thesis updates: sent the draft to my advisor -> she said it was "incoherent" and that she was "shocked" at my work and instead of telling me anything in detail as to what's wrong directs me to the writing center then proceeds to cc my committee members saying that she's at a loss with what to do with me -> was confused because... did i send her the wrong draft?? it seemed pretty solid to me?? like i was genuinely proud of it??? -> next day she sends me another email saying that actually my draft isn't bad at all and it just needs some reworking ???????

POORLY DRAWN GROGU EVERYDAY UNTIL 2022 ENDS: DAY 318, THE FINAL ONE

The last drawing I’ll make for this series! It’s the end of 2022 and also the end for the daily drawings.

I don’t want to get too sappy but thank you SO MUCH to everyone who’s been keeping up with the series. I’ve read all the notes and replies you guys leave and it really means a lot <3. I don’t think I can describe how blown away i am to see that many people finding joy in these drawings.

Not to get sappy I am kind of sad that it’s over, it was really fun to draw (but a pain when I couldn’t figure out what to do lmao). Besides that I hope you guys stick around longer around this blog. I’m not really active on here but I kind of started this series to start posting more and motivate myself to post more of my art. 

For the future of this series, I probably won’t continue it like this. I may do a countdown for season 3 but I feel like this is an appropriate place to end things and I really don’t want to drag out this idea to the point I get of doing it. But who knows! I might do a daily thing but it probably won’t be grogu, ill get there when I get there.

Again I’m just really really happy people enjoyed this dumb little series that I started on a whim. It’s grown to a point where if I told myself earlier this year the impact it would have I’d laugh. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I don’t know how to end this im really sad its done but im glad its over too!! I’m gonna be posting a more coherent comic or something soon but thank you!! i can’t say that enough!!

Formula 1 cardiophile* headcanons

Based on certain drivers (George and Lando) talking about their hearts, and my friend, @starlightiing and I adding our own thoughts to it and identifying them as certain cardiophile types purely for fun because we're both cardiophiles and we like talking about these things.

[*Cardiophile: Someone that has a heartbeat kink. It can be either sexual or non-sexual. In this post I'm going to talk about the non-sexual side of this kink.]

George

George is very interested in his fitness, his heart rate in many scenarios, he's interested in how his body works, so I think George is the type of cardiophile that really appreciates their own heart, works out to keep it healthy, tracks its activity on their smart watch and health app on their phone, and gets it checked out frequently to make sure it's healthy. He's the sporty cardiophile that takes heart and cardiovascular health really seriously.

Lando

Lando talks about his heart so much, he's so in tune with it and because he talks about it really naturally, I think he's the casual, cute cardiophile that doesn't panic when he has to mention hearts, he actually enjoys talking about them.

He's basically like this in some of his interviews: “My heart is beating, isn't that nice? I can feel it. I like feeling it. It's really fast when I'm racing. I like talking about my heart. I like my heart, it's doing a really good job keeping me alive.” And I think it's adorable.
