He was ruined before you ever met him,” Nesta told her, no less sympathetic for the different shape of the feeling. “You couldn’t have changed it.”   Feyre nodded, tight mouthed, looking between her sisters and powerfully managing to ignore Lucien himself, perched between them. After a long moment made longer by the tension that wasn’t leaving the air, for all that the sisters clear affection was there between them, Rhysand clapped a hand on Feyre’s shoulder.
“Why don’t we take a break,” The High Lord suggested, looking only at Feyre. Her nod was enough to break up the talk.   Immediately, Nesta rose from her seat. She strode to the farthest window, eyes away from Rhysand and her baby sister as he gripped her shoulders in comfort and clear affection- enough like how she acted when Lucien and Elain found themselves deep in conversation he wanted to turn back over a thousand afternoons for new context.   Lucien rose himself and drifted to lean near the other window as Elain joined her, the motion unsubtly putting his body between them and the Illyrian. In an odd echo of the motion Elain came to a stop perched sideways, nearly empty teacup clinking faintly as she screened Nesta from the rest of the room but for him.   Approvingly, intrigued- were the Acheron’s ever not up to something?- Lucien slouched into a lazy repose, flashed teeth at Cassian’s watching face.   In meetings between Courts, in stories whispered between the soldiers Lucien had trained for Spring, the High Command of the Illyrian Legions was a goliath. Savage, blood thirsty, fiendishly strategic; a stone cold killer capable of taking out armies single handedly.   No matter how much Rhysand was hated, particularly in the South, no on wanted to tangle with the legions led by this male.   A warm smile for Elain, didn’t make up for hauling Nesta from a fight like a sack of grain. A cup of tea was not a parley- the General was smart enough to be watchful, but he was looking the wrong way.   Feyre had called him a friend.   Then again, Feyre was sniping at the most powerful High Lord in history across the room.   Her laugh rang out, clarion. Had he ever heard her real laugh in Spring? Never after the Mountain. There was a palpable steadiness to her- even angry, even tense, Feyre seemed finally settled in her own skin.    Rhysand’s grip on both her shoulders had softened to an upward caress, tattooed hands tracing her arms. Lucien could practically see those silver bright ties between them without trying- gleaming like stars, chiming and pulling tight as Feyre swore, demanded Rhysand tell her more of the countries involved with Hybern. It was easy to see- and deserved, utterly deserved- that Tamlin could be forgotten.   Neither seemed able to look away, to see anyone else in the room but each other.  But Elain and Nesta weren’t paying attention to the growing heat.   On a napkin pulled taut in Elain’s white knuckled grip, her fingertip smeared with tealeaves, Nesta was writing the same word over and over again.   Velaris. Velaris.   VELARIS. Undeniably a fae name, but Lucien had never heard it. As the High Lord and Feyre discussed the human queens in such passing detail he wondered if Rhysand really knew anything about them, or just wouldn’t share the whole picture, another name joined the list, spilling onto the fine linen border. Rhysand. And then, barely legible and a thousand times more damning: Rhain. Lucien pulled the napkin into a nowhere space, heart thundering.    Neither flinched, acknowledged the sudden disappearance of the cloth from Elain’s hand. The surety- they’d grown utterly comfortable with magic, with how fae Lucien was- did nothing to assuage the roaring danger.   More importantly the sharp edged curiosity as it mixed with pride- they knew something.   And it started with the name of Rhysand’s long dead, deeply feared father, scrawled in tea for some harried purpose.   Lucien had made himself look out the window, but he felt every step Elain took toward him, skirt hissing over cool marble and plush rugs. She still smelled like blood- his, and Illyrian too. The slow drifting flakes of ice outside had ceded to a heavier fall of  snow, blanketing everything in blinding white. It’s light cast her pale as she drew up beside him. Velaris. Rhain. Rhysand.  Twelve generations of Acheron merchants had traded with faery countries. That nothing came and went over or under the Wall was by political ruling, and magical defense. Humans, without a faery presence, were physically repelled. All that could pass between mortal countries and Prythian came by sea.   The Acheron fortune now and historically, lay in a veritable armada.   Nesta and Elain owned ships. Enough for a small army; technically bought in their father’s name and secretly deeded back to them. Inspected for appearances by Lucien’s eyes when they came to port, but handled by Nesta in all the real ways.   Faery goods were the Acheron specialty.   Elain touched the icy glass, as though she could reach through and catch the snowflakes.   “We’ll lend out horses in the morning, try to get the roads cleared,” She said. “I sent anyone who could be spared out to the furthest tenants with food this morning, hope everyone was prepared.”   This Lucien could do: hide what he wanted to say in their human life, wait.   He blew a gust of heath fire air over her, no pause in surprise before she smiled. “I’ll bring around cider, keep off the chills.”   That their old apple trees now grew fruit that could cure many small human ills was an unintended blessing. Warm the hearts of the sorrowful, sooth the coughs from a child’s throat- once memorably, drug Elain and Nesta into a giddy, giggling joy Lucien hadn’t imagined possible- it was worth the danger of magic.   Cool fingertips tapped the back of Lucien’s hand- their signal for talk later- and lingered, Elain’s palm bracketing his wrist.   Her brown eyes were bright when he looked down in surprise- too many emotions tangled in her scent for Lucien to know anything but that Elain Archeron had another secret to tell; tension, excitement, earlier rage running embers through it all.   She simply looked back, smile growing keener.   Lucien thought of blue missives- not written in ink, but something much more flammable. News of the Night Court borders, Nesta burning letters, the sisters dropping the impossible idea of going after Feyre- and grinned.   “Is that a wedding ring?”   Feyre had shouted, looking at Elain’s hand like her sister had accrued some fatal disease.   “Engagement,” Elain replied, perfectly even, perfectly pleasant as she unhurriedly returned to her seat facing Feyre and the High Lord. Anger was a grace about her shoulders- did Feyre really not see it?   “You’re getting married?” Feyre repeated, looking at Nesta. “You’re letting her get married?”   Lucien managed to hide his wince, but only just. He knew Feyre felt responsible for her sisters- that their different skills had created an imbalance that haunted Nesta, especially.   “No,” said Nesta, flatly, “She doesn’t need my permission.”   The blow Lucien was waiting for didn’t come. It should have been easy- Nesta could have stopped Feyre’s fears with a few words: it’s not real. Elain could have explained the lie, the act they’d construed between them for safety.   He himself could have said something but- but, whose idea had it even been? Nesta had told him, but Lucien was sure the sister’s had spent the entire night before that meeting planning. She’d presented him a name, a life, a purpose.   That that life was at Elain’s side was a gift. Feyre was staring at his hands, eyes narrow. The urge to wave the left was neigh overpowering- Lucien rarely even thought of the slim gold ring he wore. He hadn’t chosen it- wouldn’t have picked a confection of pearl and diamond for Elain either. It wasn’t that wedding rings were a thing foreign to fae, or even that he didn’t want to touch that co-mingling of dream and reality.   If Lucien bound himself to someone, it would be impossible to ignore. He was high fae- the bond would live on their skin, show in their eyes, begat power and danger.   A ring was just a glimpse- one that audibly set Feyre’s teeth on edge. — The High Lord of the Night Court had purple eyes.   Not blue, not violet, a true rich, royal purple with shadowed depths in which what looked like actual stars gleamed, twinkling. Eyes where the night sky and dreams lived- across the sea, they called him the Lord of Nightmares.   Rhysand, whose whole body seemed tuned to her sister like a song.   She could write his name now- speak around the binding of Acheron blood. Had their ancestor struck a bargain to a High Lord with those same eyes? He set her teeth on edge, brought goosebumps to her skin if she looked too long.   And if he didn’t remove the violence of that purple gaze from Lucien soon, Elain was going to do something she’d regret.   Elain dug her nails into her palm, and prayed for patience as she faced her baby sister. “Feyre.” She said, “You came here to tell us something, why don’t you finish.”   Surely one stabbing was enough. Surely, despite her real, true joy at seeing her sister’s face again- whole, happy, immortal- they could manage to keep this from being a fight. Much less a fight about Elain’s engagement ring- a false engagement ring- when Feyre herself had fallen in love with not just two faeries, but two High Lords, one after the other.   Feyre, with the stubborn line between her brows as familiar as childhood tantrums, had no such compunctions. “What the hell are you playing at Lucien?”   Nesta set down her tea cup with a crash. Elain didn’t need to see her face- to know well that only Nesta was allowed to spit Lucien’s name like a curse, anyone else was damned for it. She stomped to stand behind Elain before speaking.   “What are you playing at, Feyre?” Her hands were white-knuckled, gripping the back of the chaise. Elain reached for one. “You brought the most powerful high lord in Prythian to our home. Do you know his name cannot be written by mortal hands? That we couldn’t even say the name of the city where you were safe in without choking?”   All Elain really heard was the breathe that left Lucien like he’d been punched.   One more secret- they hadn’t been sure they’d ever be able to tell him. Something about being in the room with Rhysand had allowed the gheas to shift- the promise of secrecy from a fairytale city, told to them by their father, as he learned it from his.   One thing at least, they could thank him for besides their name.   Feyre scowled. “What are you talking about?”   Elain let herself feel the sheer anger- there was so much danger here, she couldn’t even just talk to her sister, whose face alive and well was a happiness complete enough to wound. “Velaris.”   That made the High Lord look at them, finally. He ran a hand through his hair, made a rueful noise out of place in the utter stillness that had taken over. If Rhysand had been playing for human when he walked in, a watchful predator had replaced the obviously false guise. The quietude of that menace took all the air from the room.   “Merchants?” Rhysand drawled, one eyebrow raised.   Nesta squeezed Elains hand and stared right back at the High Lord, head held high. “You’ll find our blood in your charter. Under the High Lord Rhain, on the sanctuary moon.”   “Rhys?” Feyre hissed, her hatred of being left out alive and well across the extreme beauty of her faery face. She looked more like Nesta now- sharper- old features carried over oddly: the freckles on the bridge of her nose bright, but gone from her hands. Taller, more graceful.   Still their baby sister who wanted to protect them, no matter what it did to them all.   But she also wasn’t looking at Elain or Nesta for an answer. “Acheron is one of the merchant families bound to the city?”   Like he’d known it all along- the smug prick, as through he knew anything about their family- Rhysand inclined his head.   Nesta’s glare was going to light the High Lord on fire if they didn’t change the subject soon, and Elain wasn’t particularly inclined to help. This was going to go the way so many talks with men- with lords did- if they couldn’t aim for understanding staying quiet and listening would have to do.   Elain painted on her most charming smile, widest eyes.   “Ships stopped getting passage before we could really learn more,”  She said, real frustration in her voice she didn’t force out, “Is it really as beautiful as they say?”   Feyre visibly softened.   Like a flower opening, Nesta and Lucien slid into the roles they’d made together to deal with the world, symmetry unspoken. Elain had never truly hated it before.   A week previous the hostess of a ball had referred to Nesta as a matron, like she was some guardian of the young, and Elain had explained to Lucien that it was a good thing.   