My take on DCMK sexualities

The straightest show for gays to ever exist. Since half of the characters stuck with their childhood crush, almost no one got to explore dating and sexuality. So hear me out

Shinichi – was defensive about Holmes and Watson being not gay, but close friends. Warmed up to queer people after getting to know a few (the person in Moonlight Sonata Murder, fruityass Kaito Kid, etc). He's chill now

Ran – dare I say she never really thought about being with anyone but Shinichi, not to mention with a girl. Though I'm sure some girls have hit on her after seeing how cool she is in karate

Heiji – if this show came out now he would be THE chaotic bisexual, let's be real. His crush on Kudo would be one of the selling points of the show (along with some kaishin ship rivalry, yk how it is). Had a dream about kissing Kudo at least once and woke up confused, but laughed it off eventually

Kazuha – straight friend that everyone had in middle school, moving on

Kaito – the type of man to act fruitier than the actual gay people for no reason. "Bi wife energy" was written about him

Aoko – mom who says "I also wanted to kiss a girl in highschool, it's normal" when her kid comes out. Has an identity crisis after and learns that it is in fact not normal and she had a massive crush on Akako

Hakuba – is he gay or European? Yes

Akako – pretty girl privilege queen who gets a lot of men without being attracted to them, then thinks that she has a crush on Kaito before learning that it's just how respect feels like. Becomes a cool lesbian aunt in her 30s

Sonoko – an obsessed with boys girl from your highschool who casually comes out as a bisexual because "why not, if she's cool" and leaves you IN SHOCK

Defending Francesca..again

I love Francesca...she was Daphne without being Daphne and she had her own aura and charm and calmness.

But over the past 3 days, ever since ep 8 aired, a lot many people have been saying online that every single interaction that Fran had with the ladies of the Ton was simply because of her...preferences which became evident in the light of her stuttering in front of Michela Sterling (I could have said queer but then she might be Benedict to an extent i.e. like both genders so I am waiting till her season comes for confirmation and how her season would progress with the book plot) The most recent post I saw was Fran staring at Pen after the banns of the church reading...I mean..dude come on...Violet has not accepted John and she's just hurt why is John not getting the same respect that Pen is getting..I know I know that Pen knew Bridgerton for years and Fran also knows that..after all, she talked to Pen at Lady Danbury's ball because she wanted someone other than her family to talk to and Pen was there... Another aspect one brought up is that she was also seen staring at Miss Malhotra, one of the debutants in episode 1, after the Queen's presentation. I mean, the actress who played Miss Malhotra, Banita Sandhu, is beautiful but maybe, the reason Fran was looking at her was simply because this was the first time she was interacting with other ladies? Like except for her mainly, Pen, Kate, Edwina and her Aunt in Bath, she wasn't exactly seen with anyone else.. This post was not made to degrade Francesca as an individual or her choices or preferences. Rather it was made to pinpoint how we are so much into finding some sort of easter eggs that we are simply characterising a character without any valid context. Just because Benedict was shown bi in S1 and not in S2, we are so obsessed with having a queer character. For that please, first get Reynold and Brimsely together first. Francesca just got married and she just met Michaela and she is going towards her husband's house..is that not enough?

We know John dies okay? But it won't be until 2 years of their marriage ( as per books) so please allow Francesca to grow a little bit before her season comes, instead of taking the decisions into her own hands on how her character should develop.

While attending God U Cate and Y/N meet and fall for each other as crazy shit happens.

“Ugh, classes are so annoying, why do we have to go to college just to learn about being superheroes, it’s literally just kicking ass and defending the innocent.” I complain.

I am now in the class that I have with Jordan and Cate, it’s the class where we learn how to be superheroes or whatever, I don’t know I usually take it as time to sleep. QUEER TERMINOLGY

There have been several posts about queer labels and what terms or labels people prefer.  Let me share with you what my aged, long-term label experiences are.  When I was 8, I lived in a neighborhood where boys settled things with their fists. My parents encouraged that. One day, this kid I hated was running from me and yelled you are a queer!  I went home and asked my mother what that word meant. She reacted as if I had said the F word and wouldn’t tell me. Don’t ever say that word again was all I got. I persisted and she told me it meant men who liked other men. I let it go as I had no idea what that meant or why that kid called me a queer. By teen years, I heard a lot of terms for queer men, homosexual, fag, faggot, c*** s*****, and others.  I did not know anyone who admitted to being a homosexual. My friend’s aunt was a lesbian, but we did not know what that was till years later. I was in nursing school in NYC with a school mate in a taxi. The driver asked us why we were going to Bellevue, and we said we were in nursing school. He slammed on the brakes, pulled over and said you faggots get out of my cab now. We convinced him we were not queer, and he took us the rest of the way The term gay was being used about then. Before that gay meant being happy. That was my gay period, and I told a few friends that I was gay. I did not like the term queer because of its’ negative connotations for me. I also did not like homosexual as that was the term used by psychology as a mental illness. Terms started flying in those years as gay liberation began in earnest. Drag queens, queens and many more were said. Gay liberation was not new, as my older gay friend, took me to Mattachine society meetings. I was in the closet and stayed there. Then after I married a woman and did no longer identify as gay, I took on the term same sex attracted and later unwanted SSA. Along the way, I also learned about sexual terms that were used to either enhance sexual experiences or to dominate someone. You can guess what those were. Then recently, I came to realize that I am gay or queer or bisexual or something in the LBGTQ+ spectrum. Maybe several initials over the years.  I do not oppose these terms but am not totally comfortable with them. I wish we did not need them. But as long as there is hatred, suspicion, prejudice, discrimination and anti-response to people that use these term to describe themselves, then we need the terms.  Whatever you are comfortable identifying with, be proud, stand up for your rights. Tell people you can trust who you are and that God loves you because he created you as you are and He loves you as you are. I am comfortable with being called gay or Bi or queer. I will honor you and whatever term you are comfortable with.

-Oscar and Nova become best friends after the Supernova and Oscar makes her do things like wear friendship bracelets, and she secretly doesn’t hate it.

-Nova overworks herself a lot. Adrian often brings Nova lunch so they can eat together when she’s working at HQ and he thinks she needs a break.

-Here is what I think their love languages are- 

Nova- words of affirmation and physical touch 

Adrian- physical touch, quality time, and words of affirmation 

Oscar- acts of service/giving gifts and quality time 

Ruby- quality time and physical touch 

Danna- quality time and words of affirmation 

Narcissa- quality time and acts of service 

-Oscar treats Ruby like an absolute queen and when they live together she always comes home to little gifts/surprises 

-Adrian gives Nova hugs from behind all the time 

-Adrian has about a thousand paintings of Nova and will never stop making more 

-Nova can sing, she doesn’t do it often but sometimes she’ll mindlessly hum to herself while working, and when/if she and Adrian have kids she sings them lullabies that she remembers from her childhood. Adrian thinks it's adorable.

-I'm a firm believer that once Hugh and Simon get to know Nova they really love her. Especially Simon, they would be besties.

-Danna is the only voice of reason in the group once they get an idea in their heads

-Leroy goes to jail for a good while but Nova visits him and once he gets out he hangs out with her all the time and is like a father figure again. Also the first time Adrian meets Leroy he’s terrified but they are cool with each other after a while. 

-Leroy gives Nova away at her wedding.

-Adrian and Nova are the first out of the group to have kids (weeeeeeeeeell after Supernova obviously) and Oscar and Ruby pride themselves on being the “cool aunt and uncle”

The fandom is very very weird about Edwina. I prefer Kate but I don’t think being pissed off with your sister because you found out at the altar that her and your fiancé loved each other makes her a terrible person. I think people seem to wilfully think the worst of her.

There was a small meltdown on Twitter about an article saying she is back to continue her ‘entangled’ love life in S3, and so many people thought that meant the love triangle was going to continue in S3, which is nonsense (at least - I think it is?)

