S/O was sleeping soundly in their bed with you by their side/in the room next to theirs, or so they thought. When they turn over in the bed to reach out for you, you’re not there next to them like you should be/ they hear a noise coming from the kitchen. This quickly wakes them up, confused and worried as to why you weren’t in bed/ the noises coming from the kitchen. They get up to go look for you/ check out the noise in the kitchen only to see you surrounded by a bunch of baked goods as you sat down in front of the oven.

Humans

Lu Bu:

He was confused to say the least and slightly irritated

“What are you doing??”

“Baking..”

No shit Sherlock really?

He walks up to you and picks you up, slinging you over his shoulder

“Hey what are you doing? The cookies aren’t done yet!”

He doesn’t care. He drags you back to bed because it’s to damn early for you to be baking and it’s to damn early for him to be dealing with your bullshit

Obviously asks if your okay though since he knows you only do this when your sad or stressed

If you say no then he won’t pry but if you do say yes then you have 2 outcomes

1. He listens

2. He ends up falling asleep while you rant

Bro woke up cuz of the noises coming from the kitchen

He knew it was late at night so there was no reason for anyone to be in there

He thought his 2 boys had gotten a midnight snack again but he walked in to see you with a bunch of different kinds of goods scattered around the kitchen

“Sweetheart? What are you doing awake?”

“Oh hi Dadam, sorry I didn’t mean to wake you up”

He walks over and looks around, looking at all the new and different goods you made

This wasn’t just cookies but other things he’s never actually tried nor heard of before

“Sorry for the mess I promise I’ll clean it up”

“What is troubling you?”

He knows something is wrong with his favorite daughter

He’s a father, he knows these things

You looked at him slightly shocked but quickly look away, trying to hide your sad expression

“It’s…It’s nothing, don’t worry about it”

He only sighs, he wants to know what’s wrong but at the same time he doesn’t want to pry so he leaves it at that as he begins to clean up

You end up helping him even though he continues insisting you don’t need to

He walks you back to your room and tucks you in again, pressing a kiss on your forehead

Don’t think just because he dropped it tonight he dropped it completely, he will ask you again in the morning

The next morning there are a bunch of goodies waiting for the Apple family

He woke up when he couldn’t feel your presence next to him in bed

He assumed you had just gone to the bathroom and thought nothing of it, waiting for you to come back so you two can go back to sleep

After a few more minutes and you haven’t come back, he decided to get up and look for you

He noticed the lights in the kitchen and went to go check what was going on

As soon as he walked in, he was hit with the strong smell of baked goods and the sight of a bunch of different things in containers

“Y/N?”

You froze right as you were about to put another batch of brownies in the oven

“Kyojiro? What are you doing awake?”

He’s slightly surprised to say the least since he didn’t know you could bake this much unless you worked in a bakery

He asks if you are okay and why you are baking so late at night

If you tell him your fine, he won’t believe you and will continue to pry until you tell him

If you do tell him what’s wrong, he’s willing to lend an ear as he helps you clean up

He’s a very good listener and since he’s practically ancient, he’ll hit you up with that good old people wisdom

He’s always happy to listen to you rant about your feeling or just anything in general

Yall have snacks for like days though which he doesn’t mind since he loved your baking

Jack:

Lmao another old man who needs his beauty sleep

Kinda similar to Kyojiro, he thought you were in the bathroom but after a few more minutes and you didn’t show up, he went to check on you to make sure you were okay

He heard quiet music coming from the kitchen while the lights were on and the sweet smell of brownies hit his nose

He walked in to see you sitting down on one of the dinner chairs, waiting for what he guessed were brownies to be done in the oven

“Darling?”

He’s quite surprised to see you awake, especially baking at this hour

You look up at him with a small smile, not surprised to see him

“Hi Jack, did my music wake you up? I’m sorry I promise I’ll turn it down”

After he assures you that it wasn’t the music that woke him up and that he woke up on his own, he’ll start making tea for the both of you

He asks what your doing awake while making the tea

You both kinda stay up talking while the brownies are finishing up so you guys can both go bake to sleep

He asks you what’s wrong since he can clearly tell by your color

Don’t even try to lie to him, he can literally see your emotions so there is no point in doing so

You simply give in and tell him

Again like Kojiro, he’s always happy to lend an ear as he listens to you while sipping his tea like the gentleman he is

He helps you clean up afterwards and you both go back to sleep

Now he has a bunch of goods he can eat at tea parties with Heracles and Hlökk

Raiden:

Bro woke up the moment he smelt the goods tbh since he’s a REALLY heavy sleeper

He immediately made his way to the kitchen only to see the kitchen covered in so many of your delicious sweets

“Damn babe, did ya make all these sweets treats for me?”

