I saw something about agere while scrolling the dandys world tag and now of course I wanna share some headcanons!!

Little Astro ☆°•

When Astro is regressed he tends to be in babyspace and is usually no older than two. Because of this, even though he'd prefer to be secretive, he kind of has to have a caregiver at times.

The first person Astro shared his regression with was Dandy, of course. But Astro has a really hard time reaching out because he'd much rather be self-sufficient. And he's not a big fan of how Dandy teases him so often either, but he doesn't want to speak up about at the same time. That being said, he still does like being babied by Dandy from time to time.

The only other toons he's shared his regression with are Razzle and Dazzle, mainly because he actually found out they regress first and it kinda just worked out perfectly. Astro loves having playdates with the pair, and one of their favorite things to do together is read-aloud story time.

When little, he almost always wears diapers to avoid accidents (which he is unfortunately prone to having). He doesn't like talking about them though, and even with Dandy, he prefers to change them himself. To cover them up, he tends to wear pajama pants since his blanket isn't long enough to properly hide them.

Astro tends to regress most when dealing with stressful situations, but it is mostly voluntary and he only lets himself do so when he is alone and safe. Sometimes he can also regress from just being sleepy. Bedtime always gets him feeling small and cozy.

Astro is a very quiet little. He doesn't talk much, and when he does he is quiet and speaks in short sentences. If he is loud, it only ever means something is wrong, like him wailing and crying because of something going wrong or a nightmare.

Because Astro gives all the other toons their dreams, he often feels like he has to take it upon himself to give himself all the nightmares so no one else has to intentionally have bad dreams. (I imagine this like he is given a selection of dreams to hand out, and a random number of them are nightmares and bad dreams each night). Anyways, because of this it is not uncommon for him to wake up very small and scared from a particularly bad nightmare, and this is also how a good bit of his accidents happen :(

Little Astro is very clingy and cuddly, and he loves stuffies and big blankets! Even when he's small, he doesn't like being uncovered from his blanket-cloak, he's still very self-conscious about his extra pair of arms.

Astro's personal room is perfect for when he's feeling small. The entire floor is a mattress-like material, and the room is filled with blankets, pillows, and stuffies. He got a hammock set up and he loves to rock himself to sleep in it.

Astro's handler does know about his regression, and makes sure to check up on him when he sees Astro might be struggling or is acting particularly childish. He isn't really an active caregiver for Astro, but Astro feels perfectly safe regressing around him, and his handler is rather protective of him.

For anybody unaware, the Satanists behind the website mentioned in this ask are a bunch of openly antisemitic conspiracy theorists appropriating Eastern traditions, and they've been trying to advertise themselves and increase their SEO by sending asks like these. Each ask is tailored to appeal to whatever they think your beliefs might be, but they all follow a similar template that goes something like:

What do you think of [URL redacted]? They claim to follow [insert gods here], they [something about supporting abortion], and they're the largest [insert group here] group in the world."

The spirituality promoted on this website is rooted in deeply antisemitic conspiracy theories and pseudohistory. If I addressed every single claim they made, I'd be here all day, so I'm going to stick to a few examples:

They claim that Satanism isn't a reaction to Christianity, but is in fact older than Christianity. This is straight-up pseudohistorical bullshit.

They claim that Jews have perpetrated a grand conspiracy to conceal true spiritual knowledge from the masses. They outright cite The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, a Czarist hoax created to justify violence against Russian Jews in the late 19th century. They claim that Christianity is a Jewish tool of world domination and mind control.

They claim that "Jewish ritual murder" is a thing. This is blood libel, an old conspiracy theory used to demonize Jews.

They claim that Jesus was a fictional creation made out of tropes "stolen" from various pagan gods. There is no actual evidence for this; it's another conspiracy theory. For a scholarly look at what most probably happened, I recommend How Jesus Became God: The Exaltation of a Jewish Preacher from Galilee by Bart D. Erhman. Or if you can't get your hands on the books, just look into Dr. Ehrman's videos/lectures on the topic on YouTube.

They push the extremely racist ancient aliens bullshit, claiming that the pagan gods were actually aliens.

They claim that the serpent actually represents human DNA, life force, and kundalini. This is a conspiracy theory that disregards the diversity of lore about serpents in various belief systems and traditions around the world, and culturally appropriates from Eastern traditions.

Their idea of what constitutes genuine Satanic practices is basically New Agers' bastardized versions of Eastern concepts and practices.

They claim that the "Tree of Life" is actually a stolen pagan symbol that maps the human soul. Again, an unsubstantiated conspiracy theory that disregards the actual significance of trees within the various traditions that involve them.

They claim that the Pentateuch was ripped off from the five suits of the tarot, and that tarot has ancient origins with alchemical significance. Tarot was actually invented in the 15th century for playing games. Mystical symbolism was applied by occultists in the 18th century.

The creators of the site apparently believe that the Simon Necronomicon is a genuine translation of older documents. It's not. The Necronomicon was a literary device created by HP Lovecraft; every text purporting to be a translation of the Necronomicon is a modern creation.

If you get an anon message like this in your inbox, do not post it. These people want you to share their URL to get more publicity and spread their antisemitic conspirituality. Don't give them what they want.

It sucks that I see so many people on agere tumblr using character ai : \ I feel like people don’t realize the video games they play, movies & shows they watch, and books they read are all very much forms of art being exploited by ai. You’re actively supporting content that is using someone else’s creative labor of love while the actual creators aren’t at all being compensated. Not to mention a lot of character based ai scrapes fanfic + fandom roleplay.

Alternatives to character ai include roleplay with other fandom goers, writing and reading x reader fanfic, or literally just using your imagination and not the fandom exploitative ai.
