I started this back before Chapter 6 was posted, and it's taken me like 7 chapters to finish it. I'm... still not entirely happy with it, but I really want to post it because I'm pretty proud of the perspective and the lineart!

Originally I intended for this to have shading and cool lighting stuff, but eventually I gave up on it because I wasn't happy with how it was turning out and looking at it was making me sad :[!!

Captain Marvel has been a member of the Justice League for over a decade, joining shortly after his debut.

Billy Batson was chosen as Champion of Magic at age 9.

By all appearances, Billy is currently age 11.

When a person is chosen as the Champion, the effects of such a strong concentration of magic kinda fucks with their aging. With an adult, there's not really that big of a deal; some people look younger than they are due to genetics.

Unfortunately, it is much more noticeable when the Champion is a child.

Billy isn't an eternal child, or anything, he's still going to grow up. His aging just stopped while his body adapted to being the anchor to all of magic. So now he's a middle school aged kid, with a twin sister who just turned 21.

Before I sleep.. Everythingdice was kind enough to commission me to design one of their dice vaults. It's gold foiled and very pretty. The vaults are random/assigned to dice sets that match them the best. But! You can request a certain illustration with your set and we do our best to honor that. I was told on etsy you can request it in the notes section of their order and through the website they can just email support separately with the order # and request.
