I am always lothe to elevate the voices of Republicans who voluntarily worked for and repeatedly voted for Donald Trump—especially those who somehow still believe that America was just hunky dory until Trump came along and ruined everything—but it’s getting down to the wire and hopefully hearing their voices will change some hearts and minds prior to the next election. x

Edward Helmore at The Guardian:
Former White House communications director Alyssa Farah Griffin has disclosed that Donald Trump repeatedly mused out loud about executing people at several meetings while she worked for him during his presidency.
Griffin’s claim, which she made in a podcast recording with Mediaite released on Friday, is likely to add to concerns that a return for Trump to the Oval Office could be characterized primarily by political retribution. The former communications director for the Trump administration told the outlet she had been at a meeting at which he “straight up said a staffer who leaked … should be executed”, referring to an anonymously sourced report that the former president had gone into a secure bunker at the White House at the height of the racial justice protests prompted by a Minneapolis police officer’s murder of George Floyd. “There were others where we talked about executing people,” Griffin said. In response to Griffin’s comments, Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung told Newsweek: “As President Trump has said, the best revenge is the success and prosperity of all Americans.”
Under the constitution, a president has no direct power to enforce capital punishment. But the president does have the power to appoint attorneys general who oversee key decisions concerning federal capital punishment. Rumors around Trump’s interest in summary executions have been making the rounds for years. As he geared up to run for a second presidency in November, Trump reportedly asked three people: “What do you think of firing squads?” And he has repeatedly backed expanding the use of the federal death penalty. According to Rolling Stone, Trump has also mused about bringing back hanging and the guillotine – all while televising their use – because it “would help put the fear of God into violent criminals”. A Trump spokesperson said at the time to Rolling Stone that “either these people are fabricating lies out of thin air” or the outlet is “allowing themselves to be duped by these morons”.
[...] Griffin left the White House in December 2020, weeks after Trump lost the election to Joe Biden but refused to accept the legitimacy of the result. She is now a commentator for CNN and co-host of the ABC talkshow The View.
Appearing on Mediaite’s Press Club podcast this past Friday, guest Alyssa Farah Griffin revealed that Donald Trump had an authoritarian habit about musing executing leakers.

⚔️ Task Force 141 - NFL AU 🏈
by me (sleepyconfusedpotato) and @alypink ! This AU will include some Original Characters made by us both!
---
New Hampshire 141s, a new rising american football team whose players dominantly came from the United Kingdom, is ready to face the NFL season!
As the previous Head Coach, Herschel von Shepherd got fired by the General Manager MacMillan, John Price (who has roots in rugby) got chosen by MacMillan to bring the team to victory. Let us see which players caught Coach Price's eyes!
John Price (HC)
John Price was born in Liverpool, England, but moved to America when he was still very young due to his father being deployed from the military to an American base. Although his father retired a couple of years later, they decided to stay in America. He grew up loving sports as a child but American football always piqued his interest more than any other sports. He played safety in middle and high school, but in his junior year, he had Meniscal tears that prevented him from ever playing again. John was heavily depressed after his injury, one day one of his close friends, Nikolai, who was also one of his fellow teammates on his high school team, told him to cheer him up to go watch the team play or to attend the training camps, John agreed and started assisting to the games and eventually started to think about becoming a head coach. He was recommended by his former high school head coach to take the job as a defensive coordinator for the New Hampshire Wildcats, a college football team. His performance and playbook were impressive, leading the Wildcats to reach a bowl and winning it twice. He proved to be fit and ready for a professional football team in the NFL and was hired as a defensive coordinator by the New Hampshire 141’s, by the HC at that time, Herschel von Shepherd. His first two seasons were disastrous as there was friction between the players and their head coach, most of the players disagreed with Shepherd's decisions and playmaking. To add to that, he seemed to never care about the player's input or needs. Although in those seasons they held a record of 4 wins and 12 losses, the General Manager of the team noticed his defense was the best in the league for both points and yards, and also noticed that a good portion of his defense players were selected on the all-pro team of those two seasons. After the owner and GM fired Shepherd as a Head Coach, John took his place. In his first seasons with the 141s, he restructured the team and went to playoffs and one NFC championship. As he wanted to improve his team, he started attending college football games, he attended once a college game in which he met the offensive coordinator at the time, Aly, and after the game he met her to ask about some players he was interested in on her actual team, for QB and WR positions, they became acquaintance since that day and kept communication for some time, as she sent some prospects his way. She also requested his help every now and then, making him attend her games and inviting her over to watch the 141s too. After spending time together and sharing the same interests and love for football, they started to date but kept it low as two months later, John hired her as his new offensive coordinator.
