Do you ever just wish you were… small. Tiny, light. To be light is a big one for me. I’m a fairly bigger person and it’s not uncommon for people to complain about being crushing when cuddling and while I love and appreciate my body it’s still hard to not be self conscious about it, or sad when I think about how difficult it would be to be held and carried. However that does not stop me from dreaming, in my dreams, my caregiver is so strong. They could scoop me up into that arms as I rest my head in the warm crook of their neck. They’d carry me around lightly bouncing me in a rhythmic pattern as their steps pad against the floor. I can feel the sway and slight breeze as I’m rocked gently around the room, I can feel their heart against my chest as my body fully relaxes going a bit limp in their hold. My eyes would grow heavy as a gentle hand rubs up and down my back and even when I’m fully asleep they wait just a few more moment until putting me down to rest.

Am curious

How does everyone else encourage themselves to regress when they're feeling the need to suppress it?

I've had to suppress my regression so much in the past, am often finding it difficult to let out smol me an be myself.

Also because of my finances an such, I've been unable to really afford the coloring supplies, books an toys that I want for when I regress. I often just lay down with my teether or paci to try an comfort myself cause of the lack of... Entertainment, I guess?

Also my caregiver is trying to save money right now, so I've been refraining from asking for things... Really I already kind of struggle to speak up about what I want, so it hasn't really been hard for me to not ask or say anything.
