Do you have any sonic ocs? (Or ocs in general, haha) (totally not asking so I can make fanart, nahhhh….)
The fact that you are considering drawing my OCS when you haven't even seen them yet is very flattering, thank you!!
these are from when i was in highschool lol
This is Spark, They are a Tetraplegic Chao Cream found and brought to Tails, who successfully managed to build a fully functional mechanical body for them to play with. This robot body is connected to their brain and can even fly.
Spark lives at Tail's workshop and they’re clearly very fond of Cream -who regularly visits them to play- and Tails.
Originally,Tails was going to design Spark’s robot body based on his own (for trademark reasons) but since Cream was Spark's “owner” (for lack of a better term referring to someone who takes care of a chao) ,she wanted to participate in the designing part and gave him a few crayon drawings of rabbits, which were so cute that Tails simply had to include them in the final design. This is why they look like a Fox/Rabbit hybrid. (it also makes sense since Spark sees them both as some sort of older siblings)
ofc Spark isn't always inside their robot body,Tails takes them in and out everyday.
Aaand these are some apprentices I designed for the Babylon Rogues! Tundra,Velvet and Ember. They love snowboarding and are developing their skills at Extreme Gear Racing. They kinda need some redesigning...
These three are orphans. They used to live at an orphanage situated in a small town near Snow Valley. Unsatisfied with their lives there (and that nobody seemed to be interested in adopting them) they ran away around the age of 12 to try and start new lifes on their own, resorting to thievery and trickery to get by. Life was hard and unfair for three kids growing up in the snowy streets, but thanks to Velvet's determination,Ember's charisma and Tundra's intelligence they managed to survive. After a year of wandering, they stole 3 snowboards and started practicing the sport ,with the hopes that one day they would become famous professionals who didn't need to resort to stealing. However,by they age of 16, they hadn't just developed great skill and love for what they now consider "the art of thievery" - and a liking for equipment and luxuries most can't afford- but they also had lost all interest on the "safer" version of snowboarding and became addicted to the speed and the danger of racing.
They set on a journey to find their childhood idols: The babylon Rogues, a group of legendary thieves that they heard tales about back at the orphanage's storytime and who's Extreme Gear skills were what originally inspired them to try snowboarding. They traveled far and wide searching for them and once they managed to find Wave,Jet and Storm, they begged them to teach them their ways . After annoying them enough (and practically not letting them alone lol) the trio of professionals finally agreed to train them.
VELVET THE NORTHERN CARDINAL:
Energic,Peppy,Sassy,Optimistic,laid-back and confident. A speed junkie and a little bit of a clown. The fastest of the trio. Jet is his Idol and he'll do anything to impress him. Tries to annoy Sonic to imitate his teacher, but he actually thinks he is the coolest guy around after Jet. He has a big heart and doesn't seem to hate Sonic -or anyone -at all,but he does enjoy some friendly banter at the moment of competing. Jet likes him a lot and is kinda proud of him but he tries not to show it ,as he doesn't want the kid (or himself) to get attached or to think he'll actually pass to him his "Master of the wind" title someday.
The gem-shaped-computer on his neck was a gift he received from Wave after she updated her own and didn't know what to do with her old one. According to her,she handed it down to him cause "it matched his feathers". Now,feeling honored by one of his idols,he wears it with pride.
EMBER THE COCKATIEL:
Cheeky, Rebellious, Brave, Impulsive and Loyal. Doing tricks in the air like its nothing is her specialty. Cares a lot about her looks and is an expert at the art of deception. She is also can be a little bit of meanie. She and Wave share a sister-like kind of relationship. Since they both have strong personalities, they fight a lot and she tends to disobey her, espeally when it comes to the times she tries to teach her about mechanics and "the boring part" of Extreme Gear personalization. However, they always make up and end up gossiping at the end of the day.
TUNDRA THE CRESTED PENGUIN :
Silent, cold, shy, serious, a bit competitive and incredibly smart. Expert at strategizing and finding shortcuts while racing. Has high expectations of himself and doesn't handle failure very well. Being the oldest by a year,he is very protective of his adoptive siblings. Unlike Wave and Jet,Storm didn't have to be convinced to take him under his wing cause he liked the kid since the moment he showed up. tho he is trying to teach him to live a little and be a bit more impulsive at the moment of racing.

Since we're done with the first chaotix story, here's a fun fact: thanks once again to stctp (and someone on Twitter, but I'm too lazy to find a 3 year old tweet to fact check it), we have access to the preproduction for the chaotix story, talking about the characters. Everything is mostly the same (except for vector, who was apparently "very violent, and, in a certain society, could become a villain"), but theres a secret, unamed and undesigned character that was gonna be a spy for robotnik, and be responsible for the teams failures. Now, obviously, this became nack, because not only was he not in chaotix, making him already put of place, he's a generally untrustworthy guy. However, since this was all essentially cobbled together through gathered information of knuckles chaotix (cause who the hell owned a 32x), that means he never actually played the game, cause if he did, he might have used heavy and bomb. This was gonna go on a bit of a different tangent, but I just found out that apparently kitching didn't use them specifically cause he couldn't find anything out about them. It's a shame he didn't use them, because it would have been very interesting to see my precious boys get used and become little traitors for a bit. Again, this was gonna go in a completely different direction about how cool it would have been if kitching and found out about them, but I literally wrote this entire thing right before I heard that note about the bots. Sorry for the long thing, just wanted to tell a fun fact (and apparently expose that I didn't listen to the full preproduction note before writing this), because I love heavy and bomb a lot
That is interesting! I think it was a good shout on their part to take the traitor role that they already had and give it to an existing game character who they hadn't introduced at that point. Like Kitching, I have to confess that I know next to nothing about Knuckles Chaotix or even any of the Game Gear games featuring Fang, but it's neat that they put it in there for kids who had played these games and knew Fang was a villain to protentially figure it out for themselves It's a shame for you that they never used Heavy or Bomb. I also don't know much about them, but I think that Archie Sonic is the only spin-off that ever featured them? Maybe one day, if Knuckles Chaotix ever gets included in a game collection (one can live in hope!) there might be more stuff for them

1970s Power Pop Playlist
In its broadest and most briefly defined sense, power pop is a specific type of rock music that falls somewhere on the spectrum between pop-rock and punk. And like punk, it emerged as a backlash to the growing amount of stuffiness that'd been present in rock music in the 70s, with things like prog rock being in large demand, particularly. Power pop sought to bring rock music back to its less envelope-pushing, catchy, and mass-appealing roots, by drawing mixes of inspiration from the likes of early Beatles and Beach Boys records, The Who, and The Byrds. It was energetic, youthful, bright, idyllically nostalgic, and because it was against a certain notion of progress, also pretty polarizing.
And even though, on its face, it might seem like something that would've been sure to generate loads of wealth and fame for a whole bunch of musicians, power pop, for the most part, actually stayed underground. A handful of artists like Cheap Trick sustained whole careers off of it, but a lot of other bands, if they were lucky enough, would only end up spawning a hit or two, and the rest of them would either develop cult followings instead or just languish in total obscurity. Plenty of people love and respect the inherently fun and light sound of power pop now, but back when it was humming at a frequency that was loud enough for critics to hear, it was chided as being artlessly reductive, highly formulaic, and largely pointless music that'd been more or less deliberately aimed at a know-nothing and tasteless teenybopper set. And after a song like the objectively dumb "My Sharona" by The Knack had topped the charts for far too long in 1979, radio programmers decided that they had had enough, and whatever commercial appeal that this music had once possessed then waned precipitously with the dawning of the 80s.
But one of power pop's biggest champions was a guy by the name of Greg Shaw, who had his own zine, Bomp!, and then later founded his own label by the same name too, which is credited as being one of the first ever labels to truly represent indie music as we often think of it today. A bunch of the songs that appear on this playlist here are from Bomp! itself, with a pair from overlooked New York power pop band The Poppees, whose 1978 tune, "Jealousy,"—27.8K plays—really sounds like a Beatles tune from around 1964, and another pair from the late, great Stiv Bators of the Dead Boys, a punk rocker whose band had just broken up and wanted to go in a bit more of a poppier direction as a soloist. His silly and sardonic "Last Year" has 79.3K plays, but one of his biggest solo tunes on Spotify, "Make Up Your Mind," has over 667K.
And across the pond, another highly insular scene had been developing at the same time too; one that was also nostalgic for the sound and look of the 60s called mod revival. The biggest mod revival band, The Jam, managed to cross over into the States in some capacity, but the vast majority of the rest of this scene stayed mostly confined to the UK. And it really exploded over there once The Who's Quadrophenia film came out in 1979, leading kids and young adults to strive to emulate the Vespa-riding lifestyle that the flick itself had depicted. And funnily enough, although the solidification of power pop into a definable sound is something that is largely viewed as an American phenomenon, it was actually Pete Townshend of The Who himself who coined the term as a way of describing his own band's music back in 1967.
So in addition to the American-made Bomp! tunes, there are also a bunch of much less known tracks from that mod revival scene on this playlist too. Mod revival songs may have *sometimes* been a bit more topically diverse than their American power pop counterparts, but sonically, mod revival was really a location-specific subset that fell under the power pop umbrella. And I don't really have a favorite among these selections here, but you really can't go wrong with pure anthems like "Circles" by The Circles—just 1.6K plays—and "The Kids Just Wanna Dance" by Fast Cars—100.8K plays.
This playlist is ordered as chronologically as possible.
