A/N: All of my oneshots will be/are written with a fem reader in mind because I write my works self indulgently, however, if it’s requested I have no qualms writing the reader GN

Unless I’m writing a romantic work, there is so age in mind for the reader, however, romantic works will be written with an over 18 reader in mind （╹◡╹）

Logan glances at the creaky wooden staircase as you come bounding down.

Your feet padded with socks and your arms full, your foot nearly slips on a step and he’s up and out of his armchair in seconds, catching you, he sighs deeply before setting you down

“What’d I tell you about being careful on the stairs?”

You cock your head, bashful

“Sorry.”

He hums, picking you up by the armpits

“It’s alright, we’ll look at getting you some of those non slip socks hmm?”

You nod, wrapping your spare arm around his neck, he carries you over to his armchair, sitting down with a groan, propping you up in his lap

“What was all that fuss about, what’s all this stuff?”

He looks down at the pink zip up makeup bags in your hand

“Makeup, n’ nail polish!”

“I can’t do your makeup honey, I don’t know how”

He looks at you, apologetic

You tilt your head, making a show of batting your eyelashes, and tearing your eyes up, he squints, groaning , he should have never let you know how much your puppy dog eyes affect him

“Can I do your makeup?”

He tongues over his teeth, mulling over the question, he rolls his eyes at your wet lashes

“Fine”

You clap, grinning up at him before digging into your bag of kiddie make up, he leans back and closes his eyes when you start to work underpigmented glittery blue eyeshadow into his eyelids, suckling on a pacifier he offered you shortly after you sat down.

He hums an old Bon Jovi song when you swipe lip gloss over his lips, you press a messy kiss to his cheek, he rubs a large hand over your shoulder, clearly pleased by your sweet gesture

“Done!”

You chirp before shoving a small Barbie mirror into his hands, he lifts it, turning his head to admire your handiwork, clearly marred by you childlike state, he grins up at you

“Thank you sweetheart”

He pulls you into a hug

“You made me all pretty”

You hum, shy

“was’ already pretty”

He blinks at you, before he presses a loud, lipgloss-y kiss to your forehead

“Ain’t you cute.”

He leans back in his chair, pulling you with him, bouncing his knee to lull you into a more relaxed state, he clicks a few buttons on the remote, until The Care Bears pops up, both of you sit, content to watch the multicoloured bears trot across the screen.

Logan clears his throat when the episode ends, checking the time

“It’s just about dinner time pumpkin.”

“Dinnr’ da?”

He hums

“It’s also time to clean up Da’s face, don’t you think?”

You nod, rubbing at your eyes

“Do you have any makeup wipes honeybee?”

You shake your head, he groans

“Guess we’re going cvs, you want McDonald’s?”

You grin, nodding, excited at the prospect of a happy meal.

Caregiver Wade and regressor Logan headcanons

Wade is more soft-spoken when he's in caregiver mode, he's just as (if not more) affectionate and extremely patient

Logan usually regresses to a younger age. He bounces around the range of 8 to 2

Wade barely ever calls Logan by his actual name when he's regressed. He usually calls him a nickname, like peanut, wolvie, honey, sugar, sweety, etc.

He normally only ever uses his real name as a warning

The younger Logan is, the chattier he gets

Whenever Logan is babbling away, Wade will pretend to have conversations with him by responding with "uh-huh, is that so?", "tell me more", "*overly dramatic gasp* no way!"

Logan finds Wade's theatrics hysterical

Wade is a very attentive caregiver, he'll know what Logan wants even before he does

He always makes sure that Logan is within sight and vice versa as Logan gets upset if he thinks or notices Wade is gone

Logan regresses as a response to his past trauma, and he has a lot of negative triggers

Wade tries to praise Logan at every opportunity, giving him lots of encouragement, just to see his smile (it's small but he loves it nevertheless)

Wade always has Logan's favorite snacks fully stocked and keeps a list of all his likes and dislikes on hand

Logan plays with Wade by having him pick out and hold his blocks when he builds something or by having him help dress up his dolls and brush his stuffed animals

He generally prefers to play with only a few of his toys (blocks, dolls, plushies, play dough) despite having a large collection, courtesy of Wade

Logan loves hugs but is often too shy to seek them out

Wade is all about making fun looking food like celery snails, octopus hotdogs, and bear pancakes

Airplane or train noises are a must whenever Logan doesn't insist on feeding himself

Logan likes reading his books to Wade and every so often they'll have a little 'book club' where they read to each other

Wade hangs every drawing Logan makes on the fridge and when he takes them down he keeps them in a folder in his nightstand that he looks at whenever he needs a boost of happiness

⊗ superhero cartoons to watch when little!!! (or big, they're that good imo!!) ⊗

✧.* i've been wanting to make this list for a while now, mainly because i wanna talk about my fav cartoons/open up opportunities for other littles to find something awesome to watch!!! there's gonna be a lot of ranges in age ratings to add some variety for older/younger littles :)

✧.* also, i'd like to put a disclaimer here and say that a lot of these are on streaming services that i own, but other littles may not. i would also like to say that there are ways to get around a paywall if you can't afford certain streaming services!!! you can find full episodes on youtube/other sites for free!!! (just use an adblocker if you're on a site other than youtube if u can!!)

