sleeping headcanons about bruce/reader… need to see that man rest, or like blink for more than a second

you are so real for this

bruce would be the type of boyfriend/husband that HAS to sleep closest to the door. like if the door is facing one side of the bed, that's the side he always sleeps on. same with windows. it helps him sleep knowing that if someone were to break in, they'd have to go through him before they got to you

does not EVER wear a full set of pajamas. hasn't worn them since alfred stopped trying to force him into the little silk pjs he had as a child

he has three looks for bed: oversized band tee + ratty pajama pants, shirtless + ratty pajama pants, or briefs. just the briefs

when his hair is long, he keeps a few hair ties on his wrist to tie it up when he's washing his face before bed

("wash" is generous... he's splashing his face with cold water)

when his hair is short, he does not bother keeping it out of his face. he comes out of the bathroom with his hair dripping down his forehead and you buy him one of those cute fluffy headbands for him to use

bonus points if you get him a sanrio headband

bonus bonus points if you get him one with kuromi on it like THIS and you get a matching my melody one

he's a super light sleeper, like you could slip out of bed to use the bathroom and you'll hear him suck in a breath like "everything ok?"

this also makes him a little restless on really bad stormy nights :((

he refuses to wear earplugs or a sleeping mask because he gets very worried about being at a disadvantage in case something happens

the best you can do for him is let him curl up to your chest and let him get caught up in your heartbeat instead

him being a light sleeper also means he randomly wakes up throughout the night as soon as he has to use the toilet or gets a craving for something to eat, so be prepared for him to move around quite a bit

when he actually IS asleep tho, he does not move at all

he also doesn't naturally cuddle when he's sleepy unless he's cold, he usually is the one being cuddled

this happens more often when he's got a lot on his mind (so all the time) and you'll usually hear him saying random, incoherent sentences or calling out names

it actually really embarrasses him when you tell him he does this because alfred and his roommates at boarding school used to comment on it when he was younger and he just assumed he'd grown out of it but. let's be honest. he hasn't slept with another person in the same room for years. don't know why he came to that conclusion

it's also a little rare when you catch it because he tends to fall asleep only after you do

you catch it more in the morning when he's sleeping off a long night of batmanning

it's best not to tell him if he's said anything embarrassing,,, it will literally keep him up all night

it gets a little worse when he has nightmares. you can hear him calling out joker or the riddler's name seconds before he wakes up in a cold sweat

you don't tell him exactly what you hear, but you always ask if he's ok and if he'd like to head back to bed with you or not

since he was raised by Real Brit Alfred Pennyworth, alfred did sort of imprint upon him a tea addiction

there's one particular blend that alfred swears used to put bruce out like a light when he was sick so you make that for him when he's particularly stressed and it always works wonders

speaking of him being sick. he is a COMPLETELY different sleeper when he's sick

sleeps like the dead, snores LOUDLY, cuddles like crazy

it's actually the worst because he'll be so happy to pull you in and lay his head on your shoulder but then. he drools. and the. snot. the snot.....

you can imagine that whenever he's sick, you may as well be sick too

he does have the decency to wait until you start sneezing before he gives you a nasty little cough syrup-flavored kiss like the disgusting germ gremlin he is

he won't complain about feeling bad but he will sometimes have a little delirious moment where he'll be all cute and beg you to come to bed with him because he can't sleep if you're not there next to him

like you may go sleep in one of the guest rooms until his cold passes and you'll wake up to him curled up on the loveseat on the other side of the room or even just straight up laying across the foot of the bed so he won't accidentally cough in your face

it's hard to get him to fall asleep but sometimes he pushes himself to such an extreme limit that he accidentally falls asleep anywhere

in the cave? he's passed out on his desk

working on his car? takes a quick little power nap under the engine

in the middle of a business meeting? nodding off in the chair

has fallen asleep on the floor on the WAY to bed before and when you wake him up he doesn't even realize that he never actually got there

