Hot tip for everyone: If yall really wanna make your acovados or guacamole last: vacuum seal it! I do it to my homemade guac - I section it off into single serve baggies. If you get a good seal, it does wonders for extending the life of the avo/guac!

Because if you didn't know, oxygen is what makes it go brown faster, so by removing that... I've had guac last close to 2 weeks in the fridge using this method!

When you only have 4 Tupperware containers and the 3 smaller ones are in the freezer, the avocado gets the penthouse suite.

I stopped into this joint real quick to try some cocktails and their burger. The cocktails were great (no pics), and the burger was just mediocre. It had a great crust on the patties, and the fries were battered style and super crisp, but the cheese needed a little more melt and the “special sauce” didn’t seem very present.