I feel like there is a big opportunity for Edwina to have her own love story, to explore her relationship further with Kate, for her to truly realise what she felt for Anthony was naive, possibly be a friend of Eloise or Penelope given they have fallen out? And her finding out more about who she is and what she wants, maybe alongside Eloise. Or even if she was only in a few episodes - I saw people thinking it was weird that she wasn’t in the epilogue and that it shows she is still pissed off when it could mean anything, she could be inside reading because she hates Pall Mall.

I get the concerns about too many subplots but I’d rather Edwina then a lot of others, and there is more space for her to actually have an arc given her story in S2.

What do you hope to see for her in S3?

I prefer Edwina to almost all the Bridgertons so I’m biased. But I think she’d so great with some solid subplots lol. I don’t need another season of Eloise and Benedict exploring heteronormativity. Or Daphne fooling the audience into thinking she isn’t a rapist because she’s helping a ship get together.

Honestly unless its Francesca having the least problematic courtship with John or Gregory and Hyacinth teaming up to run away to Uncle Nicholas and Aunt Georgie’s because everyone at their house is certifiably emotionally stupid…I think I could live without it as far as subplots go. Throw in a Kanthony happy childfree plot point (because the more I think about it the less I want to see them with kids already its a boring and overdone storyline people can do more than have kids y’all) and I’m set for B plots for siblings. Give me Will and Alice or Gen instead.

But if Edwina is S3…and I’m not certain she is. Nor do I think I want her in S3 I hate the discourse that people have had about this character a vast majority of it being microaggressive.

BUT if shes in S3 I want these story lines for her (listed in order of preference):

Edwina’s gay awakening. Girl is out of her sister’s purview. Allowed to explore things she wants for the reasons she wants and not to be a good wife and realizes she also likes women. (Bc show!Edwina is bi book!Edwina is a lesbian). Falls in love with a down on her luck woman. They run away together. The Queen bankrolls their life together.

Edwina marries the Prince. Mostly because Freddie Stroma is a cutie, Prince Friedrich is a cutie, and Edwina outranking Anthony for the rest of her life is just really special to me.

Anything else

Edwina/Bagwell I just don’t like him.

It in my top favorite Bridgerton fics. And I’m not usually an OC fic reader but the male love interest this fic author has written is so compelling and at times has me swooning. It reads like a darker HR. And it also asks the question what if Bridgerton didn’t need a minimum of 1 white person to sell a ship. This is the best I’ve ever seen Edwina written and I recommend everyone read it.

How I would rewrite Violetta

TL;DR: Less lies, still a lot of drama. Also everyone is bisexual, because I say so.

~Season 1~

Okay the biggest thing here is that Germán knows she goes to the studio already from the beginning

He also knows Angie is her aunt - however, Violetta doesn’t know.

When Angie appears, Germán recognizes her. Of course he does, he should’ve known his dead wife’s family?

Angie BEGS him not to take Vilu away from her again. Germán agrees, but tells her not to tell Vilu about it. Instead, she should just be her governess until Violetta “is ready” (or, really when Germán is ready)

Angie says she still works at the studio and so when Vilu hears about it, she really wants to apply. Germán is hesitant, but he also wants her to be happy. His one condition though, is for her to not participate in any large events (oop)

Not much changes for Jade and Matias - except that they desperately try to find out whatever Angie is hiding (Ramallo and Olga tries to find out, too)

Okay, now for the love!! 

Honestly? The love triangle with Leon and Tomas stays mostly the same. I’ll deal a bit more with the love stuff in further seasons

Also, it’s the first season, too. If they are acting a little immature and don’t trust each other, they’ll just grow and learn.

Ok I recently rewatched the episode where Violetta like... writes “amiga” in her diary as she looks dreamingly at Francesca? Like girl did you get a crush on her?? I know you wrote “friend” but your look says more.

Ok probably not but IT’S MY REWRITE and now I decide Vilu and Fran have a small crush on each other. It doesn’t lead to anything (yet), but it’s there and the only one who really seems to notice is Camila

Or, well. She knows her friends have crushes on others but she’s also like “Heh, i’m gonna go, you two can continue to talk if you like”

The big DRAMA is of course, when Violetta joins the youmix competition

Her dad already had a grudge for her singing in the theatre, but now she just has to really hide this

Which is harder when she like. Shares a house with Federico, who’s getting a lot of fans that wants to follow him home. So when they see her, they be like “OH MY GOD THEY ARE ROOMATES” and so Vilu’s fans are there too and she panicks because her dad cannot know

Vilu’s biggest comfort object is her diary, she carries it everywhere in canon (like, even in later seasons when she’s famous she always has it around). In my rewrite, not much changes, except for the fact that Ludmila constantly tries to steal it to destroy her. So anyway, Violetta decides to get a lock with a number combination to open it (as she figures if she has a key she can lose it). Her combination changes a lot. It’s most often two or three letters of a person she likes. Examples are 12-22 (LV, Leon Vargas), or 6-18-1 (FRA, Francesca). One time she even put 12-21 (LU, Ludmila) just to trick Ludmila, as Ludmi never would think Vilu would put her name there.

Violetta finds out Angie is her aunt by overhearing a conversation between her and Pablo. Though, they solve it rather quickly and then get even closer, just like in canon.

In the end, they don’t move away, but Germán does not let her participate in the final show as she’s kind of grounded after he found out she was in youmix and all that

But then he lets her. All is good. Tomas goes to Spain, Violetta is like “I don’t wanna date anyone”

BUT as Tomas goes to Spain she gives Leon a little smirk as if to say “we’ll see what I say about that though, after the break ;)”

The last thing I wanna say about season 1 is that we all know Andrés is canonically a disaster bisexual (come on, think about it) and I just want to embrace that more

~Season 2~

PEOPLE RIGHT AWAY COMMENT ABOUT VILU’S HAIR BECAUSE WE JUST CAN’T LET IT GO UNNOTICED

I know how it’s gonna go for Fran and Diego, so i’ll let them have some little nice scenes in a buildup for s3 (as most of their scenes this season was just “I don’t trust you, Diego”, “Francesca, let me explain”, “No fuck you”)

Honestly I want Ludmila to be a LITTLE nicer this season so she has no pact with Diego

Instead, Ludmila just talks shit about Violetta to him and he’s like “but she’s cute?”

So Diego literally flirts with Vilu to show Ludmila she’s not bad and Ludmila is like “wtf why are you embarrasing yourself”

There’s not a lot of that “Leon you have to trust me” bullshit that Leonetta has. They DO trust each other and honestly they just bond over their shared annoyance with Diego

(But secretly, BOTH of them kinda feel attracted to him)

(Very fun fact one of the first edits I ever saw was one where they shipped Diego and Leon and 12yo me was like “oh wow this kinda makes sense??” and rewatching the show I realised the TENSION™ they had)

Ok. 2x20. The scene I think y’all know i’m reffering to actually caused a series of events to happen later in the season in canon. If Diego had not kissed Violetta, she and Leon wouldn’t have broken up (atleast not that time), German wouldn’t have started to spy on Violetta after feeling like he had to protect her, which would’ve caused Angie to find out and feeling like she couldn’t take it any longer and move to Paris and Violetta and German to start arguing for like 15 episodes because of lies. ALL THAT HAPPENED, originally because of Diego kissing Violetta. I’m not saying it was entirely his fault, but. I’m just- hdsoksyhufshua okay I think it’s just my inner 11yo still bitter about what happened

BUT THIS IS MY REWRITE AND WE’LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS IF DIEGO DIDN’T KISS HER AGAINST HER WILL IN 2x20

The show goes as planned. They fake kiss as they planned to. Everyone is happy for a while. Though, on cameras it looks like a real kiss, so the fans are like. Asking if Violetta and Diego are dating. Diego does not deny this.

