Hello! I was wondering if you had an idea what kind of spider this guy could be? Little guy was on my bathroom wall and almost immediately ran behind a counter. I live in the Florida panhandle if that helps

Missin a few legs but still very nice! Looks like a ghost spider, perhaps a yellow ghost spider, Hibana velox.

She blinked, blinked, blinked. She was there, but not. Processing, but barely. Clinging to the world with little more than the desperation to not fade again. To not get stuck in a world of crumbling bricks, of shifting earth, of grasping shadows.

"Are you doing okay?" That was a good question. She didn't feel okay. She felt like she was losing it. She felt like her mind was ripping itself apart. She felt like it would never end and it was terrifying.

But the words to say that wouldn't come. She wasn't thinking right. Couldn't find a world to describe something based entirely outside of reality.

Finally, she managed to speak.

"I... don't know."

'Gwen' and 'hug' were words that didn't usually go together. To say her father was distant was an understatement. To say she trusted anyone to get that close to her bordered on lying.

Though, at the same time, to say she didn't crave them was a lie.

And yet those facts were meaningless as she, after months of self-imposed borderline isolation, completely forgot to ask before wrapping her arms around Miles, squeezing gently.

One second. One second was what it took for her to realize that that was definitely a violation of personal boundaries and pull away. She had to be better about that.

"Sorry!" She exclaimed, "Sorry. I should've asked. I'm really bad with that. I'm so sorry," She forced out as her face grew warm.

y'know, at first i was a bit disappointed they didn't change gwen's haircut for atsv because i thought that she would look cool with something new since her shaved side would be grown out... but then her hair was used perfectly to express her identity, specifically as a trans person.

throughout the movie, gwen struggles with feeling like she's not being true to herself, and says that it feels like her dad only know HALF of her. meanwhile, gwen's hair looks like this and if you spit a picture of her down the middle then you get one side that looks more like a boy and one that looks more like a girl.

not only that, but when gwen was hiding and isolating herself from her dad, her hair turned blue — meaning her currently pink hair turned blue when she was lying about who she is.

and then when gwen does finally start trying to talk about her feelings and express who she really is inside, this is what happens.

not only does her hair (as well as her bedroom) look reminiscent of the trans pride flag, but she's also mainly turned towards the right in this scene, showing off the longer side of her hair...

anyways, gwen stacy is a trans woman and it couldn't be more obvious.