He laughed as he walked in and looked at all the options

You were surprised to see him awake since he was a pretty heavy sleeper

“Did I wake you up?”

He only laughed as he shook his head, beginning to rummage through and eating whatever he could

As he’s eating though, he notices how…down you look so obviously that raises some alarms

“Hey uh you alright sweets?”

He looks at you with a raised eyebrow as he continues munching

If you say your fine, he doesn’t believe you and will try everything in his power to make you open up and tell him what’s wrong

If he manages to NOT make you break then rest assured he will find a way to know

In the meantime though he still tries to help you finish baking and cleaning up (while eating of course)

He carries you back to bed and lays you on his chest, you don’t even need a blanket due to how warm he is

Qin:

He was confused as to why you weren’t in bed with him since it was rather late and quickly began growing slightly worried

He put on a robe and quickly began looking for you around the castle

Thankfully the guards had told him exactly where you were as he quickly began making his way to the kitchen only

Once he got there he noticed the large amounts of sweets and baked goods around the kitchen

And you putting in what looked like another batch of cookies

“My Queen?”

You looked back at him, surprised to see he was awake

“Q-Qin! My king what are you doing awake?”

“I should be asking you that sweetheart”

Like Adam, he already KNOWS something is wrong

I mean your the love of his life, of course he’d know when something is off with you

He quickly walks over and hold you close as he wraps his arms around you

“My queen…please talk to me…”

Even though he wants to know so badly what’s wrong, he will always be patient when it comes to you

He’ll wait until your ready to talk to him about it

He’ll kiss your forehead reassuringly and all that cute stuff

He calls in one of the servants to finish up the batch of cookies you put in the oven and to put everything else away as he carries you bridal style back to your shared bedroom

Tucks you both into bed while he rubs your back and places small kisses around your face as you both fall asleep

Tesla:

It is a miracle that this man was even ASLEEP in the first place

Like bro barely sleeps since he’s always so busy with his inventions and sciency stuff

Anyways when he noticed you were not in bed, he was slightly worried since out of the two of you, you had the better sleeping schedule

He quickly got up and went to look for you

When he saw that the kitchen light was on and the air smelt sweet, he already knew it was you and quickly made his way to the kitchen

He walked in and saw the kitchen filled with containers of sweets and with you putting the rolled up cookie dough on the pan

“Meine Liebe what are you doing up?”

Once you heard his voice, you instantly feel bad since this was going to be one of those rare moments where he ACTUALLY got some damn sleep

“Sweetheart what are you doing awake? Go back to sleep, it’s really late”

He is NOT amused by you trying to spin this on him

He already definitely knows something’s up with you

He’s a scientist, he’s always attentive so ofc he’s gonna notice when something is wrong with you

You both just stayed up even though you kept repeatedly telling him to go back to sleep but he refused

He just wanted to make sure you didn’t hurt yourself while baking

And he wasn’t tired anymore—

Overall you both just kinda stayed up baking as he listened to you rant (if you wanted to)

He helps with distracting you by talking about his theories and stuff if you don’t wanna talk about it though

- I can say that there are many ways that they could have found you, but what I think would be so much funnier is that if Cain and Abel found you abandoned somewhere.

- Maybe they were out adventuring until they heard baby noises, little crying. I have a feeling that Cain and his big brother instincts told him to go check it out. And boom, they find you, wrapped around very thin cloth, shivering.

- Cain told Abel to watch you so that he could get Adam. And off he went running. Abel really pitied you despite his age, what a poor thing you were. you were very small and in need of protection.

- Once they got Adam to see you, he picked you up gently, cradling you around his arms while instructing the boys to get some leaves and tree branches, to make you a nest.

- We stared into your small little eyes, as eve came rushing, hearing the cries of a baby.

- Whey adored you so much, you were so weak. They needed to protect you no matter the cost.

- When you started growing older, the two siblings would take you out with them to watch them hunt or scavenger hunt for berries and other tasty fruit.

- Your big brothers were so sweet, and very nice. You got scared because of a squirrel once, and they scared it off. Making you giggle happily.

- Eve would make you all desserts, or make you wear pretty clothing. Of course they wouldn't just have you wearing things like them, that means there would be people staring at your body. That's disgusting.

- Instead, they give you a dress and a flower crown. Like a mini princess, and you were so cute. Their little baby was growing up. (You were actually still young)

- Anytime you went missing, it was your brothers that would freak out. You were only out for a walk and Abel is already rushing towards you and crying out your name, before squeezing you into the tightest hug ever, barely letting you breathe.

