i can’t believe i suffered thru watching arcane and didn’t even get jayce merch by the end of it. he made the most unbelievable comeback of the century, and he gets what? the league of legends socials making him their icon during the height of the jayce pfp wars? only to switch back once the show ended? without even a stupid little funko pop in return?? they USED him. Me watching Hellsing 2001: it was fun but I don't know if this is really my thing, the aesthetics go hard but I don't think this will turn into a fixation. Really like Alucard though he's hot.

ok so I recently lost the ring I've been wearing on my left pinky finger for the last like 5 years, my hand feels naked without it lol and I'm looking to replace it with something a bit more my style (the old one was floral, I got it when I was a teenager, flowers aren't typically my thing these days) so out of these options

personally I'm leaning towards the bat or the crying heart. there was also a "memento vivere" one I want but I already wear a ring with engraved text on the same hand and I am looking at something a little bulkier to balance out the other two dainty rings I wear on my left hand and the bulkier one I wear on the right. yes I know I am thinking way too much about this

has Guidi stopped sucking so much as a shoemaker nowadays? they've always been a great tannery and their leather accessories are solid, but i remember their shoes being real bad back in the day.

my more recent Guidi bison belt has held up great, but i had horse 788 backzips like 10 years ago which fit awkwardly and had inconsistent leather cutting, sloppy stitching, and some puckering at the welt at the front of the toebox. i also saw a bunch of Guidis on both primary and secondary markets around then in real rough shape - especially with regards to welt puckering.

this would've been really sloppy work and poor QC for a boot at a quarter of Guidi pricing, and most people defending it at the time didn't seem to know much about shoe construction. but i haven't really seen any horror stories recently and the brand is continuing to have its moment (e.g. Yohji Yamamoto and Alyx collabs and those cool Matrix boots), so maybe things are better now?