✧.* another disclaimer: any regressor of any age can watch any of these shows!! i just wanted to put the age ratings for those who want to stick to media that's more in their age range!! so, don't feel like you have to limit yourself from watching certain shows just because of how old you regress to!!

✧.* spectacular spider-man (2008-2009, 2 seasons): suitable for 7-8+, but i'd say it'd be okay for littles who regress younger to watch, too!! honestly, my all-time favorite spider-man cartoon!!! not only is it fun to watch while little, you can truly appreciate the show when you're big, too!!! josh keaton's voicework as spider-man is just- ahhhh it's so amazing imo!! the story is really good, the animation/style is just so iconic, and the colors are very easy on the eyes!!! (especially if you're sensitive to bright colors when little/in general) absolute banger of a theme song, too!!!

✧.* x-men: the animated series (1992-1997, 5 seasons): rated for around 7-8+, but i do admit that there can be some scary scenes for especially younger/more sensitive littles. honestly, this show is great!!! i loved all the different story arcs, how colorful the show is, the characters themselves- a lot of cool stuff about this show!!! be warned, there's a sudden drop in quality during season 5... i think they switched animation studios/va's or something because season 5 is NOT the best season of the show, i'll tell you that... 0_0

✧.* x-men '97 (2024-present, 1 season so far): rated for 14+, so this show is more suitable for teen regressors. it's a continuation of x-men:tas, and oh man... this is it. my favorite cartoon of all time!!! the animation is just oh so beautiful!!! the fight scenes are awesome!!! the soundtrack- oh golly the soundtrack!!! the remastered x-men:tas opening is just- wow!!! but, there's definitely reasons why it's rated 14+... not gonna spoil anything, but there's a lot of scenes in the show that can be upsetting for younger littles. trust me, watching some scenes when you're little is just- too much sometimes... (speaking from experience) it's an amazing show, but watch at ur own risk if you're a younger regressor!!!

✧.* batman: the animated series (1992-1995, 4 seasons): i'd say it's for around ages 9-10+, since it can be fairly dark at times. (same goes for a lot of batman related media!!) honestly, this show's pretty good!!! the style of the show is very dark visually, so it's easy on the eyes for those with bright color sensitivities!!! the artstyle itself is also very nice to look at!!! the voicework is amazing as well, especially kevin conroy's (rip) performance as batman himself!!! from what i can remember, the plotpoints were also pretty on-par!! i remember liking the show a lot when i was a kid!! :)

✧.* hulk vs. wolverine (not a show but an animated movie, 2009): this one's rated pg-13, since there's depictions of violence. but, i gotta say- this movie had me hyped up when i watched it as a kid!!! this was part of a straight to video two-movie collection, (the other being "hulk vs. thor") and i gotta say... this movie was awesome!!! the fight scenes were rad as heck, the animation was amazing, even deadpool was in the movie!!! (which, fun fact, was his first appearance in animation!!! other than the 2 second cameo in x-men:tas) very fun movie!!!

✧.* these are just some recommendations!!! i really liked these when i was a kid, and i hope you'll like them too, if you decide to watch them!!!

Regressor!Nightcrawler Headcanons

🫐Kurt regresses from 1-8. So much baby fits into that little guy

🫐If he’s regressed smaller he is a picky eater and I mean as picky as picky can be

🫐When hes 6-8 though? That little guy will eat handfuls of dirt if left unattended

🫐He has done that. On multiple occasions.

🫐He’s a padded baby and cautionary kid, having someone watch him every 5 seconds so he doesn’t eat dirt or have an accident

🫐Very much likes building blocks, like the wooden ones

🫐Builds towers and just stares at them

🫐He will sit for hours watching the blocks do nothing like 0_o

🫐It’s quite cute actually, and slightly disturbing

🫐He is a cuddle bug, bamfing into your arms every chance he gets

🫐He gets along with other regressors but prefers to be with just his cg/sitter when baby

🫐Especially because they knock down his block towers (Logan)

🫐But it’s mainly cause he can only say limited words and mainly babbles or whines

🫐Baby Kurt is bottle fed and he loves it, he gets to cling to his cg while they feed him and run their fingers through his hair

🫐He loves being swaddled and carried

🫐Just being carried in general

🫐He will lay on the floor and whine to be picked up despite being table to teleport

🫐Toddler/kid Kurt is like the textbook definition of feral toddler

🫐He is outside. Do not bring him inside.