also slipping this in here for indulgence purposes but if you've adopted dick, dick will fall asleep on bruce anywhere

like he'll see bruce conked out on the couch like a dad who insists on getting up at the ass crack of dawn and just scooch on in and fall asleep on his shoulder

even FURTHER, if you guys adopt ace, he will nap on dick

the three of them can regularly be seen napping all over the place as the years go on. thank god your bed is big enough for all four of you

having dick and the dog actually makes bruce sleep more and also more soundly because when they're sleeping on top of him it's like a weighted blanket. like if a cat fell asleep in ur lap u wouldn't get up would you? you would simply sit there and rot. same thing with bruce

last thought but I also think as bruce gets older, he's going to fall asleep more often and that will result in a lot of conversations that go like this

bruce: that was a good movie

you: you fell asleep halfway through

bruce: I was resting my eyes

you: I paused the movie and you didn't even react

bruce: I was watching the movie

you: so who died at the end?

bruce: the villain

you: no one died at the end!!! we were watching paddington 2!!!!

but also somehow hears you if you make fun of him in his vicinity. you put a phone in this man's face to take a picture of him sleeping and when you go to look at the photo you see his eyes open like this

The continuation of the allergic reaction story made me think about the Bad Kids' PJ situation but I am mostly just thinking of them all having some sort of combination of T Shirt and PJ pants. Mostly Fig and the Cig Figs band shirts from the tour. Maybe Riz has some old shirts from Pok. Kristen sometimes uses her old tie dye shirts as pajamas but only when she has to...

None of them really strike me as full Pajama set people...maybe Fabian? Or Adaine but she just uses them for slumber parties since she doesn't actually sleep. What do you think?

Gorgug runs hot when he sleeps so he goes for a tshirt and shorts (and socks) that he wears as pajamas all year no matter the weather.

Fabian does have matching button up pajama sets (silk), but he mostly only wears the bottoms (he goes shirtless at home). At sleepovers he wears a cig figs shirt that Fig gave him because its WEIRD to sleep shirtless around your friends, and the top portion of his pajamas over the top if it's really cold.

Kristen wears track pants and her softest shirts. They're not technically pajama shirts full time so she has a wide rotation.

Adaine has what Fig likes to call 'princess pajamas'. They're incredibly lace-y, loose, knee length sleeping gowns that she wears comfy track pants underneath. Jawbone bought them for her and while his fashion choice is questionable she absolutely adores it. She also has one of those elasticised headbands to keep her hair out of her face (fig and Kristen got her a bunch of different ones, all in metallic shiny fabric, she needed her crown)

Fig is all band shirts, matched with proper pajama bottoms. They used to be thick fleecy ones but since she became an archdevil she had to swap to something thinner and cooler.

If Riz even slept regularly, and thus bothered with actual pajamas, he'd 100% be one of those people with the old fashioned sleeping gowns and nightcap and slippers. Since he doesn't though his pajamas either consist of whatever he was wearing when he passed out (unplanned sleeps) or his casual clothes he keeps in his briefcase (a set of clothes that any other teenager would consider normal day-wear). The casual set rotates between his dads old long sleeve shirts and track pants, cig fig shirts (which are massive on him), or if it's super hot a set of proper workout clothes that he sometimes uses for sparing practice if they're clean (which includes the only pair of shorts he owns).

🦢 Put a bow on it. Literally. Idc what it is. Your toothbrush? Now you can brush your teeth in a girly way. Your car keys? You're still driving--but with bows. Bows make everything 100000000x times better.

🦢 Like the first one, put bows in your hair. This kinda deserved its own spot because bows in hair are so versatile. I usually do a half-up-half-down with a bow, or put my hair in a claw clip and put the bow on the side of my head.

🦢Pajamas and loungewear are soooo important! You're not going to feel cute and dolly in a gray tshirt and green sweatpants. Invest in a pretty lacy nightgown or a pink silk set.

