Literally shut up. How about she does that ANY OTHER TIME! We were all excited to see Cait and Vi get it on but the set up is awful, im so sorry what the actual.

It’s just so blatantly out of character for Vi. Her sister needs her, she’s there. Vi knew what Jinx was going to do and she was distraught but then just switched?? Because it wasn’t really Vi making that decision it was Amanda and Alex.

I got spoiled about the Ekko and Jinx scene and my first thought was. What did they do to Vi? Why did Vi leave Jinx’s side? She would know what she’s thinking. Did Jinx get away from her somehow? Yes… about that.

Vi choosing something for herself would have been a crucial part of her arc and a necessary part but certainly don’t do that when Jinx has made it clear to both Vi and the audience that she’s going to hurt herself.

I’m not mad at Vi because she would never but I am upset that was the set up they went for. It’s ok to like the caitvi bit (I guess…) but just don’t try to defend the set up, for both of our sanities.

truly kinda crazy to me how people watched alicent asked rhaenyra to run away with her and still think there’s room to argue about the nature of their relationship. or worse, talk about it in a non-canonical way. like do you really think that severely repressed woman was asking rhaenyra to run away with her in a friendly way? like, deadass?

the lesbians in my phone are loving my caitvi reblogs so heres my thoughts on the sex scene that i havent seen anyone else say:

in the lead up to act 3, i saw a lot of people saying that they wanted the sex to be really toxic (which is awesome and cool btw), and to have it right after an argument (we love toxic yuri)

but instead, we got it in the most vulnerable and exposed of places (a prison cell), and when vi is at one of her lowest points. and wait does cait do? show her trust and love for vi ("you really thought i needed all the guards at the hexgates?").

basically, my point is that in their lowest moments, after everything, they truly trust each other. cait knows that vi will always choose jinx over her, and shes okay with that.
