what are the favorite videos games of class 1a and the teachers

Once again, the games listed will be IRL games but with a different name, as I'm not creative enough to create an entire list of games. Some of them will not have a favourite game, due to not being a gamer.

Class 1-A:

Aoyama Yuuga: Prince Gate 3. (MRA-equivalent of Baldur's Gate 3). Loves customisation and will make his favourite guys, gals, and non-binary pals kiss.

Ashido Mina: Hollow Warrior. (MRA-equivalent of Hollow Knight). Thinks the art style is adorable, and the gameplay itself is pretty good.

Asui Tsuyu: Moondew Valley. (MRA-equivalent of Stardew Valley). She's there for a relaxing time, and plays it whenever she needs to destress.

Bakugou Katsuki: Jungle Crossing. (MRA-equivalent of Animal Crossing). His anger issues do not mesh well with this game, but he will enjoy it nonetheless.

Hagakure Tooru: Mughead. (MRA-equivalent of Cuphead). Loves the time and dedication poured into the game, and the gameplay makes it all the better.

Iida Tenya: Nothing, really. He will play games such a solitaire, but nothing he would call his favourite.

Jirou Kyouka: String Hero. (MRA-equivalent of Guitar Hero). This one is obvious, she enjoys music, and likes the association with heroism.

Kaminari Denki: Battle Bros. (MRA-equivalent of Smash Bros). Will drag anyone and everyone to play it, even though he will get destroyed because he's not that good.

Kirishima Eijirou: A Week at Freddies. (MRA-equivalent of Five NIghts at Freddies). Will scream at every jumpscare and isn't that good at it but will play every new games in the series.

Kouda Kouji: Harvest Sun. (MRA-equivalent of Harvest Moon). Enjoys taking his time and just focusing on his farm. The story is barebones, but it's enjoyable nonetheless.

Midoriya Izuku: Pikmin. Again, this is pre-quirk material. He likes the time management aspect, and the challenge given by the completion list.

Mineta Minoru: Hentai Princess. (MRA-equivalent of Hentai Girl Hime). Hasn't touched it since his intervention, but will stare at the images of, hm, certain scenes.

Ojirou Mashirao: Mii Sports. (MRA-equivalent of Wii Sports). Excerising while playing a damn good game? Sign him up! Will sabotage anyone to win bowling.

Satou Rikidou: Cooking Papa. (MRA-equivalent of Cooking Mama). Loves learning new recipes from all around the world, and its cute aesthetic pleases him.

Sero Hanta: Spiderguy. (MRA-equivalent of Marvel's Spiderman). Takes inspiration from the MC, Spiderguy, who is also his favourite hero.

Shouji Mezou: Down Under. (MRA-equivalent of Undertale). The game makes him feel a lot of things, and he enjoys the lax yet hard gameplay.

Todoroki Shouto: Nothing really. The only game he's ever played is, 'which one will win?' where he stares at two drops of water and waiting to see which on drops faster.

Tokoyami Fumikage: When The Moon Rises. (MRA-equivalent of When The Night Rises). Will not admit it to anyone, but Dark Shadow loves it as much as he does. Romance is both of their jams.

Uraraka Ochako: Nothing really. Will play mobile games, mainly puzzle ones, but nothing big due to her, ahem, budget constraints.

Yaoyorozu Momo: Pocket Monsters. (MRA-equivalent of PokeMon). Will claim that she plays it to relax, but will get incredibly competitive about it.

Staff:

All Might: Terraform. (MRA-equivalent of Terraria). Just thinks it's a cute game to unwind with, but will tryhard whenever he needs to.

Present Mic: Bloxxy. (MRA-equivalent of Roblox). Likes to go undercover and interact with anyone even hinting to being his fan.

Nedzu: Alpha Centauri. Yet another pre-quick game. It's one of the most intellectual games he could find, and the gameplay is both fun and challenging to his mind.

Midnight: Harvest Sun. (MRA-equivalent of Harvest Moon). Enjoys the relaxing aspect of it, and loves the gameplay. But, if asked, will claim that it's some sexual game.