🩰 Heart shaped sunglasses. These are more of a spring/summer thing, but they're so cute and girly and go with so many coquette outfits.

🩰 Pink everything. This goes without saying, but still. Get pink frilly socks, pink satin blouses, pink chunky headbands, pink jeans, EVERYTHING.

🩰 Make your room pretty. This can be hard, especially if you share with a sibling like me, but try your best. Get the rosebud bedsheets, make your bed every morning, keep your spaces clean and cute. I tie bows on my window blinds bc I don't have curtains, but curtains work even better.

🍨 Take care of yourself. Do a face mask, brush your hair, do a ten-minute stretching routine in the morning. Try not to rot in bed. I know tumblr has romanticized girlrotting so much, but it's so bad for you. Try to rot outside, on a picnic blanket in the sun with a book (And sunscreen)

🍨 Only say sweet and kind words. I know it's tempting to curse and it's also over-romanticized, but it sounds so coarse and rude.

🍨 Journal! Journaling is so therapeutic and aesthetic. I try to do it before bed, and it always makes me feel so calm and soothed. Seal it with a red lipstick kiss ♡

Downton Abbey Fashion 48 - evening dresses in 1922

Before we get to Rose’s evening dresses, I’ll quickly put in those of her friend Madeleine Allsopp. She’s only around for the Christmas special, so this shouldn’t take too long.

Yay for sack dresses? This is a dusty pink-silver dress that looks nice enough on Madeleine; it just isn’t the most flattering cut you can get in this decade. I also imagine the weight to be weird because of this big-ass pearl embroidery just tacked onto the front. And then she has a headband with more beading, pretty basic.

Honestly? So much better. Both the color and the draping on the front are very flattering, and the brocade has my favor anyway. I also like this style of headband way better, probably because the previous reminds me of cheap flapper costumes that have very little to do with 1920s styles. Which just goes to show my prejudices, but there we are. Madeleine’s drop waist has something like a double coil embroidery holding it in place, but I can’t see enough of the skirt to say what effect this has on the overall look.

Her dress for the ball, pretty in theory, is a shade of slightly golden cream that was popular at the time. Problem is, it doesn’t fit Madeleine. Look at the second picture where she lifts her arm to show off the armscye. I know, 1920s dresses are baggy and loose and all that, but this should not be big enough to almost give us an eyeful of side-boob! Or it should be dipping so deep to her hips that we can easily see another layer worn under it. The dress itself is nice with all its embroidery; we celebrate the return of the squiggly lines. And she picked quite cute, youthful jewelry to go with it.

Over to Rose and a last impression of her season 3 hair frizz. The peach dress is almost a little too peach what with her complexion. But it’s a nice dress, mostly covered in a shiny white pattern to help out the nude impression, and it has little slit sleeves which I personally like. The mild baggy top effect from the drop waist cannot be helped, but this waistband comes with tassels so I’ll be lenient.

For another occasion, Rose has taped a bit of golden lace into her hair. Okay, no, she hasn’t, but this headband is clearly made to emulate the look. So, Rose wears it to a dress which has an entire base layer made of golden lace, showing through in that frontal V and at the skirt. Somehow, the combination with this dark blue silk satin makes the dress look rather severe for Rose’s bubbly antics, so I’m actually glad for the headband; it brings back the whimsy.

Hey, we got dip dye! Is dip dye the right term for what I mean here? Anyway, this lovely ombre that runs over the entire dress from near white down to an intense pink, making this a rather flashy dress despite the simple wrap top style. Shame they didn’t go in for a voluminous skirt; imagine how this color would swoosh on some gathers. But this is for a family dinner, not for dancing, so the little V of her chest being embroidered is where the fancy ends.

This is a little more sandy-colored than peach, so yay for variety on the color palette? It’s fine; it’s not my favorite, but it isn’t doing anything wrong. In fact, the slit sleeves and the volume it has for gathers and draping net it a few points with me. But overall, this is a bit meh for so exuberant a character as Rose and could do with a little more effective embroidery, so, next. Look at the lovely leaf headband on your way out.