Poppees - "Love of the Loved" Poppees - "Jealousy" Breakaways - "Walking Out on Love" Sema 4 - "Sema 4 Messages" Stiv Bators - "The Last Year" The Crooks - "Modern Boys" Stiv Bators - "Make Up Your Mind" The Accidents - "Blood Splattered With Guitars" The Circles - "Circles" The Clerks - "When the Lights Go Out" Fast Cars - "The Kids Just Wanna Dance" The Killermeters - "Why Should It Happen to Me"
Now, if you've read this far into this post, congratulations, because now you're about to really hit a total 1970s power pop goldmine with the YouTube version of this playlist, which comes with a whole lot more rare and underheard goodies that can't be found on Spotify. One thing that Bomp! is kind of known for with its power pop stuff is that they'd release singles by bands, and then those bands would have their music picked up by bigger labels, and those songs would end up on studio albums as newer versions with more polish on them. But the rawer, less produced, and less accessible Bomp! versions of those songs have often tended to be the better ones in my opinion, and I've got a bunch of examples here that I think prove it. We've got a pair of tunes from Detroit's Romantics—who are, of course, best known for "What I Like About You"—in "First in Line" and "Tell It to Carrie," which have 8.4K and 67K plays, respectively; and another pair of tunes from a band called Shoes, whose "Tomorrow Night" was actually one of the first ever music videos to air on MTV—but, obviously, that MTV version was not the Bomp! version—and its b-side, "Okay." Respectively, these two songs have 21.8K and 11.3K plays, and if you look up either of these tunes by Shoes or The Romantics on Spotify, you'll find them by name, but they won't be the superior Bomp! versions that are currently only on YouTube.
And in addition to that, The Flamin' Groovies may be one of America's most beloved underground and pioneering power pop bands too, but their 1974 song, "Him or Me," which originated from the b-side of their "You Tore Me Down" 7-inch—which also happened to be the Bomp! label's first ever release—is a song that somehow was missing from YouTube at a certain point, until yours truly was forced to come along and change that 👀.
And I also can't leave here without mentioning the fantastic "I'm Tired" by Los Angeles' M&Ms, who, according to RateYourMusic, led their ironically-titled debut single with this hybridized piece of peppy power pop-punk perfection in 1979. In a genre that is largely dominated by men and boys, this song was fronted by Marcy Marcs, ex-girlfriend of famed rocker Paul Collins, whose band, The Breakaways, also happens to appear on this playlist with "Walking Out on Love" too. Marcy sings on this beaut' with a very deliberately sweet, girly, and nubile voice [believe me, I fucking hate the creepiness of that word too] that'll have you thinking that she's actually some live and in-the-flesh punky version of a Barbie doll. Quite possibly my favorite song on this playlist altogether, and currently only sitting at 14.6K plays.
youtube
And this post is already long enough as is, but if you want some more of that UK mod revival stuff, there's a lot more of it on YouTube that's not on Spotify too, and as such, I've got a handful more of it in this playlist as well 👍.
Flamin' Groovies - "Him or Me" Shoes - "Okay" Jook - "Aggravation Place" Shoes - "Tomorrow Night" The Exits - "The Fashion Plague" 20/20 - "Giving It All" Rodney & The Brunettes - "Little GTO" The Romantics - "First in Line" The Romantics - "Tell It to Carrie" 20/20 - "Under the Freeway" Straight Up - "One Out All Out" M&Ms - "I'm Tired" The Directions - "Three Bands Tonite" Split Screens - "Know What I Want" Squire - "Livin' in the City"
And this playlist is also on YouTube Music.
So this 1970s power pop playlist has 12 songs that run for 34 minutes on Spotify, but over on YouTube we've got more than double that amount, with 27 songs that run for a total of 77 minutes. As a largely independent movement, it makes sense that a lot of this music wouldn't get captured by Spotify, so if you want this stuff in more of an authentic representation, I'd suggest you check out the YouTube version instead 🤘.
And for something a little shorter, I've got a playlist that keys in on power pop from 1979, specifically, too:
1979 Power Pop: Spotify / YouTube / YouTube Music
Compilations that were used for putting this playlist together:
The Roots of Powerpop! (1996, Bomp! Records) Destination Bomp! (1995, Bomp! Records) 100% British Mod (1998, Captain Mod)
Should have more power pop to post about in a couple weeks, but next playlist post is gonna be a punk rock update.
Enjoy!
More to come, eventually. Stay tuned!

Personal Headcanons #4
Some more headcanons for you folks but this one is gonna be a bit special. I'll be including an OC and an AU version of a character as well! Enjoy!
Knack
Absolutely shy and skittish in the first two weeks of his creation. It wasn't uncommon for Doctor Vargas or Lucas to find Knack hiding somewhere. A few spots were creative while some... I think the 13 foot fellow made out of relics hiding behind a potted plant is very obvious.
Sporadic copycat. Knack tends to copy certain things he sees from actions to basic body movement. Blinking? Definitely copied despite not needing to. Homing Attack? He saw Lucas play Sonic once and thought it was cool. Knack even mimics the Doc's way of stimming which is tapping his fingers to make a random beat.
Can actually purr funnily enough. Even when he's in his smallest form, 2'6 and mute, Knack somehow able to purr. The only explanation the Doctor could think of is the chest orb is just copying the action via a loud acoustic hum. Still doesn't stop Knack from rumbling like a mini jackhammer as a 32' giant.
He sometimes hates being small. Without the ability to use relics to manipulate his size, Knack is effectively mute and has difficulty pulling down a large lever. Although his 'cute' appearance doesn't scare the crap out of people like a relic behemoth with sharp claws, large teeth paired to a scary mug.
Jim Lake Jr (Half Troll)
Has multiple cases of dysphoria after being transformed. Sometimes Jim thinks he's smaller like as if he was still human. Blinky or Claire had to pull him out whenever he got stuck. In need of food therapy too as Jim keeps trying to eat human food only to make himself sick later.
Sensory overload in the smell and hearing department. Jim tends to get overstimulated so much that sometimes he will just shut down. Claire gotten him some noise cancelling headphones while his troll mentor got a face mask to help with his heightened sense of smell.
Gets the zoomies. Considering he's technically an infant in troll years despite being 16-17 half human, Jim has a LOT more energy to burn. Blinky might've stolen a drone for his half troll student to chase. No one wants to deal with a hyperactive kid on a long ass exodus fron California to New Jersey.
Decides to learn how to make troll food. Jim can't really eat most of the stuff he used to as a human and eating just utensils tends to get stale. Plus he misses being able to eat his own cooking. Blinky got him a lot of cooking books and tries to procure any ingredients he can.
Tikki Cho (OC)
Likes collecting various stuff akin to a tame hoarder. Tikki has an organized stash of various items from books, collectible figures, movies and videogames. Any duplicates are given to children related charities, the local library or friends.
Tikki's love language in general(both platonic and romantic) is physical affection. She likes to hug or nuzzle people if given permission. Even holding hands is enough for her. It's easier to notice Tikki's Angora Rabbit traits as it isn't uncommon for someone's arms to vanish in her fur via hug.
There are often misconceptions when it comes to Tikki's eyes. Some people tend to think she's blind or imagine what her full face looks like. A bias stemmed from how her hair practically covers everything the nose. Tikki politely clears any misconception whether verbally or brush her hair aside to show her green eyes.
Rarely curses. Tikki doesn't swear much as she doesn't care about foul language in general. Is in the 'Will Say Fuck' section cause any big emotional reaction guarantees a curse from her. Rage tends to get the most.
Jim Lake Jr (Beastformer/ Troll or More)
Has accidentally set trees on fire multiple times with his horns. Jim had quite a temper when he was younger which usually led to fire shooting out than smoke. He gotten better since he began living with Barbara but it still happens.
Mischief maker. It isn't uncommon for Jim to prank others in the dead of night. Most of his antics are harmless like burying someone's bird fountain in acorns or a water balloon trap at the door. Although folk he doesn't like will find a bite taken out of their cars and goats in their backyard.
Definitely had to take a bath multiple times cause he got really dirty. Sometimes punk teenagers would dump paint over him in vehicle mode or Jim lands to a big mud puddle in beast mode. Barbara always hoses him down as going through a car wash feels too weird.
You know how a octopus will suddenly punch a fish out of spite? That's Jim right here but it's just a bad habit. In vehicle form, he often opens his car door just for a cyclist to crash into it or punch an unsuspecting troll before hiding his robotic arm. In Beast form he just headbutts people like a goat. Jim lightly tap his horns against Barbara a few times at best and rammed Strickler twice at worst.
And that's it! Until next time folks, I'll see you later!

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles Part 3: Taste the rainbow!
I’ve always thought it was pretty funny how Sega used to market Sonic as the anti-Mario, yet here we have a level with giant mushrooms. Anyway Mushroom Hill is a fine one, very cozy and very big and interesting to explore, which you’ll have to if you wanna get the Emeralds as soon as possible!
Flying Battery is good, but a bit overrated honestly? It’s the most gray looking level in the game and it’s pretty boxed in in terms of design despite the number of alternate routes it has. It also features the most ridiculous setpiece in the game: Eggman? You’re damaging your own ship with that beam! And then you gotta wait until it stops crashing before you can start the boss fight!
