She's from a moderately warm climate, so she definitely prefers that to being cold! That said, she's thick and hardy, so actually the worst thing about a cold climate would be having to wear BOOTS

1) big fight with that fucking prick Roscoe at the Cricket, and the even bigger fallout with her family afterwards; 2) offering to investigate the strange noises in the manor just outside the town of Storm Ridge, a choice which ultimately led directly to her death, and to the strange resurrection(s) that followed-- the ramifications of which we're still untangling; 3) encountering Herself, brought to life by the lich that killed her, and finally understanding the full weight of what that means

still reading tnp and I can't get over how badly leafpool is fucked over by the narrative. girl what do you MEAN follow your heart when you just watched this girl spend so many nights sleep deprived, running on nothing but the sweet smell of heather and the adrenaline pumping through her, risking everything INCLUDING her Very Close relationship with her sister, her mentor, her JOB to meet this boy that suddenly has feelings for her after talking to her a handful of times. who's only heard of her and only realizes he 'loves' her when she tells him about his ex girlfriend and how she's doing in heaven, and knows her as his best friends sister. when all she wants is a little normalcy while being so far removed from the lives of everyone around her, no matter their paws lead or what they say or how close they are to her, they never really see her; except for a stranger who entirely disregards the most glaring aspect of her. follow her heart when she just needs someone to treat her like she's normal.

I feel a little crazy when people choose to boil rodyas murder motivation to one thing. Everything else was a bluff he just wanted to prove he was extraordinary. To be quite honest I think there's more to it. And you dont think he really felt guilt for her sister. Is that so.