#26 Kyle Garrick (WR)
the most responsible and reliable player of the team. Kyle’s dad was an ex-WR and a former head coach out of a college football team. His father is a very hardworking man and disciplines his son like a football player, and with that, comes a great expectation for Kyle since his high school years. Kyle is extremely reliable, responsible, and respected on and off the field. He is HC John Price's favorite due to his work ethic. Kyle believes in having discipline in everything he does to be one of the best. He keeps a picture of his girlfriend, Eleanor Graham (Ladybug) everywhere, especially in his locker room as he says she brings him good luck for catching the hail mary’s from Alex. Kyle and Alex met in Baylor University, where they played together and won many games, including several bowl games. They became best friends in and out of the football field, supporting each other infinitely. “You've got friends nearby.” On Alex’s quote, “I can throw the ball like ‘fuck it, he’s over there somewhere’ and Kyle would magically appear and catch the ball. He’s always at the right place.”
One day during practice Alex was throwing the ball too far to the left, which headed straight towards her head. On instinct and in an attempt to catch the ball, Kyle collided with Eleanor, which bruised her arms. Instead of being upset like how Kyle would expect her to react, she laughed loudly at him, saying that she chose to sit there. She knew the hazard of studying near a football field. Even though Eleanor said she can take care of her bruises, Kyle insisted on nursing her. (Alex SMILED ear to ear). They both met from time to time. Every practice, Kyle always looks for Eleanor on the side of the field. Eleanor’s laid-back personality often bothers Kyle as she's a damn med school student, but through her, Kyle learns how to slow down and live in the moment. Love bloomed between them and they became a couple midway through freshman year.
When Kyle was drafted to the NFL to be with Alex for New Hampshire 141s, Eleanor was there with him when he received the call from HC Price. Though Eleanor has to stay in Texas to continue her studies, Eleanor travels to New Hampshire often to visit Kyle.
#31 Alex Keller (QB)
Alex is the quarterback of the 141s, second draft pick and first QB of his university. He is very skilled and hard-working, he is in love with water girl Farah Karim and aspires to be like Tom Brady. He and Kyle Garrick (WR) met in their first year of freshman in University and they played since their first year as the duo of QB and WR (Burrow and Chase vibes) and were drafted together in the NFL draft by the same team. Young duo but very effective especially during the regular season. Alex Keller met Farah Karim in his rookie season during training camp in his first year and has been infatuated with her. Since then, he has tried to score ASAP or reach 4th down so he can sit on the bench and talk with her. Whenever he can, he visits and picks her up from University and helps her out whenever he can in anything she would need.
#70 Simon Riley (TE)
Simon Riley used to be a rugby player in England. He joined the rugby team during his college days and met Price as one of his coaches, who trained and guided him to become one of the most dominant flankers in college rugby. Unfortunately, though he’s always dependable whenever he’s on the field, Simon was often riddled with injuries. His quiet personality didn’t help his case either, bearing the pain in his left leg in silence, until one day, he tore his ACL during an important game which cost the team their winning chances. Simon rested for a whole year to heal his knee. Together with his familial struggle, he contemplated quitting being an athlete. That was until Coach Price offered him a fresh start in the USA. As a flanker is equivalent to the Tight End position in American football, Price told him that he would be perfect for the role. Simon was adamant at first as he was still injured and how he’d be able to completely heal from this devastating injury. But when he said that in America they could find him a good physiotherapist to help him heal his knee, he reluctantly accepted the offer. Simon got into the draft and was a first-round pick due to how much of a good player he was in rugby. On his first day on the team, he met the other players who got drafted, but the most important and the most fateful meeting was when he got introduced to Charlotte Le Jardin (nickname Jade to simplify her last name), a physiotherapist that Laswell had promised help him to heal his ACL and help him regain his top form. It was a rough road, but with every step he took, Jade was there to help him. Now, every injury he has he doesn’t stay on the sidelines but goes inside the tent or the stadium so he can be checked by her. Whenever Jade’s out watching the game, he scores more than usual or gets distracted. He often carries the team, especially during the conference championship games.