It meant the nobles were accepting that Nesta- a beauty, an heiress, the real heir to their House in a just world- would never marry one of them. Matrons might usually be widows, but they didn’t have to be. Like Elain’s engagement to Lucien, Nesta was safe.   They’d all been safe, until her sister had brought home her new friends. Elain immediately stomped on the thought- Feyre didn’t mean them any harm. It was both the exact homecoming Elain had dreamt of, and feared. Her sister, so damned different and utterly the same it hurt.   She didn’t need to look to see Nesta’s perfect posture or quick steps bringing her to Elain’s side- that cold grace that high born humans took as impugnable. Anger only showed in her eyes, and from the day they’d had so far, wouldn’t be questioned.   At the same time, Lucien slouched closer, with confident insouciance that brought every eye to the room on him. Drawing fire.   “Beautiful,” Feyre agreed, perhaps grateful for the question, “The walls have stood for thousands of years. It’s safe, not like anything on this side of the Wall.”   “I could show you,” Rhysand offered in that silken voice, “In your mind, if you’d like to see where Feyre has been living.”   She was forcefully reminded of Luciens words. Rhysand is practically to faeries what high fae are to humans. Like her mind were a door he could walk through. Feyre was smiling at the offer, but Elain heard the threat.   “No,” Elain said, lightly, “Perhaps I’ll see it for myself someday.”   The huge bay windows were fogging with heat. No matter the ironclad control of his face, Lucien’s power was showing; no ice left in the air, just heat that smelled like a fresh lit fire and felt like the sun on her skin.   He was, after all, a singular listener.   They all had to be as Feyre began speaking in earnest. It was a story vast and tangled as the knot in Elain’s chest; loss, beautiful potential, and disaster on the horizon.   If the Night Court was to be believed, war was coming, and it would spare none of them. — Six hours into Feyre’s homecoming the bulk of the Acheron staff went home early, baskets of extra food in their arms and bottles of Lucien’s cider pressed into their hands, the promise of a warm, cozy night before them.   Elain watched them go and sighed.   It wouldn’t rouse any suspicion- Nesta and Elain had been in circumstance’s different from their birth for such a long time their ways had been set. It was fact- lauded, if sometimes laughed at- that their shared ladies maid was critically underworked, the entire staff of maids and footmen, gardeners and kitchen staff wildly overpaid.   That Elain would insist the first beautiful snowfall of the year should be time spent with family wasn’t a surprise.   Only those who lived on the estate remained. The head of the stables who bred horses as quick as they were clever who wouldn’t leave them to the storm. The gardener’s, settled in cottages made fairytale pretty with the weather.   Their head cook, who’d watched the proceedings with steely eyes before touching Elain’s cheek and taking her staff down to the head gardener’s house for a huge meal. She’d left behind food for them of course, as well, grumbled in her throaty burr to stay warm. If Rhysand wanted more potential human witnesses farther away, he could drag them off himself.   It was a strange thing, to sit before a High Lord whose very presence colored the air with menace- whose spymaster, she could not ignore had disappeared to somewhere-and listen to him describe that the Courts had to unite.   That Feyre might be a key- the child of every magic in their land.   Her sister spoke to him like a lover, treated him like a best friend, but laughed and said she worked for him. With a crown on her head.   It was very obvious, at least to Elain, that finding Lucien here- finding them less than ignorant to danger in their world- had thrown off whatever plan Feyre had for them.   A part of Elain wanted to scream. To demand a real answer of Feyre, to make it very clear they had plans and hopes of their own. But she also wanted to drag Feyre upstairs, to the plush, lovely bedroom she and Nesta had built for her. Show her the glass walled painting studio the next room over, ask every question she could think of about the life Feyre had build in the Night Court.   Never return to the sitting room where they other were still gathered- Nesta, frustrated and suspicious, Lucien treated like a threat. Friendly Cassian and revoltingly charming Rhysand. Feyre, who thought they were innocents to be shielded.   Alone, finally, Elain sank back against the long oak counter in the center of the kitchen, and let herself simply breathe and watch the snow as it fell through diamond-pained windows.   “Do you trust a word out his mouth?” Nesta growled from the doorway.   Elain sagged further down, allowed herself a long sigh before replying. “Not a bloody one. Lucien going to be okay alone?”   Waving a pale hand, Nesta sagged beside her. “He got Feyre talking about Spring. You know she never saw any of the territory but Tamlin’s house?” Much like Elain, Nesta could only manage to spit the High Lord of Springs name. It sounded like a curse, under this roof. “She’d forgive anything if Lucien keeps answering her questions. And stops flashing his ring at her.”   Tiredly, Elain found herself laughing, shoulder bumping Nesta’s as the shared slouch of comfort brought them to equal height.   “You didn’t tell her it was your idea.”   A single wave had escaped the braid wrapped around Nesta’s head. Darker than Elain’s hair and straighter than Feyre’s, it gleamed in the half light. Nesta curled it back in place before speaking, sharp face half shadowed. “You didn’t tell her you the two of you met in a garden and you invited him to tea.”  It felt like a century ago- Lucien’s careful concern and sad eyes. Stealing his weapons in a rush of madness that didn’t go away; she saw him every day, and still, Lucien’s presence was adrenaline and comfort in one.   Life without him seemed impossible.   “Could have told her I’m not going to marry him.” Elain pointed out.   “Aren’t you?” Nesta hissed, not angry- triumphant.   The word that escaped Elain was not one for a ladies vocabulary. All their plans- trade, hiding, protection- hinged on the three of them together. But the marriage itself was not something they spoke of.   Engagement traditions in gentry were ironclad.   They’d exchanged flowers and then rings in public. Lucien had ceremonially dueled Nesta for Elain’s hand- both in front of people and again in private, for the fun they got out of the mock sword fight. Already planned in a scant five days time they’d be handfast, in a month, married to follow.   It was the one thing Lucien and Elain never, ever, talked about.   Nesta, not unkindly, laughed. “He’d die for you, Elain. That’s not friendship.”   “I’d kill for him,” Elain whispered back, before straightening. “Gods know we might have to. What does Rhysand want?”   “Right now, all he’s getting is dinner.” They hadn’t spoken of it, wouldn’t in this unwarded room, but the High Lord felt dangerous. And Feyre was quite clearly in love with him.   Was a war that had nothing to do with them really more of a threat than illegal consorting with faeries the High Council of Queens were known to despise? — Lucien wasn’t sure Elain would be waiting for him.   On the scale of dinners Lucien had experienced with Feyre Archeron, the family reunion might have been just slightly more comfortable than her first night in the Spring Court. She’d been furious then- tonight, all three Acheron sister’s were sharp enough to wound.   Despite Elain directing the conversation with grace, Nesta restraining herself enough to snap only once at the Illyrian watching her with rapt attention, it went badly.   Badly enough Lucien was out in the snow, circling their summer meeting place in the foolish hope Elain would think of it, and come looking for peace. For conversation. For him.   It was six long paces before he found her, face tilted up into the snowfall, ice on the edges of her fur lined hood.   Lucien found he didn’t need to speak, simply held out his arm like a human galant. With an inclined head that he knew was both acknowledgment and joke- that reached down into the fire of his blood and sparked- Elain curled a thickly mittened hand above his elbow, returned his smile.   They didn’t speak until they’d crossed out of the garden. When the words came they were fast and shared: Elain thought Rhysand was a smug bastard, Lucien didn’t fully believe a word he said.   “He doesn’t mean Feyre harm,” Lucien mulled over how to explain, the word mates lead on his tongue, “But”-   “But keeping us alive for her and keeping us safe are different things?” Elain interrupted.   The empty road was thick with snow when they reached it, the whole world buried in quiet when the moon finally showed. They hadn’t run out of observations to trade, but the touch of Elain’s bare hand- freed from mittens to lace her fingers through his- was enough to stop the words in Lucien’s throat.   He took a deep breath, and warmed the air around them.   No laughter, no surprise, no reaction to magic at all anymore but to squeeze his hand.   The quiet held for an infinite time, Elain’s curls white in the moonlight. Could have been Winter fae but for the freckles, Spring but for the genuine depth in her eyes. Autumn, if they lived in Lucien’s dreams.   It was a spell itself, after this fraught, endless day. Magic, until they crested a hill and looked down upon an old millpond, frozen over, the ice gleaming with golden light. Faelight. The sound of their steps raised the face of the women who sat before it, bloodred hair impossibly bright in this white night, pale hands clutched tight. Lucien knew the shape of them- they’d smoothed his hair through childhood nightmares, pressed the first blade he’d ever possessed into his hands.   Lucien’s dead stop pulled Elain closer to his side.   The question was just shaping her mouth when he could speak, surprise and horror and happiness spearing right up under his ribs.   “Mother.” —- The Lady of Autumn rose.   Lucien still hadn’t moved, his grip on her hand frozen. It hurt, to look at his face just then- stripped bare, so surprised the shape was more of pain. She looked so much like him.   A breeze that smelled of apples roasting and the roar of fires blew back Elains hair as Luciens mother closed the distance between them, moving with liquid grace. She was the queen of a lost kingdom, might as well have been a story Elain had been told as child.   Beautiful. Beautiful as her son- red, red hair a ripple past her waist, wide golden eyes, skin like moonlight- but sad too.   A sadness that went deeper than that of her gaze locked on her long lost youngest son.   “You’re not really here,” Lucien said, utterly quiet.   For the first time, Elain realized the light pouring off her skin might not have simply been some part of her own being, but an act of magic. Lucien glowed like that too, a star held somewhere deep inside. It burned whatever it touched, but the Lady of Autumn emitted no heat.   She shook her head. “It’s a small piece of borrowed magic.” Close enough now to touch, her less than solid form dwarfed by Lucien. “The High Lord is otherwise occupied.”   “Mother,” Lucien breathed, and Elain saw the iron control he always had- the charm he slid on and off as easily as she did, the everyday centeredness that lived in Lucien’s sharp smile and dauntless eyes- give way to something old. Something agonized. “I don’t understand. How,” He shook his head, the faintest of tremors running down his arm to Elain’s hand. “How”-   Elain sprang into action. “My lady,” It was hard to execute the bob of a curtsy without moving further from Lucien, but Elain managed it, skirt held in one hand. “It’s an honor to meet you.”   Liquid golden eyes finally turned to her, gleaming like an owl, palpably, gloriously inhuman.”Well met, mortal,” She breathed, the faintest smile on her perfect mouth, everything and absolutely nothing like her son. “I am Sorcha.”   “Elain.”   “I believe I met your sister, once. The curse breaker.” Under the Mountain and held in sway of a sorceress who’d taken an entire country with her wiles- the pieces seemed impossible to fit together. Bowed or even bent, no hesitation or defeat was imaginable for this female. Sorcha, sorrowful or not, felt like power, an arcane, otherworldly danger, much like being in a room with Rhysand.   Elain fought to not look away from her ancient face. The taut tension of Lucien’s body was so complete she could feel it beside him. A moment needed, and Elain could give him that.   She inclined her head. “Yes, I believe your gift served her well.” No matter the depth in her eyes, the smile grew. “I would have been able to do more had the curse ended but a year later. She was lucky to save us, but worse is coming.”   “Mother,” Lucien’s voice was soft, so terribly soft, “You risk yourself to warn me of war?”   Ghostly, that hip length red hair brushed Elain’s arm, the illusion allowing no feeling. She hadn’t realized, caught in the moment, how close Sorcha had come.   “Oh, my little star,” The Lady of Autumn breathed, “Many things are about to come, not all of which I can tell you yet. But my binding to Autumn is finally at an end.”   Elain knew only pieces of the story; Lucien’s mother bound too young to a savage ruler. A marriage contract written in blood, the heirs that followed. And Lucien, finally, the one who among all the rest solely inherited her burning gifts.   Lucien’s hand convulsed in hers. “You’re going to be free?”   Sorcha’s wicked expression was every bit his too, for all that her features were honed more delicate and less lush. The air smelled like smoke, like herbs burning- Elain couldn’t identify a single one. “My darling, no Vanserra can be held forever.” She brushed a hand over Lucien’s cheek, sadness and hope endless between them. “You deserve the entire story, but time runs short, and there are things you must know.”   “Hybern is coming,” Elain said, her voice too sharp to her own ears.   The Lady of Autumn no more sounded like birdsong when she laughed, flashing a fanged mouth. “You are much more than a curse breaker’s sister, aren’t you?”   A warm hand landed between her shoulder blades, familiar. Still holding her hand, turning was required to make the motion, trading the grip of one hand for the other so fast Elain only tracked it with the change of calluses against her palm. Ridiculous- and comfort, perhaps not just her own.   “She’s Elain Archeron,” Lucien said, like her name meant something to this ageless queen.   “Indeed,” Sorcha raised her other hand to Elain’s cheek, the ghost of a touch. “The House of Oak embraces you, Elain Acheron. Hybern will ruin this land if given a chance. I’ll send word when I can, but if you need refuge- either of you- go to Day.”   Lucien frowned, but the light that made the visage of his mother pulsed, returned fainter.   “Remember what I told you Lucien, and live.”   Like she’d never been there at all, Sorcha faded into nothing.   The sounds of the night crept back to them- wind through the folly, the distant sound of horses calming for the night, followed by the new and faraway boom of Illyrian wings. Loudest of all, Elain’s racing pulse as Lucien didn’t move, barely seemed to so much as breathe.   Still as he’d been the day they’d found him, bleeding into their soil.   Slowly, heart not so much pounding as having settled sick in her throat, Elain leaned into the broad chest before her. Slower still, she settled her cheek against his fine mortal shirt, silk impossibly heated. She’d seen that warmth transmute, watched things catch fire by unintended cause of simply being near. It was a long, long time before Elain felt Lucien’s lungs fill again.   “She left something in your hair,” He finally said, voice so rough and deep that even the warmth of proximity didn’t keep goosebumps from Elain’s skin.   “What?”   Elain reached a cautious hand up, and felt- petals? Silken, dewy, full blooms bound in vine and something smoothly foreign, a circlet wound in her hair. Head tipped back, she didn’t have to ask the question to find Lucien looking down in answer, face stripped bare.   The hand on her back made the soft trip upward until Lucien was directing her fingertips. “Wild rose, monkshood, clematis, poison ivy,” Leaf and petal brushed her hand, until Elain was touching the shape of the loop itself, cool even beneath Lucien’s knife calluses, “Bone of the wild hunt,” Onto the other side, his eyes on hers, “Iron from the heart of the last great wyrm.”   “Bone and wrym?”   Lucien dropped her hand to scrub a palm over his face. Gold and wheat and bone gleaming in his own hair, he laughed, curling into her space as the sound carried relief and wildness from his ribs to hers.   “Elain,” He whispered, hope and reverence in one, “She left you the crown of the High Lord of Autumn.” — An hour later, sparks ricocheting in his veins like so much adrenaline, Lucien was behind the locked door of Elain’s bedroom, warding a hatbox with enough magic to destroy a city.   The two circlets his mother- his mother alive, escaping, unhurt- had left behind sat on Elain’s bed, nearly at eye level where he was crosslegged on the floor, burning symbols into cedar. The usual occupant of that unslept-in space was sprawled nearly as close, fingertips hovering over the crown Lucien had pulled from his hair like it might burn her. “Gold?” Elain asked, echoing his own thoughts with a painful clarity. “As in Day Court gold, for Day court asylum?”   “I don’t know,” He admitted, the last twist of fire arcing between his hands. “Day court gold, Autumn bone. It doesn’t make any sense."   Gold and wheat like the crown of the High Lord Lucien had never met, a territory he’d never so much as set foot in, bound to the rowan and bone he’d worn as Beron’s unacknowledged heir; earned, with the magic in his veins and death of his touch.   A rightness, a horror in Lucien’s hands- a missing piece it was hard to look away from, even now.   Elain passed it to him, scarred wrist silver in the living glow of the gold, like sunlight. Not like- actual sunlight, the gold forged by Day Court’s hand, the Spell-cleaver’s bloodline.   It wasn’t until he’d dropped it in the box, lid shut and magic locking with such finality that Lucien managed to look up and find those infinite brown eyes on his face.   “They’re both yours,” Elain said. She was sliding off the bed and onto the floor before he’d even finished shaking his head, skirt spilling over them both. “No. Lucien, it’s your birthright. It’s yours.”   She was feeling enough- not bothering to contain herself around him? Comfortable, the fire sang, and Lucien swallowed it down- to speak with her hands, pale fingers waving as she gestured between them. How many hours had Lucien spent with that careful grip on one arm? How many times had he kissed that palm over the last year, for the benefit of an audience?   He could have found the freckles blind.   “I was never really heir,” Lucien said carefully, waiting for the painful sympathy of her dark eyes.   Instead, Elain growled, so near a real snarl he swore for a heartbeat he could hear the reverb that could one only come from a faery throat, before grabbing his hand. Fearlessly- like those weren’t fire starters hands, like Lucien’s skin wasn’t still hotter than any living things should be.   “Beron’s fault is not yours,” Elain whispered back, utterly fierce. “You told me the power chooses the heir. Nothing that ancient prick does can change who you are.” Who he was. A faery who’d never belonged to anything or anywhere but here; with these mortal women, with this family right on the edge of war. Autumn undeniably- Lucien could call down the Wild Hunt from the sky, hear the wind through the bone trees even now if he tried, find a bloodlines heir with instinct alone- he was Autumn.   He would always be Autumn.   But he’d never wanted to rule, never really thought he would. The most powerful of Sorcha’s sons; but the gentry of that court had been shaped by Beron’s cruelty for eons, Lucien was not enough one of them to be High Lord.   Not an heir, not an emissary, not even the Acheron Lord: just Lucien Vanserra.   It was settled, he’d realized, as deep as the immortality locked is his bones, the fire pounding in his blood; Elain Acheron wore the crown of Autumn and leaned into his touch like she’d been born for it, and Lucien didn’t want anything else.   Certainty felt like bravery.   “It could still choose me,” He admitted, leaning closer, slowly enough that the entire motion was telegraphed. Elain sighed, the noise all temper, drifting through Lucien’s hair as it slid to curtain them both. “But she gave it to you for a reason, it’ll keep you safe.”   Impossibly, after this day of conflict with Feyre, with the cauldron damned Night Court, after this surreal magic drenched last hour and despite the exhaustion he smelt, clinging to her skin, Elain looked comfortable.   Curious, frustrated, eyes roaming his face- but utterly comfortable spilled on the floor, curved so close together their legs touched, the lamplight only reaching her face through a screen of red hair, glamour long forgotten.   “You don’t want to be High Lord,” She finally said, close enough he felt the words on his own mouth.   His lips quirked up without conscious permission. “I wanted to be heir,” Lucien said. “To be recognized. I wanted enough power to keep others safe- and that couldn’t be taken away. Autumn’s borders won’t accept me, but I could call on those forest’s from here and be answered.”   “To keep us safe?” The way she said it didn’t feel like a question.   There couldn’t be a way she didn’t know- Elain Acheron, a thousand times more clever than most realized. His lungs, his heart. And Nesta, his left hand, a sword and shield before them both.   Careful, like a child’s promise, Lucien hooked one pinky through hers. “I’d turn Hybern to ash if he looks our way.”   A joking tone had taken over, self protection if there ever was any. But Elain heard the truth.   She swung their joined hands, for all that there was barely room to move between them. “I’ll stab him in throat, you can burn the body,” Elain promised, looking down. “I imagine even faery kings can’t wield magic if they’re choking on blood.”   She was a savage in lace and velvet, her quick mortal heart loud in his ears.   Before he could weigh the action, Lucien snatched up the other crown, feeling the biting sting as it rejected him, burn sinking into his palms in the second it took to place that bone wreath on Elain’s head.   “Wear it,” Lucien whispered, feeling as though he were under enchantment himself, “And it will give you the strength to defeat your enemies.”   Her smile didn’t break the spell, but changed it to something softer. “The wheat,” She began, leaning back to see him fully. “The gold, it smelled like fire.”   What did Autumn and Day have in common? Nothing, everything- courts of old magic and deep nature, a power that could burn and bind.   He knew it before she said it. “Like your acorn.” Like his magic. Lucien didn’t know what it meant, anymore than he could say what was coming. They’d hide the crowns together, he knew. Wake up tomorrow in different beds, try to understand, to thwart whatever asinine plan Feyre and her chosen High Lord wanted them dragged into. Tell Nesta they’d been warned, try to plan for war and conflict.   Tuck away this secret between them, until it had meaning.   Autumn Court, Day Court, gods-forshaken Night Court- what did it matter?   Lucien belonged to Elain Archeron, and that wasn’t ever changing.

Alright these are my thoughts on @dreammirmir post on the Yato situation.
🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛
°The aging up characters stuff.
You may disagree with me which is fine but I don't see it as a problem. They are 2d fictional characters with no self awareness what so ever. I am able to separate fiction from reality as I am not attracted to teenagers who are actual human beings who can be hurt and taken advantage of.
On this stance I've held it for a long time.
Not to mention My Hero Academia is a Flash Back from Izuku's perspective as they are all adults now, as well as for Haikyuu characters where they actually get to be in their 20s and in college in canon. Cece in her audios never mentions Highschool and always mentions how they are Pro Heros (for my hero) and in College (for Haikyuu) and I know this because I have been a listener since almost the beginning.
I find it silly that people harp on stuff like this with Cece, when fanfiction is a thing. On this I will not change.
I myself am almost reaching 30 and I am still in love with characters from my teens. Does that make me wrong? Does that make me disgusting? I don't think so. I will continue to age and they will stay forever the same which is why I feel the way I do about this. It doesn't matter because they're 2d. A piece of media and nothing more.
°On Cece disapearing.
Try to put yourself in her shoes for a moment. You're a tiny youtuber in a niche market for a year and then suddenly BOOM you explode in popularity over the course of 2020! Your Patreon is taking off, people are looking up to you, your in charge of a whole community, the moneys coming in, things are nuts! On top of that you have people taking advantage of you, fucking up the discord, making drama here and there and people who come over just to hate on you for what you do and all of this happens in one year. I would want to dissappear for a bit to and get my thoughts together. Not to mention her own mental health, her own depression. Thats a lot for one person to take on. Just because she's an adult doesn't mean she's immune to hate.