- Adam would scold you, and then a few seconds later he'd make you go eat berries or something cus he thought he was too harsh.

- Cain and Abel would cry too, blabbering nonsense like "my baby sister...*Sob* We thought you were dead!!!"

- Maybe that was a little much..

- What if you had a crush? Good question. NO. Eve would tell you to consider, and she'd list all the littlest details about stuff that she found 'odd' about the person. Just basically anything to make you dislike them.

- Adam tho, protective father switch on. He is so pouty about the fact that you had a crush on someone, saying that you were too young, and that you were still a little girl.

- Cain would go chasing the person away while holding a twig, like an angry dog. While Abel would cry and whine to you like :

"why would you wanna leave us...we're your familyyy..."

- But, you've gotten used to them. They love you very much and are only doing things like this for you because they care for you.

It's not but I defo love this idea and this outfit. Jataka's so nice, he loves it, but it makes him sooooo shy. Love isn't a strong enough word- he's not sure any one word could encapsulate the full body shivers you gave him, the increasingly familiar feel of blood rushing south and the need to have you close to him all in one. So for now, he'll run his jaw sore telling you how good you look, and later, regretfully rub one out thinking about what he should have said.

As for Buddha? It's giving.... Eyes pop outta sockets, tongue rolls out of mouth, awooogaaaa- yk the works. He's downright obsessed, and boy does he let you know. Showing you off to everyone who will and won't listen, showering you in compliments and laying the flirting so heavy you might fall under the weight of it all. Thor is what I like to call perfect balance. He admires the coloring, the design, the sexiness of it and how confidently you wear it. • Creo que la obsesión de Adán con la seguridad de su hija se vería afectada si ella hubiera tenido un parto especialmente complicado, después de todo, era su tercer bebe, se suponía que tenía que ser algo fácil después de Abel y Caín, pero eso no evito que la vida de lectora estuviera en peligro múltiples veces.

• Cuando lectora finalmente nació, era pequeña y frágil, nació antes de tiempo, y necesitaba cuidados constantes, algo que su familia estaba más que dispuesta a proveer.

• Adán es obviamente el más sobreprotector con su primera hija, en general el mundo fuera del Edén es muy peligroso, él tiene que cuidar a todos los miembros de su familia. Incluyendo obviamente a la nueva adquisición.

• Desde que lectora nació, Adán tuvo cierto favoritismo, justamente porque la pequeña tenía un gran parecido a Eva, sus ojos, su cabello, su risa, lo que lo lleva también a ser más consentidor con ella.

• Adán está en contra de la idea de que cualquiera de sus hijos se sienta excluido, por lo que se asegura de que Caín y Abel interactúen con lectora. eso sí, con mucho cuidado, después de todo, su hermana es MUY frágil ¿entienden?

• El disfruta de la etapa en la que lectora es una beba, poder cargarla, jugar con ella, hacerla reír con muecas, en general el disfruta el tiempo en el que lectora es un ser puro e inocente, sin saber la crueldad del mundo exterior.

• Adán, como dije, es muy sobreprotector con su hija, más mientras crece y empieza a aprender cosas, como caminar, como hablar, que cosas puede comer y que no, etc.

• Adán siempre está muy pocos pasos detrás de su hija, solo para asegurar que esté tomando un “enfoque seguro”, y no hay forma de escapar o escabullirse, no con el reflejo divino.

• Adán es muy paciente con sus hijos, especialmente cuando lectora empieza algún tipo de fase rebelde, él lo entiende, todos tenemos un momento así (después de todo, gracias a eso fue que ellos nacieron), sin embargo, el hombre primordial no dejara que su hija se ponga en peligro.

• Por ejemplo, no dejara que ella vaya a algún lugar donde estén los dioses. Esto puede ser lo más racional de todo, teniendo en cuenta su pasado con ellos y el papel que jugaron en el destierro de Eva. Eso es algo que lectora puede entender y respetar.

• ¡Lo que ella no puede respetar es que Adán incluso restrinja sus interacciones con otros humanos! ¡incluso asustarlos para que no hablen con ella! ��eso ya es simplemente injusto!

• Aunque convengamos que hablar con Adán al respecto es como hablarle a la pared, es imposible de mover. El cree que todos son un posible enemigo, que todos pueden hacerle daño a su familia, especialmente a su hijita.