Leon and Violetta do break up, because we need drama. Though, it’s more like a mutual agreement rather than an argument. It just became too much for them to handle when Violetta got a contract with youmix, Leon and his motorcross and Diego hovering over them all the time. They needed a break.

Diego and Violetta do get together, but they kinda do like in canon: She is annoyed with him until she finally just gives up and accepts his love.

Germán does not spy on Violetta, but he does consider reading her diary (he doesn’t)

Jade and Matias are no longer relevant. They do make cameos sometimes, but Esmeralda doesn’t know them. Even the viewer believes she’s nice. We only get some small hints of something being off - like Ambar saying “be nice to them” and Esmeralda sometimes giving people strange looks. But then comes the wedding day - that’s when SUDDENLY, the cops arrive! They explain everything - they have been after her for a long time and they recently found out she was gonna marry German for his money and then take it all and flee the country. Drama on top and it’ll be a real classic soap opera betrayal

Angie leaves to France as she just... got an opportunity to work there and she says yes

Camila spends this season dating a bunch of different boys, right? I think this is the perfect place to be a little inclusive and let her be the bi flower queen she is and let her date some girls too. Like switch Seba’s gender or something, not much will change.

THE MADRID STORYLINE. I LOVED THE DYNAMICS IN CANON BUT IN THIS IT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER AND MORE DRAMATIC.

Fran and Vilu already had something going on after the whole ”Francesca almost going back to Italy” storyline and they get even closer as they get lost in Madrid. They were already close, but as they argue for being lost, something just... happens.

Actually the same thing happens with Leon and Diego.

What exactly happens? They almost kiss. They do not kiss, but it’s like it almost happens. They just... get very close and stare at each other before realising. They react differently to this

Francesca and Violetta at first get awkward. They are like “oh- okay.” and then become silent for the rest of the day. It’s not until they are alone in their hotel room that Vilu is like “...what happened today?” and Francesca is like “What are you talking about? I don’t know? Goodnight!!”

Leon and Diego refuse to mention it. They are annoyed as it is. But they do think about it

Yes, I did get this idea after I rewatched ep75 and Leon was like “we were late because this dude didn’t stop fixing his hair” and I was like “DRHSKEHJYU I’M-”

The most heartfelt scene in canon is when Violetta finds out about Diego and Ludmila’s pact, goes out on stage crying and Leon saves her. Like, Leonetta wasn’t the most stable couple but him saving her when she was so distressed... that’s love, dammit!! And I would love to include it somehow.

But: I can’t really find a reason for her to be so upset she can’t sing. So she does sing, that goes well. But as she does, Diego, Fran and Leon argue. Leon is convinced Diego isn’t actually in love with Vilu, Diego is just out for fights and Francesca is like “i’m on Leons side but stop arguing also I think I like Vilu too but that’s beside the point right now I guess?”

Anyways as she finishes, all of them has to go out on stage to thank the audience and Violetta is like “dafuq is wrong with all of you”

As she tries to help them, Diego says something out of anger that hurts her. Maybe a “I don’t think I really love you” or something maybe a little more hurtful than that. She gets teared up, breaks up with him and run away

Francesca says “You know, I was actually beginning to like you, and now this”, which makes him feel oddly hurt. He doesn’t really know why, yet.

Fran and Leon run after Vilu. There’s the leonetta comfort hug scene ™ there, but also a comfort scene with Fran when they are in their room and she just takes Vilu’s hand while they stare at each other.

Marco is here. Uh. Tbh I don’t know what to do with him?? Because he like. Vanishes to London in s3 canon so Fran can be with Diego so idk man. 

He doesn’t send her like a million flowers in Madrid or visits, but he does call and miss her. Marco was a sweet boyfriend for her, really. Though, he kinda was just. Nice. Nothing more. Their relationship didn’t evolve a lot? 

Though after the random almost-kissing Vilu incident that Francesca doesn’t want to talk about, she kinda grows closer to Marco again.

Back in Buenos Aires, Violetta doesn’t really have an argument with German as he didn’t spy on her in this, so she simply has trouble writing Soy mi mejor momento until German is like “Violetta that’s your mothers poem-” and they have a little father-daughter bonding over finishing it

She is however not really ready to just go back to Leon after recently breaking up with Diego and so she has that “why does no one ask me what I want” scene like she did in ep76.

But then Leon sings Nuestro Camino and she’s like “I DREAMED THAT WE SANG THAT TOGETHER WTF” and he’s like “OMG SAME??” and they bond over the fact that they are soulmates who share dreams or smth, and so they get back together

Diego and Leon do not speak of Madrid, but they do this very manly but also tension filled handshake as if they “accept” each other.

Francesca and Vilu also doesn’t really speak of the fact that they had a little moment in Madrid either, but they do share some smiles and Camila is like “did something happen??”

Leonetta is a couple again. The New Years show is a hit and that means youmix will let them do a world tour (I literally realised NOW, that the reason they are on tour in season 3 is because of the last show in s2, they mentioned in some passing scene some episodes before about it being a world tour)

Oh also Ludmila and Federico have basically the same kind of romance they had in canon, same with Naty and Maxi (Naty and Maxi’s kiss where Maxi had to switch his cap around was so cute uWu)

Oh and also Gregorio and Diego? Same as canon. That shit was emotional.

Lara, I forgot about Lara... uuuh. She’s just a mechanic. She disappears after s2 anyway so

Honestly s3 was kind of a fanfiction already when you think about it??? So in this rewrite I guess I could just GO OFF with everything :D

Hmmm yeah Priscilla is still a fucking psychopath but she will suffer even more god I hate that woman HOW CAN YOU PUSH A CHILD DOWN SOME STAIRS AND FORCE YOUR DAUGHTER TO HURT PEOPLE-

Everything is well with all couples but being on tour and hanging out so much all the time, they get a little... cramped. So they easily get grumpy and yell at each other

Leon and Violetta knows this, and so they don’t get mad at each other when the other one is upset. They understand. So as Violetta gets her birthday wish, she doesn’t really complain at all. Sure, she does get a little scared when they fly off, but she’s honestly just happy to spend some ✨alone time ✨with her soulmate and lowkey wishes no one would find them 

All the couples break up and Leonetta is like “nah it will not happen to us UwU” and then it just. Gets to them too. They just simply have to be apart before they hate each other. Their breakup happens around the same time as canon.

It felt kind of ooc for Violetta to dress up as another person to spy on Leon but it was still kinda funny. So Roxy will stay, we’ll just change it a bit

She doesn’t create Roxy to spy on Leon, but because of Francesca. Fran is getting confused with Marco leaving and now she’s starting to get feelings for Diego... a part of her just wants to disappear and think about something else. So Violetta is like “What if we dress up and go out” and they do, and fool everyone

And so... when boys they know start to flirt with them, they just panic and say they’re not single. But they can’t make up fake boyfriends so they say they are dating each other.

Which makes Andrés interested - he’s like “wow two girls can date that’s cool”. Camila is also interested, she’s like “WOW ALL MY FRIENDS ARE STRAIGHT I CAN BOND WITH YOU OVER BEING NOT STRAIGHT”

Anyway it’s hard to keep it together when Camila is talking about Vilu and Fran - to Vilu and Fran, in disguise.

Hmmmm ok I literally almost forgot about Gery and Clement lol?? Tbh, of all the “lover rivals” they are the weakest this far. Leon and Vilu didn’t even feel that attracted to them anyway. 

Gery is not straight in the slightest? Like girl that haircut and the HALF SHAVED EYEBROW like please. She’s pansexual, i’ve decided. She has a crush on both Leon and Violetta, but she does not really know how to handle that. So she never does. She talks about it with Clement, though and the two of them bond over being nervous messes who can’t talk to their crushes

There’s no Alex, tbh. Clement is just Clement. His dad lets him attend the studio but he’s also like “ugh I wanna support your dreams but you could take economy classes on the side??”