Aizawa Shouta: Nothing much. Just plays the odd mobile game - something because of the really outlandish ads it gets, like Garden Scapes.

Snipe: Duty Calls. (MRA-equivalent of Call of Duty). He is the type of player to constantly say 'GG' after every match, and just leave if there's a hint of toxicity.

Vlad King: Automata. (MRA-equivalent of Nier Automata). Constantly claims he's not there for the fanservice, and the gameplay is really fun, but there's no denying the fanservice.

Hound Dog: Attorney for Hire. (MRA-equivalent of Ace Attorney). Knows that much of it is, hm, out-there, let's say, but enjoys it nonethless.

Thirteen: Jungle Crossing. (MRA-equivalent of Animal Crossing). Actually takes her time and relaxes while playing, unlike the previous contender. Finds it adorable.

Ectoplasm: Unending Summer. (MRA-equivalent of Everlasting Summer). The entire theme of the game won his heart, and it has made his heart clench multiple times.

Recovery Girl: Once again, nothing much. If she does play games, it's crossword or sudoku. Video Games hurt her eyes and she can't get into them.

Power Loader: MySmallPlanet. (MRA-equivalent of LittleBigPlanet). Loves the creativity of it all, and the cute styling of it only solidified his choice.

Cementoss: House of the Witch. (MRA-equivalent of Witch's House). Horror will always intruige him, and this game is his personal favourite. Indie Games tend to be scarier, but this takes the cake.

Lunch Rush: Cooking Papa. (MRA-equivalent of Cooking Mama). Like Rikidou, he adores the recipes, and appreciates how it helps people learn how to cook in such a cute manner.

MHA-Specific Den Headcanons

If you haven’t seen my previous post explaining what a den is, here’s the link.

Kirishima Eijirou: Kirishima loves his den, and is quite protective over it, though not as violently as other alphas. If someone tells him they like his den, it’ll lift his confidence for a week. If someone he doesn’t consider a packmate comes in, he’ll start growling immediately, but they have a few seconds to escape before he tries to attack them.

Todoroki Shouto: Growing up, his den was the only spot he was sure his father wouldn’t go in, as Endeavour wanted his alpha instincts to be as strong as possible and forcing yourself into a young alpha’s dens can weaken their territorial instincts. As a result, Todoroki has to feel completely comfortable with someone to even entertain the idea of letting them inside, as it is the one place he always feels safe in. Anyone who comes in uninvited will not escape without at least one serious injury.

Iida Tenya: Iida comes from a family of betas, and his parents weren’t very respectful of his den in his childhood; not purposely, of course, but their ignorance of alpha instincts resulted in too many mistakes. As a result, Iida has never felt like his den is his space, which is their entire purpose, and his den instincts are non-existent outside of his ruts, where they’re very weak.

Yaoyorozu Momo: Momo loves decorating her den, her obsession over needing it to look “perfect” rivalling an omega’s nesting instincts in heat. Her territorial instincts are weak enough that anyone she has even remotely positive feelings for can enter, but it’ll destroy her if they say they don’t like her den, whether she’s trying to court them or not.

Shoji Mezo: Shoji is a minimalist, not super concerned with what few belongings he possesses, and his territorial instincts are almost non-existent. He barely ever feels the urge to scent his den outside of rut, and pretty much anyone can walk in without a problem.

Jirou Kyouka: Like Iida, Jirou’s parents are both betas, and that resulted in some errors in her childhood, though not to the degree Iida’s did. Jirou is very self-conscious about her den and how it looks and smells. She isn’t very territorial, but she’ll get flustered whenever someone sees her den and will quickly try to get them out due to embarrassment.

Satou Rikkido: Satou, being the people-pleaser he is, tries to keep his den as pretty as possible for any visitors, and he makes sure to keep his scent of dark chocolate soft outside of his ruts. He doesn’t like letting other alphas inside if they aren’t a close friend of his, but almost any omega and beta can come in without a problem.

Kendou Itsuka: Kendou is pretty relaxed as far as alphas go, but that does not apply to her den. Her cedarwood scent makes the room smell like a sauna constantly, and she’ll fuck up anyone who comes in. Monoma once walked in accidentally, and the event scarred him for life.

Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu: Tetsu fits every stereotype about alphas with their dens. He scents the living hell out of it, will attack anyone who comes in, and will have an emotional breakdown if an omega he’s trying to court says they don’t like it.

Shinsou Hitoshi: Shinsou isn’t too big on scenting, but he is quite territorial over his den. Someone has to have serious friendship points to be allowed in without being told to throw themselves out his window.

Yorashi Inasa: Yorashi loves fresh air, so his den has plenty of windows he keeps open almost constantly. Unfortunately for him, this washes his scent out of the room, forcing him to scent the room daily to have any hope of it smelling enough like him to be satisfying.

Yagi Toshinori | All Might: during his time as a hero, he was too busy to properly set up a den, as he was constantly moving from city to city to fight crime. He’s trying to get back into the habit now that he’s retired, but it’s been so long that he barely remembers how to.

Yamada Hizashi | Present Mic: Hizashi is pretty chill with all of his alpha instincts, and his den is no exception. Outside of his rut, he’s fine with the room only smelling faintly of his chocolate fudge scent. Friends are allowed inside even if he’s not in the room (which is almost unheard of for anyone but mates), and he has to really hate someone to so much as growl at them if they walk in.

Kayama Nemuri | Midnight: Nemuri loves her own scent to a ridiculous degree, and she scents her den constantly. Aizawa once almost passed out from the overwhelming scent of the room once, and he’s had nightmares about how it would smell while she’s in rut.

Takami Keigo | Hawks: Hawks cares more about his den than he’d like to. Thanks to his animalistic quirk, his alpha instincts are stronger than the average alpha’s, and while he wishes he could be more relaxed about his den, he can’t help himself from being as overprotective of it as a stereotypical alpha.

Usagiyama Rumi | Miruko: If someone even takes a peek in her den, they’re as good as dead. It is her space and her space only. She’s never let anyone else inside, as she’s been too focused on her career to even think about courting someone. If she ever lets someone in one day, that’ll be akin to a marriage proposal.

Todoroki Natsuo: When they were kids, Touya built his nest in Natsuo’s closet, as the omega didn’t feel safe sleeping alone in his own room. As a result, Natsuo has trouble sleeping if someone isn’t in his den with him, as he feels like he’s failing someone by not having them in the room to protect them. After Touya’s “death,” Fuyumi set up her bed in his den.

Some more Class 1a stuff

Everysingle Omega in the class loves Satou, as in he’s really freaking comforting

And always smells of sweets

Kaminari is probably the one who dropes over him the most

But like he dropes over everyone

His pack mates get jealous sometimes but they know that’s just how he is and Satou is a part of their class so it’s cool

Alpha Mina despite being Alpha is really clueless and is usually like the last Alpha in the room to notice any scent changes take place

But she is super chill and really good at surpressing her instincts compared to the others

Alpha Mina scents her pack mates a LOT (aka Kaminari, Sero, Kirishima and Bakugou)

Bakugou finds it kinda annoying but does it back to her more aggressively that she knows to chill with scenting him

Kirishima doesn’t really mind and give soft scents back

Sero is usually laughing cause she started scenting him in a weird situation and he just scents back while laughing his head off

Kaminari can’t help but giggle a lot and try to push her away when she is too persistent, he’ll really gently scent her and give her a kiss in the cheek and a soft smile when she’s done that makes all of his other pack mates jealous

Kaminari hangs out with freaking everyone but in slightly almost unoticible different ways

Like with his fellow omegas (Yuuga and Tsuyu) he gets really touchy sometimes even more drooping than with his pack mates.