A pretty blue dress for the birthday party Rose throws for Robert, this is a nice example for why I like the 1920s dresses better that go down smoothly over the hips than those that tie in on the drop waist. What can I say; I like streamlines better than sack tops. It still gets some shaping via the skirt, the separate layers slit in the front and sprinkled with these little white rhinestones that, in the V around the neckline, almost look the a row of little white flowers. Me like.

There are times when I think Rose helped herself to the contents of Edith’s closet; at least I haven’t seen this shade of washed-out emerald on her before. The dress has a big flower embroidery on the skirt, and then the neckline and the armscyes have this more abstract embroidery band in black and silver that runs down the center and then suddenly turns into a row of square ruffles on the skirt. The skirt itself is a little gathered into the drop waist seam, which reminds me that this is indeed a dress Rose wears for dancing. I guess the little extra volume is for swoosh then.

This velvet dress has the most beautiful, nearly electric blue; they should let velvet more often have colors that aren’t dulled. It has these elements of silver-white lace all over it, giving it an impression of clouds on a very blue sky. The bottom of the skirt is very pretty, but it leaves me wondering if these glittering vertical beading lines run out in long fringe. I know fringe wasn’t the big, hyped thing in the 1920s it later got the reputation for, but it would actually fit Rose and her tassel necklace, and she could afford it.

Coral this time, but still velvet, which makes me think all the silver is not actually woven in, but beaded on. It almost looks like a ton of little shell plates, doesn’t it? The pattern itself is a bit inconsistent, here a band of scallops, there a zigzag line, in between art nouveau-esque flowers… The overall impression is nice enough.

And back to the blue, a bit dustier than before. The color having lost its symbolic meaning for the character of Rose means that it shows up in much more random intervals and at any occasion whatsoever. For a change, I wish it didn’t do that ruffle thing down the sides of her skirt, at least not in tiers; it seems a bit inconsistent with the rest of the design. I wouldn’t mind that embroidery of squares and lines being broken up by long knife pleats in the hip slits instead.

Finally, for her debutante ball, Rose puts on this very pink number with these very large silver flowers. The color suits her well, but this may be my least favorite dress of hers. Why is Rose, the flapper extraordinaire, repeating this weird, stiff-looking skirt style that already didn’t look great on her debutante dress? Her friend Madeleine wears a more common style for the occasion, so no, this is not a debutante dress code anymore. Since this is a dance event, I would have loved something with more movement to it. I also think many small flowers arranged over the entire dress might have made for a nicer picture than slapping a couple of big-ass flowers only on the skirt, but at least the flower shape is nice. The yoke design is just clunky. Pretty headband though.

Season 4 done, so I must face my demons (as in, Mary) and look into the season 5 outfits. To be fair, the fashion choices will be vastly superior to the character choices; I think the next season has the most of my favorites on the entire show. But oh boy, I will miss the comparatively reasonable behavior of season 4. I will not miss the panniers. Get those out of here.

{Good old Undertale and Deltarune spoilers and caps warning}

A young lady, enters the Ball, her skin and hair the same bright shade of red, lacking any eyes whatsoever.

Wispy bangs were framed by the long loose hair from the front half of her head, while the rest was tied up in a mid-ponytail via a brown silk ribbon.

She wore a burgundy cotton dress. Off-shoulder and straight across. The foldover was ruffled chiffon, and bishop sleeves went all the way down to her mid calves. Below the black belt corset tied with another brown silk ribbon was a knee long flared skirt with an iron on butterscotch-cinnamon pie slice patch. One could see her knee high brown leather boots.

The center of her brown silk choker bore an obsidian heart with a white Delta Rune symbol engraved on it. "Center" is a lie actually, the choker and Rune lies at the center of her neck, yes, but the bow formed to tie the ribbon was to the side of the lady's neck.

