Hello my friends it is me Alaa an engineer from gaza , it is 1:00 am now and it have passed 👇🏻🚨

300 days That means 3600 hours That means 12,960,000 seconds From death, hunger, humiliation, cold, hot, disease and disgust 😭😭

I was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and a successful engineer. I had my own home and work, and I lived in love and warmth with my family.❤️❤️

But in one moment, everything was destroyed, and I lost my home and my job, and my family lost their home and their work, and we fled with one bag to escape the bombing and death 😭💔

We have lived a very difficult life, with no clean water to drink, no food for the children, no gas, and no shelter.

My mother suffers from cramps in her limbs, which got worse during the war due to the harsh living conditions, and she needs immediate treatment 🥹

After 7 months of this hard, horrible and continues war i was able to escape with my children, but my family which consists of 6 people, 2 of them are elderly my mum and dad they need to have medication still at gaza under war 😭

Alaa’s family’s home was destroyed by occupation bombing. After suffering homelessness, hunger, and danger from IOF troops and bombs, Alaa and her son were able to evacuate Gaza to Egypt.

However, Alaa’s ailing mother is still in Gaza. She is homeless after the destruction of her house, malnourished due to the occupation’s famine, sickly due to the destruction of waste treatment infrastructure, and exhausted from a life in displacement. You can find photos and more information about Alaa and her mother’s living conditions on Alaa’s blog @alaaalkhateeb and on her campaign page.

Alaa’s mother has had to flee various shelters on several occasions due to IOF bombing. Each time, she is forced to carry her few intact possessions and what little food and water she can find. When she is not fleeing for her life, she is forced to search for food and water, and if she is fortunate enough to find any at all, she has to haul it back to her shelter on her own.

These living conditions would be exhausting for anyone, but are especially so for an elderly woman who is sick and starving. The burdens she is forced to bear in order to survive are weighing very heavily on her, and her condition is deteriorating rapidly.

Alaa is trying to evacuate her mother from Gaza before it is too late. She only needs to pay the evacuation processing fees for one person, which means her fundraiser goal is relatively small. I am hopeful that we can share Alaa’s campaign and achieve the goal quickly, so that Alaa can evacuate her mother as soon as possible. Suad is a successful engineer and professor from Gaza. On top of her professional accomplishments, Suad found out she is pregnant. Sadly, a week later, the occupation began bombing Gaza and planning an invasion.

Suad’s home and workplace were destroyed, and she and her husband’s family were displaced. While living in a cramped tent and subjected to the elements, Suad became extremely sick with gastroenteritis, a dangerous condition during pregnancy. Food is scarce, and they are all suffering malnourishment.

Suad’s due date is coming very soon, and she wants her baby to have a better life than the one she’s living now. She is trying to evacuate to Egypt, where she and her family will be safer and healthier.

The campaign has been open for several weeks, but has received almost no support. We are trying to get Suad and her family evacuated before she gives birth, so we have only a few weeks left. Mohammed Al-Habil desperately needs physical therapy. He was seriously injured in a series of IOF attacks, one of which also resulted in both a serious wound to his leg, and in the martyrdom of his older brother. His father was also martyred by the IOF in 2014.

Mohammed spent several months receiving treatment for his leg in a hospital, and his injuries caused him to lose all function in his wounded leg. After being discharged from the hospital, he was prescribed almost daily physical therapy.

This therapy costs $50 USD per session, and Mohammed has had to miss many sessions due to a lack of funds. He urgently needs these sessions, or else his leg will not heal properly and he will never regain full use!

I know $50/day is a lot of money. If it sounds like a lot to you, imagine the burden it is on Mohammed! Including him, three people in his family are either temporarily or permanently disabled. None of them have any way of generating income, yet they must provide for their medications, treatments, educational materials, materials to reinforce their tent against the rain and wind, food, water, and other basic necessities.

All the while, Mohammed’s health continues to be threatened, and new complications and expenses continue to arise. Now, Mohammed @mohammedalhabil2000 is very sick. He is living in a flimsy makeshift fabric tent, and is constantly soaked by the rain and chilled by the cold. This has resulted in him contracting a fever, which continues to rise. Imagine only having use of one leg, being displaced from your home, living in a tent, while being pounded by winter rains!!

Paying for therapy sessions and helping him afford medical treatments and basic needs will help protect his health. It will take a huge load off of Mohammed and his family in the short-term, as well as support his ability to move long-term. Please help protect his health by supporting his medical treatment!

If even a portion of you can give even $5 (€5 EUR), it will have an enormous positive impact on Mohammed’s life!
