Guys i failed so bad yesterday. I purged some of it but i learned that purging CAN ONLY REMOVE HALF THE CALORIES??? LIKE EVEN IF YOU GET ALL OF IT YOUR BODY ABSORBS THE CALORIES THAT FUCKING FAST. Literally cried for ever learning that.

But here’s the thing, im gonna keep going with my plan. Letting one fuck up make me give up isn’t what ana would want for me.