Finally: Sandopolis. Act 1 is serviceable but everyone hates act 2. I used to as well, but I’ve grown to quite like it actually! It’s gimmick, while treaturous, does not go against the core gameplay principles as it encourages you to go quickly before the lights go completely out, it’s got a nice sense of atmosphere and a nice dose of challenge for what is at the end of the day one of the final stages in the game. The only thing I don’t like is the block pushing, but most of the time it’s pretty brief, with only Knuckles really having an obnoxious section
The way you get the Emeralds in this game is, as everyone knows, the best one in any Sonic game. Finding Giant Rings is fun and rewarding and it keeps being rewarding even after you get all the Emeralds since they will then award you with 50 rings each, essentially granting you a free Super transformation. It encourages exploration in a perfectly natural and fun way.
As for Blue Sphere there was actually a time when I didn’t like this very much. Sure it’s much better technically than the half pipe, but due to its more puzzle focused approach I found that, once you knew the solution, all challenge went away and it was just about going through the motions. I changed my mind in recent years after I started going for those Perfect bonuses, as those require you to complete the entire maze and play skillfully, which makes it all not only harder but also much more fulfilling in my eyes. I only wish that the game gave you something more than just 50k points for doing a Perfect run, but this is a case where the journey makes the destination worth it. i think it’s telling of Blue Sphere’s overall quality that it works not only as a Special Stage but as a minigame in its own right, which Sonic Team must’ve known given how many of these you unlock by Locking Sonic & Knuckles to Sonic 1
Hyper Sonic! Now look I’m not one of those who cry for his return because this or that, but I think he’s phenomenal from a gameplay angle, because he has all of Super Sonic’s advantages and weaknesses but combined with a multidirectional air dash that allows you to break the levels even further and is so, SO fun to abuse! I only wish that the game, y’know...TOLD you about it! As a kid I thought that Hyper Sonic was just a pallette swap of Super, I only accidentally found out about the Hyper Dash, and it took me years to find out accidentally on Youtube that you could aim it! Sonic is also the only character who, I think, gets something truly worthwhile from getting all the Super Emeralds, as you’ll see
I wanna add though that, while I don’t cry about Hyper Sonic’s absence in later games, the reasons that have been given as to his absence are generally both silly and self contradicting. Oh we don’t wanna risk kids suffering from seizures, but we have no problem porting the hell out of Sonic 1 and CD, the former having Special Stages that look like acid trips and the latter having Special Stage 6, which features an entire screen that has the same issues as Hyper’s little sprite. We don’t want Sonic to look too much like DBZ but we’ll make sure that all the games released during the 2000s have stuff like a character blatantly inspired by Trunks, lots of Super Sonic final battles, an edgy rival, a plethora of secondary transformations and most recently having Sonic literally go Super Saiyan 2!
I guess that the inner machinations of Sonic Team truly are an enigma...

what do you think of the riders series???
Oooh! I love Riders and Zero Gravity. As for Free Riders though, I never owned and Xbox + Kinnect but a friend did and we could barely play the darn thing, that Kinnect was awful. Frustrating that Free Riders was the thing that killed the series when really I think it would have been a fine game if it wasn't tied to the Kinnect. Once again Sega learning the wrong lessons here because Riders as a whole is awesome. And it fits Sonic better than car racing lol (though I kinda love Team Sonic Racing, what would be pretty cool is if at minimum we could see the mechanics from Riders return in a car/board racing game. Like if you could have characters be in either car or on the gear kinda like how Mario Kart has karts or bikes.)
(ALSO 2D SONIC RIDERS ART IS LIKE THE ABSOLUTE GOAT WE NEED A SERIES IMMEDIATELY SEGA PLEASE)
Anyway. Overall I think the series is really fun. I don't think I ever beat any of them as a kid since those were also games I didn't own myself but they were a blast to play, especially since back then I was SUPER into the Tony Hawk Underground games and really any kind of skateboarding game in general. Don't ask why lol cause I'm not really sure why I was. Anyway. The idea feels fitting without feeling like Sega was just trying to ride the trend wave, soundtrack on Riders/Zero Gravity are good, can't recall for Free Riders.
The Babylon Rouges I remember I didn't really like as a kid. They kinda annoyed me but had cool designs. I couldn't really grasp why Jet was so....well. How he is lol. Rivalry is just one of those things that my head doesn't register very well. But I have a newer appreciation for them as I've gotten older and like seeing that they haven't been completely abandoned by Sega. Hopefully we'll continue to see them pop up more and get some interesting scenes with them and all. Let them get that more fleshed out character status. Especially since the comics at least have allowed characters that don't get that treatment in games or shows live on a bit better. (Zavok in Lost World: BITCH. Zavok in IDW: wow there's actually a kinda cool character here??? Wtf???) And it's nice seeing some non mammal characters/non main cast getting focus and seeing how they affect the world/are affected by the world. I know they showed up in Archie in the past and now somewhat recently again in IDW so good for them. Looking forward to what's next for these guys. Will it be a a game anytime soon? Eh I doubt it. But I wouldn't be disappointed if they did by any means. Frankly I really wanna know what these games would feel like with more modern controls. I'm sure there's some mods out there on PC that could fill in that gap. But also like, @ Sega, if you're listening. There's remake potential. All I'm saying.
Thanks for asking!

Let me explain everything about why I like Magolor and the story of how I came to find him. To understand this, know that Magolor originally comes from a game called Kirby's Return to Dream Land, and I will refer to it as RtDL.
I actually didn't grow up with RtDL, or really Nintendo games at all. I was a Sonic kid until 2015, when I got my Nintendo 3DS and a couple months later Kirby Triple Deluxe. I thought it was OK, but when Kirby Planet Robobot came out that's when I got REALLY into Kirby. Hasn't left my thoughts since then. Then Team Kirby Clash Deluxe came out. Actually, I barely noticed Magolor's presence in that game. And then Kirby Star Allies came out too. I also had Kirby's Dream Land 3 and Kirby 64, because for some reason once I chose Dream Land 3 over RtDL and didn't even end up playing all of the first level.
My love for Magolor came, all at once, in mid 2018, from just reading a Kirby Wiki page about him. I read everything. His story. His betrayal. His reappearance. His design. His dialogue. I looked at all the pictures. I wanted the merchandise. I was instantly OBSESSED with him. I drew bad quality fanart. Imagine my excitement when later that year he was announced as a Dream Friend for Kirby Star Allies as well!
After Super Kirby Clash came out and I played it for a while, Magolor fell out of my thoughts for a while, but I was thinking about Kirby a bit less as well. He still remained my favourite, and that came back in full-force when I unlocked him the next year in Kirby Fighters 2 (and also whenever I replayed his Guest Star campaign...)
After this, a few years pass by. I still go back to older Kirby games, and every once in a while I play as Magolor. In 2022, I go on a Kirby game buying spree on my Wii U and 3DS and one of those games was RtDL. It was strange seeing an earlier version of one of my favourite "formulas" for a game in such a modern way, but I had a lot of fun with it and it cemented Magolor as one of my favourite characters not just from Kirby, but in general.
THEN they announced Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe. I couldn't be much more excited. It'd be great to see all those levels in a more modern light, and I get to see Magolor again! And THEN the existence of the Magolor leaked and shortly after a trailer came out too. I was RIDICULOUSLY excited. I get to play as Magolor, who was EXTREMELY fun in Star Allies, across brand-new levels! I waited, I pre-ordered, and it came out. I loved it. I played the game literally all day, for over 9 hours, until 1am as soon as it arrived. The whole main mode, and up to the final boss of Magolor Epilogue (but I didn't manage to beat it until after sleeping that day...)
To summarise, I love Magolor's design, I love the way he talks (and across the series he probably has more dialogue than any other character), I love all of the lore surrounding him, I love playing as him, I love fighting him, I love everything. Magolor means a lot to me.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022) Film Review
Introduction
Greetings, mortals! For today's review, we'll be looking at Paramount's Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022).
This is part of a series of reviews in which I’ll be going into slightly more detail about my thoughts on various Sonic TV shows and movies, and why I think they're either well written and engaging, or an absolute trainwreck (or somewhere in-between). I’ll be giving my stance on the character portrayals, visuals, soundtracks, voice actors (and actors in general), and what themes/messages they had to offer. Keep in mind that these are just my own personal thoughts. Whether you agree or disagree, feel free to share your own thoughts and opinions!
(SPOILER WARNING)
Anyway, let us begin! ^^
Plot
Following Robotnik's defeat, he returns to Earth for revenge with the red echidna warrior Knuckles in tow. With Tom and Maddie Wachowski on vacation in Hawaii, Sonic then teams up with a yellow two-tailed fox named Tails on a world-wide adventure to search for the Master Emerald, which gives its user ultimate power.
Characters
Sonic is once again very endearing and relatable, and he actually does get some nice character development this time around. He now possesses morals rather than just being cocky. His human side really starts to show and would risk himself to save those he really cares about. He is still very much a kid like he was in the first movie, but he has matured a bit. His relationship with Tom Wachowski also evolved from a friendship to a form of son-and-father relationship, with Tom trying to be a supportive presence to Sonic by reminding him that the time will eventually come for him to use the incredible powers he possesses but is not allowed to use in public.
Tails is super adorable throughout the film. He is a determined and brave young fox who is willing to face the unknown on multiple worlds and deadly villains, all in an attempt to find Sonic, no matter what. He is also quite logical and intelligent, as seen by how he steadily narrowed his search for Sonic by thinking things through and using what he learned along the way. Tails was once insecure about his extra tail, but after seeing how Sonic uses his weird quality, his super speed, to be a hero, Tails came to believe that his weird quality is not so bad. This is a relatable message as many people (myself included) may have some sort of disability that makes them get ostracized.