#71 Johnny MacTavish (RB)
Johnny MacTavish was born and raised in Scotland. After high school, he was offered an academic and sports scholarship to a prominent university in the USA. He began his football career when he was a freshman at University as a very talented runner, which elevated him as the starter RB on his fifth game. In his senior year he was awarded the Heisman Trophy winner at college, but due to a shoulder injury, he missed being the top pick at the draft. He was later selected by the New Hampshire 141s and got put in as a starter as soon as he got drafted. He has good chemistry with his team but gets injured by overdoing himself or trying to tackle defensive players on the other team. He is also constantly with Jade for treatment and often misses important playoff games. Johnny is a very talented running back and that is why HC Price can’t get rid of him no matter how he misses practices and meetings and how his personal life affects his performance on the field. He always tries to take his friend Simon Riley to social gatherings and social media, but he completely shuts him down every time. That's different on the field though, as whenever Johnny's going to play a run, Simon will always be there in front of him to push the tacklers away, making way for Johnny to score a first down or a touch down. They're an unstoppable duo together. Johnny is very popular among female fans, making his jersey the one with the most sales every year. His dating story is pretty large and his games are always attended by the women he dates (which constantly changes).
some memes I made 😭
Here's the Hereford 141S' Logo and jersey design! The logo is heavily inspired by the Task Force 141's logo, so it's pretty much just a sporty twist of the logo!
More characters underneath the cut!
#11 Alejandro Vargas (MLB) and #22 Rodolfo Parra (OLB)
(Drawing to be posted!)
Alejandro and Rudy both moved to El Paso, Texas when they started high school at the age of 14 years old. They were avid football (soccer) players during their time in Mexico, but when they started High School they began to play football. Both Alejandro and Rodolfo played as Linebackers, Ale being MLB and Rodolfo being OLB. They did amazing in High School then they both received a scholarship to attend the university in Dallas, Texas. Both of them were later selected to do the NFL Pathway program, for both of them. Being together since their childhood years, high school and university they were a packaged deal and were both selected on the same team, same position on the NFL draft. Alejandro is especially hyped when playing against Philip Graves, QB of the Dallas Shadows. They have had beef with each other on and off the field since they played against each other for the first time. Ale’s average sack during a game against Dallas is approximately 5 per game, he sometimes is way too harsh while tackling making him get a couple of flags whenever he blitzes and sacks. He’s often scolded by his friend Rudy, but he does not care as long as he can sack Graves.
Kate Laswell (Defensive Coordinator)
(Drawing to be posted!)
was raised in Virginia, USA. Both her parents and brothers loved football and so did she. Since elementary, she watched and never missed a game during weekends, she always had a fascination for the Chicago Bears and their ‘85 team. Her father told her about how that defense, without an extraordinary QB or offense made them win the superbowl and also made them the best defense of all time. After witnessing that season and that Superbowl, she fell in love with how the defense scheme in football works. Unfortunately professional football for women wasn’t an option, so she studied a lot to become a defensive coordinator. She studied day and night, memorizing the plays, analyzing games and creating new playbooks since she was young. She struggled a lot to have an opportunity since it was a male-dominated team. One of her childhood friends made it to the roster to become a defensive coordinator for the Colorado Buffaloes College Football Team, he was a good coach but not “impressive”. She supported him by attending his games but couldn't help but try to talk to him whenever she thought he could do better, often interrupting his play callings during his games to make him change the play, and it always worked. She and his friend attended a College Bowl, and met John Price at that game, the three of them watched the game and she started to tell both of them what adjustment she would do for both teams, and that piqued John’s interests as she was awfully right, he was impressed by how well she read offense’s routes and how she was able to change from a 3-4 or 4-3 to a hybrid defense. He decided to give her a chance and hired her as his new defensive coordinator for the 141’s and established a very good partnership and friendship with her ever since.
Farah Karim (Intern Physical Therapy Student - Watergirl)
(Drawing to be posted!)
Farah Karim is a university medical student who got an internship in his junior year of college to be the water girl and help around the New Hampshire 141s team. She comes from an immigrant family and is the pride and joy of her parents. She struggled so much in her younger years to pursue an education and get into a good college in the USA, she managed to get a scholarship due to her great school performance and was given the chance to work with a professional football team. She met Alex Keller after his rookie season and developed a close friendship with them that later turned into a romantic interest. She is grateful for his help and also supports him during games. Her classmates usually bug her by asking Farah to let them meet Alex or to set them up with him, which she dislikes very much.
(OC) Alyssa Martinez (Offensive Coordinator)
Aly was born in Mexico and moved to the USA thanks to a scholarship she received when she graduated from High School and moved to Texas to attend college. As soon as she graduated from Texas A&M holding a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, she started working as an offensive coordinator at a local highschool. She then escalated to being an offensive coordinator for the College she attended. Aly managed to take the team to a College Bowl where she met 141s Head Coach John Price and became acquaintances after that game, they kept communication after that game, as Aly asked for suggestions for her playbook and she helped Price on suggesting him prospects for the upcoming draft selection and also players on free agency. She was later hired by Price as his offensive coordinator and they began to have a low key romantic relationship. She specializes in West Coast offense, having her team play the Air Coryell scheme. She suggested Price to draft Alex Keller as he was the perfect pocket passer that would fit their offense perfectly. She’s an avid Tom Brady fan.