°Now the a.k.a. grooming and victim
Those discord chats don't look like grooming. They look like two people, that if you didn't know they're ages, would just be shooting the shit.
Now I might be wrong to some people but I am also of the mind that if the person thinks something is shady they should have known better. I'm not victim blaming, I'm just saying it's common sense. And sure every teen is different but I would like to give the benefit of the doubt that they are smarter than I was at their age.
To me these allegations look like a twisting of the narrative presented.
Again just my thoughts.
°And lastly her content
As long as I've been listening Cece's gone out of her way to educate herself when something she does or says on her audios triggers her listeners. She's never malicious with her content and goes out of her way to post trigger warnings in her descriptions. Now if people ignore those it's on them. They can't order a jalapeno pizza and then complain that it's too spicy.
On top of that she made the patreon to keep her spiciest audios behind a pay wall as well as age restrict her content against minors. She can't police the entire community and putting that sort of responsibility on one person is ridiculous.
If under age people are getting to her things it's on them not Cece.
Yes they should be careful on what they watch and listen too because they be too young but you can't hold that over someone like it's they're fault when they've done what they can.
Is it South Parks fault that I watched them at 12? Nope. Maybe my parents but certainly not South Park on their end.
°Random thought
I personally didn't find anything wrong with the Fatgum audio and I'm not saying this because I'm biased. If it made you personally uncomfortable than I'm sorry it did.
I don't know how old you are but we don't know anything at 20 let alone 30. People can make mistakes and she apologized for them. Her changing her name and discreetly apologizing to the "victim" is her business and as much as we want to know about it thats not up to us. They're allowed privacy on both ends and anyone trying to dox either of them is an asshole.
💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡
I may have missed a couple of things here and there but over all these are my thoughts on everything I have the brainpower to think of right now. Call me naive, call me blind but I believe in Cece. I'm not trying to change anyones mind because sometimes people's minds are made up and that's fine. I just want people to see the different perspectives is all.
Thank you for reading. Stay safe, love you lots and hope everyone has a nice day.
Also feel free to message me about anything anytime.🧡💛

DREAM SMP S1 FINALE
for those of you who pulled a georgenotfound today  (with JUICY DETAILS CUS I LOVE STORY!)
if you could reblog thatd be pog
tubbo and sam worked for recourses all morning, dream stalked and killed tubbo multiple times for fear factor
tubbo and dream held a quick prayer for luck at the church. dream attempted to gift tubbo a manburg shield but tubbo didn’t take it
tubbo left sam and joined quackity. they brainstormed who might be the traitor-- everyone was sus but they were especially weary of tommy.
karl tried to join people’s vcs every two minutes but nobody wanted him, he was a third wheel. he also tried to trick several pogtopians into bearing the manburg shield; he suceeded with fundy but the others forced him to get rid of it.
eret stood up to dream and refused to betray the pogtopians. dream revoked eret’s kingship and gave the title and crown to george.
pretty much EVERYONE was on the server.
tommy and wilbur logged on, all of the pogtopians gathered and realized they were severely outnumbered. everyone was suspicious of everyone, and most people were acting sus. techno accused anyone who spoke of being the traitor as a bit. wilbur accuses himself.
techno took everyone down to his underwater base. it was actually even bigger then anyone knew, and contained several full sets of amour and more materials then anyone would ever imagine organized in chests. seriously, it was insanely huge.
the pogtopians, feeling suddenly confident, headed out on their mission.
they managed to gain “the high ground” on a tower and shot at dream’s men for a time.
schlatt disapears, as the pogtopians come down the tower to push back their enemies and succeed, dream surrenders.
dream explains he has something to show everyone and leads them into a house where jschlatt is hiding.
dream admits that there was no traitor, because it was a scare tactic.
tommy threatened to put a bullet in schlatt’s head. schlatt wheezed and had a conversation with quackity about the country. tommy offered to give a supposedly drunk schlatt his last words, but schlatt only laughed, wheezed, and did crunches before he suddenly suffered a “heart attack” and died. (dream made him fall out of the world) (this is probably a canon death, because schlatt logs off soon after*)
tommy realizes that they’ve won, and declares peace. everyone rushes out to stand by the podium, celebrating in the streets.
wilbur tells tommy that he is president-elect and must take his place on the podium. tommy emotionally does, but he decides to give up the presidency to wilbur, on the grounds that he still has unfinished business with the discs. wilbur says that he doesn’t believe in government anymore because of techno, and gives the position away again, this time to tubbo.
tubbo gives a very good speech about togetherness and unity in l’manberg. everyone applauds him, and he says the first order of buisness is to take town the festival décor.
as they begin to do this, messing around in good fun, dream says there actually WAS a traitor. jokes are made that it was george, who did nothing.
philza joins the game and everyone, including me, screams.
meanwhile, wilbur’s hand literally shakes over the button when phil appears and asks him, “what are you doing.”
phil tries to reason with wilbur.
back in l’manberg, techno assassinates tubbo with his firework. he then gives an epic speech about how any tyrant is as bad as schlatt, especially ones who staged a coup to gain power. he brings up greek mythology and how all heroes are destined to lose. he also kills everyone multiple times to prove this point, stating that he will “kill everyone until there is no government left.”
wilbur tells phil that “it was never meant to be”, and then presses the button. wilbur salutes and phil freaks out as the bombs go off. l’manberg begins to explode, the hill wilbur is hiding in uncovered.
wilbur gives philza a sword and asks him to now kill him. philza initially won’t, but he looks out a l’manberg destroyed and then says to wilbur “you’re my son. no matter what you’ve done you’re my son.” he then kills him. (this is possibly a canon death, because wil then leaves the server*)
outside, techno caps off his speech with the release of two withers. everyone attempts to work together to destroy them, except for techno, who kills anyone nearby.
l’manberg is in shambles and most people run around extremely confused. tommy attempts to protect the new president tubbo. tommy takes all the “true l’manbergians” to l’mantree, where he gives a speech about l’manberg being not a place, but a people. they decide to stay together under tubbo.
tubbo agrees that he’s got quite alot of work to do. tubbo and tommy branch off to sit at the bench, where tommy says that no matter what, it has always been tommy and tubbo together against dream. and it always will be.
dream joins them while they listen to a disc to vaguely threaten them and then threaten the remaining disc. dream says “this may feel like an end, but it’s only the beginning.” connereatspants also joins in a last dream reveal.
tommy’s stream ended after this, but i know tubbo and techno and some others continued. i watched tubbo, tommy, and wilbur today. hope you enjoy my summary!
also. please invite me to a discord server about the smp. tell me one in the notes. I NEED MORE DREAM SMP FREINDS TO TALK TO. thanks >:)
* wilbur mentions on twitter that he was the one who scripted the smp finale, and that he’s done with it for now to focus on personal projects.

Miraculous and The Light (HC)
Ok, so. This HC is based on this idea. It’s a miraculous x dc crossover and one of the best ideas, I’ve read recently. I really liked it and this is why I’m forcing myself to write my ideas down.
Before we start the HC, I need to clear some things. Marinette becomes the guardian in age of 13, the kwami are teaching her as good as they can. Luka has the snake miraculous, Chloé the bee (but new costume), Kagami the dragon (again new costume) and Adrien is Chat Noir. Alix has the bunny and Kim the ape miraculous. (The two are chaos and they smelled Lila’s bullshit before she came back the second time). They deal with Hawkmoth as good as they can and they do good. Until Lila does her shit again. She manipulates Alya, which leads also Nino to be one of her followers and since Adrien is his best friend, he starts to listen to Lila. He becomes obsessed with Ladybug and her identity. The team doesn’t really notice, since it’s subtle and slowly becoming worse. So, now let’s start with the HC.
The Team protects Paris, Marinette is the leader
The situation becomes worse, the akumas take longer to defeat
They try to contact the JL, but nobody listens
And Chat Noir comes lesser to the fights, claiming his privat life is stressfull
At first, everybody understands, but it doesn’t stop and Chat becomes like a bad behaved child/brat
Lila causes another Hero Day, the Team almost looses. Chat Noir didn’t show up and the Team is angry. Chloé is ready to skin a cat
After the Hero Day, they accidentally reveal their idtities. Their group becomes closer, everybody can see, they work even better now.
Chat is envy
And Tikki is angry. No, scratch that. She’s mad. This boy could’ve been such a good cat, and now this?!
Since Plagg is her opposite, and she’s the one of Plagg, they keep each other in balance. And they aren’t in balance at all. She takes over Marinette (while she is Ladybug) and starts to rip Chat/Adrien in shreds
Whole Paris witness this and is terrified. Who knew Ladybug had such power?
Chat tries to save his face/life/’hero’ persona, but since Marinette is the guardian, she stripps him of his Miraculous, while Tikki wipes out his memories. Adrien’s former friends are sad, but also glad, they have one problem less
But now. Since Tikki used her more of her powers, some people notice, such as Klarion. He’s the server of chaos, but keeps in balance with creation. And the two aren’t balanced at all.
He talks to the Light, and surprise, surprise. Ra’s al Ghul and Vendal Savage felt it too
They begin to search and are surprised, that so many miraculous are active. The Light digs deeper and Vendal is very close getting up and burn Paris down. And take Hawkmoth with it
The inner circle of the Light (Vendal Savage, Klarion, Ra’s al Ghul, Lex Luthor, Deathstroke (there are still more members, but I will explain shortly))
Now, their primar goal is not to take over the world, or make everyone ‘see the light’. That’s what the ‘lesser’ members think (the ones, who are not in the inner circle) They want to keep the balance in the world, keep ‘peace’. But they know, it can’t be always peace, with creation there comes always destruction (Tikki and Plagg are totally their inspiration and mentors or whatever you could call that) And for this, they don’t always do ‘good’ things, like heroes do
Bc of this, every hero, every other villian thinks, that the light is bad. It’s a very good cover and so they can hide their true plans. So, the inner circle sends Black Manta after the Young Justice (the season 2 happens here) and go to Paris.
They find the miraculous users while fighting an amok and an akuma and are impressed. Clearly, most of them have no training and they hold themself formidable.
The inner circle talks with the team, which is wary. But then the kwamis recognize them and the teenagers (probably 15?) are so glad, that they finally have help. Not the one they expected, but still help
Vendal was one the first guardian, a simple man and then blessed by Tikki and Plagg. He trained other guardians and miraculous users until he almost died
Ra’s al Ghul was once a dragon, but also used the cat miraculous. This is the reason, why he can use the lazarus pit and isn’t mad
Klarion knows about the kwamis, the first gods, often makes rituals and such stuff. But he never saw a miraculous before
Deathstroke knows about the miraculous, but never knew, what power they truly hold
Lex Luthor knew about them too
The team is offered a traditional training with the League and since they are all true holders, they will master it faster than anyone before. Vendal wants to train Marinette as the guardian, after she finished hers with Ra’s. Deathstroke will be their mentor and Klarion will teach them in magic.
