People are shading Rhaenyra over being angry about constantly being harassed about bringing daemon back but let’s not forget that he groomed her, emotionally manipulated her and since the usurping had started to become physically abusive to her. Daemon is important to their war efforts because he has caraxes and is the only one willing to willing to get his hands dirty by directly committing war crimes but Rhaenyra is still struggling with questioning every aspect of the relationship she thought that they had and if he can still be trusted to be loyal if she chooses to end the relationship

Question for the ROs, how do they react when they realize they have a crush on MC?

Okay, this one is definitely gonna be subject to some change as they continue to solidify as their own characters.

Lux: They skip the "crush" stage by virtue of obliviousness to their own feelings, which means by the time they notice their feelings they're already in the deep end and in love. The poor dear has an "oh shit, I love them" moment instead.

Rune: Mild disbelief and then slight panic because they know that Auberon will not make things easy for anyone who loves the MC. (Nor should he, Rune wouldn't want them settling for anyone who couldn't be worthy.) Once they're over their "craaaaaap" reaction they fall back into quiet pining. They don't want to ruin their friendship with MC.

Caerwyn: He's... honestly not that surprised when his feelings take on that warmth of affection. He knew that the younger Medulloi was something special to begin with, and there's always something fascinating about such people. He's more floored with surprise when the crush deepens to something more.

Rossella: She's honestly delighted by it, a little wary, but she really doesn't expect it to last long. Such fancies usually pass quickly, right, but...when reciprocated and it's not simply playful flirtation and there's meaning in it...well... that's new to her. New and precious and absolutely delightful.

Marcus: More in touch with his feelings than Lux, he knows he feels something, but decides to go into denial about it being a crush and not just "they're new to the family" affections. Poor Marc is also subject to an "Oh, shit, I'm in love" moment, except it's "Oh, shit, I'm in love with my brother's/sister's spouse!"

“I missed you” for the soft prompts 🫶

Buck wakes with a snort, thoughts muddy and slow as he tries to think through the haze of sleep still settled heavily over his mind. He shifts, shoving his face into the sleep warm fabric of his pillow as he tries to remember what woke him up. He’s already drifting again, whatever it was that woke him already slipping away with his consciousness as he sinks back against his sheets.  There’s a loud thump on the stairs.  Buck shoots up in bed, shoulder screaming with the sudden movement, and all traces of sleep burned away by the jolt of adrenaline in his veins. He strains to hear anything over the thump of his pulse in his throat and the roaring of blood in his ears.  There’s another loud thump followed by a muffled curse. Buck sags against the bed, relief flooding through his limbs at the familiar voice. He runs a hand over his face, before rubbing at his sternum like he’ll be able to soothe the rabbit beat of his heart.  “Eddie?” Buck asks, voice thick with sleep. Wincing, his still healing shoulder aching in protest of its mistreatment — he pushes himself up to watch just as Eddie emerges at the top of the stairs with a disgruntled expression as he rubs at his shin.  “Sorry, didn’t mean to wake you,” Eddie murmurs, a sheepish smile tugging on his lips as he makes his way to the bed, already shuffling out of his jeans. He pauses to step out of them before pulling his shirt over his head and perching on the edge of the mattress.  Buck hums appreciatively at the sight before tipping his head back expectantly. The press of Eddie’s lips against his is warm and soft, his stubble a delicious rasp against Buck’s skin. But Eddie pulls away before Buck can deepen the kiss into something other than a sweet hello. Buck pouts, but Eddie just swipes the pad of his thumb over his bottom lip.  “What are you doing here?” Buck asks, reaching out to capture Eddie’s hand in his own, tangling their fingers together.  It’s not like he minds Eddie’s presence — the day he complains about seeing his boyfriend is the day he loses his mind. But he’s still surprised. He knows that Eddie is coming off a 24 hour shift, and Buck hadn’t been planning on seeing him until tomorrow afternoon for their lunch date.  Eddie clutches at his chest, mock offended. “What? You don’t want me here?”  Buck snorts, shoving at Eddie’s thigh before flopping back in bed. “Don’t be a dick.”  The sheets rustle as Eddie crawls the rest of the way onto the bed, settling in the place next to Buck like it had been made for him. Like he’s being pulled in by a gravitational pull, Buck turns into Eddie, shoving his face into the crook of Eddie’s neck. Inhaling, Buck can feel the tension he hadn’t even realized he was holding melt away. The scent of smoke still clings to Eddie’s skin and Buck chases it, tucking his nose against his boyfriend’s pulse point. Eddie chuckles, arms wrapping around Buck, but mindful to not put too much pressure on his shoulder.  “I wanted to check up on you. How’s your shoulder?”  Buck pulls back enough to squint up at Eddie. “My shoulder is the same it was when you texted me a few hours ago. You didn’t have to come all the way out here to hear that.”  “Fine,” Eddie says with a fondly exasperated huff. “I missed you.”  Oh.  “Well…I missed you too.” Buck tilts his chin up to catch another kiss from Eddie.  “I also missed your bed,” Eddie murmurs against Buck’s lips.  With an indignant squawk, Buck slaps at Eddie’s chest and his boyfriend shakes with laughter. “I can still kick you out.”

Yeah, there is no way their mutual friends are touching that post besides HAO I guess who probably just feels bad for her but everything about that statement was self serving while also indirectly throwing jabs at Ali and acting like she was completely innocent and didn't have any doing in the reason their marriage failed...that's just an awful look and their friends know better than that. Like at least take some accountability?? Would it kill her to wish Ali well in the future as they go their separate ways as she tries to act like she wanted to be all civil initially?? It's not like Ali has done anything or said anything since. Thinking about all the NFAK songs built around the act of looking at the lover. How there is an exploration of the manner in which the sight of the lover engages with the beloved. The sight being the first sense that interacts with the beloved, and what that means to the lover. How sight lets you build what you want to make of your beloved without touching them. Akin to how one might interact with god because one can't touch god.

"Je tu akhiyan de saamne ni rehna" being this sulky, pouty demand you make to your love to return your heart if they are not going to be there in your sight always. "Akhiyan Udeek diyan" a reminder to your love that your eyes are waiting for their arrival, to get a glimpse of you. "Chaap tilak sab cheen" being about how the lovers world collapsed when their eyes met their beloved's. "Ye Jo halka halka suroor" literally telling the beloved that its their gaze that is responsible for this constant state of inebriation that the lover finds themselves in. A love so intense, so potent, that even when the least invasive sense is exposed to it, it's enough to capture a whole gamut of human emotions.
