Man, I'm not gonna lie, I feel like I picked an excellent time to succumb to the gifs and binge all of 911. Got here just in time for couch symbolism and whatever the queer fuckery yesterday's episode was.

i wanna watch the umbrella academy again (i only watch S1 when it came out) bc i like the cast, but ive heard about the show’s ending and what happens between five and lila and i do NOT wanna watch that💀

plus i wanna write fics for the characters (five’s look in the new season is so hot, the middle part was the move fr) so id obviously have to watch the show for character accuracy. but idk if i can live through the luther x allison stuff again and after everything ive seen/heard, i refuse to watch the last season. i am NOT built to handle angst and awkward/uncomfortable situations like that

something I do appreciate about red vs blue is its particular brand of “came back wrong”. you were brought back, but you’re just a memory of the person you’re supposed to be. you’re just the expectations of them. you’re just the pieces everyone else saw and remembered. you’re tough like the original, but you’ll always fail no matter how tough you are, because the original failed, too. you’ve got a personality like the original, but it’s not quite right because you didn’t actually live the life they did. there’s this person you love- who you would kill or suffer or die for- but you don’t know why, you just know you’re supposed to be together because that’s what you were made for.

No seriously I feel like I just watched a bad fanfic. I had heard the season wasn't good but damn didn't expect it to be that bad. Holy shit I haven't seen such a bad final season since game of thrones.

ive been doing an anatomy study lately to try and actually improve at art and it’s been boring but using tua screengrabs as references has made it much more fun and i’m pretty happy with how the page turned out even if it’s pretty rough so im dropping it here :)

call your mom has such strong allison and viktor energy. like it just hits different thinking about how much they’ve both struggled with their mental health (viktor mainly in s1, allison obviously the most in s3), and how they were each other’s rock for so long. like these lyrics in particular remind me of them

this song is so intensely emotional, and thinking about how these two have always tried to be there for each other when one of them spirals or breaks down just gives it so much weight. I really hope their arc has a meaningful resolution because they’re definitely one of my favorite sibling duos.

watched a clip the other day of the scene where scott isaac and allison are in the argents' apartment being questioned by agent mccall and allison does her little showoff thing with naming all the weapons before pulling the smoke grenade to give them an escape and it was just like. god thats so sexy competent throuple energy of them jeff davis i am showing up at your house why did you take this from us

Okay, if you are looking for a new show with the vibes of GBBO and Great Pottery Throw Down, I highly recommend The Big Brunch on HBO Max. Dan Levy is the non-chef host/judge, also featuring Sohla El-Waylly and Will Guidara (I'm sure if you follow food he's someone?? I keep recommending it as the Dan Levy and Sohla show and then feeling guilty because he's also very nice) as the chef judges.

All 8 episodes of the season are out. It's very heartwarming and wholesome!

Watching The Fall of Sam Axe before even seeing Burn Notice (*cough* like I did) is so funny bc at first Sam just seems like your typical macho hero Bruce Campbell character who drinks a lot and gets the girl and says stuff that makes you roll your eyes (affectionately) like "I know you want to kiss me" okay yeah yeah sure whatever.

But then you watch all of Burn Notice and it's like ...oh. OH. He's all of that, sure but he's also SO much MORE. Like he's smart. He's the biggest sweetheart ever. He cares about his friends so much! He would and DOES do ANYTHING for the people he cares about. He's a slut with a heart of gold!

So then you watch the Fall of Sam Axe again and it's like YEAH I ACTUALLY FUCKIN DO WANT TO KISS YOU RN SAM I WOULD FUCKIN DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. YOU ARE EVERYTHING TO ME.