Yuuga and Tsuyu appreciate the attention, it also shows how much he trusts them

They’ll often give him random pecks in the cheek throught the days as a little compesention

Kaminari is also really bro amount of touching close to the betas

Some in specific he duals on more

Like sometimes he grabs Tokoyami’s full palm into his hand and leads him to the couch and sits sticking close to him as they watch a movie both like

He also would often seek out Jirou for casual brushes of skin when talking about music of the such

Both enjoy their little moments with Kaminari

Sometimes he’ll also hug Ojiro’s tail for a second and scent it quickly before going back to talking to someone

Ojiro doesn’t say anything (but secretly finds it really pleasant the way he gently squeezes his tail for what feels like less than even a second)

Kaminari makes sure to touch the Alphas less than he does everyone else because his alphas are a bit in the possessive side

He’ll still keep a decent amount of touch with everyone as he sees all of them as a pack

The others do too (some more reluctant than others)

He’ll even occasionally give Midoriya a peck in the cheek when he passes by him as he’s eating breakfast

If the others find this a bit inerving they don’t say anything

Kaminari also sometimes let his hand linger a little longer than necessary on Todoroki’s shoulder

Or mindlessly reach out to Ochaco, playing with her hair, messing with her finger pads as he talks to her

Sometimes lean gently towards Yaoyorozu as she explains something

When talking to Shinsou and laughing or the sorts he often curls himself in the direction or on Shinsou’s shirt

Fashion in Boys Run The Riot pt.1

-Fashion Fridays-

Being fastidious, I would define streetwear as fashion you see on the street, worn by everyone you see and in every setting you see. Clothes that serve a purpose, sneakers for walking long distances, sweatshirts that are comfy and warm, jackets that protect you from the rain. What if the utility of these pieces could also match with design and colour and your own style? What if you were able to connect on an emotional level with your own clothing?

Streetwear has a deeper meaning behind the pieces you wear, behind the design, even behind the brand. Streetwear started as an expression of one's self identity, to send a message out there that our fashion indeed defines us as whatever we want to be.

This is were Boys Run the Riot comes in. The manga series by Keito Gaku where trans boy Ryo Watari and his love for streetwear helps him deal with a hostile world that just doesn’t understand him. His partnership with Jin Satou, a new student with the same passion for clothing, and the creation of their streetwear brand gets the ball rolling in this awesome story.

Jin’s first appearance in the manga.

Classic hoodie under student jacket combination, Jin wears his white hoodie unzipped over a white t shirt. He’s also wearing a pendant on his neck, I believe it’s a small ring that hangs from his chain. Dark sunglasses and hoop earrings complete his fit.

I love how the details of Jin’s look are given their own panel: the all black Jordan Legacy 312′s *, the perfectly lined undercut fade and the earrings. Jin takes great care of himself and pays attention to every detail of his outfit.

*I’m not seeing the Air Jordan logo on the side tab of his sneakers, but the design is spot on. My first thought was Air Force highs, but the Nike strap and the little bit of midsole we see were a giveaway for me.

I thought the choice of this specific model of Jordan was interesting. The Legacy 312 was a collaboration by Don C, and it includes design details from other sneakers: the Air Jordan 1, the Air Jordan 3 (my personal favourite) and the Nike Air Alpha Force Low. It's a controlled chaos of design elements that fit well together. And it's a great way to point out that Jin is a guy that goes against the classic or the typical model of a design, he likes taking risks.

Ryo’s first outfit in the manga.

The patterned sports coat is a loud statement by Ryo. He manages to match it well with the hoodie underneath. I'm not a fan of sweatpants, specially with the lateral stripe, but Ryo makes it work. Fashion favours the bold.

The boys are out on a shopping trip and they treat us to another version of their own style. I like how they don’t have the same design elements in their outfits every time we see them in new fits.

Ryo sporting a very nice hip bag slung across his chest, the strap is thick and the bag itself looks spacious, love the simple design. He’s in an oversized sweatshirt and also wearing sweatpants with the lateral stripe. I like how the sweatshirt fits him from the shoulders and down to his arms, it looks comfortable and trendy. He’s also bringing out the accesories with the two chains around his neck.

Jin is a little more dressed up with the denim jacket over a white shirt. He’s wearing straight-fit black jeans that are slightly baggy but they look good on the silhoutte he’s going for. Boxy on the top, and tighter on the bottom. Jin’s got the industrial belt* hanging from his right side, he’s a trendy guy I tell you!

*Unsure if it’s THE industrial belt from Virgil Abloh’s OFF-WHITE, but I decided to describe it as such, for all intents and purposes, to avoid any confusion on what the accesory was.