They are not out for breaking Leonetta apart because I for once just want ONE season when there’s no one else Leonetta wants to be with. They just want to be with each other and the whole season is them just kinda... figuring stuff out before getting back together.

Also Fran and Vilu have this thing going on now when they pretend to be a couple as they are dressed up as other people and they have to handle that

The plan was for them to only really dress up once but now their friends wants to get to know Roxy and Fausta and they just have to continue it

Camila is the first one to find out and her reaction is “I always knew you two had a thing for each other but this is just strange, why can’t you date as yourselves?”

To which Vilu and Fran as a response just shut down, not knowing at all how they feel about anything anymore.

Camila notices they seem to not wanting to talk about it, so she decides to make up a plan to make them talk. Though, it solves itself when Vilu and Fran get locked inside a closet at the studio (because of course they do)

In there they talk about what happened in Madrid last year, when they almost kissed. They are unsure what that meant. They admit that it was thrilling to pretend to be a couple, when they were Roxy and Fausta. But the thought of dating as Vilu and Fran... it feels strange. Especially because of all the stuff with Diego and Leon.

But they do decide to try to kiss, just to see - and as soon as their lips touch, someone opens the closet. It’s Diego and Leon. They are kinda shocked.

The girls explain the situation and Leon is like “You know what we almost kissed in Madrid too wtf”

They also reveal they are Roxy and Fausta and Leon is kinda embarrased because he got a crush on Roxy

The girls discussed how it was kissing - they liked it, but... they don’t know. Because they also feel kind of a strong connection to Diego and Leon respectively

So they like... make a promise. If it doesn’t work out with the boys, they’ll date each other.

But they end up with the boys... atleast for now, heh.

The whole “Leonetta will only be friends” plot is still here just because I love it so damn much they are such dorks they literally think they can stay friends lol

So yeah Gery and Clement start dating and they are basically as cute as Naxi. Honestly since I removed the whole “ruin leonetta” plot they have little purpose - so that’s why I made them crush on Leonetta on a distance and never do anything. We need some people to relate to, some people just never confesses and just go around crushing on people without telling lol

German proposes to Angie and Leon kinda plans to propose to Violetta. Not yet, since they’re like 19 (they aren’t finchel lol), but he has plans. 

“Ok thanks future father in law” was a top 10 iconic Leon moment and I just wanted to include it

It ends kind of like canon.

Ok! I just wrote most of this spontaneously. Maybe it wouldn’t be that good, really i’m just brainstorming. This show was everything to me when I was a preteen even though I realise it was probably not good (I lost a bit of interest in season 3, idk that season was a little more off to me)

Since you play percussion, you tease him all the time about having to learn the drums to be Roger. Though he takes your teasing with a peck on the cheek and you tell him you are proud of him none the less.

Plus, it means he gets to go to Italy and you get to show him all the local places, people, and food all the time!

Plus, the looks of you two together, with your olive skin and dark hair and eyes with his pretty boy green eyes and blonde hair would look so cute toether!!!!!

Beca can’t really remember what sleeping in feels like. Waking up past eight a.m. hasn’t been a thing ever since they became moms, and while she was hoping their kids would inherit her love for sleep, she wouldn’t change her current situation for the world.

Her heart has just felt so incredibly full for the past five years.

Shortly after Avery’s birth, Beca re-negotiated her contract to be able to work more from home and take care of her daughter. It just made sense, as she was growing tired of being in the spotlight and spending more time on a plane than at home with her family. As grateful as she was for her five-year-long successful career as a singer, she was more than happy to step back into a part-time producer role.

Still though, waking up at the crack of dawn kinda stings. Beca’s still half-asleep, having snatched Jacob and shoved her nipple into his mouth before his cries could wake up her wife. They left him to sleep in their bed after his middle of the night feed, she and Chloe being too exhausted to carry him back to the nursery. 

Beca was concerned at first about this co-sleeping thing, afraid she might roll over and squish their baby, but turns out she’s super cautious even while asleep.

The door squeaks open less than a minute after she started nursing, and Avery’s red head of curls pops at the foot of the bed as she climbs up, crawling on all fours like she does every day for their morning snuggling session.

“Morning baby,” Beca greets with a tired smile as Avery plops down beside her. “Did you go potty?”

Avery nods proudly. “I’m a grown up now.”

“Oh yeah?” Beca chuckles. “Since that’s the case, can you go make Mama a cup of coffee? And sweep the house and take out the garbage?”

Her suggestion’s met with an incredulous frown. “Mama, I’m not Cinderella.”

Beca stifles a laugh, smoothing her hand over Avery’s curls. Their daughter has such funny comebacks, most days. “Oh, my bad.”

Avery places her hand over Beca’s mouth, her nose scrunching up. “Mama, you stink.”

Beca hears Chloe’s barely contained giggle as her jaw drops. Avery’s attention’s already shifted to Jacob nursing. She’s silent for a while, lips pursed.

“Is one of your boobies making chocolate milk and the other normal milk?”

“No,” Beca laughs. “Just normal milk in both.”

“He eats a lot, ” she blurts out next, blinking.

A minute later, Avery announces she’s off to play with her toys and leaves the room, Chloe rolls over.

“She’s a trip,” Beca says, shaking her head as she tries to keep her amusement at bay. When Chloe leans in for a kiss, Beca pulls away lightly. “Careful, apparently I have bad morning breath.”

“Don’t care,” Chloe mumbles, pecking Beca’s lips a few times. “Happy Pride, babe.”

Beca smiles. The first Pride they went to was when they’d only been together about three months. Chloe had convinced a reluctant Beca that it would be fun, and that day happens to be one of Beca’s favorite memories over the last decade. “Happy Pride.”

“Happy Pride, baby boy, your first one,” she then gushes to Jacob, brushing a kiss to the crown of his head. “Still up to go to the parade?”

They ended up not going last year as Beca felt too sick with nausea at the start of her pregnancy, and it also happened to be very hot out.

“Yeah, definitely. I checked the weather, it shouldn’t get too hot.”

Chloe pushes a kiss to her cheek. “Okay, I’m gonna go make breakfast.”

They’re off to the parade a few hours later. Avery is wearing her ‘ my moms rock’  shirt gifted by her aunt Aubrey and Chloe painted a rainbow on each cheek. Beca kept the colors to a minimum, sticking to the face painting but otherwise wearing regular clothes, while Chloe sports her rainbow shorts and her white shirt with a cute dinosaur waving a pride flag.

It’s only an afternoon out, but they look like they’re off on a week-expedition between the stroller for when Avery gets too tired, the diaper bag and the picnic bag containing their lunch.

Chloe has Jacob strapped against her chest in his sling carrier, and Beca doubles-check that they have everything before they’re on their way.

“There might be a lot of people where we’re headed so don’t let go of my hand, K?” Beca tells Avery as they hike down the steps outside their brownstone. They live in family-friendly Park Slope, which comes alive each year during Pride as it’s also notorious for being a gay neighborhood. “And if you lose us, you find another mommy, alright?”

Avery’s Wonder Woman backpack also has Beca and Chloe’s contact information in case that happens.

“I know, Mama,” Avery says, her pigtails bouncing with each excited step. “Maybe we’ll see Noah!”

“Who’s Noah?” Beca asks in confusion.

“He’s my boyfriend,” she replies in the most natural way, and Beca gulps, glancing to Chloe. “He wears cool shirts. And he likes to clean.”

Chloe chuckles. “Then you should definitely hang onto him, sweetie.”

Beca glares at her wife for encouraging their daughter. “Don’t you think it’s a bit early to have a boyfriend, baby?”

She ignores Chloe’s eye-roll.