(OC) Charlotte Le Jardin (Physical Therapist)
Originally from England, Jade was adopted by an American couple and moved with them to the United States at an early age. Her parents, Eli and Gracie, worked at Bravo Stadium, home of the 141s, and Jade became a constant presence on the sidelines. As time went by, the Bravo Stadium became her home. Jade started helping around the sidelines bringing water, towels, medical kits, and even helping out in the blue tent, all the while completing her college in biological science and doctor of physical therapy (DPT), and of course, licensing in Physical Therapy. When she got her license, her experience was already on par with the other physiotherapists since she had been jumping from senior to seniors, learning and practicing all she could. Kate Laswell who has been seeing Jade there since she was a teenager, hired Jade as one of the many physiotherapists for 141s, and with that came a fateful challenge: a newcomer Tight End with a torn ACL from his rugby days, who’s trying to get back to his top form in order to play in the NFL.

PHEW so there you have it! If you've read it this far, oh my LORD me and Aly love you so much! This is a pretty severe brainrot that we had, so hope you like it!
And let's enjoy the 2024 NFL Season 🏈🏈🏈
Hope you like it! 🥰🥰

Today is January 1st. There are just 309 days until Election Day.
We can't rely on a clever legal gimmick or some preternatural force to prevent a Trump victory. We have to do it ourselves with our organizing and our votes.
Three young women who worked in the Trump White House had a conversation with ABC's Jonathan Karl before the end of 2023. Sarah Matthews, Cassidy Hutchinson, and Alyssa Farah Griffin went on to testify before the House January 6th Committee. The trio said that a second Trump term would be even worse than the first.
Former aides warn of 'running out of time' to prevent Trump re-election
All three gave testimony to the US House committee investigating Trump’s efforts to overturn his 2020 election defeat as well as the 6 January 6 Capitol attack staged by his supporters. And they warned in an unprecedented television interview on Sunday that time was short to prevent a second Trump administration in which they insist his behavior would be much worse. “People in general have short memories, and might forget the chaos of the Trump years,” Sarah Matthews, a former deputy White House press secretary who resigned on the day of the deadly Capitol riot, said on ABC’s This Week. “They also might not just be paying attention to what he’s saying now – and the threat to democracy that exists. It does really concern me if he makes it to the general [election] that he could win. I’m still hopeful that we can defeat him in the primaries, but we’re running out of time.” [ ... ] Hutchinson, ex-aide to Trump’s chief of staff Mark Meadows, said voters needed to believe Trump when he said he would be a dictator on his first day back in the White House. “The fact that he feels that he needs to lean into being a dictator alone shows that he is a weak and feeble man,” she said. Matthews, meanwhile, said Trump had already signaled what his second administration would look like. “We don’t need to speculate because we already saw it play out,” she said.
The three former staffers know that Trump's dictator and vermin rantings are not just talk. Sarah Matthews, Cassidy Hutchinson, and Alyssa Farah Griffin should be taken more seriously than some blowhard on Fox News who's attempting to dismiss Trump's Hitlerian references.

Thursday, September 19, 2024 - Tim Walz
Governor Walz spent the whole day in St. Paul prepping for the Vice-Presidential Debate with Senator Mark Kelly, Former US Representative Liz Cheney, Secretary Pete Buttigieg and Alyssa Farah Griffin.
During debate prep today there were 2 full-length practice sessions where Secretary Buttigieg played the role of VP Candidate JD Vance. We are looking forward to implementing some tweaks to our strategies in the coming time we have to practice.

Alyssa Farah Griffin Disappointed in Republican Turnout for Same-Sex Marriage Bill: “My Party Needs to Come Around”
Alyssa Farah Griffin Disappointed in Republican Turnout for Same-Sex Marriage Bill: “My Party Needs to Come Around”
Alyssa Farah Griffin is speaking for Republicans on The View, and she’s not afraid to admit her party is far behind on the times. After the Respect for Marriage Act passed in the Senate yesterday (Nov. 29), protecting both same-sex and interracial marriage, Griffin weighed in on the underwhelming GOP support for the bill, which only received 12 Republican votes. Her co-host, Sunny Hostin, noted…

Gustaf Kilander at The Independent:
Some Republicans are openly having second thoughts about former President Donald Trump’s choice of running mate, Ohio Senator JD Vance. The senator has received negative attention after old clips resurfaced of him calling some Democrats, including Vice President and presumptive Democratic nominee Kamala Harris, “childless cat ladies” and arguing that people with children should have more influence over the future of the country than those without children. The vice president has two stepchildren.