I really like how Knuckles is portrayed in this film. It’s fun to see him adjusting to how things work on Earth. He comes from a warrior tribe, and he had never really experienced friendship before. He is gullible, but he's not stupid. In fact, he's actually pretty smart. This movie understands Knuckles better than the Meta Era games and the Sonic Boom games/TV series did. I love that this film brings Knuckles back to being a serious rival to Sonic, compared to the more recent games demoting him to the role of being an idiot since the Sonic Boom cartoon. It makes me wish SEGA would take notes if they saw the films, because in my honest opinion, Paramount is basically doing Sonic better than SEGA did post-Unleashed/Black Knight. It even goes as far as to give Knuckles a father, something the games would never do. And while Knuckles is mostly portrayed as a serious, badass character along the lines of his depictions in S3&K, the Sonic Adventure games and Sonic X, he does have his fair share of funny moments as well, with the majority of them having to do with his general unfamiliarity with Earth. My favorite moment is when Knuckles is reading out loud, "Dot, dot, dot... dot, dot, dot... dot, dot, dot..." That got a big laugh out of me when I saw it in the theater for the first time, and I still find it hilarious to this day. See, SEGA? You CAN give Knuckles a few comedic moments here and there without turning him into a complete joke like in Sonic Boom. And seeing him and Tails just having fun playing baseball and heading to get ice cream after having such difficult upbringings was very heartwarming. Knuckles is one of the best Sonic characters in my opinion, so seeing him portrayed in possibly his best iteration yet after years of flanderization was such a massive treat and was one of the things that made this movie the best video game movie I've seen since the first Sonic movie.
Visuals
Visually, this film looks considerably better than its predecessor. Back in 2019, many people on the Internet infamously cyber-bullied the makers of the first film into changing Sonic's look, winning out in the end with his current design. I'm not sure how they were able to pull it off, but Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles all look well integrated into our world. Scenes where human characters were interacting with Sonic, both physically and verbally, all looked very convincing, as though there really were an anthropomorphic blue hedgehog sitting next to them or dancing alongside them in a bar.
Soundtrack
Once again, I think they did a pretty good job with the soundtrack for this film. Stars in the Sky by Kid Cudi is pretty catchy in my opinion, and I liked hearing Barracuda by Heart and Walk by Pantera in the film as well.
Acting
Like in the first movie, Ben Schwartz does a great job playing up Sonic's cocky attitude to full effect. Although he still has that streak of impulsivity, Sonic this time feels as though he is trying to make an effort to use his intellect rather than just his speed to hunt down the Master Emerald.
It was also great to hear Colleen O'Shaughnessey reprise her role as Tails from the video games, as I can't really think of any other mainstream actors capable of voicing the loveable two-tailed fox. If you enjoyed O'Shaughnessey's voice of Tails in the games, then you are sure to like how she is able to hold her own alongside the rest of the cast.
Idris Elba absolutely NAILED Knuckles in my opinion. He is a really excellent choice for Knuckles in this movie and arguably gives a better performance than the alternative from the video games and even television series.
Jim Carrey once again does a fantastic job playing Dr. Robotnik. In fact, he actually seemed a lot better this time around, allowing Eggman to lose his mind, and therefore allowing Carrey to do what he does best. His facial expressions are hilarious, and he still manages to strike a perfect balance of goofy and threatening. Whoever cast him as Robotnik is a genius. It's so perfect. I can't imagine it being anyone else. And while I respect his desire to retire, I'm still holding out hope that he will reprise his role as Dr. Robotnik one last time for the third Sonic movie.
The supporting actors, from returning cast members like James Marsden (Tom), Tika Sumpter (Maddie), Natasha Rothwell (Rachel), Adam Pally (Wade) and Lee Majdoub (Agent Stone) to newcomers like Shemar Moore (Randall) were all fantastic in their roles as well. Say what you will about the human characters in the Sonic movies, but they're certainly written better than most of the human characters in the games. Can you imagine Princess Elise from Sonic 06 driving a golf cart all pissed off chugging a bottle of wine? She's too busy trying to break Princess Peach's record for most times kidnapped.
Theme/Message
This film sheds light on the importance of having family and friends in your life. They will always have your back and keep you on the right path in life. Sonic and the other characters experience different obstacles that teach them the true definition of a family, even if they come as friends.
Conclusion
As much as I loved the first Sonic movie, I honestly think this film is a vastly superior sequel that improved upon its predecessor in every way. This film has new character appearances, major plot twists, more story elements and lore from the game series, mind-blowing adventures, and tons of laughs throughout it. It's great that this sequel is one of the few movie sequels out there that's actually better than the original. And considering the "we know better than the fans" mentality that is so prevalent in the entertainment industry nowadays, it's refreshing to see movies actually made for the fans for a change. There were plenty of Easter eggs and nods to the Sonic games sprinkled throughout, including several Sonic Adventure references, as well as several callbacks to jokes and plot points from the first film. The humor and pop culture references were really well done in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of 80s movie references that were in the film, including a brief homage to Risky Business, as well as mentions of Poltergeist and Ghostbusters (for instance, when Tom's deputy, Wade, learns about the Master Emerald's ability to convert thought into action, he compares it to the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man), and one of my favorite lines in the movie is when Sonic says "Oh great, the winter soldier..." I'm not even a Marvel fan and I find that line funny. Also, I've got to give a shout-out to this gem: "And who is Clifford the Big Red Rage Monster??"
The wedding subplot was actually pretty entertaining in my opinion, especially the parts where Sonic crashes the wedding and Rachel goes full on bridezilla mode upon learning that her fiance is actually an undercover G.U.N. officer.
And the ending where Sonic turns into Super Sonic, and he comes to truly accept the Wachowskis as his parents, and they, along with Tails and Knuckles, bond over a game of baseball, is just... [chef's kiss] beautiful... It truly does end the movie on a wholesome, heartwarming note... ^w^
Overall, I personally consider Sonic 2 to be a fantastic sequel that improves upon and greatly surpasses the original. If you enjoyed the first film, then you will LOVE this sequel. Don't listen to what critics say, this movie is a blast and I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun with it!
And as for the post-credits scene with Shadow... I was SUPER HYPED when I first saw this, because Shadow has always been one of my favorite Sonic characters ever since I was a kid. And considering the writers seem to have made it their mission to fix the characters that SEGA broke during the 2010's, let's all hope that Paramount will do Shadow justice as well...
My final score:
5.9/5 (Amazing)

I wanted to share this for a while since it's been stuck on my head for a really long time- (also I don't know when this occur, like if it occurs in her 1st year or 2nd year, but I'm gonna assume it occurs in her 2nd year, correct me if I'm wrong)
You mentioned about the L/N clan forcing dd!r to get married/in a relationship, and dd!r was really upset to the point where she doesn't go home for a while and her relatives had no choice to physically go to Jujutsu high to talk about it.
When her relatives came, they saw her sitting in the pond alone feeding the fish, when dd!r realized her relatives was in Jujutsu tech, her mood dropped, she got up and eventually tried to walk away as fast as she could.
Keyword: tried
One of her relatives cought her by her wrist making her stop walking, they said they wanted to discuss about her future and relationship, she turned around and they saw her with tears in her eyes making her relative lossen the grip on her wrist.
"I don't want to get married let alone someone I don't love, it doesn't work like that!" She said raising her voice a bit, what she didn't know that her fellow classmates, her kyohai, Gojo and Nanami (let's involve Nanami here cuz why not) was passing by near where she and her relatives are.
They heard what she said and peaked out the window only to see dd!r crying while her relatives tries to do something about it, and the moment they saw her cry, they go sonic to ask why she was crying.
I think dd!r would run up to Nanami because why not and she essentially see him as a father figure in school, eventually she tells them her Problem and just the thought of gojo being serious for once especially them forcing dd!r to get in a relationship is chefs kiss.
Nanami pats dd!r head and let yuuta take cares of her while Nanami gets involve cuz lets be honest, he will. Since he wants them to have a normal life despite being involved in the Jujutsu world.
Soon her classmates and her kyohai took her in the field to clear her mind, nobara styles her hair cuz she loves it when people plays with her hair, yuuta is beside her, megumi let her pet his devine dogs because her knows how much she loves them, maki brought her favorite snacks along with inumaki, panda lets you cuddle with him while itadori makes you laugh.
Sukuna is probably fuming to see her cry since he did admit that he cares about her.
Anyways-
By the time Gojo and Nanami finished their talk with her relatives, they found the students in the field, dd!r noticed them and give them a big wave but stopped when she saw her relatives, she was quite hesitant to say something but her relatives said sorry for forcing her and eventually she forgives them and give them a hug. Pure bb🥺 protect her at all cost
The whole afternoon, they spend time with dd!r, making flower crowns, eating, and just enjoying the whole day, they didn't really complained anything about it since they didn't want her to be sad, because like you said; "if she's sad, everyone is sad", EVEN NANAMI SPEND TIME WITH HER!
That's all! If the timeline is wrong, ignore this! I just wanted to share this because I have no one to talk about this au ;_;
AHAHAAHA - it's okay love you can definitely drop by my inbox anytime to rant. After all, she is my personal baby lmao
I think the post where she ran away was actually cause she is being forced to go to the dentist; in the general timeline, her elders are not always the best people. Sometimes they do not enjoy how childish she can get. HOWEVER, with that being said, I can see this happening.
I am actually dropping the arranged marriage fic in a bit, and the ending I personally chose can be a big shift in the storyline? But I saw this random silver lining, hauled my ass out of bed, and slapped my fat fingers over my keyboard before my inspiration dries up lmao.
