Hi everyone, It's my 2 year anniversary on Tumblr 🥳

Can’t believe it’s been two years since I’ve joined in Tumblr it’s crazy. I haven’t done any posts lately as I not hundred percent sure what to show, actually there is something I want to show and I was planning on doing a redraw but got occupied with others things. So I’ll just show you two photos of artworks (one is some years old and the second is a recent sketch.)

Here is the old one (sorry for the white markers covering most of the image, there were some writing of different series of cartoons, anime and other things I like to write down), this is a prehistoric Pikachu I’ve done and I haven’t thought of this drawing when Scarlet and Violet came out.

Last Friday afternoon I was picked up and while driving back home I was playing some Pokémon Go, while thinking about Pokémon stuff, I can’t remember how it go but then the old artwork came to my mind and I got surprised how that thought haven’t gone through to me before.

Recent artwork:

Prehistoric or Paradox Pikachu (haven’t thought of a name yet) is a distant earlier relative of Pikachu, their features are mostly the same but they have a wild look, it has a white fur around their necks and belly area.

Both of their paws are covered in brown fur for protection against colder surfaces, a few spots of brown fur are located on their tails.

The furs are rather ruffed and thick for able to live in colder and rocky environments, despite this they are not Ice type but are Electric and Rock/Ground type ( haven’t decided which type to choose), the Paradox Pikachus are able to dig and make homes out of mountains.

Unlike the regular Pikachu they are more wild and hostile ( especially males) to anyone/other types of Pokémon/ other males from different tribes ( families.)

To tell their gender apart is the tail but they are shaped differently then to modern relatives, males have three spiky ends while the females have two.

The fur on their necks are not only for keeping warm but it has other functions: for showing dominance, scare of other Pokémon that make be dangerous and for courting.

For scaring different Pokémon the males use their electric charge from it’s red pouches ( don’t know what they are called) and then zaps the fur to appear more spiky and dangerous to attack.

Males often or sometimes would compete against it other for ether being the leader or for a female they both want to court, again they charged their fur to see who appears the strongest, then they will demonstrate their strength to the female with rocks they destroyed , the biggest the rock can be smashed the stronger it is and the likely to be the champion.