Her final accessory was a headband of chocolate cosmos flowers, overflowing with the scent of chocolate. Or maybe it was the entire person. Either way, the flowers don't wilt the slightest during the event.

By her side was a cyan skinned knight of short dark blue hair that covered one of their bright red eyes. Above their black shirt and pants was light grey armor: A chest plate, spaulders, boots, and gloves. On the center of their chest plate, another engraving of the Delta Rune.

Around their neck was fabric, tied under one of the spaulders and covering the other. The fabric was either a dull blue which took on a magenta sheen, or a magenta fabric that look like dull blue under darkness, it's hard to tell.

[DELTA the RED SOUL] and her Plus One [Kris the Lightener Knight of Hometown and Castle Town] from the world of DELTARUNE ("I'm also from UNDERTALE!")

DELTA initially drags Kris around to talk with other guests. During the introductions and conversations, she hypes the two to up high hell "'Tis I! DELTA the Angel of all Delta Runic Lores! And here is my grand champion of the Legend: Kris! The Lightner Knight of Hometown and Castle Town, Human of the Three HEROES!" And that's just the beginning of how much she brags about her and Kris.

Kris let's her do all the talking most of the time, and it's almost anticlimactic what little of an impression they make compared to her.

If you eavesdrop on them, you will hear them squabble about [Nonconsensual Possession] "On both sides! My vessel got trashed by Gaster Bastard and then I got shoved into you without a way out! Remember?", and [SAVE] "Knowing you, you probably forgot to SAVE again" "Low blow! Come on let's go to a SAVE point just to be sure.", and other subjects.

At some point DELTA and Kris will agree to separate, talk to whoever they feel most comfortable with, and stare at people and the areas for extended periods of time? They will occasionally move their position, until their eyes (or location where eyes should be in the case of DELTA) flash white for a brief moment and they leave satisfied.

That my friends is called a [SCREENSHOT] and they're taking as many as they can to share with their friend after this Ball is done with!

Additionally, DELTA has been recording her entire perspective this whole time! Everyone in Castle Town and the Lightner's involved with the Dark World will get to watch the footage as well.

Though DELTA's sleeves seem like they would get in the way, they don't seem to bother her. She makes no effort to roll up her sleeves, nor grab anything she can, be it food, drinks or anything else. It seems she needs no sustenance.

Kris does however, and on top of eating, they're going to sneak in as much food as they can onto their person. Preferably foods that provide the most health or even buffs!

The two ultimately just want to run around, have fun, record the festivities and screenshot them to share with their friends back at home.

Yeah DELTA is annoying but she isn't here to hurt anyone, she just loves to show off her friends. Oh hey! she has pictures of all her friend from both universes and she's praising them to high hell as well to anyone who'll listen.

"And this is Prince Asriel Dreemurr, The Absolute GOD of Hyperdeath!"

But in a Ball of all sorts of deities, their plus ones, all of whom from a diverse set of universes and with a variety of personalities, some may find their childish antics and behavior irritating or worse.

When civilized conversation or play they're so used to in the Dark World (and Underground in DELTA's case) fails, and battle is the only option, the results are always the same.

It doesn't matter if they're separate or alone. They're either together, DELTA summons Kris to fight in her stead (for she herself doesn't battle), or she'll come to the center of the drama and join Kris before they start the fight.

When the knight engages in battle, the Damsel in Distress will deform in volume. Transformed into a small, bright red heart, she'll attached herself to Kris and take the lead.

In the days of yore, the [Kings] and [Queens] lead their [Knights] to victory.

The greater the strength, skill, and adaptability of their opponent, the more irritable, excited, or even bored the duo will be once the battles is won and DELTA has returned to her human form. It really depends of the enemy.

Do you know why I say won? Because DELTA can SAVE and LOAD, set back the clock and redo whatever whenever she wants. The enemy can win as many times as they want, but DELTA can close the gap of skill by LOADing again and again, learning while the enemy cannot remember. She only needs to win the battle once, SAVE, and then her and Kris's victory is the only one that matters.