“Mama,” Avery sighs, in a clear ‘we’ve talked about this’ tone. “I’m a grown up, now.”

“Right, right,” Beca clears her throat. “So what do you guys do together?”

“We talk about dinosaurs and rocks.”

Beca visibly relaxes. “Oh, okay.”

They turn left on the main street and Avery asks Beca to carry her on her shoulders so she can see better.

“All good?” Beca asks, glancing towards Chloe as she holds onto Avery’s ankles to steady her.

“Yeah, he’s out,” she says as she rubs their four-month old’s back, then points across the street. “The park’s that way.”

“Mommy, Mama, look!” Avery gasps. Beca figures she’s talking about the group of five Queens, each dressed in one of the colors of a rainbow. “They’re so pretty!”

“Yeah,” Beca agrees with a smile, happy that her daughter seems to be enjoying their little outing so far. They get to the park ten minutes later, where stalls of face painting, refreshments and art and crafts are set up along one side. They find a spot under a tree, and Beca sets Avery down to spread out the blanket while Chloe unstraps Jacob.

“What’s LGBTQ mean?” Avery asks a bit later as they eat their sandwiches, pointing at one of the rainbows flags sporting the acronym.

Jacob is chilling on the blanket between his moms, munching on his teething toy.

“The L is for Lesbian, which is romantic love between two women,” Chloe starts. “The G is for gay, which is the same but between two men, the B is for bi, which is when someone has romantic love for both men and women,” she pauses, giving Avery time to process her words. “The T is when for example, a man feels like he’s actually a woman inside, in his heart, and he wants to live with his true self. And the Q… stands for Queer, and it celebrates all gender, boy, girl and those who don’t really know, and all the ways that people can love each other.” She smiles, feathering her fingers through Avery’s hair while Beca watches on, her heart soaring with love whenever she witnesses Chloe being the wonderful mom she is. “Some of that might a bit complicated for you to understand still. The most important thing to remember is that LGBTQ and Pride is all about love; how people find love in the world and how people love themselves for the way they are.”

“And love always wins over hate,” Avery states, causing their moms to look at each other with fond smiles. Chloe often says that, and clearly it made an impact on their daughter for her to remember. “Can I get a facepaint, Mommy?”

“Sure, baby.”

They eat lunch and Avery gets a rainbow dinosaur drawn on her cheek, and they lounge for a bit at the park before checking out the parade, heading home when Avery starts getting tired and cranky. After a nap for all members of the household, they bake a rainbow cake and watch a movie before dinner, and Beca feeds Jacob while Chloe takes care of Avery’s bedtime routine around eight.

Once Beca’s done, she flops back on their king-sized bed with a tired sigh, grabbing her phone and opening up instagram. Of course Chloe’s already made a post about today, uploading a picture of their family at the park with the caption:

Beca comments with a simple heart, setting her phone down when Chloe pads into the bedroom.

“Everyone’s asleep!” Chloe says in cheerful whisper, shutting the door behind her.

Chloe grins. “Yeah.” She nudges her nose against Beca’s. “Are you super tired?”

The suggestiveness in her tone makes Beca shiver, and she shakes her head, leaning up to brush another kiss to Chloe’s lips as her hands slide under Chloe’s shirt to map the muscles in her lower back. Intimate moments have been scarce ever since Jacob’s birth, and Beca’s been craving more alone time with her wife over the last few months.

“We should go away soon,” she murmurs against Chloe’s lips, sighing in contentment as Chloe skips down to kiss along the side of her neck. “Just the two of us.”

She’s been reluctant to be away from Jacob for more than a few hours at a time, but he’s almost six months old, and she knows Chloe’s parents would be thrilled to have their grandkids for a whole weekend.

“Mhm,” Chloe hums against her skin, teeth grazing Beca’s pulsepoint. “We can get a hotel with a view on Central Park and sleep all day long.”

Beca groans at the thought. “Yeah. Uninterrupted sleep sounds fucking amazing.” She moans when Chloe’s hands slips past the waistband of her cotton shorts and cups her through her underwear, her back arching into the touch. “Fuck, Chlo. Missed you.”

“What do you want?” Chloe breathes, lifting her head to kiss her. “Fingers? Mouth? Strap-on?”

A Different Sort of Field Trip Fic

This was based on a prompt on Tumblr by a user called Cap-Is-Bi and I hope they appreciate this.

It had been about a year since he had all silently cut ties with Tony Stark, he had been excited about getting the new suit and telling his classmates that he had an internship with Tony Stark. Most especially Flash Thompson didn't believe him.

However it all changed within a few weeks when he decided to look into more about the Sokovia Accords, he heard them mentioned on the news and how they were affecting the Avengers somehow. He read more into it and was stunned by what he had read. The Avengers would only be allowed to be deployed and allowed to help in a situation if an UN Accords panel deems it necessary, he could understand the principle of the idea but what if the Panel were too busy debating when the Avengers were urgently needed?

The articles said it was in response to not only Ultron but also the Battle of New York and Washington, were the governments really blaming the Avengers for stopping aliens and fascist terrorists? They talked about Iron Man was leading the support of the Avengers but Captain America went renegade on the Accords after a battle where Iron Man helped lead a squad to apprehend Cap's supporters in a german airport but the failure led to the capture of the culprit behind the bombing at the Accords signing.

Tony jsut said that Cap was going crazy; did he lie to him to take him to another country to apprehend people for just being Heroes?

The article talked about how the Accords affected Superhumans and how they would have to be tracked and registered, any Superhuman causing crimes would be sent to the prison known as the Raft indefinitely. Was Tony going to make him sign and follow orders like a good soldier?

This caused a huge broken pedestal towards Tony and he was still going over it when he felt into a portal. He was shocked to encounter many different Spider people from different Earths so it seemed that the Multiverse was real! Apparently these multi dimension vampires were hunting people with Spider powers so they were banding together to stop them. Most of them were Peter Parkers as well!

He met up with versions of him who looked like his Uncle Ben and the guy from Seabiscuit and a guy looking like his late dad as well as the guy from the Social Network. They were a trio and they could see he was down about something. He explained about the Accords and Tony and others patched in saying the Tony Starks of their world done the same thing; support any Superhuman laws while turning into a near villain himself. They promoted arrests without trials and laws as well as harsh conditions while also hiring super villains to catch them. More often than not the Registration Acts were defeated and Tony suffered. Some worlds reached a compromise but a lot of them had Tony manipulating Peter to support him at first.

Peter was in shock and horror and his rage towards Tony grew, it intensified when a glitch in his suit caused from a fight activated the Instant Kill Mode of the suit. Did Tony really put that into his suit.

He was in fury as when it got too damaged, he began tearing into it but the Peter Parker who looked like his dad said he could have a spare suit of his. After the Inheritors were defeated, they went back to their Earths with Peter wanting to have another adventure like that again.

But for now he would stay close to the ground.

In his new suit he began helping people as he usually did and was happy to address people with cameras. he told his class and Aunt May that he quit the internship due to his fury about something Tony did. They didn't pry too much, Flash still thought it was an excuse but he didn't care and Aunt May was disappointed but knew Peter had to have his reasons.

Peter was more than happy to find, share and like Anti Accords posts and articles. He had began ghosting both Happy Hogan and Tony (mostly Happy though) before blocking their numbers entirely. He focused on his schoolwork, hanging with his friends and being a true friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man. He found the alien weapons dealing gang and their leader the guy in the Vulture suit. He managed to stop them but it turned out that he was Liz Allan's dad. She had to move with her mum and he was sad and a bit guilty about her having to go.

They had an amicable last conversation with Liz telling him that she hopes to see him again sometime and she was hoping that he would be her date for the homecoming dance. Poor Liz and her family...