But this take on the entire situation is really cute - I can imagine Nanami just sitting there reading them all a storybook that daydreaming!reader just demands for him to do and it looks like the father seated in the middle of his overgrown kids (Gojo included) just reading the storybook and turning it so the others can see the illustrations on the book.
And everyone just going "ooh" and "aah" cause I headcanon Nanami's voice makes it so everyone forces him to read bedtime stories for them AHAHAHA

More Sonally Headcanons!!
Well, sort of. They’re headcanons related to Sonic and Sally, but this is actually more of an in depth introduction to my fankids J.C. and Kathleen. Along with an addendum to my last headcanon I flagged for @boundforfreedomsonsal. Turns out as I re-read it, I left out a part for Sonic’s headcanon. The stay at home dad part, I barely touched and that bugs me, so here’s that segment fleshed out and then some info on J.C. and Kathleen! Sonic the stay-at-home-dad: As mentioned prior, Sonic knows he’s not cut out for the majority of what being Prince-Regent entails. Showing up for parties, events and giving back to the people of Mobius, he can do that. Ruling stuff, that is absolutely Sally’s domain. Sure he can offer his viewpoints and all that, but the long-term, big-picture view thinking isn’t his style. That said he doesn’t wanna be a lay about, nor just jam off on adventures and leave Sally doing the hard stuff either. When the children are born, Sonic sees a way he can contribute more after Sally’s maternity leave period is officially over with. Not that Sally intends to stop being maternal, but at some point she is going to need to get back to the day-to-day logistics of running the Kingdom. Motherhood is wonderful and she isn’t going to neglect it; but she has her duties she must fulfill. To help with this; Sonic figures he can handle some ‘solo parent time’ while Sally does her part of the ol’ Kingdom running bit. To which his lovely wife is very grateful for, but also concerned. She recalls some of the trouble he had babysitting his little brother and sister; plus these two MIGHT have his speed. Sonic as usual, brushes off the concerns with the ol’ charm and a smile. Of course this bites him in the ass when the kids DO start to show they have his speed. Especially when said children are still being potty-trained and their diapers don’t stay on due to the velocity of said speed. (Not trying to be gross here, but it is a scenario the two will have to deal with, I pity the cleaners at the castle). While Sally feels that she’s putting a large heft of the parenting responsibilities on Sonic, he points out it’s the least he can do. He can’t do what she does, and while they are BOTH together on the parenting journey, he can handle the tykes for some hours while she’s doing the Queen-y stuff and once she’s done; it’s family time all together. “Sal there’s gonna be times when I gotta do stuff and you’ll have the kids by your lonesome. It’s just part of the gig, you ain’t abandoning the kids, that ain’t you. Go on, be the Queen. Your Prince, will keep our babes safe and adorble!” Now onto the kids themselves: This kind of goes over their base personalities as they develop in their preteen-to-teenage years. Kathleen: The daughter of the twins (whose name is a meta-homage to Kath Soucie), who as she grows up, gains a tomboy streak and is very much the apple of her Father’s eye. Feisty, sly, and prone to mischief (at least moreso than her brother who can be mischief-y himself). Out of the two, she’s the one truly in love with their inherited speed, and the freedom it offers. While she can be a bit blunt, and snarky, she has a keen mind, and education that she can use to scary effect, when she wants. She’s not above using her ‘cuteness’ to get what she wants, as long as she uses it sparing on her parents who are WISE to her antics. As her Aunt Bunnie puts it “She’s a lovable troublemaker with Sonic’s knack for trouble, and Sally’s brains to get out of said trouble.... most of th’ time.” She also has picked up some mechanical aptitude after hanging out often with her Great Uncle Chuck, Uncles Tails and Uncle Rotor. She loves repairing things and trying to build her own gadgets or vehicles. Well once she builds one that doesn’t fall apart from her overzealous designs getting the better of practical usage. In a tense situation where trouble brews, she’s the most likely to start throwing punches, and worry about ‘why’ the troublemakers started trouble after they’re tied up from their punch-naps. Of the royal duo she doesn’t exactly try to slack in any royal duties she has, but the idea of adventuring across the planet sounds more keen than sitting on a throne or doing paperwork, or both. Despite being closest with her Father she does love and respect her Mother; if anything she sees her as the ultimate badass Queen; but she also loves to push her buttons, a lot. Lastly unlike her brother who aspires to be a decent cook, he isn’t, and she is, and she does love to rub it in J.C.’s face she can pull of ‘Uncle Twan and Aunt Bunnie’s recipes’ with gusto. Jaleel-Craig (J.C. for short): The brother of the twins (with a double homage to Jaleel White and Roger-Craig Smith), J.C. is the more serious of the pair, but in a more laid back manner compared to his Mother. Of the two royal heirs, he’s the one who takes their responsibilities to the crown seriously. That said he’s not in any rush to be crowned King either, feeling he’s still lacking qualities or the ability to see things his sister does that he feels make her just as good a potential ruler as she feels he will be. Just getting her to understand that is a tall order. Not unlike his sister, while he loves both parents equally and shares many traits with both; while Kathleen is the apple of Sonic’s eye, J.C. is Sally’s pride. Sharing a love of lore, history, and learning in general. It isn’t uncommon to find the two engrossed in going over books and tomes of lost lore they’re trying to regain after so much was lost in the Robotnik/Eggman wars. While he and his sister both were taught hand-to-hand and various self defense moves by both their parents after their kidnapping at age six; J.C. found himself favoring the use of melee weapons in conjunction to the lessons from his parents and extra martial arts from Aunt Bunnie. To this end, his Uncle Twan’ was happy to show the young man the way of the blade to which J.C. has proven proficient and capable to his Uncle’s delight. Plus it gives Antoine playful ribbing ammo to use against his Father. J.C. is also a skillful diplomat-in-training having picked up some skills from his Mother and some of the best silver-tongues on the planet. As much as he is the studious son, he still shares a streak of mischief not unlike his sister; he’s just much better at being subtle and under-the-radar about it. Alas one skill he aspires to master but for the time being, fails at is cooking. If it’s anything but his Father and Great Uncles Chili-Dog recipes, he finds himself burning water not unlike his Mother. The fact his sister who usually prefers junk food, can make Uncle Twan’s Crepes’ or Aunt Bunnie’s Peach Cobbler from scratch vexes him. Much like his sister, he does revel in the speed inherited from their Father, but he views it as a ‘with great power, comes great responsibilities’ viewpoint as opposed to his sister ‘freedom above all’ mentality of the super-speed. That said, he’s not above using it to help her preform pranks from time to time. A last bit of side information. After the kidnapping, as an extra safety precaution, Sally asked Nicole to create some helper A.I.’s to work alongside the children. A notion Nicole found not just a good tactical idea, but also endearing as it would in her eyes, foster a continued foundation of friendship and family between her own growing ‘cyber family’ and Sally and Sonic’s own. With some ‘help’ from a certain former Metal Sonic-turned-good (*cough*Shard*cough*), Nicole created her own A.I. ‘children’ to be companions for the duo, housed in upgradable ‘watches’ that would house the A.I. when they were away from the nanite-network of New Mobotropolis. Kathleen gained ‘Berri’ Nicole and Shard’s ‘daughter’ who seems split between trying to ‘reign in’ some of Kathleen’s more spastic tendencies, and yet from time to time; loves to work alongside her in her crazy endeavors as Kathleen gets her to ‘lighten up’ some, as their friendship grows. Sometimes two crazy minds work well together. Kathleen equates Berri to having a portable, nanit-hack-capable sis-in-crime. J.C.’s A.I. companion Fragment or ‘Frag’ as they coined as a nickname is a bit of an oddity. His default persona is that of a semi-stiff minder, who encourages his more academic past-times, and furthering his education. Yet at times Frag shifts into a female persona who sometimes uses ‘Fraggie’ as a nickname. Fraggie is more laid back, trying to get the young Prince to mellow out when his more serious side becomes ‘a bit much’. She also seems to enjoy trying to play match maker between J.C. and his crushes. Okay I hope ya’all enjoyed these tidbits on my fankids. Next time we return to headcanons about their parents!

