now that you mention it, I don't think I have. most of them were kinda just nebulously queer in my mind up until recently. you can headcanon them as whatever you want either way, but here's the quick shit i've decided on for right now

Leo - he/she (eventually):

bisexual

girlboy, he's deep in the closet rn but he'll eventually use she/him

Raph - he/him:

caseysexual gay ass homo pining for his best friend. so oblivious he doesn't even realize he's pining.

possibly demisexual but he legit doesn't even realize he HAS a sexuality rn so microlabels are not on his mind at the moment

his gender is basically faggot/gay ass

Mikey - eh whatever (usually he/him as a default):

queer.

doesn't really get gender but doesn't mind he/him, so that's what everyone uses.

vaguely asexual in a kind of "yeah sex is cool but have you heard about comics" way where he doesn't realize it cause he thinks everyone else is just joking/over exaggerating about their sexual desires

Donnie - he/him:

trans man (on accident lol. he found out he was a bio female and just never told anyone cause he's afraid of what they'd say)

has a fucked up relationship with sex/attraction due to trauma so he just tries not to think about it (relatable)

aight so i couldnt resist not looking it up (i wanted to see OSP red's floofly haired dieties sue me) and the myth of athenas birth belongs to hesiod's theogony where he details the beginning of the universe in its entirety including how the pantheon we know and love (?) came to be among a great many other things.

tl;dr abstract entities came into existence, made the primordial gods, who in turn made the titans (and cyclopses and hecatonchires) anyway one of said titans made a bunch of kids (olympians) and ate them as babies lol because theres a pattern of sons overthrowing their fathers. as one does baby zeus was spared the stomach slip n slide and conspired with the oceanid & titan goddess metis (super cool super smart) to get his siblings out cut to them getting married, metis getting pregnant w athena when a prophecy rolls around essentially saying zeus is going to get decked by his own kids. zeus is less than excited that his kids will be cleverer than him and pulls a cronos (his dad) and swallows her and the unborn athena and the rest is history.

now, i looked up metis and the results are extremely interesting. my personal favourite thing about mythology is that its constantly variable and changing with a lot of room for all sorts, but i digress.

point is it says poets and mythology folk often describe athena as motherless and that metis was an aspect of a god as opposed to a being of her own, so much so that zeus is titled metieta (wise councellor).