Lex takes them under his wing, teaching them about buisness, money, politics and manipulating
They train and fight Hawkmoth for two years. Sometimes, Vendal takes over as Chat Noir, sometimes Ra’s, to keep Marinette and Tikki balanced. But they need to find her true holder, which isn’t that easy, while they are still in training and fighting
The team is around 17/18, when they finally defeat Hawkmoth and Mayura. The major of Paris and the president of France tell the world finally the truth about the situation (world is shocked (especially when they hear, that the Justice League didn’t help))
Now, the heroes want to help, after Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Dr. Fate, as well Zatanna, kicked their asses for being dumb bitches. When Batman doesn’t stop (he’s an ass sometimes, but I don’t hate him) they threaten to leave the JL. He doesn’t belive it and suddendly he has 4 members less.
The four go to Paris, even when there is a heroes ban. They offer their alliance, but keep their distance, which everyone is glad.
Since Hawkmoth and his sidechick have been defeated, the Miraculous Team retires. Or so everybody thinks.
They all leave Paris, letting their friends and family think they have a job/go on vacation (Kagami and Luka fake their death, Marinette too)
Lila is smug, bc she thinks, she won, since Alix and Kim just leave and Chloé is a weeping mess
The six go to the League, where they learn new/more things and become the elite squad of Ra’s.
(Ra’s is totally a proud parent, who shows, how much his kids are better than anyones. Well, as good as he can with his stoic face)
The six still use their miraculous, but have new costumes (darker colors, mostly black)
And so life goes on, until the JL and the YJ attack the light. They take many hits, loose many bases and the first time, the heroes meet the squad
The six are just called ‘the squad’. They switch miraculous, so the heroes don’t make connections.
(Marinette is White (rabbit), while Chloé is Red (dragon), Kagami is Brown (monkey), Alix is Blue (snake), Kim is Scarlett (ladybug), Luka is Black (cat)) Over their costumes, they wear a typical League uniform.
They totally rip the heroes apart
Anyway. The JL and YJ are wary about the sqaud, they all know, they are deadly. Some think, even deadlier than Deathstroke.
After the attack, the squad meets Lady Shiva and Talia al Ghul
And her new pet project
You already know it. Jason Todd
His mind is fucked up, he doesn’t remember much until this woman in red smiles at him and just hugs him? Girl, this is the league?!
Jason is totally Marinette’s black cat.
He’s suddenly being trained (can you imagine a confused Jason Todd, trained by Vendal, Klarion and the rest of the team? Bc I do) and partnered with Plagg, who absolutly loves his new holder. There is so much chaos in him, he even survived the pit!
The squad goes on mission, mostly to mess with the JL, who notice, there is a new member. And oh shit- he destroys everything. And there Superman curmbles to ash... (no worries, he’s brought back)
Jason isn’t trying to kill Bruce, well, he still fights against Batman, but he doesn’t want him dead (the heroes think, the squad tries to kill them)
Some years pass (I have no idea, what happens in season 3 (Young Justice) since I didn’t have the time to watch it) the miraculous slowly become balanced again and the team is doing great
Until Talia snitches Bruce (bc she’s a little bitch) that Jason is alive. Not only that, he’s a part of the squad. Ra’s personally tries to kill his daughter- bc no Talia! You can’t just go and tell secrets! (silently crusing in many languages about the balance and how his own daughter betrayes him) He’s so angry, that he disowns his daughter and claims 7 year old Damian as his heir.
Bruce tries to hunt Jason down, but no success
Marinette takes Damian under her wing and gives him the miraculous of the tiger (Damian is so proud, that he’s a true holder). She and Jason become somewhat his parents, just like the rest of the team
Alix and Kim are totally together, as well Cloé and Kagami, while Luka has a on/off relationship with Lady Shiva, who is the true holder to the fox miraculous
Talia attacks the league, when Damian is 10 and takes him to his father
Damian hides the miraculous and Roarr, but Alfred knows. He always knows. (Totally cliche, but he’s the true holder to the peacock)
Damian acts like a brat like in canon, but can be such a softy
But only with his true family
Jason moves to Gotham, becomes the Red Hood, while Marinette becomes Scarlett (his partner)
The rest of the squad starts to recruit new holders and start to train them, often visited by Jason and Marinette
One tragic night, Batman fights against Red Hood, almost kills him, when Scarlett breaks his arm. Robin (Damian) comes to help, freezes, when he sees his family. He stops fighting, takes a deep breath and turns to his father.
Batman is confused, but then Robin says, that this is Jason, the second Robin and that he will not fight family
Batman lashes out, being an idiot, talking some nonsense about Jason being a criminal and suddenly Robin disapears. The big bat thinks, his kid went home
Well, he does, but not the Manor. He follows Jason and Marinette and sleeps a night there.
Then his father starts to search him (Damian) and finds him with Jason
Totally a fight there
Until Alfred comes and makes them to sit down and talk
Jason explains everything, telling Bruce, that the squad doesn’t exist anymore, bc of Talia.
He causally says, that Marinette is his girlfriend, that they somewhat adopted Damian, after Talia was banned.
Bruce tries to wrap his head around this, but slowly accept this new part of his family
It takes some time, but Jason (Red Hood) and Marinette (Scarlett) become a part of the Batfam
They lead the new Miraculous Team in secret, keep in contact with the inner circle of the light
This goes well, until Tim finds out.
Bruce lashes out again, bc what the fuck- his own child and his wife (they married) are spying for the light?! He tought they destroyes that damned organisation
Damian runs with them
They go to Nanda Parbat, where they meet the new recruits.
Now, every kwami has a true holder
Balance is perfect as it can be
Two years later, Bruce still tries to find Damian, in the hope, he isn’t with his older brother and his wife
He still is
Then Ra’s has enough of this drama, talks with the inner circle of the light and the kwamis
Kidnaps the batfam
Explains everything
Like everything
Slowly the batfam understands
Bruce is so proud that two of his sons are true holders, one of them literally can control chaos
The batfam starts to help the inner circle of the light, the other members think, this heroes finally saw the light
I can totally see the lesser memebers dumbfounded faces, when the whole Batfam shows up
Vendal starts to explain
“Batman was trained under Ra’s al Ghul himself, Batwoman followed.”
“Nightwing was trained by Deathstroke.”
“Red Hood was trained by Lady Shiva, Deathstroke and Ra’s al Ghul and is a former member of the squad.”
“Scarlett was trained by myself, Ra’s al Ghul, Lady Shiva, Deathstroke and Batman. She was the leader of the squad.”
“Red Robin was trained, like all the other Robins, by Batman. Lady Shiva took him under his wing for some time.”
“Signal was trained by Batman, Red Hood and Scarlett.”
“Batgirl was trained under Batman, Nightwing and Scarlett.”
“Black Bat grew up in the League and is the daughter of Lady Shiva.”
“Robin is my grandson and the son of Batman. He was trained under Scarlett and Red Hood, when they still were in the squad.”
(Did I forget someone?)
Gaping villians
But when Vendal says, that Batman will be part of the inner circle, as well Red Hood and Scarlett. they loose their absolute shit.
They fought the whole time with their allies??
Vendal then also says, that this will be the last meeting and they will all forget, that the Batfam is a part of the light
“Well... we can’t take risks, can’t we? We don’t want to repeat an incident with the Young Justice again... because of this, only the members of the inner circle will remember our prupose and the light itself.”
Batman then says to the JL, that he will leave the League, since this is going nowhere
The Batfamily is now officially a hero group and more loved than the JL, bc they don’t destroy much in their fights and if they do, Bruce Wayne pays. They keep in the shadows, which means, no civilians hurt AND many villians retire, when they hear, that Batman will fully remain in Gotham. They don’t try anything, bc he always seems to know
Okay... this is much more, than I acutally wanted to write and in the end, it didn’t came out as I first thought. But I hope you still like it, bc I like this version better
And it’s in the middle of the night, so if there are any mistakes... I don’t care :)

Ok, time for my review of Kh3 Re:Mind Dlc
This is gonna be long, so be prepared, and yes there will be many spoilers so if you dont want spoilers of the game then you probably shouldnt read this, but if you dont care then stick around.
I will start off with my unbiased and critical opinion.
Tumblr media
From the title menu alone you already know what this game is gonna be about. Kairi is gonna be center focus, or should say specifically Sokai, and Riku will be virtually non existent.
Now I know what your thinking, well duh its all about saving Kairi of course Riku wont have that big a role and she’ll be the main focus, and to that I say no shit sherlock I already knew that. My issue isnt that it was Kairi focused because I already knew that and still pre-ordered the DLC, but my issue is what this title screen represents and my fears were proven correct.
Let me elaborate
Riku is just as much of a friend to Sora as Kairi is, from the beginning of the series its always been Sora, Riku, and Kairi, thats the way its ALWASY been. But from this title screen I could tell Riku’s bond with them wasnt gonna be present at all and I was right.
I’ll elaborate further
I know Im jumping way ahead here but bare with me, at the end of the game after Sora rescues Kairi they travel the worlds together, Sora notices he is fading away which is why he goes to the many different worlds he has visited but now with Kairi, spending his final moments with her before he finally disapears.
See the problem? Sora doesnt involve Riku at all in his final moments being alive, he is just completely absent during his entire remaining life. Sora only spends time with Kairi during his final moments, Riku wasnt shown with them once.
I know some people say well we dont know how long Sora was alive before vanishing and he was probably the one who organized the party, but did we see that though? did we see any signs that Sora was alive for more than a day or two? did we see Sora talking to anyone like he was setting anything up? NO, it was all about Kairi and Riku was completely forgotten.
I can understand if Sora wasnt dying then it wouldnt matter how much time he spends with Kairi alone, but Sora was fading away ANY SECOND and he didnt spend any of his remaining time with Riku at all, even at the beach party who is Sora sitting next to alone with before he finally vanishes? Kairi. That is inexcusable and a huge insult to Riku and his bond with Sora, hes just completely excluded, that is unforgivable.
These new added scenes to the ending actually made it worse than the original version of it, before we didnt even know Sora was around for more than a day and just assumed they all had a beach party afterwards to celebrate getting everyone back and saving the world, but now we know Sora was actually around for an extended period of time and made no effort to spend time with anyone other than Kairi, not even his best friend Riku did he spend time with for his final hours, that is despicable.
Another major issue is how Sora keeps saying his journey started with losing Kairi in this game, as if Riku wasnt ALSO lost that day, as if Riku wasnt the reason Sora kept on his journey even after saving Kairi and sending her back to Destiny Islands, as if he didnt fall to his knees and bawl his eyes out finally reuniting with him, as if he wasnt content with spending the rest of his life trapped in the Realm of Darkness with Riku, as if for the entirety of the base game of kh3 Sora wasnt constantly and only thinking about Riku and how many things he wished he could show him.
Apparently in Remind none of that happened, none of that mattered, it was Kairi that was his main motivation, it was Kairi that started his journey, Riku wasnt involved in it at all.
That is a huge issue with this DLC, it treats Riku like a side character and of little importance to Sora, in the base game they handled them fine minus that on instance in the Keyblade Graveyard where Sora says ‘Alone, Im worthless’ even though Riku’s right there but other than that their relationship and bond was handled very well but in Remind? practically non existent.