• Adán es uno de esos padres Yandere que piensan que sus hijos no pueden hacer absolutamente nada malo, no importa si tienen la evidencia justo frente a ellos (ya sea que intenten escapar, les digan que los odian o los insulten, sean malas persona, etc). Nop, sus bebes son ANGELES.

• Y aun mas importante, es el tipo de padre Yandere del que nunca te libras, no importa si ya estando en el Valhala tratas de ser más independiente, nunca estarás muy lejos de papá Adán. Buena suerte.

Eva

• Eva fue la más afectada por el nacimiento de lectora obviamente, no solo físicamente pero mentalmente.

• Ella nunca había tenido un parto tan doloroso como el de lectora, ni siquiera con Caín, lo que definitivamente hizo que estuviera tan agotada cuando realmente nació lectora, que ni siquiera la pudo cargar.

• Una parte de Eva estaba tan asustada de que lectora muriera, porque el dolor era tan fuerte (y no quería imaginarse si lectora estaba pasando por el mismo dolor), rezando a cualquier dios que la oyera que no dejara que su bebe muriera, estando tan aliviada cuando la escucho llorar por primera vez.

• Fue recién unos días más tarde que Eva estaba lo suficientemente recuperada como para sostener a su hija, era la primera vez que veía a una niña (ya había visto otros bebes con Abel y Caín, pero esto era totalmente diferente), y era la criatura más preciosa del mundo.

• Eva es mucho menos invasiva, es sobreprotectora, sí, pero quiere que su hija crezca, quiere que su hermoso retoño se convierta en una flor salvaje hecha y derecha.

• Por lo mismo, es la mayor aliada de lectora a la hora de apaciguar las inseguridades de Adán, es la única persona que el realmente escuchará, que hará caso por encima de sus hijos. Ella puede o distraerlo el tiempo suficiente para que lectora y sus hermanos se escabullan o puede directamente convencerlo de bajarle una rayita a algunas de sus tendencias.

• Eso no quiere decir que Eva en sí misma no tenga tendencias poco sanas con respecto a sus hijos, solo sabe controlarse mejor.

• Ella colecciona absolutamente todo lo que los niños dejan atrás cuando crecen, ya sean juguetes, ropa, probablemente incluso los dientes cuando se les empiezan a caer.

• También es muy dramática cuando lectora se enferma, trayéndole comida y medicina casera sin parar, llorando al lado de su cama, rogándole que no muera, al punto en el que Caín y Abel tienen que sacarla a rastras del cuarto.

• También Eva es un tanto posesiva, le gusta pasar mucho tiempo con lectora, y estará automáticamente amargada el resto del día si alguien (que no sea Adán o sus hijos) decide interrumpir dicho tiempo de “calidad” entre madre e hija.

• Ella excusa esto como que “como Adán y los chicos tienen derecho a tener momentos de chicos, ellas también merecen tardes de chicas” pero es solo una excusa para tener más tiempo con su hija solo para ella.

• Le encanta hablarle a lectora como si fuera una beba, en general mimándola mucho, pero no se da cuenta gran parte del tiempo que esto puede hacerla sentir avergonzada o incomoda ¿incomoda? ¿de su familia? ¿quién le metió esas ideas en la cabeza?

• También es muy rápida en hacer suposiciones. Como puedes darte cuenta…

• Afortunadamente, ella es mucho más ingenua que Adán, por lo que, si manejas bien tus cartas, ella puede ser tu mayor aliado cuando se trata de tener tu tiempo a solas o escaparte un rato de esta loca familia.

Abel y Cain

• ESTOS DOS SON EL EPITOME DE HERMANOS METICHES.

• Pero de verdad.

• Siento que inicialmente, ambos estaban muy emocionados por tener una hermana menor, habiendo sido solo ellos por un buen tiempo, un nuevo acompañante no vendría nada mal.

• Sin embargo, cuando llego el momento y lectora no nacía, causándole un gran dolor a Eva, los hermanos se empezaron a asustar mucho. Esto era algo nuevo, y algo que no les gustaba, su madre estaba sufriendo mucho ¿Cuándo iba a parar esto?

• Cuando lectora finalmente nació y Eva estuvo en reposo por varios días, tanto Abel como Caín actuaban como si estuvieran alrededor de cascaras de huevo, pensando que la beba les haría pasar por un gran dolor como hizo con su madre.

• Afortunadamente, fueron regañados por Adán por siquiera pensar eso, y le hizo a Caín tomar en brazos a su hermana por primera vez (aun si este estaba tembloroso).

• Y te puedes imaginar su sorpresa cuando el no sintió absolutamente nada de dolor, solo algo pesado y cálido en su pecho. Mirándolo con curiosidad.
