Ok, I was out getting my meds when this popped into my head. I've always considered Masterpeice by CG5 and B-Slick as weirdly a Fiddauthor song since they kinda mirror Joey and Henry in some ways, but Stan made a compelling argument for his own inclusion. They all have something of a history with Ford and while it ends better than Joey+Henry... it pulls at the heart strings and all kind of have that "Who are we?" element; Ford's guilt over what happened, determination to fix the things he created, and his recovery from both Bill and Filbrick, Stan and McGucket's amnesia. And of course the Portal and Bill himself in the middle of all this angst. (The zodiac matches up well in the Portal's circle opening with all those sections.)

Bonus: I made Stan be the only one looking at Ford since of the 3 he's the one who tried everything to get him back despite everything while McGucket wanted to forget.

Note: This isn't about blaming Ford: I love the character myself. He's definitely one of my blorbos and what he did is very understandable! But it's just some parallels I noticed here.

Wait hear me out. Can the BATIM crew tell if something is AI or not, my lukewarm takes:

Joey: Can't tell. (Pretends like he can tell. Everything he makes with it is either a mess or involves photoshopping his head on a 12-pack wrestler body.)

Henry: Can tell. (Hates AI with a burning passion.)

Thomas: Can't tell. (What the hell am I looking at.)

Grant: Can't tell. (In the nicest way possible he does not give a shit.)

Susie: Can tell. (Makes a pfp with AI but that's about it.)

Allison: Can tell, slowly but surely. (Omg she'd send Thomas a bunch of those "your month your animal" slideshows with AI horses and shit.)

Sammy: Can kind of tell. (Wally sends him AI dog photos. Jack sends him Facebook posts that are clearly AI but he sincerely believes them. At this point death seems like a sweet release.)

Bertrum: Inconclusive. (The great Bertrum Piedmont does not use AI. Wait a minute, is that me as a dragon)

Lacie: Can kind of tell. (Oh hell no, please don't involve me in this.)

Jack: Can't tell even a little bit. (Would buy those fever dream AI printed pillows etc from Temu or something.)

Norman: Can tell. (Not a fan but will absolutely weaponize it.)

Shawn: Can tell. (Makes a shit ton of memes with it for a few days and then gets bored.)

Wally: Can tell. (Generates endless cute dog photos.)