Now onto the story aspect, if your not into time travel and have trouble understanding the many variations of it then your gonna have a bad time because it gets VERY confusing to follow, which is why you should never introduce time travel because it becomes way too complicated to keep track of and not only that you also have to worry about things like paradoxes, ripples in time, alternate timelines etc. Its a complete clusterfuck to keep up with and manage so time travel really shouldnt have been introduced in this series.
Chirithy tells Sora that no matter what he cant change the past again, yet there are times where Sora does just that so exactly what cant he change? for example, when Roxas appears he asks Sora to do him a favor which is essentially getting the X back from Xemnas in their names. Sora does several things to make this happen and even Kairi gets a couple swings at Xemnas this time but then the two of them are basically caught and restrained inside shadow balls [pause]
See the prob? this is a huge change to that fight, Kairi never took a single swing at Xemnas, she just stood there and got snatched up, Roxas never asked Sora for help getting the X’s back from Xemnas, and Sora and Kairi never got restrained by Xemnas and knocked out.
Chirithy explicitly said Sora cant change what happened and no matter what he has to accept it for what it is, yet here he is, changing what happened. Maybe you could argue well this is an alternate timeline, even if it is that makes all of this irrelevant and means it never happened because the true ending is the one where it didnt happen, making this semi useful Kairi moment really pointless because at the end of the day its not canon, her being useless is the true outcome, none of this matters.
That is extremely disappointing, so even if you alter the past for the better it doesnt matter because its an alternate timeline and that timeline isnt the real one making this whole redo pointless and time consuming for a short DLC that was an extra 30$ to play.
So the time travel is very confusing and even if you follow it, it ends up being very disappointing when you realize none of it matters.
Moving on to some of the tied loose ends, Im glad they explained why Aqua froze up after saying ‘We stand together’ and I like how we get to see how Young Xehanort came to have the beliefs that lead to what he did and also MOMs subtle influence on him succumbing to darkness.
He told Xehanort that he would outgrow the robe and no longer need it because if he was truly powerful then he’d be the one controling the darkness, this leads to Xehanort later begining to travel without the robe and being corrupted. So we know now that MOM also influenced that as well and is very sketchy, even more now than he was before since this action greatly influenced what Xehanort eventually does and all the pain he caused, all of which would have probably never happened if it wasnt for him.
But thats just my theory and what I got from it.
I liked that we got to see Namine for a brief moment where Sora basically brushes her off and completely forgets about thanking her, this is a plotline Im pretty sure at this point is just never going to get resolved. He just tells her to go to the Final World and walks off, which makes no sense because Sora was surprised to see her in the original playthrough.
Another change was Lingering Will dying to protect Sora, again this never happened because Sora was busy fighting alongside everyone in the maze while Lingering Will and Terranort were fighting away from them. After Lingering Will died for him then Sora is pretty much squeezed to death by Terranorts Stand, or atleast knocked unconscious.
So much about these are just so confusing as to how they are happening when Chirithy said the events couldnt be changed I just stopped questioning it.
But atleast this time its made clear that Namine is the one who sent Lingering Will to help everyone and how she did it, so now people can stop saying Kairi is the reason everyone survived because it wasnt, without Lingering Will they would have all died a second time.
Basically the first half of the DLC is just recap with some minor changes and additions to the cutscenes, you get to play as other characters like Riku [optional] Aqua [not optional] and Roxas [optional] but other than that its basically the same thing all over again for the first 3-4 hours of the DLC, that is ridiculous.
The new content finally starts when Kairi is shattered, funny how the game gets good after Kairi dies xD I’ll stop.
Anyway once Kairi dies is when we finally get explorable Scala, but not without having to endure an insane fight with tons of heartless and nobodies and yes its more complicated than you think. It doesnt matter how many heartless or nobodies you kill, they will keep coming until you kill this one red heartless with way more health than your average heartless has.
After that you can pretty much wander around Scala as you wish and this is the only time where you can buy items or food so make sure to do that if your low on items. If your low on money there are minor enemies there that you can kill to get some so take advantage of this opportunity because your not getting another one.
Your goal in Scala is to basically run around, solve a couple puzzles, and get 5 of Kairi’s heart shards, revealed to having to be 7 later on. Sound fun? besides being able to see more of Scala’s layout, not really. But its a good place to take a breather before getting back into the big battles ahead.
Unfortunately your actually forced to fight the armored organization again but thankfully you dont have to do the ENTIRE final battle over, just that one section which I appreciate but wish we didnt have to do any of it at all.
So after we’re done Scala we get in MY opinion the two best parts of the entire DLC. We get to see what was going on with the rest of the keyblade wielders back home and it was INSANE and extremely well done, everybody had a chance to shine.
When everyone was swept away and Mickey was down and out, it was amazing seeing Mickey push himself back up and slowly with what little strength he had take on all the armor organization BY HIMSELF severely weakened, yet still powerful enough to hold them off and stand his ground. He really showed us WHY he is the King, so THAT I really enjoyed. It was extremely well done and one of the most memorable parts of the DLC.
The next part was even more insane and well done, which is us getting to fight as all the keyblade wielders against the armored organization and even get some cool dialog and team attacks in between, it was just amazingly well done seeing everyone work together and switching between characters was just so epic and enjoyable.
Honestly I could play those two parts over and over again and enjoy it everytime, their just that good and the most memorable in the entire DLC.
Coming back with Kairi and killing Xehanort together with all the keyblade wielders including Kairi this time was satisfying to see but it excludes Xehanorts and Eraquses final words, I mean yea seeing Xehanort have a semi happy ending put off alot of people but at the same time, seeing Xehanort come to the realization that he was wrong about everything and giving the Wayfinder trio closure by seeing their master one last time and hearing his apology to them just held more weight to me.
Im not saying I think Xehanort should be redeemed as easily as he was, but I feel like excluding Eraqus and their final words made the ending feel hollow, just ok we beat the bad guy, happily ever after now. Thats pretty lackluster and unsatisfying In my opinion.
Finally the ending....
Heres where Im gonna be biased and give my personal thoughts. Warning if your a fan of Kairi skip to the very end of the review where I give my overall rating
I hate the ending, for the reasons I listed in the beginning but also many others. I get the main focus was gonna be Kairi since the DLC was about saving her, Im not mad about the obvious, Im mad about the execution.
The Sokai agenda was so forced and apparent its not even funny, they shove it in your face so hard yet when Sora is talking with Chirithy he still refers to Kairi as a friend, really? your shoving this pairing down our throats just to have Sora still friendzone her? Im not mad because I dont want them together anyway but I hate the games being played here, you either want them together or you dont, pick a friggin side Nomura.
And while we’re on the subject, I hate, HATE, how this game is so heavily romance focused when Kingdom Hearts was NEVER about romance to begin with, it was always about friendship and bonds. Not in this DLC though, no now its all about Kairi and being with her forever, traveling the world together, holding hands, all this lovey dovey nonsense nobody invested in the plot could give a rats behind about.
Sure people who are into Kingdom Hearts for the romance of course they dont mind, but Im pretty sure MOST people invested in this series are in it for the story, not some stupid pairing, and I HATE how much they shove it down your throat because it is just so forced and obvious what they were doing.
This was all damage control for Kairi, who has been a useless damsel in distress and dues ex machina in every single game shes been a part of. I repeat, EVERY SINGLE GAME SHES A PART OF.
Kh1 - Kidnapped, unconscious, Sora needs to die to save her.
Kh2 - Kidnapped, held hostage, Sora needs to find and save her.
Kh3 - Kidnapped, unconscious, is killed twice, Sora needs to die to save her.
Do you see what I fricken mean? Every fuckin game its the same danm thing over and over and quite frankly Im sick of it. You might as well say this is a Mario game because Kairi is princess Peach always gettin snatched up and Sora is Mario always going through insanely deadly trials to get her back, and then it happens all over again.
This DLC was damage control for that, instead of immediately getting snatched up by Xemnas she actually gets a few good swipes at him to no avail of course, and then she fights together with Sora against armored Xehanort, all of which is just damage control for her not doing anything in the entire franchise and pandering to her fanbase that are constantly screeching for playable Kairi and for her to do something.
It was also damage control for how non existent their relationship was and what a joke its been since Kh1. They arent fooling anybody because thats exactly what this was, otherwise why you have to try so hard to CONVINCE us how important she was to Sora? why did Riku have to get sidelined so much just to boost Kairi up? why’d Sora completely disregard Riku as a part of his journey? why did Sora not spend ANY time with ANYONE for his final moments alive? its so obvious why. The only way to convince anyone shes actually important and relevant is to play down everyone else or exclude them entirely.
Congratulations, you got your wish, good for you fandom, but at what cost?
The time they spent forcing so much Sokai could have been used to tie up way more loose ends than there were but nope, gotta squeeze in that Sokai, thats what yall really here for right? fuck off.
The two best moments of the game was so short lived its not even funny, this DLC was full of so much padding in the first half, forced romance and pandering for damage control they forgot to actually make this a decent DLC.
Since I recorded my gameplay from start to finish I can actually tell you the amount of old content vs the new
3-4 hours of mostly what we already seen with a few changes, I only died twice
1-2 hours of new content, probably less because I got lost and died alot
That is unacceptable, 30$ for only 10% new content? that is a robbery.
Not only that but the worst part is the Limitcut episode, databattles have always been optional for competative players who like the challenge. Now you are FORCED to fight these INSANELY hard bosses, all 13 in order to get the final bits of the aftermath of the story.
WE PAID FOR THIS, this wasnt free we PAID for it and yet we’re basically told ‘Hey if your a casual player and want the rest of the story? well you gotta fight 13 of these insanely hard databattles that used to be optional but now their madatory for you to get the rest of your moneys worth. Too difficult? cant do it? well too danm bad, get good or go home we got your money already so screw you guess you’ll never know’
That is a fucking robbery and a huge slap in the face to people who are invested in the story, not proving their the best by fighting insanely difficult battles no matter what difficulty your on. It wouldnt be an issue if this was always the case, but these battles were always OPTIONAL for competetive players to do if they WANTED to, but now its mandatory and if you cant do it then oh well middle finger to you.
I couldnt even beat Vanitas, I fought him first and then Luxord and I couldnt beat either of them so I just said fuck it and went on youtube to see what I paid to see for free. 30$ wasted on a game I cant even finish, your out of your fucking mind if you think thats fair and excusable.
Thats why at the end of the day I give it a 5/10, its not good but its not bad either, its just decent. But if you asked me if it is worth the time and money? fuck no, my advice? watch other youtubers play it and keep your 30$
If you want it just to play as some of the characters, experience the new content for yourself, and play the databattles then by all means get it.
But if you think thats not enough for you to spend 30$ for then dont get it.
Overall Re:mind gets a 5/10, useless padding for majority of the first half of things we’ve already seen and cant skip because theres new scenes mixed in, forced romance that nobody but shippers care to see, severely lacking new content, and unfair extremely hard mandatory databattles just to see the final aftermath of the story which is kind of important setup for the next game.
Fuck this DLC, this was my fist time EVER buying a DLC for ANYTHING and thanks to this its probably my last. So thank you Re:Mind, for ReMinding me why I never bought DLCs in the first place.