He had to keep moving forward and deal with more stuff he finds. Whenever he saw criminals part of the anti Superhuman terrorist group the Watchdogs, he was more than happy to go at them and destroy their masks. There were footage of him trashing anti Superhuman bigots like the Watchdogs and when there were people with cameras, he was more than happy to give anti Accords words when asked.

He actually met up with Steve Rogers who was in hiding and he was more than happy to share his stories with Peter when he could contact him with the secret number he gave. 'Queens' and 'Brooklyn' as they gave their nicknamed themselves.

At this time support for the Accords were going down thanks to reports of the heroics of Captain America and his team underground, it was theorised they cease to be soon. Especially since Thaddeus Ross the biggest supporter of the Accords in the US Government, got himself suspended from the Accords Panel (which he acted like he ran) and from his position as Secretary of the State. He was expecting to face charges for the dozen squad he sent into countries without asking to try and apprehend Cap and he gotten into big fights with the Secretary of Defense. Ross kept going to his old military allies for help and was acting like he was in charge, the Secretary of Defense kept overruling him and telling that he is supposed to be their representative to the UN and other countries and not running military operations.

Inside anonymous sources he found said that Ross was trying to save face and stop the fall of the Accords but it seemed he burned many bridges with his arrogance.

However at Midtown he was dreading for a while, his class' field trip to Stark Industries. He didn't want to go but Aunt May convinced him to go by saying he could still appreciate the science there and what were the odds that Tony Stark would want to go out of his way to meet a former intern of his.

Peter stayed silent about it but figured that Tony may have forgotten about him, he hopes so and if not then he would probably be too busy as well.

There came the day and his class were on the tour and given their access cards, they got in and Peter was starting to enjoy himself seeing the work of the Stark Industries scientists. There were comments from Flash about Peter used to be an intern here and asking he got fired but he ignored them. When they were allowed to look around a display room Peter then saw through a door Happy Hogan who recognised him and did not look happy.

Peter groaned as Happy walked up to him and whispered "there you are, Tony found out that you would be with your class coming here and asked me to escort you to see him. Do you have any idea of how much trouble you caused? I spent so much time trying to contact you when Tony had been asking me about the reports you sent in and I had to tell him that you hadn't sent anything in a while. You kept ignoring our class and blocked us, Tony was beside himself when he saw that he could no longer track the suit he gave you and to see you in the new suit..." Happy was sternly telling him.

Peter was growing mad when learning that Tony was tracking him using the suit, "If Mr Stark wants to see me then he can come and see me himself. I thought you would have been glad to not have me bother you anymore." Peter whispered to him more harshly than he was intending.

He walked off to continue looking at the displays to Happy's shock as he made a call.

Later the class were stunned and excited to see Tony Stark there but Peter just groaned. "Long time no see Mr Parker, you had been ignoring my class ever since you just quit one day without warning. You think we could have a little talk to renegotiate whatever made you quit?" Tony said to Peter coming up with a big smile and Peter just groaned, the class being stunned by this but Peter just glared.

"Can we make it quick please." Peter said flippantly leaving them stunned as they went out the door. Peter looked up to Tony with a glare as he tried to smile at him.

"Can I first start by saying how are you doing as you caused quite a scare with you ignoring our calls. Plus what happened to the multimillion dollar suit that I gave you? Or where did you get your new digs?" Tony asked trying to look friendly.

"The suit got trashed fighting vampires from another world and another version of me gave me the new suit." Peter replied blandly and Tony gave a face showing that he did not buy the story one bit.

"Okay Mr Smartass can I say about learning how socially active you have been online, apparently you were more than happy to join the Anti Accords groups on social media as well as go after groups such as the Watchdogs. Apparently my advice on staying close to the ground didn't stick." Tony said disapprovingly and Peter scoffed.

"I am sorry that I don't support regulations that blames the Avengers for aliens invading or if there are terrorists about to commit mass murder. Sorry that I don't support regulations that thinks Superhumans should be tracked and thrown away without a key or any hope of seeing a lawyer if they seem like they step out of line. Sorry that I want to stop bad guys who claim they are protecting the country from Superhumans while causing damage and more than happy to invite criminals and former HYDRA thugs." Peter told him bluntly and Tony sighed.

"Peter these issues are more complicated than that and you are too young and immature to be involved in it. I had to work hard to protect you from the Accords people wanting to go after you and wanting you registered and tracked as well..." Tony told him and Peter snapped.

"So I am an exception, I get to be an exception so I can continue being your loyal soldier? Apparently you wanted a soldier and not someone standing up for the little guy. I am glad the Accords are going the way of the dinosaurs and that you can't have me tracked with a suit that you built an instant kill mode into." Peter snapped at him and Tony paused.

"We will have to talk about restarting the 'internship'." Tony said with air quotes but Peter shook his head and scoffed at it. "I am serious, you will have to start playing ball again or else I will tell your Aunt May..." Tony said only to be interrupted.

"I have been meaning to tell her myself but you tell her then I will tell her that the trip you brought me on was jsut so that you could use my as a soldier in a fight I should not have been involved in. That you lied to her and kidnapped me so I could be your weapon to capture Captain America for you, that you had me fighting on the wrong side of a war." Peter replied as he went back through the door.

"Son, come back here right now! You don't get to walk away from this!" Tony shouted shocking the class and Tony blinked, obviously forgotten about the class there in his anger.

"Sorry I don't want to hear anymore of you reprimanding me for speaking out against the Accords online. Telling me off for thinking that people shouldn't be locked up human rights forgotten just for having powers! That you were bullying me for sticking to my morals." Peter shouted faking tears in his eyes, he didn't want Tony to try and spin doctor this on the spot.

Tony sputtered and notices the looks that his class was giving him, Peter was being comforted by Roger Harrington who glared at Tony while saying "Mr Stark, I don't want you to be harassing my student for the rest of the trip. Be rest assured I will be calling his Aunt May about this."

Tony left wondering about what to do about this and Peter knew he would be getting questions from his classmates but he had a victory against Tony and if he tried to go after him as Iron Man, then well he has some special friends...

Crack AU Idea

Look, Drea got me thinking about a genderbend AU, and I'm in a crack headcanon mood, so here goes.

• Female Cleon would still have a head scarf, but she'd wear it like how girls wrap up their hair at night before they go to sleep, but she could absolutely rock a fro on casual days.

• Female Swan would probably have like waist-length wavy-ish hair. Kind of person who's hair is always messy but that shit still looks good as hell. Probably the type of person that has some bomb ass heels but they're super comfortable and that's the only reason she keeps them around. She, Cleon, Ajax, and Snow give off well-endowed energy, but that's not a post for this blog.

• Female Vermin would still be havin' that FUCKING CAKE- She'd have mid-back curly hair. She'd probably look amazing in high-waist pants, just saying.

• Female Snow is just a Tall Black Queen. She's a bad bitch; you can't kill her. Legs for days. She does her own hair, so she would probably rock puffs every so often. My girl would be out here like Foxy Cleopatra with her fro. Probably as more jewelry than you, and will not stop buying more.

• Female Cochise would probably be the most outlandish when it comes to style. Make-up would be on point, hair always done, dressed to the nines all the time. Could definitely wear a trash bag dress and still have people asking where she got it. Think girl best friend from a Disney series in the 2000's.

• Female Fox would probably not change too much, because ngl, Fox is already soft and kinda has androgynous energy. Thin, small-ish stature, and just pretty... Shoulder length curly hair. Probably would be the kind of girl that wear tights with everything and no risqué garments. Modest as hell. Might have her ears pierced with little studs. Would probably be Cowboy's type, ngl.

• Female Ajax has Vodka Aunt energy. Drop dead gorgeous, probably. She and Cowboy absolutely went to go get their ears pierced together at the mall. Upper back straight hair that kind of curls at the end. Ngl, I get the feeling that she'd be bi (at least in a playfully platonic sense. She's homiesexual, brus), so she'd probably have tried to seduce the other girls at one point or another and absolutely will try to seduce almost anyone.