DELTA and Kris even use this power to flat out change any mistakes they make or dodge scuffles altogether during the Ball. It seems battles they engage in and bother to win are ones they cannot avoid.

Oh? This a multiplayer server where progress can't be undone? This power applied to one user per World (see Flowey), ergo, DELTA's ability as what is essentially a video game player is exclusive to her. Everyone else gets reset like any other NPC. She is the [RED SOUL], and the future is in her hands.

Of course, UNDERTALE proves that this results in deja Vu and other deities may catch wind or be flat out aware of what's going on. Stronger, older beings might even be able to fight against her power or shut it down entirely.

Maybe my talk of the Angel's powers is DELTA's enthusiasm infecting ME even, maybe she isn't as overpowered as I make herself out to be.

Maybe these kids are in over their heads. Maybe when someone challenges them, Kris will collapse, defeated by the opposition, DELTA, will bring up the SAVE File and try to avoid or restart this battle, but no matter how much she tries to LOAD, it doesn't do it's magic. She'll look up, staring at the enemy in the eyes, and the Angel of No Vessel, unable to defend herself, freeze like a Darkner transforming into Stone, and under the opponent crumble into the dust of Monsters she fought for.

These kids just want to have fun at the Ball, and this is their first time interacting with an actual Deity EVER! And there's so many from so many worlds and Plus Ones as well! Oh, and this is a Celestial Ball, DELTA just *has* to explore every nook and cranny of the place. When she does burn out on socializing, she is focusing her whole being on SCREENSHOTing, taking in the view of the area, and getting a good look for the camera.

For all her talk of being the Angel who guides the Saviors of world's to happy endings, who freed the Monster from the Underground in UNDERTALE, and help the Three HEROES of Legend seal wild Dark Fountains, she doesn't bring up the whole powers of SAVE and LOAD at all.

She's an Angel as young as a teenage human, around Kris's age (once she was around the age of Frisk, waking up on a bed of flowers). With untapped potential to become a real God compared to other well-aged Divinities, she and Kris wholly understands that they're out of their depth here.

Not everyone is benevolent, Flowey taught her that most well.

Thus the Queen and Knight must keep their greatest strengths all to themselves. never revealing them. When inquired about her power to SAVE and LOAD they'll play dumb ("THERE'S SOMEONE WITH TIME TRAVEL POWERS??? I HAVE TO FIND THEM!") and change the topic or run off to find the time traveler.

That isn't to say that DELTA's actions are a mask, she's wholly honest about her enthusiasm, spontaneous twirls that make her skirt spin, wild hand movements flapping her sleeves, and bragging. She's geniune about this. She won't even say that she takes advantage of how other would assume her a stupid and weak false god who needs to be brought down a peg to hide the full scope of her powers. She'd just say it's their fault for being so stupid and judgemental.

So all she blabbers about is the Delta Rune Legend and Prophecies, told by Time and Space, and the epic tales of these myths fruitions.

Only in divine domains can she remove herself from her vessel and take on a form with her SOUL powers}

{With the Prophecy in UNDERTALE, she didn't like the 'Angel of Death' interpretation, but understood where it came from and resolved to not fulfill the Prophecy through massacre. She's not entirely sure of what the ANGEL'S HEAVEN is, it's relation to her, nor why something she somehow is connected two would be a threat to Lightner's or Darkner's. ("But Angels are meant to be the Guides of Saviors! What do you mean it's going to bring calamity? That doesn't make any sense!)"}

"Hello there. I suppose you're here for the ball?" She raised an eyebrow as she spoke the question,looking DELTA and Kris up and down. She studied them for a moment,before nodding. "Please,follow me. I shall lead you to the main ballroom." She began to walk swiftly away,with the duo following close behind. She looks back at them slightly,before speaking. "May I get your names?" She says,high pitched voice echoing through the room.

