typically used for fanart of characters with Aruji/MC. the MC in question can be an aruji-oc, a persona—anything really. the MC and the character can be shown in a romantic (the most common one), platonic, familial or any other subtext. you can judge that by the nature the fanart portrays them in.

the only exception of fanarts under this tag that don’t potray MC with the characters are the ones that do a viewer’s perspective kinda thingy? i don’t really know how to describe them but you’ll know it when you see it!

(also! some depict the MC in a face-less manner with no particular distinguish able qualities as opposed to making an oc; this is for immersion purposes i think?)

I am actually just gonna have a go at these all at once, since they're basically the same bit of trivia.

While they're all introduced at various points in the series, and some only elevated from random encounter to boss monster later, all of these particular monsters are taken from the ars goetia's 72 demons of solomon. Several had some localization issues, and other use alternate names from what's listed in their shared source --namely Nebiros being an accepted alternate name of Neberius, and Agares having been localized as Agaless.

Incidentally a lot of these share models with other demon inspired monsters:

Decarabia is actually more likely the core design between it and Buer, as Decarabia is actually conventionally star shaped, where as Buer is a wheel of legs, and the 5 legs just so happen to be comparable to a star shape.

Flauros, aka Haures, initially misromanized as "Frauloss" in WA1 has remained an Ose recolor, but for some odd reason they switched colors at some point? In conventional depictions both are portrayed as humanoids with wild cat heads.
