I think that Jenson and Lewis do know each other, yes. Susie and Lewis definitely do. probably recognise Jolyon Palmer if they see him in the paddock. less confident about Sam Bird but there's also the rule that he must never be perceived if he's to succeed, so that's ok. no one knows Max Chilton, not even himself. is Alex Lynn a millennial? if so, yes, I am sure he is known. Oliver Rowland forgets he is known because he's too busy being a salt of the earth, downright good bloke. Alex Sims is very easy to know and so you forget an existence where you didn't would even be possible. I doubt any of them except Alex Lynn have ever worn the correct dress code to the BRDC clubhouse.

Als urlaubsbedingt stark verspäteten Gedenkfilm für den verstorbenen Harry Belafonte, sowie sinnigerweise als Vorbereitung für’s Musiktheater, wählten wir etwas vorhersehbar Otto Premingers todesmutige opernhafte Verfilmung von Oscar Hammerstein des Zweitens Musicalfassung von George Bizets beliebter Oper Carmen. Dem Tobi wir hier zwar zu arg geträllert, und noch nicht mal von ihnen selber, aber ich mag es wirklich gerne für die beherzte moderne Neuausdeutung, und tatsächlich auch dafür, daß sie einmal das “Die schwarzen Leute tanzen zu wildem Jazz”- Klischee nicht verwendet haben. Hier tanzen sie Walzer. In Lillas Pastias Bar.  Und Harry sieht wirklich sehr, sehr gut aus.

Mini-review:

Heartbreak High is finally back! Look, I'm not gonna say this season was perfect; it was less focused than the first one, a bit more all over the place. I feel like some of its messages ended up muddled because of they way they're handled, and some storylines just don't get the time and space they deserve. BUT, all this messiness and feelings and juicy drama are just so f**king fun to watch. It definitely helps that the show boasts such an incredibly diverse cast of characters, all of them played by superbly talented and charismatic performers. I just love them, even when their decisions and choices get a tad too frustrating. So yeah, while this season might not have been as brilliant as the first, I enjoyed every single second of it and I will be thoroughly crushed if we don't get to see more of these characters.