• Female Cowboy... 😳 Sorry, I need a minute. She has a lot of hair. Like, hip length. And she hates when people touch it. Don't touch her fucking hair. Something tells me she would specifically ask that she be called Cowboy and not Cowgirl and will be annoyed if she's called Cowgirl. She's probably a bit of a tomboy. Her, Fox, and Rembrandt could absolutely be picked up and carried off because they do be petite as hell.

• Female Rembrandt is just the cutest little thing you've ever seen. Rembrandt also has an androgynous appearance, so yes, she collect scarves and yes she likes large handbags for her spray. Super curly mid back length hair, but it's too much work to manage it, so she just makes a fro and goes about her day. Would look amazing with flowers in her hair, just saying.

• Female Ash would have a little baby fro, since it's easy to keep up with. Probably that friend that tries to do girls' night and the all go wrong, poor girl. She will bring you food and binge shows after a breakup.

Lone wanderers dad is a good man i like him a lot

The lone wanderers story is very cool i genuinely like it a lot, its not as intertwined with all of the world like the couriers is but its simple connection tk your dad who was is very neat. This story of legacy and sacrifice

The lyon pride, while I still have complaints about how this group was like executed in the game i think it has a lot of potential! I think something very interesting could have come from it if fo3 didn't feel so half done. AND i think fo4 with is BoS leg humpy behavior they rEALLY could have pulled from fo3 story but they don't and it feels so week I have so much to say in how they could have done the BoS in fo4 but that's a long rant for another day

Elder lyons and Sarah Lyons while still have the same general issues I have this the pride I still like them and think their cool

That one randomly spawning group of hockey players who basically had diamond city's idea of baseball being a blood sport but for hockey which, very funny orginal kings

Butch deloria, he is very funny and I love him very much. Absolutly all I love, goofy grease who's gang consist of like 2-3 people and their all cowards. Also butch is the only companion in the game it feels like you sorta actually have companion quest with.

Point lookout, I think that dlc is VERY fun. I like the feel of it and it has neat stuff. Plus the cult shit which let's you do stuff in the dlc area AND in the main game area.

Mother ship zeta dlc was boring as shit BUT very specifically the abominations scream pointing at me very funny. Very funny alien abduction. But beside that kinda not a good dlc

The pitts, while again ough problems. Playing as a good person and getting to absolutly kill the shit outta the slavers and take their baby and baby is yours now is very fun. Ans those funny horrible creatures running around while you collect iron

I personally find it funny that the timeline decided that the lone wanderer did all of their shit in a years time. Just seems funny compared to the other main characters who like the sole, spends years looking for their son. And the lone wanderer restore project purity and the distribution of clean water to the wasteland

The antagonist and mechanist started in f3 and are so funny like? Their just?? Fuckin weirdos ruining everyone's day and have?? Super powers (ar least one of them?) Like?? Their just making today bad for local citizens as they fucking best the shit out of each other with robots and ants?

The Harkness quest was so neat and was literally this bridge into the fo4 story yet the institution is literally nothing AND they don't bring up hid nor hair of Harkness??? WhY isn't he mentioned in any way??? Anyways I love harkness thats my friend

Elves do not have the same concept of sexual identity as humans. They don’t have the terminology for it, but they kinda just assume everyone’s pan by default. Functionally Sport’s probably pan with a strong preference for the menfolk, but after Robbie grouchily attempts to explain human concepts of sexual identity to him, he suddenly blurts out ‘I’m gay lol’ since he’s so smitten with Robbie

I see you all with your trans!Sport HCs, and my friends, I raise you trans!Bessie. Perhaps she was a big city girl originally, and before/just after her transition she got a lot of flack from the trashy people around her. She moved to Lazytown to make a fresh start and it turned out to be the best desicion of her life. Maybe she just comes out to Milford first, and then slowly the others, and she has the world’s best support network of crazy elves and overenthusiastic dancing kids.

She probably also came out to Robbie fairly early on, as her LGBT+ spidey senses detected a GNC person. While she is not afraid to kick his ass when needed, I can’t help but feel that she’s a little maternal towards him and they have a lowkey friendship that the kids don’t notice.

And yeah, I could easily see Robbie as genderfluid. When asked, Robbie says his gender is just ‘villain’.

Milford is Stephanie’s maternal uncle. Her name has to be alliterative damnit! and Stephanie Meanswell is not alliterative! It’s probably smth like Swanson. Like Swan -> Swan Lake -> Dancing -> Steph. And her dad was a dancer or gymnast or w/e.

STEPHANIE 👏 IS  👏 ELEVEN  👏 And once she takes the title, Sport adopts her. He insists that she must be his daughter because of the familial legacy of the Íþróttaálfar, nut nah it’s just cuz he loves and is so proud of his lil pink babby. Lucky Steph, once an orphan, ends up with two dads and a doting aunt and uncle.

Robbie is short for Robert. I will die for this. You know why? Because Robert Smith. Robbie is an iconic Gen X goth queen and loves The Cure.

He is also a ride-or-die Madonna fan. If anyone comes for his beloved Madge over her fake London accent/attempts to rap/etc, Robbie is totes prepared to cut a bitch.

While Sport and Robbie are still dancing around their UST, they do dabble in other trysts (namely Sport/Pablo and Robbie/Genie). And honestly I cannot stop thinking about a Sport/Pablo plotbunny (with a side of jealous!Robbie) where Sport gets in too deep and ends up getting his poor softe heart broken and Robbie saves the day. ONE THING I CANNOT DECIDE is which kids end up pairing up when they grow up. Trixie seems to have a girlhood crush on both Stingy (S1 & 2) and Steph (S3 & 4) and honestly that is so adorable and I love that for her. I mean kids can totally know who they are from an early age in terms of identity, but I have no idea what ships I actually side with? Trixanie? PixelSteph? Trixie Stingy and Ziggy as a thruple? Pixel on the ace spectrum but like gay for Stingy? Meh it’s all good.

Once they get married, Robbie and Sport build a house by the billboard (and Sport tethers the airship in the backyard). Steph has her own room there obvs. In order to keep Sport occupied while Robbie and Steph watch TV, they stick a treadmill next to the couch, and the sight of Sportacus jogging away while he’s intoduced to the pair’s favourite movies and TV inspires the nickname ‘the hamster wheel’. Like: ROB, STEPH, AND SPORT: *Watching Legally Blonde* SPORT’S FEET ON THE TREADMILL: *Scamper scamper scamper* It’s like a constant soundtrack to their screen time and is it weird that I find that hilarious?

Peter Parker: Is he Jewish?

This is a topic that comes up a lot. I just wanted to address it in terms setting the record straight. In this little blurb I’m going to be answering the question in regards to the 616 comic book version of Peter Parker. 

Many people state Peter Parker to be a Jewish man. I just want to state point blank that in the 616 comics as it is Peter Parker is not Jewish. I’ve read comics from practically every era and have looked a lot online for evidence of this and come up with nothing concrete. 

The point of this post I’m making isn’t to say Peter Parker shouldn’t be Jewish. I often HC him as Jewish myself. As well as gay/Bi/trans because well he’s a fictional character and I can. There is a lot of coding in the writing that lends its self to endless numbers of interpretations of his character. The coding is the main reasoning I have seen for Peter being Jewish. Specifically culturally but from what we know about him his family is most likely just British and Irish based on the last names Parker, Reilly, and Fitzpatrick (Mary’s surname)

He was created by Jewish men and written in a way that I have seen described as Jewish, I have many Jewish family members and friends but I’m still not sure that means tbh. I have also seen the fact that he lives in Forest Hills as evidence that he was Jewish and his parents being dead lending itself to the Jewish coding as it was written in the 60s. (of course later writings show they were born American, died undercover spies trying to stop the communists) I’ve also seen people state that he was always intended to be Jewish but they didn’t feel like they could write it that way, I’ve looked and couldn’t find evidence of this. If someone has any evidence please by all means send it my way. I’m super interested in all thing Spider-Man.