Harris, who would be the first Black South Asian woman president, has broken numerous fundraising records and she has secured enough delegates to claim the nomination at the Democratic National Convention next month. Ben Shapiro, a conservative commentator, recently said on his show, “If you had a time machine, if you go back two weeks, would [Trump] have picked JD Vance again? I doubt it.” “I think he probably would have picked someone like [Governor] Glenn Youngkin from Virginia in an attempt to broaden out his base,” he added. “There was clearly zero vetting of JD Vance. Clearly a vibes pick by an overconfident Trump that is proving to be a disaster,” former Trump White House Communications Director Alyssa Farah Griffin wrote on X after The New York Times revealed that Vance wrote “I hate the police” in an email after the killing of 18-year-old Black man Michael Brown by a white officer in October 2014.
“Given the number of negative experiences I’ve had in the past few years, I can’t imagine what a Black guy goes through,” he added at the time. Wisconsin Republican strategist Bill McCosten told Politico that “Of the people that were mentioned as finalists, he had the most risk, because he had never been vetted nationally.” He added, “Doug Burgum ran for president, he had been vetted, mostly. Marco Rubio has run for president, he had been vetted. JD Vance hadn’t. So there was risk in the pick. And we’re going to see over the next 102 days how he stands up to the bright lights of a national campaign.” A member of the House Republican caucus anonymously told the outlet: “Find me one publicly elected official in the Senate who is pushing JD Vance other than [Utah Republican Senator] Mike Lee. I’ll wait.”
Is Donald Trump beginning to regret his pick of J.D. Vance for VP yet?
Vance has been nothing but a liability to the ticket, and if Trump loses, picking Vance instead of Doug Burgum, Marco Rubio, or Glenn Youngkin may well cost him a victory.
Trump wanted Burgum, but his two sons Eric and Donald Jr. wanted Vance instead, and the sons won out.

THE WARRIOR WITHIN (Modern Warfare I Fanfic)
Chapter Three:
“John?”
“Kate.”
“We’re online with the General from the Hawaiian base.”
“Kalani is part of this conversation now?”
“I just want an update about MY team assisting with yours, Captain.” Alana said with a strong tone. As she was making clear with Price of her concern for her soldiers.
She’s sitting in her office while talking on her laptop. Staring at the screen to see Laswell’s face and just hearing Price’s voice from the recording. “And want to make sure that they are ALIVE. Is Sergeant Blast with you?”
Hearing a soft chuckle from the British man. He responded back. “Yes. I wasn’t expecting your Sergeant to be so reckless with the bomb. Almost gave all of us a heart attack.”
“Heh. She IS full of surprises, Captain. And that’s why I chose her to go with you.”
Laswell smiled a bit seeing the General and the Captain are on good terms. “Alright, for the updates General. Alex, Aly and Aelan are already in Urzikstan to find the stolen chems.”
“Well, you’ll need the Liberation Force on their side, so have Aly contact the CO.” Price explained.
“You know Commander Karim?”
“We’re acquainted.”
The General nodded as she kept listening to this report. “How can they let the Urzikstan Liberation Force know that they’re not on the Russian’s side?”
“They can use my name. Or they’ll kill them.”
Alana scoffed at this before looking at Laswell through the screen. “Let’s hope THAT won’t happen.”
Laswell was silenced a bit as she glanced away. Don’t want to look back at the General.
General just glared at Laswell before calling back to Price. “I wish you luck, Captain. Let me know if there’s anything else that is going to happen.”
“Will do, General.”
—---------------------------------
Urzikstan
Alex, Aly and their new member of the team, Aelan. Were being escorted by the ULF soldiers into their hideout.
The three of them were quickly pushed inside before being sat down.
Aelan, the medic combat soldier, looked around seeing many soldiers were staring down at them before she leaned towards Aly and whispered. “Are you sure that these are the people that you were contacting? On our way HERE?”
“Sí. (Yes) But they are very cautious of who is coming. Since they are going against the Russians. So they’re making sure that we’re not one of those enemies.” Aly explained as she was eyeing at every soldier in the room.
“Oh greeeaaat…how wonderful.” The Medic said it sarcastically before seeing a woman walking in front. “Oh.”
The woman was staring at the three while giving a cautious look. Then she looked at Alex who was sitting in between the two ladies. “What is your message from Captain Price?”
