Weekend adventures

Last Sunday I enjoy a little trip with my dad. We drove up to Wiesbaden to see Bebrich Castle and the big park behind it. It was a sunny but cold day since it snowed the other day. The paths were still covered with snow and ice, making it possible for me to slide along. A special thing about the park is, that parrots live there. Once you enter the park, you can hear them tweeting from tree to tree and if you are lucky, you even get to see them. After that, we went inside the Café of the Castle to warm up, which is where I had the best waffles ever. ^-^

We then continued our trip in Eltville, a small city on the river Rhine, where we took a walk along the promenade and had dinner. Back home my dad prepared a little snack with avocado and salmon and it was delicious. :3

Pineapple Club

I stopped into this joint real quick to try some cocktails and their burger. The cocktails were great (no pics), and the burger was just mediocre. It had a great crust on the patties, and the fries were battered style and super crisp, but the cheese needed a little more melt and the “special sauce” didn’t seem very present. I would definitely go back here for some other menu items though, and…