For example in the Into the Spider-Verse Universe he obviously is he has a Jewish wedding. And I’m sure there are infinite others where he is too.

The actual point of this post is just to draw attention to it because I don’t want people who might be getting into the comics to be disappointed or unsatisfied if they were specifcally looking to see a Jewish super-hero. For that I would recommend the x-men there are lots of culturally and religiously practicing Jewish heroes because of why the x-men comics were written. 

To make a note of it for anyone who is interested in the past couple decades or so Peter has expressed Protestant Christian and it is stated a few times that Uncle Ben and Aunt May were both devout Protestants. Peter himself has renounced religion and has proclaimed himself an atheist since.

I believe the lack of a concrete religion especially at the start of Spider-Man’s fictional life was due to the desire for him to be the “Everyman” and relatable. You as relatable as a super genius orphan of two super spies cis white guy living in Queens who gets super powers can be. But I digress.

TLDR: Peter Parker in the 616 comics is not Jewish. I state this just so everyone knows and is not disappointed if they delve into the comics not to gate keep or try and stop people from reading him how they like. Again I read him as Jewish myself but it is important to acknowledge the source material

More Tangled Thoughts: New Dream Kids Edition

ok so first things first: I am still working on a fic that incorporates the prompts I got a while ago on another post about the new dream kids, it’s just hard to write a scavenger hunt lmao

also, these are my headcanons about Rapunzel and Eugene’s kids: I will be using the names I came up with for them as well as just the ideas I have about them. If you don’t agree with any of it- great! If you agree with them- great! I love seeing everyone’s interpretations of these characters and what i have to say is not the end all be all (obviously) 

ok gonna put a cut here bc idk how long this will get

ok so i think basically everyone agrees that the new dream kids are twins so like....they’re twins that hasn’t changed

The names i randomly chose for them are Emmeline and Callan, (i like being able to give characters nicknames-theirs are Emmie and Cal) but i was thinking and after seeing people headcannoning that Rapunzel wasn’t her original name (similar to Eugene’s being Horace) i was like...hmmm

so I decided Rapunzel’s name was initially Emilia, named after some relative Emmeline and then...boom full circle her daughter is named Emmeline

I have absolutely no explanation for Callan’s name i just thought it sounded like it would work for the tangled universe

ok now into personalities

I was thinking Callan would maybe be quieter, but maybe not in a ‘doesn’t speak’ sort of way??

like Emmeline doesn’t take any shit and she’s very vocal but Callan is just more reserved

but when they’re together all bets are off and they wreak HAVOC like the guards thought they had their hands full with Eugene when he was Flynn Rider but now there’s the kids of him and Princess Rapunzel (aka another person you really can’t tie down) and it’s like being sneaky is in their genes

also Eugene (and Kiera and Catalina) probably teaches them some sneaky tricks but like...on the down low. Rapunzel isn’t thrilled when she learns about this but like she also finds it hilarious and in reality doesn’t mind bc the twins are using it to sneak a cupcake or two, not steal a crown

Emmeline takes more after Eugene and Callan takes more after Rapunzel, but both LOVE painting on the walls of their rooms

Emmeline dreams of being a guard and doesn’t love the idea of being fully in charge of running a kingdom. Callan wants to be a great artist like his mother and isn’t necessarily scared of the possibility of being king one day

Later in their lives, this kind of turns into Callan actually becoming King of Corona while Emmeline marries a princess from another kingdom and is Queen there- she’s super happy about that bc she doesn’t want all of the pressure being The Head of a kingdom comes with, she’s like the second in command kind of thing and most likely becomes very involved with that kingdom’s guard

so yea they’re both not straight. probably bi but yea. Callan might be ace or aro or both idk 

but i LOVE the idea of a prince coming from another kingdom and both of the twins have a crush on him. I think i made a post about this before but i should really write a fic of this 

The twins absolutely LOVE Max and Max LOVES the twins. Obviously he’s at the very end of his life (bc he’s a horse) when the twins are old enough to interact with him and he probably dies before they’re 10

both twins are known to speak their minds but especially Emmeline

she learned very quickly that she needs to filter her thoughts during diplomatic events and put on a face (another reason she absolutely dreads the idea of being Corona’s Queen) but can still get away with snide remarks to Callan....sometimes

the Prince of Corona has been known to laugh so hard during events that water comes out of his nose. Eyewitnesses say the Princess sitting next to him always looks very pleased with herself when this happens

the twins love making each other laugh. they have a great sibling relationship but obviously do fight sometimes bc that’s just how siblings be

I know i’ve been describing Emmeline as like...kind of rigid but she is also soft and has ‘classic princess qualities’ i hate how that sounds but idk how else to put it

basically Emmeline can and will fuck you up or mess with you but she LOVES getting an excuse to dress up and attend balls and similar events (may or may not have to do with her big fat crush on the princess from Bayangor) 

Callan enjoys his more comfy, non-princely-duties clothes but also loves dressing up for events

the twins ADORE their family. Uncle Lance tells amazing stories (almost as good as their father’s stories and that’s saying a l o t), their cousins Kiera and Catalina are the best babysitters (bc they let them sneak around and ride dessert carts through the halls), Uncle Varian is always doing the coolest things and makes the best hot chocolate in all of Corona, and their grandmother and grandfathers just absolutely spoil them bc they didn’t get to be a part of their own kid’s childhoods bc they love their grandkids sm

Callan, especially when he was a toddler, ALWAYS finds himself in someone’s arms. that kid LOVES being held and everyone knows this

even though he doesn’t compete in it, Callan always enjoys Contest of the Crowns bc he is his sister’s number 1 supporter, even if they’re mad at each other

Emmeline’s favorite holiday is the Goodwill Festival. She absolutely loves the gopher (she finds that animal absolutely adorable) and just all around enjoys the happiness and good feelings that radiate through the kingdom during it

They do know Cass, but not super well. They first meet her when they’re like maybe 3 or 4 and visits are fairly sporadic and few and far between, but they do love their Aunt Cass (i feel like she has Aunt Willow vibes- ie, travels a lot but makes time every now and then to visit)

Emmeline and Callan are probably the only kids in all of Corona who just call Monty ‘Monty’ and not ‘Uncle Monty’. Monty loves them, they love Monty, and both he and Rapunzel put aside their friendly rivalry when it comes to the kids, but for some reason the twins just never ended up adding the ‘uncle’ to his name (Rapunzel does not mind. Eugene thinks she’s almost smug about it)

the twins are obsessed with the stories Rapunzel and Eugene tell them. The story of how they met is one of their favorites. it’s been told to them for as long as they can remember, but they only learned the full story sometime when they were in between the ages of 10 and 13. That night they slept in their parents room.

Lance is the one who tells the twins about Eugene’s Flynn Rider days, but doesn’t mention the Flynn Rider in his stories is their father. The twins are confused by this bc Eugene reads them the actual Flynn Rider books (which they love) and when they ask Eugene about it (”Uncle Lance told us you would know!”) they don’t initially believe him when he comes clean to having been the thief. It takes Rapunzel and quite a few wanted posters (”that’s obviously not you- the nose isn’t right!” “THANK YOU!”) to convince them otherwise. 

ok this is getting really long so i think i’ll stop there. honestly, im not expecting anyone to read this fully bc of how long it is and it’s just me rambling again, but if you did, thank you! i really appreciate it! I’ve gotten addicted to sharing my thoughts in this manner so like...this is most likely not the last time i do this lol. also i didn’t proofread this bc frankly i dont care
