"You are prone to dramatic statements."

"Oh if that isn't the pot calling the kettle…" Draco shook his head. "If I walked in there and started spouting off unpublicised details about the crime scene, they'd probably arrest me."

"Mention the photos, I don't care." Theo shrugged. "Hermione basically told me she knows I have a source."

Draco narrowed his eyes, then looked down at the image of Ogden's prone body. He seemed so vulnerable. Pathetic. Like the killer had debased him somehow.

"Fuck, if it were anyone but Tiberius I'd wash my hands of it." Draco tipped back and crossed his arms.

"Department's changed since you were there last. Quite different with Potter and Granger in charge."

"And that's supposed to make it better?"

"Well, no. But face it; you're not going to be able to resist telling them they're wrong."

I really want to tell my best friend about me being a therian, I think ai’m going to do it today. I’m pretty sure they’re accepting but I’m TERRIFIED. They keep making jokes about me being a dog, so I don’t think they’ll be that surprised, but I don’t want this to change anything.

Edit/Update: APPARENTLY THEY ALREADY KNEW?? I mean I’m not super subtle in terms of my very nonhuman actions but they knew! Which means they have been “joking” about me being a dog for months ON PURPOSE!! Oh my stars. Honestly I’m super happy about it, but I want to tackle them.