Ryo taking a walk, trying to find inspiration for his brand on the streets of his hometown. Once again, wearing his lateral stripe sweatpants, he’s also sporting a chequered unstructured cap with a strap back.  Let me tell you something awesome about Boys Run The Riot: the mangaka, Keito Gaku, is taking inspiration from IRL streetwear brands from Japan!

The sweatshirt that Ryo is wearing during his walk is from a Japanese brand called Dargo, I found it online and it is just as cool as it looks in the manga! The white stitching around the chest pocket is superb detailing. According to their website, this piece is 100% cotton, 10.0 onz Mid Weight.

Pretty cool that Ryo supports local brands.

The last piece I want to bring attention to, is the boys’ first t-shirt design. A basic white shirt with a graffiti design on the left side of the chest and a surprise print under the left sleeve, visible only if you roll it a couple of times.

I’m very excited about this manga, and can’t wait to show you more oufits next week!

BNHA Secondary Gender Headcanons: Class 1-A

Below I’ve listed my secondary gender headcanon for each member of Class 1-A, along with my reasons for putting them there. If you disagree with any of them, feel free to leave a reblog/comment explaining why; I love discussing this topic. The characters are listed in their seating order.

I have also listed my second and third favourite secondary gender headcanon for each character. If the word is crossed out, that means I can’t see them as that gender.

Yuuga Aoyama: Omega

Aoyama’s attention-seeking behaviour and intense care for his own beauty completely strike me as omega traits. He’s also quite sociable, in his own special way.

Beta, Alpha

Ashido Mina: Omega

Mina’s incredibly energetic, and very sociable. She has a tendency to latch onto people when she’s scared, and is super interested in her friend’s love lives. Those all strike me as omega traits.

Alpha, Beta

Asui Tsuyu: Beta

Recovery Girl pointed out to Deku that Tsuyu’s strongest trait was her ability to keep calm in stressful situations and ground her teammates, using the USJ incident as an example. Those are textbook beta personality traits, and the main reasons why I see her as one.

Omega, Alpha

Iida Tenya: Alpha

Iida is one of the most assertive members of Class 1-A. He’s not afraid to tell his classmates when they’re doing something wrong, and even stood up to Present Mic before the entrance exams. He took charge of the stampede in the cafeteria, an act that got him the class presidency. When Tensei was injured by Stain, Iida’s first reaction was to try and avenge him, and as I’ve said in some of my previous posts, I think responding to trauma with rage is an alpha response.

Beta, Omega

Uraraka Ochako: Omega

Ochako is very friendly, along with being bubbly, warm, and an optimist. She was willing to give Deku some of her points in the entrance exam as a thank you for saving her, and is also very family-orientated, as her entire motivation for becoming a hero is her drive to help her parents. She’s also more focused on the helping people part of heroism instead of the combat, as she wants to be a rescue hero.

Alpha, Beta

Ojirou Mashirao: Beta

Ojirou is a very calm person who normally doesn’t take leadership positions. He’s a hardworker, and has a deep set of morals, as seen when he refused his spot in the sports festival. He’s humble and reliable, and most people see him as “plain.”

Alpha, Omega

Kaminari Denki: Omega

Denki is by far one of the most social people in Class 1-A, and is a very energetic person. He’s always worried about his allies in a battle, and will only use his quirk if he’s positive none of them will be injured as collateral. He’s quick to panic in fights, and normally needs someone else’s encouragement to get his confidence back, like he received from Jirou during the USJ incident. His general excitable demeanour completely strikes me as omega.

Beta, Alpha

Kirishima Eijirou: Alpha

He idolizes “manliness,” and will not hesitate to put other people’s safety before his own. In the USJ incident, his first instinct was to try and help his classmates, and he only went after the villains when Bakugou convinced him too. In the final exam, his only plan was to use brute force. The second he learned Bakugou was in danger during the Forest Attack, he tried to go out to protect him. When Bakugou was kidnapped, he didn’t hesitate to decide to rescue him, no matter the risks. In the Overhaul arc, he got sucked into the Rappa fight thanks to his effort to protect Aizawa, and held his own against Rappa out of his desire to protect Fat Gum. Kirishima absolutely screams alpha to me.

