Due to scheduling conflicts we're celebrating Tintin Day early this month! 🥳

Someone said in tags that they could totally see Tintin needing International Rescuing at some point. What better way for the Hood to put iR's integrity on the line than revealing all to a world-famous reporter? Would the Tracys jeopardise their whole operation to save just one life?!

(Un)fortunately Tintin hasn't shown up at work since 1929, so the only sacrifice here will be an old man's dignity. Again. 🪦

The Tracy brothers go to theme parks to replicate pictures like this:

unhinged observation - we all know their colours don't match the traditional ones, but I've never noticed before that on the portraits they put Jeff in red and Virgil in green, but then they swap them over when we actually see them. In fact, //pause while Len goes to look// when they're in TB3, they're all wearing red - like all the space-rated suits, specifically are red. //Goes to check again// and Gordon and Virg are in green with TB2 in the opening rescue to match Jeff as well.

Does that mean, in 2004 verse, they wear whichever colour matches the 'bird they're currently flying because other than them needing 5 suits each... that's pretty cool can't lie good for them

ignoring the fact they look the same, I can be like ??? well yellow must be wetsuits, red is space rated?? Green is ?? tougher maybe, blue is for however many G's TB1 hits a body with when they're going crazy speeds, orange is a spacesuit for living in space etc etc

Star Trek the Motion Picture premiered on December 8, 1979. Paramount had planned to launch a new television network and was going to relaunch Star Trek as Star Trek Phase II as the part of its initial programming. When the network fell apart, Paramount decided to rework Phase II into a movie. The motion picture introduced new Star Trek and Klingon themes by Jerry Goldsmith as well as a new look for the Klingons. New uniforms were introduced in this film, but they were hated and discarded for following films. Until the movie franchise was rebooted in 2009, this film had the longest run time of all the Star Trek films. Until Superman (1980) was released, it was the most expensive film made. It was the only Star Trek film in the franchise to be rated G. The film brought back the crew from the TV series James T Kirk (William Shatner), Spock (a reluctant Leonard Nimoy), Dr McCoy (DeForest Kelley), Scotty (James Doohan), Sulu (George Takei), Dr Chapel (Majel Barrett), Chekov (Walter Koenig), Uhura (Nichelle Nichols) and Janice Rand (Grace Lee Whitney). The movie introduced the new characters Decker (Stephen Collins) and Ilia (Persis Khambatta). Paramount and Director Robert Wise were annoyed by Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry's constant script rewrites and story demands. The film was mostly savaged by critics and the public, but financially successful. Paramount was onboard for a sequel as long as Roddenberry was involved in name only. Im currently watching TOS for the first time (because, to be honest... its not very...that great) but Gordon is NEVER there. In 4 episode he maybe made...1 apparence, wich is crazy when you think about how they are ALL there in TAG.

Anyway, those fanfic where Gordon is ignored by his father and feel useless make way more sense now.

TAG Transcripts | Masterpost

So, I'm making a start on organising all of my previous content and I'm starting with Transcripts!

And the reason I'm starting with these is because when I came back and was able to look at messages etc (as opposed to the late night reading I made fanfics) there were a lot asking about these with quite a few questions - so firstly, Q & A;

Where can the transcripts be found? They can now be found on this masterpost, but also back on my 2016 post!

Are all the episodes available? Series 1 is complete, Series 2 is mostly complete, Series 3 is unstarted

Will I finish them? Yes, if there is this level of interest of course I will, but episodes can take a while to transcribe so it may not be a quick process!

Do I make a profit? No. This is something I started doing as a fan, for fans as someone who's previously found issues with subtitles not appearing or being incorrect.

Can I download a copy? Yes, from my mediafire links in word or PDF format

Why can't the documents be edited, copy & pasted? The documents are password protected, yes, because a lot of work goes into them and if they're going to be re-distributed I would appreciate the credit or an update of where they're being shared, so no they cannot be directly copied and pasted
