He got dragged into a wedding dress butique at the girls' night out.
As much as i like putting robots in dresses, i hc that Omega honestly kinda dislikes/doesn't care for women's/fem apparel. In his eyes they emphasize all the wrong things (looking soft/dainty/sweet). Not to mention how impractical e.g. dresses are.
It took a lot of convincing get him to try the stuff on:
Rouge (currently rocking a party dress herself): “Do i give off [any of the words on Omega's list] vibes? How about Blaze (in a light summer dress) over here?"
Omega (who hasn't & doesn't associate either of them with "softness" etc.,): "mmmmmmmmmmm" (If he answers truthfully he's gonna get roped into "Say Yes to The Dress")
And Omega finds out that he doesn't mind some of the dresses. That a select few actually... look quite good on him:
They either clash nicely (depicted dress) in a way that accentuates his form by putting something soft & light against his angular & heavyset build, or bring up other positive aspects - things Omega only now learned to look for/analyse in fashion - e.g. boldness/grandness/fierceness. He doesn't mind that at all.

tbh there's so much to get into for how break and jack contrast one another and it kind of makes me feel crazy when i start thinking about it. i've seen another other person joke about breakshelly being a healthy / lite version of jacklacie but it definitely extends beyond that imo like the core of it is in their individual characters
#in the end jack does say he did it all for himself but to jack doing something for himself and doing it for lacie is basically the same thin#with his complete immersion + identity issues. which imo is also what eventually makes lacie feel like he doesn't see or love her#i feel like that'd be their main relationship issue in an universe where they'd actualize#him being scared to overstep & never asking anything of her is both what brought her to feel for him & what eventually makes her uneasy#absolute devotion without balance can definitely turn into the other person feeling like you don't really desire them#like what do YOU want from me#Why did these tags turn into smth else entirely LOL#tbt.

As Break and Duke Barma begin to fight, Lily gasps. That's the guy who killed Fang! But before she can get any ideas of vengeance, Lottie grabs her and makes a rush for the secret passage. Pandora's men run onto the scene, and Gilbert chases her through the thick branches that line the passageway.
He emerges into a beautiful courtyard, surrounded on all sides by a tall, round wall.
As Gilbert watches red-robed Baskervilles cut down Pandora's soldiers, he can't help but draw parallels to long buried memories he didn't want to remember. He winces against the sharp headache they bring, as Vincent steps towards him with his gun.
Vince gives his brother a sorrowful look and asks. Are you happy now?
Gil's always been afraid of those memories returning. If he remembers, then everything will change. He would have to confront everything about his past, about who he was and is.
Who his master is.
So they "just happened to meet." So what?!
Oz says it doesn't matter if their meeting was by chance or necessity. He's flooded with memories of the times they'd shared, meeting at Lutwidge, the lectures Elliot had given him. Leo remembers him too, that warm smile when he'd asked him to become his valet.
No matter how hard it was, or how sad, Oz was happy to meet him. He balls a fist and takes a step forward.
Once again, memories come flooding back to Gilbert, whether he wants them to or not. He remembers running through the halls of a mansion on fire and full of corpses. Searching, calling out for his master. He was only a child, then, maybe ten years old.
He watches himself run into a chamber, where Jack Vessalius stands across from his best friend.
Why are they arguing?
In a time like this?
He runs forward, begging them to stop.
Gilbert is frozen as the realizations set in. That Jack Vessalius was never his master. It was always Glen.
He was always a Baskerville.
He's pulled from his awful memories as the Sealing Stone behind him shatters.
Does that mean...

my brother forfeited helping me decorate the tree this year to go googly eyes at his truck for an extended period of time so I basically only put up the ornaments that I like to look at, which means there are currently more Taylor Swift related ornaments than there is anything remotely related to my brother.