Ps - Im so glad playable Kairi was optional, thats one of the only things this DLC did right.

The plot development of Disney’s Aladdin must seem pretty weird from the perspective of the Apple selling dude from the beginning who was about to cut off Jasmines hand. Aladdin tells him Jasmine is his sister and it’s implied I think that Apple selling dude knows Aladdin? So we’ve got two poor established siblings. Ok. Nothing out of the norm. Then Jasmine goes back to the palace and Aladdin gets thrown in jail and then taken to get the lamp so they disapear off the street for months. Everyone who at least knew Aladdin probably assumes he died, as homeless people are prone to do. Then suddenly he’s back as a rich prince and Jasmine is the princess but as far as apple seller dude knows they are still siblings who just turned out to be rich spoiled brats pulling his leg for their Eat Pray Love trip to learn to be soo humble omg so pretentious. But then they get married at the end and there is a whole other canon movie about their fucking wedding so clearly anyone who’s anyone knows about it. I don’t know. I just think about that sometimes.

okay. SO. try two on actually answering this ask. because i totally misunderstood it the first time.
I think that GB would kind of be the poster boy for the Autobots. He’d be the star of all their propaganda ads- either in a “look at our strong youth fighting to protect the cause!” way or a “look at our poor youth suffering! help them! join the cause!” He’s painted as a starry eyed, undying loyal, proper Autobot fighter. The perfect soldier. And he is!
At least in the beginning.
Cause, in the beginning, GB.... thinks he’s in canon. I mean, he popped out of the ground pretty much right as the war started, and immediately got snatched up by the big man, Optimus himself. He’s been hand fed nothing but the finest Autobot indoctrination since he was created, and he believes every bit of it.
But as the war drags on, he just gets... bitter. He barely got to know his home before it was destroyed. He’s never even seen a life without war. He should’ve had a childhood, should have had something at least- but the war took that away. No thanks to the Autobots- They use his image everywhere, but they don’t even have the decency to treat him with the respect that he deserves. He’s just a mascot to them, and he hates it.
And meanwhile, they’re not even winning! It’s been millions of years of fighting, and they’re still no closer to reclaiming their home then they were at the start!
And so he’s warring with this anger at being used, and this anger of his home being destroyed, and he looks at the people running his cause, THE cause, what he’s been told over and over again is the only RIGHT cause and he thinks-
“Psh. I could do better than that.”
So, gradually, he claws his way up the ranks. He absolutely abuses the golden boy persona the Autobots stuck on him. Everyone thinks he’s just the cutest little kid- meanwhile, he’s been perfectly primed by years of war and trauma and brainwashing, and he has NO problem with killing whoever might be unfortunate enough to end up in his way. Brutally. Painfully. Slowly. After all, it’s for the good of the cause!
Eventually, he ends up with the coveted prize of Second in Command. (Much to the delight of the Autobot PR team). He’s right there. He’s so close to having the entire Autobot army under his control, and finally, finally, he’ll be able to actually win this stupid war, and-
And he can’t do it. And don’t get it wrong, it’s not for lack of trying. He loves Optimus- he adores Optimus- but he truly, honestly belives that his mentor is better off dead. He’s just not what’s good for the cause anymore. Optimus would understand!
So he tries. And he fails. Over and over and over again. Optimus is not like any of the other lower ranking officers, easily done away with a little poison, or a patrol gone wrong. Optimus is smart. And he knows GB.
And so he never wins. GB is always second best. Always just the cute little kid. Never, never strong enough to do what needs to be done. And it drives him mad.
GB can’t rejoin society after the war. It’s tragic, really. At the end of the day, he never gets to see that warless society he wanted. But he is so broken by the war, by his own actions, by the obsession that drove him for his entire life, that once it’s gone?
There’s just nothing left for him.
Nothing but the anger and bitterness left by it’s absence.
Maybe he dies. Maybe he goes to a high security prison, and stays there. Maybe he just disapears. It doesn’t really make a difference.
Because at the end of the day?
Goldbug is nothing if not the perfect Autobot soldier.
And there’s no place for an Autobot in peace.
what r ur thoughts on SG bumblebee/goldbug :0
honestly... I did NOT love him. I felt like you could barely see anything of his original personality in his SG! version. It felt very much to me that they just took a generic bad guy and shoved a bumblebee skin on him.
ALTHOUGH, I definitively liked the whole "he feels overshadowed by Optimus" thing, especially since it served as a nice parallel to canon Starscream and Megatron.
Overall, he's not a bad villain per say. He has some good moments. I probably would have liked him if he was a completely independent character BUT because he's supposed to be bumblebee it felt like a cheap name drop.

Meliodas for the ask meme!
Why I like them: I like how Meliodas is a protagonist where you don’t explicitly know his past or motivations. It gives him an extra layer of mystery, even when he isn’t the dark and mysterious type. I think he is a really complex being that people interpret in a lot of different ways which is always fun!
Why I don’t: While I get that his feelings for things are supposed to be a mystery, sometimes he misses a lot of possible Moments ™ with his weird avoidance of genuine emotion (see: anytime Elizabeth says something genuine and he goes to groping her)
Favorite episode (scene if movie): OOOH boy oh boy. While the anime was swell, my favorite scene overall was in the manga during the maze when he knows Elizabeth is on the other side of the wall, and also Gloxinia’s tournament in general (The Ban vs the demons and joking about their girls, the genuine outright concern for Elizabeth fighting, the faith in Escanor). Woo a good combo of things for him.
Favorite season/movie: Maybe I mixed up this one and the above, but my fave scene, let’s say from the anime, was probably when he lost it post- Elizabeth getting stolen by Vivian and launched himself into the kingdom slaughtering knights with no mercy oh boy.
Favorite line: “If you disapear from my life I’ll have no reason to live, so please, live for me” god I love
Favorite outfit: THe outfit from Estarossa’s flashback!! God bring it back!! Eliminate the courdoroy crop top, bring back the sleveless jacket.
OTP: Melizabeth. My problematic ass will ship it until the end.
Brotp: It’s dificult because while I instinctually wanna say Meliodas and Ban, I’ll always love the idea of Zeldris and Meliodas in the future I hope.
Head Canon: I think his whole groping/avoidance of emotions things is a defense against getting hurt post-Liz. Hopefully he grows out of it.
Unpopular opinion: I think Meliodas and Liz was a badly written dynamic. I loved the whole effect it had on his character, but it seemed so forced at times I kinda cringed a bit reading it.
A wish: I want him to get protected by Elizabeth. After years of us being forced to watch him jump in at the last second to save the day, I’d love there to be an enemy (particualrly a powerful demon or etc.) that he cannot defeat but she can. Or even him having to be genuinely saved by another sin. Just an enemy he isn’t able to defeat without help.
An oh-god-please-dont-ever-happen: Many hope for his genuine death by the end of the series, but I rather not. I think it would be nice to see him finally get to begin aging, and then live a fufilled/at peace life before dying.
5 words to best describe them: Caring, unfashionable, funny, mysterious, powerful
My nickname for them: Gremlin son, denim clad monstrosity.

OK OK OK OK im not strong enough to stay away long even if im now not sure how useful these are but Whatever im having fun
we doing rarepairs here- gimme that ShinDeku content dudes
most shindeku is tragic to some degree or another for some reason. lots of vigilante aus.
Izuku Ate a Tesseract is a series by CosmicAce, and while the whole thing is excellent, the first one was more of a test-run than anything else, and isn’t as canon to the au as the work Izuku Eats His Problems. if you know what Flerkins are you already know what this is. its Pretty Goofy but delightful and updates consistently to boot! “His whole life, Izuku Midoriya was taught to keep his powers, his Quirk, hidden from the world. His kind were feared, hunted to near extinction because of it. He just wants to show people he’s different. That he can be a HERO. And nothing is going to stop him. Even if his Quirk IS like an eldritch abomination.“
(they arent together, or really trying to get together, yet in this one, but one of the tags says maybe? im counting it anyways.)
Not to be Alone by Frost_Nova is a pre-UA Izuku-actually-makes-some-real-friends au, via a discord like app hosted by Mina, whose a vlogger. this is the closest thing to a chatfic that im gonna let pass in these posts, theres a lot of emphasis on the discord like parts but it also has normally written segments, more as they begin to meet each other in real life. “Izuku is a lonely boi so he joins a discord server. that’s it that’s the fic. he also becomes part of the meme team but thats later”
Here There Be Dragons by here_and_there is a crack fic taken very seriously, tbh. izuku’s quirk turns him into a dragon, and dragon!izuku wants to add class 1-A to his hoard, and Shinsou to be his Precious Treasure. its pretty cute so far? “Izuku looked at the small circle Aizawa had motioned to in front of them. "I won't fit," he whispered, thinking. He raised his hand, tentatively. Sighing, Aizawa grumbled, "What?" "I-I have a question. Actually, two." His teacher just stared at him, unimpressed. Izuku continued. "Can we activate our quirks before we step into the ring?" Aizawa looked up into the sky, muttering something Izuku didn't hear. "If you must." "O-Okay. Uh, second question. You said we have to stay inside the circle, right?" "Yes." The man looked disappointed, not only in Izuku but in himself for letting the kid speak. "Great. Uh... does that include tails?"”
It was dark inside the closet by Chad_Champion69420 is a one-shot about a prank of sorts. are they actually together? I don't know. they certainly don't know. and now, thanks to their tomfoolery, class 1-A doesn't know either. “Midoriya is invited to a party. He and Shinsou decide to play a little trick on the rest of the party during Seven Minutes in Heaven.”
Sleep Exhaustion Causes Sleep Paralysis by Rhia_Emrys is a dadzawa good(ish) Dabi homeless izuku pile of nonsense. I like it quite a bit, but it is a bit chaotic, and the au takes a different angle than most. “Izuku Midoriya was born with a rather unfortunate quirk, extraordinarily powerful, but deeply hidden by self-loathing. Thus, it only manifested as a simple quirk known as sleep deprivation for most of his life. Due to a tragic accident in his childhood, he's left abandoned on the street without a dollar to his name. Thankfully, with a little divine intervention and an exasperated underground hero, he might just be able to turn things around.(Sleep Deprivation- If the user touches someone they can transfer however tired they are to that person. They also physically can't sleep.)“
Vigilante Ghost by allergic__to__people is a orphan vigilante izuku fic where slowly but surely dadzawa begins to earn this wild kid’s trust, only to find him bleeding out on his doorstep. “Izuku Midoriya disapears at the age of 8 after his mother is killed. A year later, a mysterious vigilante named 'Ghost' shows up. When Aizawa gets saved by him and discovers a bit more about his identity, he is hellbent on making sure the kid is save. So what happens when this vigilante knocks on his door in the middle of the night, beaten up and an obviously unhealthy amount of blood is leaving his body? Well, let's go to the hospital and try to make sure you do not end up in jail!”
