"Hiii, it's SO nice to meet you in person. I mean, you can tell that I'ma tall, haha... well, let's talk about somethin' else. I've saw somewhere that you're running a café, can you tell everything about it?"

Shauna nodded very, very eagerly, whipping out a menu from her tail. It was about as colorful and artsy as one would expect from Shauna.

Most notably, vintage photos of all her dishes were attached. One could immediately notice what was alike between all of them.

They were burnt. To be frank, they looked more like charcoal than pastries; or anything that would widely be considered a meal otherwise.

Even more notable was some of what was written, including but not limited to the following:

"Hello once again. I head you lost your friend... M-my condolences...

Y'know, I lost my frie- I mean...partner too... A Pachirisu. He was very brave agent. He sacrificed my life... I was in a same situation as you, helpless...and weak.

But I knew, I should move forward no matter what. Be stronger, help everyone who needs it, and of course, live the life at its fullest. That's the advice I could think of... You might lost your friend, but look at Ogerpon who's near you. You still have someone who is supportive."

She smiles at both.

You have a point.

Shinji smiles looking at Poni, who had a smile on her face as well.

Poni has been helping me cope with the loss, as well as my other friends in Paldea. They all still support and care for me. It makes me feel more at ease.

Shinji chuckles.

Knowing him he'd probably deny any gifts or special treatment. He was never one to expect rewards for what he did. He wasn't exactly humble, but he didn't really expect too much.

You guys are right. I shouldn't waste time feeling sorry for myself. He would want me to continue forward no matter what, and that's just what I'm gonna do. It...It still hurts and just like the Magi said I'll always remember him. But I'm not gonna grieve for the rest of my life.

Shinji hugs the ball one last time before putting it in his pocket and getting up.

"Oh my goodness, congrats on a newborn mon! D'aww, look at 'em... But can I hold 'em...please? I promise it'll be only briefly and of course will be gently."

Saguaro: Of course, as long as you're gentle with him. Salac: Veee…?

Saguaro: Pffh… That's a very upset lil face… Arawn: I think he prefers 'dad' to hold him, hah! Salac: Veeeee!! Saguaro: Okay, okay, I'll take you back… But it wasn't THAT bad, was it? Salac: Eeeveeeeee…. Arawn: I think that was a very whiny 'yes it was'. Saguaro: Definitely was!

"Heyyyy! It's so unusual to see you again after the Crown Tundra. Been a hot minute since we've talked. Anyways, what's your plans for the Magi? And would like to hear your kids' opinions as well."

Oh hello! It seems I'm not the only one who wanted a change of scenery hehe! As for the Magi, we all want to ask for some advice. As for what? I have no idea, but I trust that whatever they ask about is important.

"Hello! How the vibes here? Anyways, I've heard you have a son. How do is he like? Is he tall like me? I mean, it could be Goodra or Sliggoo."

Slime Boi: All three of them are definitely taller than you. Don’t know where they get their height from because they tower over me. That’s just kids for you though. Wild creatures! Absolutely crazy they are.

"Oh, hello! It's really nice to see you here! Anyways, you're lookin' like a Gardevoir, or Gallade I suppose. Anyways, what bout ya, name's Alicia by the way!"

???: It seems the gods must have blessed me with this form for some reason. I am not one to question their will however. Alicia? What a lovely name! One of my attendants has the same name. I should provide you with an introduction of my own. My name is Kader. It is a pleasure to have you and be graced with such a kind first meeting. Especially in a place that I am not familiar with. Though I must ask, and please forgive me for my ignorance, but I am uncertain as to what your Pokémon species is. I am to assume you are some sort of pikachu or at least a variant. May I be enlightened on what you are? Of course, if it’s not something you wish to talk about, I apologise profusely.

(ShayminCafe) Shaymes approached Alicia and spread his wings as he bowed before the morpeko. "Blessings be upon you and your kin. You appear a bit lost. It must be your first visit to this great isle. Are you perhaps searching for a friend who has already arrived?"

Alicia greets Shaymes with a smile as she is very excited to see an unusual mon.

Hmm, no. Not a friend, but an acquaintance. A former colleague of mine. And no, there's no sign of them unfortunately... I wonder where it was. It could be them... Nah, totally not this fella...

"Hello! How's going? The bracelet...hmm...how did you get one? Also, a R? Is that a Team Rocket symbol? Not going to interfere you, but, I have a bit suspicions here cause Team Rocket used to steal Pokémon back when humans existed in my world..."

Kyo waited a moment as Meowstic translated for her and fiddled with the charm bracelet as Alicia brought her attention to it. It hadn't occurred to her that this would give things away so quickly even when she wasn't in her usual uniform.