Alex was just looking up at the Commander before lightly speaking. “Commander Karim. Call me Alex.”
“I’m listening, Alex.”
Alex was silenced a bit as he looked at the soldiers around. And then looked back at the Commander. “This is classified…”
Farah stared at Alex for a bit before glancing at the two ladies. “With these two?”
“These are my allies. They go where I go. So they’re ok.” Alex explained as he looked at Aly and Aelan side to side before looking back at the Commander.
Farah was silenced before speaking to her men. “Adhhabuu ya 'abna' aleumumati, astaeaduu. (Go cousins, get ready)”
The soldiers slowly walked out while staring at the three strangers. And closed the door, leaving them alone.
Farah leaned forward while placing both of her hands on the table. Looking at Alex, waiting for him to speak.
“Forty-eight hours ago, terrorists stole a shipment of Russian gas.” He explained.
“Only Al-Qatala would do this.”
Aelan and Aly watched Alex stand up as he went around the table. “The Russians make no distinction between Al-Qatala and your people.”
“And I make no distinction between the Al-Qatala and the Russian Army. They are BOTH terrorists. We would NEVER use these poisons.”
Aly then started to speak while looking at Farah. “Then help us track it down, before they-”
“Before they what? Take it to Europe? Or America?” The Commander spoke as she looked down at Aly, who was still sitting on her seat. And scoffed a bit. “We live like this EVERYDAY.”
Before Aly could speak more. They all saw a man walking in with a gun in his hands.
“Commander, it’s time to go.” The man paused to see three newcomers in the room. He looked at Alex first then at Aelan and then at Aly. “...who are these people?”
Farah sighed as she wasn’t expecting him to come in like this. “Alex, this is my brother and lieutenant, Hadir.”
The Lieutenant, who is named Hadir, slowly walked around the table. Walking up to Alex as he was looking at him up and down. Inspecting him. “You are CIA?”
“He works with Captain Price.” Farah answered before seeing her brother smiling at Alex. Looking impressed to hear that familiar name.
“Then you kill Russians, yes?”
Alex looked at Hadir who was walking around him. “I have friends who can help us. These two are one of my friends.”
Hadir looked at Aly and Aelan. “Oh.”
Aly introduced herself first as she stood up and smiled at Hadir. “I’m Special Officer Alyssa Martinez. But you can call me, Aly.” She put her hand out to Hadir with a respected smile.
Hadir stared at Aly’s hand and then back at her face.
Aelan kept her eyes on Hadir, making sure he didn't do anything to her.
Hadir started to take her hand and shook on it while giving her a respected nod. “Nice to meet you, Aly. And you?” He asked Aelan as he looked at the medic woman.
Aelan slowly stood up and looked at him. “Aelan Kalani. I’m a Medic Combat.”
“Medic Combat?” Hadir looked surprised to see one here in this dangerous war.
Aly nodded as she smiled at the Commander and the Lieutenant. “Yes! She’s really good at patching injuries! And she can fight!”
Hadir and Farah looked at Aelan as she nodded at the two.
“It’s true. I can help.” Aelan said while crossing her arms.
The Lieutenant and the Commander looked at each other before she nodded at him. Farah then walked up to the table where the map was at.
“This occupation must end. That we can all agree on, yes?”
Hadir nodded at his sister before Aly, Aelan and Alex also nodded with agreement.
Farah started to explain about Barkov’s men moving into the city and telling the three that if they stay. They’ll help them. But if they stay…they need to FIGHT.
Alex nodded. “Thuma daeuna nuqatil. (Then let’s fight)”
Aelan and Aly agreed as they are ready to fight against the enemies.
Hadir then tosses a gun at Alex. “Mrhban bik fi 'uwrzikistan, Aleks. (Welcome to Urzikstan, Alex.)” Then he looked at Aly and Aelan. “Same for you two. I’ll give you guns once we’re out.”
“Alright, thank you.” Aly said as she appreciates Hadir's offer.
Aelan also nodded before they all followed Farah out of the building.

Aqtabi, Urzikstan
Farah had lit a candle that sparks up the color red. They are in a tunnel. The tunnel that is Urzikstan's life-line. That’s what the Commander had said.
She led the way while explaining to the CIA agents and the medic. Saying that they need to distract the Russians in order for them to ambush the Troop Commanders.
How? They ask.
“Explosives.” Hadir answered.
“Explosives? That’ll get their attention. Should’ve brought Blast with me.” Aelan said with a chuckle.
Hadir looked at the Medic with a small smile. “Does your friend like explosives?”
“OBSESSED with it, actually. She’s also good at making bombs out of scratch.”