Beta, Omega

Kouda Koji: Beta

Kouda is a very meek person, preferring to stay in the shadows and let other people take the reigns, and is quite shy and quiet. He doesn’t have a strong enough personality to be an omega or an alpha in my opinion.

Omega, Alpha

Satou Rikkido: Alpha

In the final exams, his only approach was to attack with brute strength alone, and he has the stereotypical build of an alpha. Unfortunately, because we haven’t seen much of his personality, that’s all I have to back my opinion up.

Beta, Omega

Shoji Mezou: Alpha

During the Forest Attack, he wasn’t willing to leave Tokoyami behind after Dark Shadow took over, even though it was incredibly dangerous. He’s quite protective over his friends, especially when they’re injured. He’s also very thick-skinned, as when people insult him about his appearance, he normally doesn’t react at all.

Beta, Omega

Jirou Kyouka: Alpha

Jirou is normally pretty chilled-out, but she’s more than willing to show people her teeth. If she’s uncomfortable with a situation, she lets people know immediately, usually with an earphone jack to their ear. In the USJ incident, she spoke confidently to the villain as she tried to plug into her boots, even though her plan failed. She took charge in her final exam, giving Kouda the courage to use his quirk. She’s also quite fond of insulting people, usually Kaminari.

Sero Hanta: Beta

Sero’s a great team player, as shown in the provincial licensing arc, the joint training arc, and the Heroes Rising movie, willing to put his life on the line for his friends but never taking the leadership position himself. He also has big stoner energy, which I’d associate with betas.

Alpha, Omega

Tokoyami Fumikage: Beta

Like Sero, he’s a great team player, who also doesn’t have a habit of seeking out leadership positions. He’ll take charge of situations if he feels like he needs to, but most of the time, he’s content with sitting back and following the lead of others. He’s definitely one of the most chilled out members of 1-A.

Todoroki Shouto: Alpha

Todoroki’s stoicism, sass, and complete lack of care for other people’s opinions of him all scream alpha to me. As I said with Iida, I see reacting to trauma with rage as an alpha response, and up until the sports festival, he was overflowing with rage at his father. He’s also willing to do drop everything if he thinks his friends are in danger, as shown when Midoriya texted him in the Stain arc.

Omega, Beta

Hagakure Tooru: Omega

Hagakure has similar energy to Mina, in the fact she’s very energetic and incredibly interested in romance, but to an even greater degree.

Beta, Alpha

Bakugou Katsuki: Omega

He has a thin waist (which I’d associate with an omegan body type), is quite dependent on praise, especially from parental/familial figures, is skilled at reading people, enjoys cooking, and he cares about his friends; even if he doesn’t show it. And while I concede that he does show a lot of the alpha traits I pointed out in other characters, I don’t like writing him as one. This one comes down to more of a personal preference.

Midoriya Izuku: Beta

If someone displays both alpha and omega traits, I normally label them as a beta. Midoriya is great with kids and makes strong emotional connections easily, but he’s also a BAMF who goes absolutely FERAL in some fights, as well as being unstoppable once he’s set his mind to something. That mix, along with his general demeanour and analytical habits, make me see him as a beta.

Mineta Minoru: Alpha

Mineta constantly acts like he’s the head of the class, but because he’s such a weak little bitch no one takes him seriously. His entire motivation for becoming a hero is to attract girls, and he acts like he has a right to perv on his female classmates. He’s a textbook “terrible alpha” to me.

Beta, Omega

Yaoyorozu Momo: Alpha

Momo is the vice president of Class 1-A, and one of the class’ main leaders. During the USJ incident, provincial licensing arc, joint training arc, and final exam after she gained her confidence back after her character arc, she took charge of the situation and made the main plan to overcome the challenges presented to her, keeping a level head and instructing the people around her the entire time. Kendou Itsuka, who I also think is an alpha, sees her as her main rival, and Saiko Intelli (another alpha) considered her the greatest threat to her plan. Recovery Girl has pointed out that she’s going to be an amazing leader as a pro hero.