Shookspeare wrote a Shindeku month series that's rather pleasant. my favorite is the seventh one, but i’ll just put the whole series here
safe haven by periiwren is going to do its solid best to crack your heart in twain, and you’ll enjoy it. erasermic, adopted shinsou, cuddles. all the good stuff. just a helpful heaping of homophobic!inko and trauma recovery to go with. “What some of his students might find surprising is that Aizawa Shouta wasn’t nearly as cold-hearted as he appeared to be. Quite the opposite, in fact - he’s married, with a son and four cats between him and his husband. Despite what his cold words and demeanor would suggest, he actually cares a great deal about his students. So when he’s at home on a Friday evening, he’s instantly alert when his son jumps up and practically sprints into his room, answering his ringing phone with the name Izuku before the door slams shut. He sets aside his paperwork to share a concerned look with his husband stationed in the kitchen. Shouta’s brow furrowed. Midoriya? Since when are they on first name basis? Shinsou and Midoriya make a pact to tell their parents about their relationship. It doesn’t go over well on the latter’s end.“
Butterfly Effect by AndStillTheyStood only has one chapter so far, so im not going to try to summarize it properly. I will say its a life is strange au. “Excerpt: "Before his eyes, he was able to make something out of his splotched vision. Everything went backwards. He was lucky he wasn't able to hear anything, since he couldn't even make sense of what he saw. The slime villain receded into a plastic bottle. Bakugou walked backwards. The bottle floated up. He saw All Might, moving backwards in his signature flying pose, and he saw the bottle fall-- er, rise-- into All Might's hand. He dropped his arm."“
The Other Side Of Paradise by Mr_Ghost(Mx_Nobody), Mx_Nobody is. hard to describe. Touya stops being one kid’s big brother to go start being another kids big brother? kinda? found family, lets go with that. “Izuku, even at ten years old, knows there is something wrong with him. His father told him so. His mother had told him so. Even Kacchan- his best and only friend had told him so. - The only thing Touya regrets is leaving Shouto behind, but he couldn’t get Shouto alone for long enough to sneak him out, father basically has him on lockdown. - Todoroki Touya and Midoriya Izuku run away on the same day and happen to run into each other.”
and that's that for shindeku. hm. how about BakuDeku? not technically a rarepair, but I don’t have many of them, and of those, only a few aren't poly.
how bout we start with one that Will Rip Your Heart Out and Stomp On It.
The Way You Used To Do by edema_ruh. hurts. its amazing! and there are definitely lighthearted moments! but its also chock full of trauma. izuku spends the first half as a ghost while his body is in a coma and only Bakugou can see and speak to him. its. a mess. basically its an emotional rollercoaster, both for the characters and the reader. currently on a Horrific Cliffhanger. “"We're really sorry," his father says, in a teary-eyed, wobbly way. "But your friend, Izuku, he's... He's gone, son."      Katsuki can do nothing but blink up at them for moments that feel like an eternity, eyes darting between both his parents in obvious confusion, disbelief, and, more than anything, indignation.  "What the fuck are you two talking about? The damn nerd is standing right beside you!" During a battle, Midoriya gets hit by a villain whose quirk detaches his soul from his body. Stuck in a ghost-like state, the boy enters a race against time in order to save himself from permanently dying. Much to his luck - or lack of it -, the only person who can see and talk to him in this state is no one other than Kacchan. Alternatively: Deku and Kacchan are soulbound.”
Standing in awe of death is a series by Ramabear(RyMagnatar) that portrays the essence of ‘This character cant stay dead so they keep dying for the advantage’ mixed with a horrifically unhealthy relationship. this is a mess. its very well written, and definitely a work of art, but its painful. I, personally, don't think its bad enough to be Dead Doved, but its close. i’m a little wary to rec it, honestly. mind the tags, take care of yourself. “A collection of Ajin!Izuku pieces. Sections range in size from multi-chapter pieces to oneshot intermissions designed to fill in the plot around the whole of the beast. Definitely filled with heavy themes, gore, violence, sexual violence and a co-dependency of dangerous levels.”
and to cheer you back up again, Percentages and Probabilities by kagome_angel is an extremely fuffy future fic where Izuku moves in next door to Katsuki and they begin to relearn who they are, and bond. its delightful, if you aren't smiling the whole time start over, try again. “"What the hell are you doing here?" "I... live here, Kacchan. "Midoriya Izuku and Bakugou Katsuki become neighbors.  Izuku considers moving elsewhere. He's really, really glad that he doesn't.”
I have. one. lonely TodoBaku fic bookmarked. a few throuples, and technically they’re paired up in Buried in the Backyard, but that's focused on shinkami so. doesn't count. so just the one todobaku. its a good one though!
how to woo your local trash gremlin: a comprehensive guide by Todoroki shouto by wonhaebunny is absolutely hilarious, and the fic that brought me over to todobaku as a stand alone ship. its another nonsensical case of trying to confess and failing while the target watches on knowing exactly whats going on, the little shit. “five times shouto tries to confess to bakugou, and one time he doesn't bother trying. aka: wikihow is a scam and bakugou is a terrible, terrible boy”
how bout some KiriDeku?
bad at sleeping, worse at dreaming by kirishimidoriya(CastielTheAngel) is the only work so far in the series Midnight, Sunrise, though I hope that changes at some point because its adorable and id pay through the teeth to read more. Kiri has a nightmare, and Mido happens upon him in the common room and they chat and cuddle. its. unbelievably wholesome. “Maybe he takes note of the way Kirishima’s eyes glisten pink in the moonlit room. Maybe he likes how the shadows paint Kirishima’s hair a beautiful tyrian purple. Maybe someday he’ll fall in love with the subtle dusting of freckles on Kirishima’s cheeks, dappling his nose, a sight only for those who’re close enough to observe. Kirishima turns his head as well, then. Midoriya feels his cheeks run red, likely a spectacle worthy of challenging Kirishima’s dye. He’s been caught staring, and he’s about to say something to avoid coming off as creepy, but that would probably only worsen the situation and dig him into a deeper hole, or – or make things even more awkward, which is the absolute last thing he wants, and oh shit, Kirishima’s staring back – Or, Midoriya can't seem to fall asleep, and Kirishima's had a nightmare. Cue the (sliiiightly angsty) fluff.”
Sweet Connection by tiffersthenerdy is a firefighter/baker no-quirk adult au, and its just as fluffy as it sounds. very little angst, and its mostly light stuff; miscommunications and worrying for the people you love and the like. “Kirishima Eijirou moves into a small apartment above a bakery where he meets his one and only neighbor, Midoriya Izuku. They are both disaster gays who need each other to clear away the smoke in their lives while still stoking each other's flames.”
heres something weird in this fandom- no ship. Platonic.
I could cheat here. I will, actually. please just go read everything by BeyondTheClouds777, they are a blessing on earth and we all kneel before their angst-ridden qpp wonders.
if we’re gonna get specific though... Izuku is a Spooky Problem Child by BeyondTheClouds777 is an excellent series, and while it holds some of the angsty vibes Beyond’s known for, its a little milder than some of the others. he’s not actually a ghost, he just looks like one. absolutely riddled with manga spoilers. “In which Izuku has a Quirk that allows him to eject his ghost from his body ("disassociate"), and regardless of how odd or terrifying this ability can be, he's dead-set on becoming a hero. He's also made it his purpose in life to haunt his loved ones with terrible puns.”
Apprenticeship by BeyondTheClouds777 is another good one, especially if you hate Endeavors guts and want nice things for Shouto. some spoilers, but mostly you have to already know to pick up on them. mostly. and its not finished yet, so it may (will) get more spoilery. Extreme levels of Dadzawa. “Shortly after the Hosu incident, Shouto shows up on Aizawa's doorstep in the middle of the night, uncertain and with no one else to turn to. Without evidence to convict Endeavor and the gnawing danger of the Todoroki household, Aizawa takes Shouto in as his apprentice to keep him out of his father's reach until a more permanent settlement can be arranged. Endeavor won't get away with what he did to his family. Not if Aizawa has anything to say about it.“
hi here’s pain. you know how I said he just looks like a ghost? in U.A.’s Resident Ghost, by, of course, BeyondTheClouds777, Izuku has been dead since he was 12, and is now following Aizawa around. not haunting 1-A, no, attending. this one will snap your legs off at the knees and then proceed to beat you with them, but its somehow still really cute? and I’m super curious to see where it goes. “There is a ghost at U.A. Not haunting U.A. Not even hanging out at U.A. There is a ghost. Enrolled. As a student of U.A. And it's just Shouta's luck that he has everything to do with it.“
anyway just go read their stuff. all of it.
after that, not technically platonic and Subject To Changes- Background Only. this is mostly gonna be erasermic being dads, gonna be straight with you.
favoritist, most important, highest priority to remember is definitely family of the year by periiwren. this fic. this fic my dudes, oh my god. there is no better Hitoshi found family, I’m sure of it. I don't know what deal perii made with what devil to create this beauty but it is here and I will forever be grateful. foster system Hitoshi Shinsou, Prospective parents EraserMic. updates sundays. this one may need to be recategorized in the future, periiwren also wrote a cute Shindeku referenced above, so i wouldn't be surprised to se that again here tbh. “Hitoshi is done. Done with moving around every few months to a couple that will scrutinize him and eventually dump him right back where he started. Good thing he’s well past his strike limit now- at least he can stay in one place, be content to age out of the system and finish out his training with Aizawa. Maybe transfer into the hero course, maybe be a hero- but none of that was guaranteed. The only thing for sure was that he was going to stay in that center for the rest of his childhood. Or so he thought- because Aizawa Shouta and Yamada Hizashi have other plans.”
(I am almost completely certain this next one will move Eventually, but at this time Izuku is far to emotionally damaged to be looking for a relationship. its also the fic that got me commenting again, so like whoop for that.)
Apertum Mortem by so_dont_let_in_the_light is a rather traumatic izuku cant die due to his quirk fic where he’s a mess, his mom is a horrid person, and luck just has it out for this kid, but he’s making friends and learning to heal so. things are looking up. it took almost 100 chapters for him to finally start being honest with his friends though, so. we in for the looooong haul here, and i’m thrilled. I am extremely fond of this fic, and have been bugging the author every chapter since I found it, and they haven’t chased me off yet so i’m just gonna keep getting clingier probably tbh. “Izuku has always had secrets. The first one he ever kept was of his mother's training sessions after the doctor's visit. Being quirkless was never a willing choice he got to make in more ways than one. The second secret he ever kept you ask? His quirk. Or. Izuku grew up facing more than just discrimination.    A/N: I'm so sorry in advance.”
I think State of Mind by GuardianOfTheLoaf fits in here as well, though that may be just because the characters don't now each other well yet. Izuku can tuck things away in a pocket dimension in his head that mirrors his current staete of mind. things put in there while he’s having a panic attac come out melted, for example. this one is Angsty, and looks to be getting angstier if anything. i’m afraid for izuku at this point. “Izuku was a late bloomer, his quirk lying dormant until his tenth birthday when in a fit of emotion he grabs his mother and she disappears. With All Might slowly restoring his confidence Izuku begins the difficult journey into becoming a hero.“
that's enough for now, i’m exhausted. I can definitely write up the last post later. still need to do the poly ships!
Hey y’all drop some great BNHA fanfics here 👇🏻 they can be long or short, ships can be whoever from bakudeku to todomomo, I’m not picky I just want to read some good ones :D