🫐He is in the dirt 90% of the time, he does outside all squeaky clean and comes back in with his fur mud clad and like 10 new bruises, cuts and bug bites

🫐He doesn’t even notice them till someone points them out

🫐Love hate relationship with plasters, on one hand he loves the fun designs but on the other hand ouchy they hurt when they rip his fur off while being taken off

🫐He’s a friend to the insects, showing his cg/sitter or friends all the caterpillars and beetles that crawl on him

🫐He is definitely more social as a kid/toddler, mainly cause he can form coherent sentences

🫐Prefers if his playmates are also in more of a toddler headspace but there’s been plenty of times the team have seen Kurt playing with baby Logan while using his tail to hold up a bottle or sippy cup for him

🫐He holds everything with his tail cause it leaves his hands free

🫐He’ll hold his sippy cup with it so he can use both hands to make mud pies or macaroni artwork

🫐His favourite snack, no matter how small or big he is, is bananas and yoghurt. Chopped bananas and yoghurt.

🫐He’s not prone to tantrums but that’s not to say he hasn’t thrown them

🫐He will yell and bite and oh good god do those bites hurt

🫐He has sharp little fangs that will make whoever he’s bitten bleed

🫐He’ll bamf away till someone finds him and puts him in time out

🫐He cries the whole time he’s in time out, sitting on a chair in the naughty corner

🫐He will very sincerely apologise to anyone he bit or yelled at while crying

🫐Might even make them a drawing or a colouring page as an apology gift

🫐He will also tail behind them with his tail between his legs and ears dropped

🫐Despite being able to communicate better while regressed older he will revert to German sometimes and gets very frustrated when the others don’t automatically know what he’s saying

🫐He really likes toy cars and rolling them at people so they roll them back to him

his go to nickname for you is 100% kid. even before he became your caregiver, he's whipping that name out on the regular

playing with and interacting with wild animals whenever it's possible. talking to a deer through the gates of the estate, petting a stray dog in a parking lot, making noises at cows as you drive past them

he does that thing where he stands in front of your seat and pats his leg and you have to raise your leg to rest it on his thigh so he can tie your shoes instead of kneeling down

learning everything you can about wolverines and logan has to tell you whether he shares certain traits with them, like an interview hehe

he diys your first ever paci because he refuses to ask for help and the beads randomly fall off until he eventually gives in and talks to the others about getting one

eggs are a go to food option when he's cooking - he makes a mean omelette

pointing at the hyenas at the zoo and going "papa!" and he just softly responds "not quite, kid."

Of course! I hope these headcanons come across as accurate and you enjoy them :) some of these obviously won’t be that integral or reliant on his actual character traits, some are just cute parental things I think he’d do or would enjoy doing :)

🐾He’s quite stern, not mean, not to you at least, but he definitely stands his ground when it comes to rules.

🐾He can still be lax though, but he also wants you to know that any of the rules put in place are to keep you safe, healthy and happy, and maybe save him from a few grey hairs.

🐾Definitely tries to prove he can also be a “cool dad”, what’s a late night watching movies gonna hurt, and maybe a few snacks sneaked from the pantry.

🐾He wouldn’t have any actual preference for names, whatever you feel comfortable with goes, but he secretly would prefer “daddy” or “papa”, something about them just make him feel all warm.

🐾Same thing with pet names for you! Whatever you like goes, however, he will be partial to a “honeybee” (cause he’s your honey badger, duh!) and a “sweetheart”

🐾Expect to be picked up and carried everywhere, he loves having you near him, unless he’s in a dangerous or precarious situation of course.

🐾PURRS, and I mean full on rumbling chest, content purrs, he loves laying with you on his chest, just purring.

🐾speaking of, he’d definitely hiss and spit at anyone who got too close to you, you’re his kit, his only kit, he needs to keep you safe.

🐾Because of his heightened senses, he’d definitely be able to smell you and scent you, pressing his nose to your head because you smell so young, like a milky newborn smell.

🐾Bundles you up in his nest, yes, he has a nest, filled with blankets and furs, don’t ask, and your stuffed toys, all of which he’d scented, Wolverines are very territorial.

🐾Absolutely piles food on your plate, Wolverines work extremely hard to provide food for their young, he feeds you before he feeds himself, ensuring you’re getting all the nutrients you need.

🐾Frowns if you don’t finish your plate, he’s not mad at you, he just fears he’s not feeding you adequately enough, but once he knows you’re just full he rumbles a purr, pleased.

Have A Handful Of Baby Logan Headcanons

He has a MASSIVE sweet tooth. Need him to do something he doesn't want to do, like take a bath? Shake some candy his way and he'll do it with minimal grumbling!

He tries to pet every animal he sees, and he's successful 80% of the time

Would be perfectly happy spending all day and all night outside

He loves to lay in the grass, either basking in the sun or looking at bugs and flowers

He insists on having a mini tent and sleeping bags for his stuffies when he goes camping

He makes his toys speak for him when he's too shy to ask for something, or he'll say his toy was the one that asked

Gets easily embarrassed if anyone points out or teases him about his choice in toys or the names his caregivers have for him

Too much praise in too short of time might make him cry because he's not used to people telling him he did good or that he was good