“Very interesting. We should use someone like her.” Farah said as she kept walking until she got to the ladder. Before turning around and giving Hadir the candle as she looked at Alex. “Alex. You’re with me. While your two friends help my brother to prepare for the airbase attack.”
Alex looked at Aly and Aelan as he could see them looking a bit worried. “I’ll be fine, ladies. Just go with Hadir and help him as much as you can.” He reassured them while giving them a smile.
Aelan sighed as she nodded and so did Aly.
Hadir said stay safe to his sister before looking at Alex as he handed him something. “Alex, take these charges. C4 with a remote detonator.”
Alex took it before nodding at Hadir and started following Farah up on the ladder.
The Lieutenant saw the two are gone before he looked at Aelan and Aly. “Come with me.” He walked ahead leading the two women out of the tunnel.
“So, Aly. Aelan. Have you experienced these kinds of battles before?” Hadir asked while glancing at the two.
Aly thought about it as she looked at Hadir. “Only ONCE and I nearly got myself hurt when I was helping my team.”
“Oh? You must be very brave.”
Aly giggled. “Well, they just say that I’m reckless. Which they are not wrong though.”
Aelan chuckled a bit at Aly’s response before hearing Hadir asking about herself going into battle. “Once as well. It was in Afghanistan. Been helping out to patch the people up for two years now.”
Hadir stopped as he turned around to look at Aelan. “Afghanistan? For two years? You must be very dedicated with your work.”
The Medic nodded as she smiled with great pride. “Yeah. It is my job to keep them alive and in good shape.”
Then Aly hugged Aelan’s arm. “And that’s why she’s with us! And we were so happy to have her on our team!”
Aelan smiled a little while Hadir chuckled softly before leading them out of the tunnel.
“My sister will let us know once they planted the explosives into one of the Russian’s vehicles and I’m sure that they’ll definitely get distracted.” Hadir explained along the way as they headed over to the camp. Where the rest of the soldiers are waiting.
Once the three had made it to the camp. Hadir had talked to one of the soldiers to get ready for the attack on the airbase.
They nodded and quickly went to prepare for it.
Then he turned around to look at the two ladies. “I’ll be packing everything. You two can head towards that tent and I’ll explain what I had planned.”
They both nodded before Hadir looked at Aelan with a small smile before he left.
Aelan suddenly finds it strange how Hadir gave her that smile.
Then she saw Aly giving her that weird expression on her face. “What?”
She giggles as she gives the medic a grin. “He seems to like you~” She cooed teasingly at her.
Aelan just rolled her eyes. Knowing of what this little miss Agent is thinking about. “This is not a high school romance drama, Aly. And also, we JUST met. Let’s not jump to conclusions.”
“Oh come on! He just SMILED at you!” Aly said as she started to follow Aelan. “Did you not see that?”
“Yes. I saw it. But like I said, this isn’t like some kind of movie.”
“But don’t you wish for that to happen?”
“That’s you. Have you been reading romance books on our way here?”
“Oh caray! (Oh shoosh!) I wasn’t!”
The two chuckled at each other before heading inside in one of the tents.
—--------------------------------
After Farah and Alex had finished their part of the mission and quickly headed back to the base. Where everyone is preparing for the ambush.
Hadir starts to explain his plan with Alex while Aly and Aelan are with Farah on top of the roof.
Aly was looking through her screen with the drone released. Just to see how many Russian soldiers that are ready for their battle. “Seems quite a lot.”
Farah hummed in response while looking through her binoculars. “Indeed. Good thing you brought your technology.” The Commander said with great faze before looking at Aly. “Are you sure that your drone won’t be spotted?”
The CIA Agent gave her a grin. “This drone won’t get caught by their detecting device but it WILL be seen if I get too close. So we’re good.”
Aelan was standing behind Aly, crossing her arms as she looked at the screen. “Huh. Impressive. Good thing we have our brain operator here with this kind of device.” She said with a small smile while nudging Aly.
Aly smiled back at Aelan’s response. Even Farah gave the same smile to the two.
Before seeing one of her cousins was about to set up an airplane-like kind of device. She tapped on Aly’s shoulder. “Pull your drone back. We’re about to set a launch.”
Aly nodded as she started to draw her drone away before Aelan saw Hadir and Alex coming upstairs.
“Barkov has an air force, so we have one too.” Hadir said to Alex before seeing his cousin already threw the plane. “RC planes loaded with C-4!”
Alex, Aelan and Aly watched the plane fly up as it headed to the base where the Russians were at.