this needs an update lol. i’ll write out more when ive actually settled info but i’ve made up a bunch more aus to add to the list:
‘danny phantom’ au - tangle, unlike the others, doesn’t fully restabilize after the eggperial city was destroyed. fortunately, she can turn intangible basically at will! (technically works more like togata mirio’s Permeation quirk, but ‘danny phantom au’ rolls off the tongue better). she doesnt like randomly being ‘useless’ and intangible :)
apocalypse bleed au - i had a weirdfun dream and now i’m trying to capture it as an au. future au where the world splits in two halves, sonic and tails (and eggman) are MIA, and the boundaries between worlds have been damaged so much, things and even people from other worlds are falling in. also tangle is a tinkerer (this is a big part of the au)
weretangle au - branches off from canon at an undecided point: sonic and tangle are hanging out and wind up getting asked to investigate some weird seismic activity. they do, and… a giant pit in the ground opens before them, flooding them with dark gaia energy and dropping them both into a deep cave system far underneath the surface. sonic has to help tangle acclimate to her wereform as they both escape and reach daylight, but even after that, they’ll still transform every night until dark gaia - who is beginning to awaken in a fitful sleep nearing its fated awakening year - is sealed and put asleep again.
tloz au - tangle as the resident link :) (she is not named link) - tloz elements woven into the idwverse as history become present, with tangle holding triforce of courage, jewel with wisdom, and clutch with power. their own powers only awaken once all three of them have grown into their aspect of the triforce, and thus begins a power struggle where clutch is trying to amass followers and take out his competition, while tangle and jewel work together with far less knowledge on what’s happening and the nature of these weird triangle symbols that glow for them and give jewel powers. i also really want to design sonic versions of a bunch of links (not all of them!! unless i have a lot of ideas)
zombot!tangle au is already listed, but i’ve been tweaking it xd
omnitrix au - a couple years before idw begins, tangle’s out a bit late when she sees a shooting star… which isn’t a shooting star when it crashes to the planet in front of her holding a weird watch, which then leaps onto her arm/tail (havent decided) and won’t come off! with it, tangle can become 10 different aliens, each with their own advantages and sometimes disadvantages compared to her own normal self. she goes through a lot of ben 10 OS plot stuff & faces off against vilgax still before idw begins, so by the time she joins sonic’s friendgroup she’s got way more experience with weirdness and crazy, and is less of a rookie.
digimon frontier au - hashing out a sort-of interpretation of digimon frontier with some digimon 02 elements, but the human kids all replaced with sonic characters, and spirit evolutions with armor evolutions, and the plot adjusted to follow the different personalities at play. not v developed
lego monkie kid au - mostly just playing with visual design (lets see if i remember to add the sketches before i post this), might figure out a mostly lore-compliant way to make tangle another sorta mystical monkey. or potentially making her ‘a demon with the powers of sun wukong’s staff’, also pending a lore-compliance check unless i stop caring about lmk/jttw compliance. i think she and mei and mk would be great friends :)
dryad!au - i’ve drawn her before, an au tangle that’s essentially a nature spirit; the only of her kind to walk the forest she lives in, with leaves and vines sprouting from her body as hair. she communicates with plants and has a generally friendly/neutral relation with animals, and that’s all she worries about, until this weird thing that is not plant nor animal but very close to tangle herself appears - an android, a ‘whisper’. she is built for destruction, she says, but cannot return to her superiors. instead, tangle lets her stay and shows her how her world works, how to live without worrying about orders. i think the forest eventually gets bombed by military or whatever, either trying to recover whisper & getting attacked, or intentionally trying to destroy her to avoid the enemy getting ahold of her. they accidentally draw a target on their backs for the rage of the forest spirit whose home they unduly destroyed, and whisper herself’s ire.
bastion au - tangle inserted as the Kid/protagonist, whisper as Zia, dunno who to put as Rucks or Zulf ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ this is mostly because i want to put Bastion in front of people’s noses in the hopes they will play this wonderful awesome game if they see blorbos with it. this worked for me when i bought ffxv in order to understand a kh fic better and it became a game i loved besides.
^ i’m still working on building these AUs up, but if anyone’s interested in a certain one, asks make me very excited and want to write more and share :)
tloz au, zombot au rework, apocalypse bleed au, and omnitrix au (in that order) are the ones with the most development/ideas to pursue
Full Tangle AU List (aka the Tangleverse)
Finally it’s compiled!!! I have here for you a list of 22 different Tangles for you to browse and rotate in your brain :3 A bunch of these come with content for other characters, though, so if you’re not as Tangle-focused as I am you could probably find something neat to look at.
Each listing is entered under its designated AU name, if there is a relevant link to the AU’s original source it’ll be linked within the title, and I’ll add a short summary or blurb about the Tangle or AU as a whole. I’ll also make distinctions for if an AU has art.
None of these AUs are my own creations, unless they’ve got a ~Leori signature after them - follow the link to their individual creators! In the case of my own AUs, I usually don’t have much content for them because I don’t know what to say, so feel free to send in asks. Or for the ones with very little content, do whatever you’d like with them, they’re basically open prompts.
The numbers don’t matter, they’re just for tallying up how many there are. I’m not ranking these.
This is long, so I’m putting everything after the table of contents under a ‘read more’. ○ Swap AUs ○ Future AUs ○ General AUs ○ Crossover AUs ○ Jokesy AUs
Keep reading
#long post#i cant stop putting this girl into situations. :)#my favorite way to study a blorbo is to take them - strip them of everything familiar to them and stick them in another world -#and then figure out what they’d do or be from there & what they make to be familiar out of their circumstance

If I could still draw, I'd make an art series showing Taka wearing or using all the Monomono Machine gifts you can give him. But I'll have to settle for uselessly pointing and talking about them, because some are like "ah yes," while others...
LOVES:
Mac's gloves: A pair of boxing gloves infused with a staggering amount of passion and effort. Wearing them makes you want to throw a thousand cross-counters.
We know the reference (Punch-Out) but is it just the passion and effort Taka likes? Taka only mentions kendo, I think, but maybe he also takes boxing for exercise and last-resort self defense. Middle school was rough on him for unknown reasons. Whether he picked up boxing for focus or just learning to dodge a punch, it's cute picturing Mondo holding the punching bag for him or them sparring in a ring with very different fighting styles.
Red scarf: A scarf belonging to a certain masked hero. It's tattered and worn due to the countless battles it's been through.
I... don't know the reference. I couldn't find it either. Does anyone know? Strider Hiryu could fit, but Taka thinks games are a waste of time when Makoto talks to him. Red is very much a hero color in Japan as well as associated with deities and protection. Does Taka like the certain hero? Does Taka want to be seen as a hero or protector as well as a good leader?
Ya know what? I've read like two fics where Mondo is a secret superhero--where are the superhero!Taka fics and pics?! (No official art of Taka in a red scarf either makes me boo.)
Adorable Reactions Collection: A DVD that contains footage of people reacting to various pieces of art.
Your guess is as good as mine. For the culture of it? Studying reactions/expressions of others? Maybe he likes seeing people learn of things for the first time? That'd be very wholesome of him.
Chin Drill A fashion accessory that allows you to equip a drill on your chin. It is said to represent the idea of "spiral energy".
Okay. Okay, what? Either we're doing a Gurren Lagann joke--spiral power gets stronger thru generations (Taka's stronger than his grandfather) and causes people to be blindly driven towards their goals--or we're referencing spiral energy in mysticism: all stages of life and rebirth going for infinity. For spiral symbolism, there's "spirals represent evolution and growth of the spirit." But this is... Dude, this attaches to your chin. And he LOVES it. Dafuq.
LIKES:
[sakura bouquet, math problems, & handheld console cut for image limit]
Overflowing Lunchbox: A lunch box stuffed with rice, ginger, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, and more. It's meat-free, so you vegetarians out there are covered, too.
"Give the poor kid a generous meal." Just punch me in my chest. This gift is why I made the post about Taka and Mondo gifting food to each other.
G-Sick Watch: Most people consider it a "throwaway watch" due to its poor quality. Still, it enjoys massive popularity thanks to its low price.
"Give the poor kid a watch he could afford." Ya know what's weird? This watch is in Hina's Love category. Does she break watches in the pool a lot because she forgets to take them off?
Leaf Covering: A loincloth meant to emphasize one's manliness. Its simple design features a single leaf overlaid on white cloth.
I mean, it's... it's self-explanatory.
Quality Chinchilla Cover: A dark red seat cover. Its refined design is intended for only the most elite clientele.
My dudes, this is a fur motorcycle/bike seat. It's on Mondo's Love list, obviously. Why is it in Taka's Likes? Does he like soft things? Is he envious of luxury items maybe he remembers his grandpa having? Does he just want a really plush seat as he rides with Mondo? (Idk, man, but chinchilla farms are cruel.)
Cherry Blossom Bouquet: A collection of branches from a sakura tree. In the language of flowers, cherry blossoms represent "a woman of superior beauty".
Every other character Likes or Loves this too, including Mondo. As for flower language, I can't find that definition at all. I do find it meaning love, general beauty, renewal/new beginnings, fleeting life/mortality (ouch) and imagery tied with samurais because of that short life.
Berserker Armor: Donning this armor bestows the wearer with immense power, but at the cost of their soul and senses.
Uh. Ishida? Actually, even for Ishida that's a bit intense. The cost of their soul? Taka's/Ishida's whole thing is preserving his soul & Mondo's together. Unless he silently wants his soul out completely because it's causing him so much pain, and only Mondo's should live on in him. Maybe this item is leftover from the early code where you could interact with Ishida in Free Time at least once.
The only other person that likes it is Jack/Jill/Syo, so I assume this is a joke about personality switches (for two different mental health reasons) to their less stable selves, who go berserk.
Millennium Prize Problems: These seven important mathematical problems were posted by the Clay Mathematics Institute, with a reward of one million dollars for each one solved.
"Give the poor nerd a way to pay off his family's debt!"
The Funplane: The newest popular portable game system. It has a hi-def touchscreen, and can also play music and videos, making for the perfect all-in-one media machine!
Now, this is another gift you can give to everyone and they'll at least Like it. I guess Taka could use it for educational videos, or "studying" pop culture with Professor Makoto.
And just because we're here, can I just...
MONDO LOVES: sonic cup-a-noodle, quality chinchilla cover, fresh bindings, and
Roller Slippers: Slippers with a small wheel installed in each heel. They were invented to move easily around the house, but there is absolutely no demand for them.
Mondo. Mondo, your taste, hun. No. I want to see Mondo rolling by on these in their house and Taka going apoplectic.
