I’m so tired and did next to nothing today but positive things of today are that I went for a little walk (and finished my audiobook so am moving onto a new one tomorrow) and also I ate all my meals and I drank some water and I randomly did a few minutes of a mindfulness video (or at least tried to bc apparently I cannot stay focused for even 1 minute but I’ll practice) and tomorrow my goal is to do all this again plus drink some more water and actually do some uni work and also aiming to go to sleep before 4am bc I failed at that goal yet again - I don’t even know if I have the energy to go in the shower rn despite it being my fav way to end each day these days but if I do I’m sure that will be added to the list of positive things too :)) I might just try to sleep soon? idk idk things feel kinda weird today(I think I do know why though) hope you’re having a nice day!!!

We were meant to be going to the city pride festival today, having missed the one up the coast because of visitors, and husband has a headache and doesn't feel well enough to go. It's not his fault, I'm sure he does feel ill, but he has such form on this, I've lost track of the number of days we were meant to be going out and doing things and he came down with something. He did offer to drive me in, but I don't know anyone else here and wanted to spend the day enjoying the crowds with him. Gotta find some buddies I can tag along with next year :/

Had a strangely vivid dream about being in the apocalypse with Shaggy but it was a weird like. 3d animated world. Kind of stylized. and we'd been there for a long time and somehow we brought Fred and Daphne from a different time or dimension where they were safe so they had like, no apocalypse experience? and Velma had made robot clones of herself to make this dimension or something idk

there was also a sequence where i led a charge against a gymnasium full of infected people and I had a chainsaw but it felt like doing a movie take because i didn't actually make contact with anyone but they fell left and right anyway lmao