"A common misconception and one I won't fault you for, but you need not worry. I am not associated with the Team Rocket you speak of. The program I work for is actually a form of counter to them, meant to rectify the damage they caused Kanto and the world at large. Or at least as much as we can," Kyo explained.

She tutted a little in thought. "Like any other politician, Kanto's decided that acronyms and symbolism trump common sense, so when devising this plan, they opted to name it the WHT RCKT, or White Rocket, program. This in turn led to them adopting the infamous R, but in a dark blue instead of the usual bright red. A bit of a poor design choice, if you ask me, but they didn't so here we are."

Meg looped her arm with Kyo's and offered Alicia a bit grin. "Meowstic and I can vouch for her. Kyo's never stolen anything, except maybe the hearts of a couple women."

Kyo let out a loud laugh and rolled her eyes. "I doubt it, but I appreciate the vote of confidence, Meg." She looked back at Alicia. "Nathaniel, the usual host for this event, would also be willing to testify on my behalf. You need not worry about any sort of criminal activity from me."

(@agent-morpeko) Alicia approaches Valiant with a bit of a worrying face.

"Hello. I really hope that you're liking this place so far, however, I see that you're having some struggles with emotions. I mean, you're smiling, yet complaining about the fire. Is there any reason why you don't like it?"

He gave his best-forced laugh, but it sounded more awkward than anything. "...And If you must know!"

"Am I not supposed to 'complain' when I smile? What expression do I need to make instead?" He asked, genuinely curious. But as much as he wanted to ignore it and pretend like he didn't hear it, the question was still lurking: Is there any reason why you don't like it? Of course, there was. Why wouldn't there be? Valiant's ears slowly drooped once more as his voice became quiet. He never liked talking about this. It was always so difficult.

He lied, and very obviously so. He definitely wasn't a good liar by any means. Unlike what he tried to say, he knew exactly why he didn't like fire. He just didn't know how to explain such a complicated topic, especially to a mortal. Mortals were unlike him, they only had a single life. They didn't come back once they died. But he did, and that death, it was the worst of all.

"I don't like this topic." He didn't seem interested in Alicia anymore, instead, his gaze turned towards his companion: Shauna. He'd rather focus on what she was doing right now.

→ Valiant doesn't seem to want to explain that. Perhaps there was a more gentle way to approach that topic...

"Hey! Man, there's so many Legendary Pokémon here. I mean, I've almost never saw any of them that close, haha. Anyways, you mentioned that you have brothers. Can you tell more about them? Also, I assume they're Palkia and Giratina, right?"

"Granted palkia and giratina are not my only siblings or brothers ,just the ones I think that would handle the cold better than I ever could" dia lets out a laugh

"but neither of them are as sociable to others so im up for that role--I cant tell you much side from that , they like their privacy "

"Hello hello! It's good to see a human and a Pokémon together. Reminds me of Crown Tundra where I've met a similar duo.

Anyways, I saw a same human from before transformed into a Pokémon. Can you do it? And vice versa for an Ogerpon. If not, that's alright, cause I'm not capable of this, haha..."

Poni shakes her head.

Nope. I don't know how to do that normally. But I do have this cool bell that my friend Aya got for me. It can turn me into a human! Shinji has one too and it turns him into a humanized hybrid!

Shin: Now if only I could use it more often...

We got two babies this time!

Stuffing is a pretty normal hybrid, all things considered. He's pretty chill, eating plenty since he's part Morpeko. He enjoys exploring and is quite the curious one, but his Orinatan Pikachu genes can get him sick pretty easily!

Lilac ended up being always in Hangry Mode, so she's a bit of an angry baby-but she's got a really kind heart beneath that angry disposition. She uses her anger to her advantage, scaring off Pokémon who don't want to be on the wrong side of a Hangry Morpeko. Like Stuffing, she can get sick pretty easily due to her Orinatan Pikachu genes.

You can keep both of these two, and both can evolve thanks to being part Orinatan Pikachu! If you intend to evolve them, let me know and I'll send you the evolutions for Orinatan Pikachu!

(@agent-morpeko) Alicia slowly approaches Mouse and Grey. She smiles at them and waves.

"Hello! It's nice to see y- hey, wait a minute..."

She is now looking to Mouse with a hint of a curiosity.

"Hey...are you, perhaps, the same masked Eevee that I've heard the rumors before?"

She references the Tunip's words about the "masked Eevee" from the preceding event.

Grey stood in front of Mouse, who looked from the protective Zorua to Alicia. "Perhaps..." He quickly looked the Morpeko up and down. "Do you know anything else about them...?"