#kiyotaka ishimaru#mondo oowada#danganronpa#for some reason a good amount of fanart has taka with the gift for syo that's a vib i mean a doll that shakes#this broke like 5 times when i tried to post it

How Aaron Dessner and Taylor Swift Stripped Down Her Sound on ‘Folklore’
By: Jon Blistein for Rolling Stone Date: July 24th 2020
At the beginning of March, the National’s Aaron Dessner traveled back to the United States from Paris, where he’d been living with his family, to shack up at Sonic Ranch Studio in Tornillo, Texas to work on the next Big Red Machine album with Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon. Those plans - obviously - soon shifted, as the reality of the COVID-19 pandemic set in. Dessner and his family were able to relocate to their home in upstate New York as lockdown orders went into effect, and the musician soon settled into a groove of homeschooling his kids and able to focus fully on music in a way he hadn’t in a while, due to the National’s regularly rigorous touring schedule.
In the middle of what Dessner describes as one of the most productive moments of his career, Taylor Swift called. A longtime and avowed fan of the National, Swift asked if Dessner wanted to try collaborating on a few songs remotely. He said of course, and asked if she was looking for anything in particular. He noted that he had plenty of material at the ready, but acknowledged he’d been in a more experimental mood, due to the Big Red Machine sessions; not to mention, Dessner added, he’d never really ventured into the pop world Swift has dominated for well over a decade. She told him to send everything he had.
“I think she was interested in the emotions that she feels in some of the music that I’ve made,” Dessner tells Rolling Stone.” So I just sent her a folder of things I’d done recently and was excited about. Hours after, she sent back a fully written version of ‘Cardigan.’ It was like a lightning bolt struck the house.”
Over the next few months, Dessner and Swift crafted the bulk of Swift’s eighth studio album, Folklore. Dessner spoke with Rolling Stone about working with Swift, their instant chemistry, how the album developed under a thick cloud of secrecy and more.
When Taylor first reached out, did she have a specific vision in mind for the album? She was a bit cryptic. I didn’t know that we were actually working on a record for quite a while. It just seemed that she was seeking me out to collaborate. And then we were both feeling very inspired by it. Once there were six or seven songs that we had written over a couple of weeks, she said, “Hey can we talk?” Then she said, ‘This is what I’m imagining,’ and started to tell me about the concept of Folklore. Then she mentioned that she’d written some songs at an earlier stage with Jack [Antonoff], and they felt like they really fit together with what we were doing. It was a very inspiring, exhilarating collaborative process that was almost entirely remote. Very sort of warp speed, but also something about it felt like we were going toe-to-toe and in a good pocket.
After “Cardigan,” how did these songs develop and do you think she pushed you in any new directions as a songwriter? When you’re working with someone new, it takes a second to understand their instincts and range. It’s not really conscious. She wrote “Cardigan,” and then “Seven,” then “Peace.” They kind of set a road map, because “Cardigan” was this kind of experimental ballad, the closest thing to a pop song on the record, but it’s not really. It’s this emotional thing, but it has some strange sounds in it. “Seven” is this kind of nostalgic, emotional folk song. Even before she sang to it, I felt this nostalgia, wistful feeling in it, and I think that’s what she gravitated towards. And “Peace,” that just showed me the incredible versatility that she had. That song is just three harmonized bass lines and a pulse. I love to play bass like that - play one line then harmonize another, and another, which is a behavior I stole from Justin Vernon, because he’s done that on other things we’ve done together. And actually, that’s his pulse, he sent me that pulse and said, “Do something with this.” But when she wrote that song, which kind of reminds me of a Joni Mitchell song over a harmonized bassline and a pulse, that was kind of like, “Woah, anything can happen here.” That’s not easy to do.
So, in the morning I would wake up and try to be productive. “Mad Woman” is one I wrote shortly after that, in terms of sound world, felt very related to “Cardigan” and “Seven.” I do have a way of playing piano where it’s very melodic and emotional, but then often it’s great if whoever’s singing doesn’t sing exactly what’s in the piano melody, but maybe it’s connected in some way. There was just some chemistry happening with her and how she was relating to those ideas.
“Epiphany” was something she had an idea for, and then I imagined these glacial, Icelandic sounds with distended chords and this almost classical feeling. That was another one where we wrote it and conceived it together. She just has a very instinctive and sharp musical mind, and she was able to compose so closely to what I was presenting. What I was doing was clicking for her. It was exhilarating for us, and it was surreal - we were shocked by it, to be honest [Laughs]. I think the warmth, humanity and raw energy of her vocals, and her writing on this record, from the very first voice memos - it was all there.
Do you think that chemistry might’ve had something to do with her being a National fan, and you being a fan of her music? We met Taylor at Saturday Night Live in 2014, or whenever that was that we played and Lena Dunham was hosting. We got to meet her, and that was our first brush with a bona fide pop star. But then she came to see us play in Brooklyn last summer and was there in a crazy rainstorm, like torrential downpour, and watched the whole show and stayed for a long time afterwards, talking to me and my brother. She was incredibly charming and humble. That’s the nice thing about her, and a lot of people I’ve met that have that kind of celebrity. It’s great when you can just tune it out and be normal people and chat, and that’s how that felt. So, we knew that she was a big fan, and we really got into the 1989 album. Our Icelandic collaborator, Ragnar Kjartansson, is a crazy Swiftie. So we’ve kind of lived vicariously through him. I’ve always been astonished by how masterful she is in her craft. I’ve always listened to her albums and put them in this rarefied category, like, “How did she do that? How does anybody do that? How do you make ‘Blank Space?’” There was an element that was intimidating at first, where it just took me a second to be like… Not because I think her music is better than what we’ve done, but it’s just a different world.
Were there particular songs, albums or artists the two of you discussed as reference points for this album? “Betty,” which is a song she wrote with William Bowery, she was interested in sort of early Bob Dylan, like Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan, I think. “Epiphany,” early on, felt like some weird Kate Bush-meets-Peter Gabriel thing. I think we talked a little about those things, but not a lot. Actually, I think she really trusted me as far as my instincts to where the music would ultimately go, and also the mixing process. We really wanted to keep her voice as human, and kind of the opposite of plastic, as possible. That was a bit of a battle. Because everything in pop music tends to be very carved out, a smiley face, and as pushed as possible so that it translates to the radio or wherever you hear it. That can also happen with a National song - like if you changed how these things are mixed, they wouldn’t feel like the same song. And she was really trusting and heard it herself. She would make those calls herself, also.
You mentioned William Bowery - who is he? He’s a songwriter, and actually because of social distancing, I’ve never met him. He actually wrote the original idea for “Exile,” and then Taylor took it and ran with it. I don’t actually know to be totally honest.
We’ve been trying to track him down, he doesn’t have much of an internet presence. Yeah, I don’t fully know him, other than he wrote “Betty” and “Exile” with her. But you know she’s a very collaborative person, so it was probably some songwriter.
So it’s not an alias for anyone? No, no, no. I mean, I don’t know - she didn’t tell me there was a “Cardigan” video until literally it came out, and I wrote the song with her [laughs]. So I don’t know. But I’m pretty sure he’s an actual songwriter. She enjoys little mysteries.
With the National, you and your brother write the music, Matt Berninger adds the lyrics, and then you fuse it - was it a similar process on Folklore? Taylor is very collaborative in that sense that, whenever she sent a voice memo, she would send all the lyrics and then ask me what I thought. And sometimes we would debate certain lines, although generally she’s obviously a strong writer. So she would ask me if I liked one line, and she would give me alternate lines and I would give her my opinion. And then when she was actually tracking vocals, I would sometimes suggest things or miss things, but she definitely has a lot of respect for the collaborative process and wants whoever she’s writing with to feel deeply included in that process. It was nice, and was a back and forth, for sure. And she would sometimes have ideas about the production if she didn’t like something, especially. She would, in a tactful way, bring that up. I appreciated that, too, since I wanted to try to turn over every leaf, take risks and sometimes get it wrong. That always takes a second, to get over and then you start again.
You mentioned earlier that once you had six, seven songs, she was able to describe a concept behind the album. I’m curious what that conversation was like. She would always explain what each song was about to me, even before she articulated the Folklore concept. And I could tell early on that they were these narrative songs, often told from a different… not in the first person. So there are different characters in the songs that appear in others. You may have a character in “Betty” that’s also related to one in “Cardigan,” for example. And I think that was, in her mind, very, very important. It doesn’t seem like, for this record at least, that she was inspired to write something until she really knew what it was about. And I think I’m used to a more - at least lately - impressionistic and experimental world of making stuff without really knowing what it is. But this was more direct, in that sense. That was really helpful, to know what it was about and it would guide some of the choices we were making.
Every time she would send something, she would narrate a little bit, like how it fit, or what it was about. And then when she told me about Folklore as a concept, it made so much sense. Like “The Last Great American Dynasty,” for example, this kind of narrative song that then becomes personal at the end - it flips and she enters the song. These are kind of these folkloric, almost mythical tales that are woven in of childhood, lost love, and different sentiments across the record. It was binding it all together and I think it’s personal, but also through the guise of other people, friends and loved ones.