His brown hair is tied into a ponytail,one that is a lot more voluminous then Mist's. He holds out his hand,a small smile on his face.

"Yes,we're new. You are?" The man laughs.

Geppidon bows,before turning around and waving as he dissappears into the crowd. DELTA is eager to introduce herself to more Deities,so she flits around the ballroom,bragging about her and Kris the entire time. Soon the entire Ballroom has heard of the new young God. Some,like Geppidon,are amused. DELTA swears she can see him observing her from afar. Yet every time she makes eye contact,he moves from his spot,going to speak to some high-ranking Celestial God.

However,DELTA can tell that not everyone enjoys her antics,and she decides to stick to the pepole who seem to enjoy her company.

After a bit,she and Kris decide to speratre,with Kris making a beeline to the food table. DELTA decides to speak with Geppidon,who's standing off to the side with 2 other Deities. Geppidon waves her over,and the two turn around. One is a Goddess with a soft figure and a beautiful purple dress. One of her eyes is pitch black while the other seems to hold the entire galaxy in it's depths. The other deity looks DELTA up and down hauntingly. Geppidon smiles,waving his hand elegantly towards the Goddess.

"Erus,my younger sister." He then waves his hand towards DELTA. "Erus,this is the young new Deity everyone's been talking about,DELTA." The goddess nods,smiling.

"Why hello there DELTA. It's lovely to meet you." Her voice is much like Mist's,but it's deeper in tone. DELTA nods in response. Geppidon waves towards the other God.

"That is Helius. Helius,this is,as you know,DELTA." Helius snorts in response.

"I'm well aware. I've heard the chatter." He pauses. "DELTA,we were discussing our world's. Please,do tell me about yours." He sounds a bit condescending. DELTA shakes it off and smiles,going into a spiel about her freinds. Halfway through the story,Kris approaches and stands next to DELTA,who has begun to praise them.

About a quarter way through,Helius cuts her off. "I'm sorry,but I cannot listen to this childish babbling any longer. Young one,if you wish to be accepted into this society,you must learn to not babble on and on. Good day." He scoffs and walks away,annoyed. Geppidon shakes his head,while Erus gives them an apologetic look as she walks after the man. Geppidon sighs deeply,clearly annoyed.

"I apologize for his...disrespect. We'll have to continue this conversation later DELTA,my apologies." Geppidon gives a small,conciliatory smile as he goes off after the two deities,leaving a silent and slightly confused DELTA and Kris.

The duo decides to explore the Ballroom,getting tired of all the socializing. They flit around,taking screenshots and exploring the entire area. They find many different small details,like a room off to the side that was seemingly meant for the Deities who didn't enjoy lots of socializing. The gift table for the guests had very beautiful accessories,ranging from Masquerade masks to wing jewelry. It was quite grand,and DELTA decided to find Mist later to ask for a full tour around the palace.

However,she found that she would get a tour sooner rather then later,as Kris crumbled to the floor,heavily injured. Helius stood above her. "Did you really think your power would work on Celestial Deities? We are older and more powerful than you will ever know child." Helius spits,words dripping with distan and venom. "I knew from the moment you walked in that you were nothing but trouble. And I was right." He was about to land the final blow,when mist pushes through the crowd,trailed by two angels and the lady the duo had met at the start.

"Helius,you know much better than to pick on younger Deities." Her usual kind eyes had hardened. "Please leave the premises Helius. You are not welcome here any longer." She then turns to the lady. "Becca,please lead DELTA and Kris to the medical ward. I shall be there shortly." The lady nods,and helps Kris up. She leads them away without a word,and DELTA can hear Mist telling everyone to continue just before the doors slam behind her. Why had she challenged him? She was in way over her head from the beginning. She had almost failed everyone,just because she thought she could dupe literal Celestial Deities. What was she even thinking? She wasn't even a Deity herself.