“Alex, grabbed the tablet. You, the others and I are going to control the plane to head into the base.” Hadir explained as he watched Alex heading to the table and grabbing one.
“Are we ready?” Farah asked while still staring at the base that was in front of her.
Hadir nodded at his sister. “Yes, commander. Let’s fly.”
They have already started to fly their planes into Barkov’s base and already make an explosion. From every corner. The UFL cheered and yelled in dominance as they already raided through the gates and did their best to get in.
Everyone had run through the gates. Aly has to stay behind but will still be behind coms. Using her drone to be their eyes “Be careful you guys! Alex’s friends are on their way for fire support! Good luck!”
“Same to you, Aly.” Aelan said.
She is with Hadir. Assisting him to get into the main building in the base to get to the armory room. Along with Alex and Farah. She stayed outside with some of Commander’s men to stay in front while they went in.
Aelan also made sure that Farah’s soldiers were patched up if she saw any of them getting hurt.
They saw how fast she could fix their wounds. Even during a firefight.
Soon after, one of Alex’s friends had flown in with their plane. Supporting them as they shot down the enemy's vehicles that was on their way to the base.
Everything was going as planned as they continue to fight.
And in the end, they have won. Barkov’s base.
“Is everyone alright? No one got hurt?” Aly asked through the coms as she felt a bit worried.
Alex started to answer. “Everyone is alright, Aly. Well, most of them. But thanks to Dr. Kalani’s patching skills. They’ll be fine until we take them back.”
Aly sighed in relief to hear that they’re okay.
Hadir walked over to Aelan who is helping one of the ULF soldiers fixing their leg. And she let the others take them away gently.
“You are quite fast, Doctor. I’m impressed.” Hadir said with a small smile.
Aelan stood up while dusting her hands off. And grabbing her gun before looking at him. “It is my job, Lieutenant.” She walked over while looking at him up and down. “And you’re not injured, are you?”
Hadir chuckled a bit. “Not really. But even if I was, would you accept to assist me?”
“Heh. If it’s a small scratch, I’m sure you’re a big boy to handle it.”
“Oh ouch, doctor.”
The two heard someone coughing to grab their attention.
They both look to see Farah and Alex standing at the exit, waiting for them.
“Are you two done, brother? The others are waiting.” Farah said as she raised one eyebrow while grinning at her older brother.
Alex was just standing there smiling to see the two.
Hadir coughed a bit, feeling embarrassed as he smiled at Aelan.
She nodded at him before the two walked over.
“Don’t jump into conclusion huh?~” Aly was teasing at Aelan through the coms. Seeing through her drone.
The Doctor looked up to see the drone before flipping her finger at it. Causing the CIA Agent to giggle.
And the battle against Barkov's soldiers is done. But the war is still going on and time is running out. All they could do is wait for Price and the others to give them answers of where to strike next.

The Governor continued to work during the day meeting with some of the state officials who needed to hold meetings with his office. Upon the conclusion of his day he met with Secretary Pete Buttigieg, Former US Representative Liz Cheney, and Alyssa Farah Griffin for another day of debate prep. This is the first debate for Governor Walz on the national stage and so the debate prep will be a focus during down time during the campaign trail as well as days he spends back in Minnesota before the debate.

Trump Aides Explain How He Becomes a Dictator
Vote Blue for our Democratic Republic
"Donald Trump showed us who he is and he's told us who he is for a long time."
"At the end of his administration he talked about implementing Schedule F where he could fire up to 50,000 civil servants and replace them with loyalists. To stack the government with employees that are not tenured and are loyal to Donald Trump."
"He is still facing 91 criminal indictments - they would be underway in the next election cycle. OR they could be settled and his first act would be a self pardon."
- Cassidy Hutchinson, former White House aide who served as assistant to Chief of Staff Mark Meadows during the Trump administration.
Me: Trump's Schedule F would remove years of experience from government departments.
We are talking about analysts that are willing to skew data, climate change deniers in charge at NOAA, records clerks willing to disappear records, HR staff that choose loyalist new hires.

Narcissistic Collapse: Suicide Watch or Trump's Self-Destructive Meltdown
When a narcissist can no longer maintain their delusion of perfection, they enter a state of narcissistic collapse. This is the explanation of Trump's erratic abusive infantile behavior. The only questions are how long will it last and how bad will it get
SUMMARY: It is clear that Trump is in the throes of narcissistic collapse. Harris entry into the race and rapid rise in the polls has made his delusion of perfection impossible to maintain. He has to do something to redeem himself. Often narcissists resort to violence and verbal abuse. Sometimes, if the situation is particularly severe, suicide. What is Trump likely to do? Since so many have…