You were working in secret - how did that affect the process? Was that a difficult burden? It was. I was humbled and honored and grateful for the opportunity and for the crazy sort of alchemy we were having. But it was hard not to be able to talk openly with my usual collaborators, even my brother at first. I didn’t know if I could really tell him, because we normally… Ultimately, he helped me quite a bit, he orchestrated songs. But we always help each other. But eventually, we figured out how to do it. Towards the end of the process, I said to Taylor, ‘I really feel that I need to try a few experiment and try to elevate a few moments on the record because we have time, and we’ve really done a ton of work here, and it all sounds great, but I think we can go even further.’ And then she said, ‘Well what does that mean?’ And I explained how that would work, and the way that we work. Our process is very community-oriented, and we have long-time collaborators that we have a good understanding with. So I was able to say, to my friends, ‘This is a song I’m working on, I can’t send it to you with the vocals, and I can’t tell you what it is, but I can explain what I’m imagining.’ And the same with my brother, he knows my music so well that that was very easy for him to just take things that we were working on, add to that, and do his kind of work. So it was all remote and everyone was in their corner and we were shipping things around. It was incredibly fast because of that, because you didn’t have eight people needing to come to the studio. You had eight people working simultaneously - one in France and one in L.A. and one in Brooklyn. This is how it went, and it was fun. We got there.
When were you able to tell everyone who contributed that this was the Taylor Swift record, what was their reaction? You can imagine. I think they realized it was something big because [of] the confidentiality, and they were like, ‘It could only be a few things.’ I couldn’t tell them until, basically, when she announced it. Just in the moments after she announced it, I basically told everyone. I was like, ‘By the way…’ And they were thrilled. Everyone’s thrilled. Nobody seemed mad, everyone was thrilled and honored. Even Justin Vernon had not heard anything else except “Exile,” even though the pulse of that song “Peace,” he gave that song to me. It was important to have it be a surprise, and you know how it can be with someone in her position, with all the speculation, and she’s always under a lot of pressure like that. So it was really important to the creative freedom she was feeling that this remained a secret, so she could just do what we were doing.
Being such longtime friends and collaborators with Justin, what was it like hearing “Exile” for the first time? His voice and Taylor’s together? He’s so versatile and has such a crazy range, and puts so much emotion… Every time he sings when I’m in his presence, my head just kind of hits the back of the wall. That’s the same on this song. William Bowery and Taylor wrote that song together, got it to a certain point, then I sort of interpreted it and developed a recording of it, and then Taylor tracked both the male and female parts. And then we sent it to Justin and he re-did obviously the male parts and changed a few things and also added his own: He wrote the “step right out” part of the bridge, and Taylor re-sang to that. You feel like, in a weird way, you’re watching two of the greatest songwriters and vocalists of our generation collaborating. I was facilitating it and making it happen, and playing all the music. But it was definitely a “Wow.” I was just a fan at that point, seeing it happen.
Are there any moments that really stick out to you as particularly pivotal in shaping the sound of this record? The initial response. When we first connected, and I sent a folder of music and Taylor wrote “Cardigan,” and she said, “This is abnormal. Why do you have all these songs that are so emotional and so moving to me? This feels fated.” And then she just dove into it and embraced this emotional current. And I hope that’s what people take out of it: The humanity in her writing and melodies. It’s a different side to her. She could have been every bit as successful just making these kinds of songs, but it’s so great that she’s also made everything that she’s ever made, and this is a really interesting shift, and an emotional one. It also opens other doors, because now it’s kind of like she can go wherever she wants, creatively. The pressure to make a certain kind of… bop - or whatever you want to call it - is not there really anymore. And I think that’s really liberating, and I hope her fans and the world are excited by that because I am. It’s really special.

Oh, there's a lot to get into here! I actually didn't grow up with RtDL, I barely grew up with Nintendo at all. I was a Sonic kid until 2015, when I got my 3DS and a couple months later Kirby Triple Deluxe. I thought it was OK, but when Planet Robobot came out that's when I got REALLY into Kirby. Hasn't left my thoughts since then. Then Team Kirby Clash Deluxe came out. Actually, I barely noticed Magolor. And then Star Allies came out too. I also had Dream Land 3 and Kirby 64, because for some reason once I chose Dream Land 3 over RtDL and didn't even end up playing all of the first level.
Sorry for the long set-up there.
Imagine my excitement when later that year he was announced as a Dream Friend for Star Allies as well!
THEN they announced Return to Dream Land Deluxe.
DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE MUSIC ASSOCIATED WITH HIM
Okay, I’m about to be controversial here. I enjoy Magolor, he holds a special place in my heart as I grew up playing RTDL, but like. Why are people so obsessed with him? What strange allure does he hold? Can someone explain to me the deep devotion for Magolor. Absolutely no judgement for loving him I just am curious what people like about him

Above is a drawing I did for another, currently ongoing, prompt list! This is for week one of the childhood memories 2021 prompts! I’m actually posting this one as it’s going on because I reached the character limit for the post on Instagram 😭 So I’ll go into more detail in this post under the read more!
✨✨✨✨✨
The prompt for week one was toys/games. And when I think back on some toys and games I think about my GameBoy Advance SP which I think was my first gaming system. It’s like the one in the drawing. Adorned with Pokémon stickers! 😊 I actually used mine as reference and drew the game that was in it when I grabbed it and it was Pokémon pinball: ruby and sapphire edition! And I know there’s a black boarder around the screen but I remembered it as I was finishing coloring Pokémon pinball and it was too late 😭. And I had shared games with my brother, who had his own GBA SP, but his was silver.
For the content of the picture I’ll start from the top and go counterclockwise and I’ll share my memories with the games:
✨On the top we have a little Spongebob waving. 👋[I don’t recall ever playing a GBA Spongebob game, maybe? But he’s here because I had one of those white game cards that was just videos! I think one of the videos was the bubble stand one! Because of it’s a giraffe. And I think another one may have been the one where Squidward gets into an accident or something and Spongebob and Patrick take care of him because of firmly grasp it!]
✨Then of course we have Claire from Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town. [I know it’s like now Story of Seasons, but you know, not at the time kinda thing. Anyways, my grandpa, or 公公 (gung gung) (according to google that’s how you write and spell it), got me this game as a kid and I loved it 💖 It’s a wonderful game and I love the art and stuff and caring for the cute animals, the people, the aesthetic, and almost everything about it 🥰 It’s what pulled me into the series and into farming Sims like Stardew 💕 I think I’ve played this game into the 10s of years. And I chose Grey ❤️ I’ll always treasure this game 🥰].
✨Next is a pink lightning bolt symbol ⚡️ from the evergirls game. [I don’t remember what this game was about or even know why I picked this game out. I don’t even know if I completed the game. I think there was some character customization?]
✨Then we have the girl and a dog from the Dogz GBA game. 🐕 [I only vaguely remember this game but it had cute art and I loved it. Though I think it had short gameplay 🙁 I wanted to play with my pup forever... But I think it ends after a certain amount of time? I wanna play it again. And I remember carrying the dog for a bit! And also playing the reversi mini game].
✨At the bottom is Cream the Rabbit from Sonic [I barely remember anything about the Sonic game I played. I think that it was one of my brother’s games. Like I remember her and a light blue character I think was Chao? I remember running from Dr. Eggman as he was chasing me in a flying machine and the art was nice. 😊].
✨Then we have Leaf and a Bulbasaur! 🍃 [I think that Pokémon Fire Red was the first game I had! And bulbasaur was my first ever starter 🥰 But I also remember I was playing a new file in the car and I had over-written all of my progress 💔😭. My second starter is technically charmander... And I remember battling my brother and losing a lot. But I beat one of his Pokémon with a metronome toxic once and that’s memorable between the two of us 😊 I think I still lost though lol].
✨Then we have Michelangelo (or Mikey) from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. [I think this was one of my brother’s games because I don’t recall playing much of it. I picked to draw Mikey because I recall the sewer skateboarding mini game! And I also remember that one time I got some kinda score on it and bowed and like tripped or something and hurt my lip lol].
✨To the right of Mikey we have Mega Man. [This was another one of I borrowed my brother’s game. I honestly don’t know what Mega Man game this is. Maybe Battle Network? I only really remember Roll and a cactus enemy].
✨Then we have the girl character from Mario Golf Advanced Tour. [Again a game I borrowed from my brother. And I guess the girl’s name is Ella? I just looked it up. Anyways I don’t remember progressing the story all too much. I thought it was really cute. And I drew her crying because I only remember getting bogeys lol].
✨Next to her we have a cat as a representative for Catz. [Another game borrowed from my brother. I’m sad I don’t remember much of this game, but it’s probably like Dogz where it’s short but you take care of a cat].
✨Then we have Spyro. [Probably also a game from my brother. I don’t have like any recollection of playing Spyro games at all. Like I think I played as him as he was defending something on a wooden bridge as things were getting shot at him. I don’t know. I included him anyways].
✨To his right we have my game chest which holds some of my games! I painted it myself!
✨And in the center is my red GBA SP! It’s playing Pokémon pinball (I think the Ruby level). And on it you can see that I have Cyndaquil, Chikorita, and Eevee stickers. [I loved this game so much and played it a lot but I don’t think I ever actually got to catch Jirachi 🥲].
I had other GBA games I played but might not have remembered them. Some I do vaguely remember are finding Nemo, Winnie the Pooh, SMB 3, That so Raven, Pet resort, Pokémon games, other harvest moon games, hot potato, and some kinda game that had other games like a racing one and dig dug.
Other games I played in general were like Jack and Dexter, computer games, and maybe Raymon?
✨✨✨✨✨✨
And in terms of the drawing, I’m happy with how it turned out! And I think I’m gonna do lighting like how I did with Leaf’s hair from now on! Sneaking hearts in where I can. And I have just noticed that I messed up Cream by drawing on the wrong layer 😭. But I think that the colors remained pretty much consistent from what I had on my laptop at least.
If you read all that, thank you for enjoying my art and taking a trip down memory lane with me! 💕 Have a wonderful week! 😊
