Mr. Compress, setting up three cups and a single marble.

Mr. Compress: “Follow the marble to win!”

Mr. Compress shuffles the cups, the heroes following along. He stops and the heroes all point to the middle one. He lifts it, showing the marble.

Mr. Compress: “Congratulations! Here’s your prize!”

The marble decompresses and Gigantomachia comes out.

Heroes: “Shit.”

Mr. Compress, walking away while the heroes all scatter. The league in disbelief that it worked.

Hi! I was wondering, in the "power hour" comic, how much does Steven know about Gravity Falls and everything with the Pines twins?

First of all, thank you so much for reading and I'm glad you're enjoying it!!!!

Second, excellent question. Steven knows NOTHING about the weirdness surrounding Gravity Falls thanks to the "Never Mind All That" act. Dipper and Mabel are more than happy to not talk about Weirdmageddon. However, he does get a strange feeling about Grunkle Stan and Ford.

Additionally, the twins don't know anything about Steven! I imagine Beach City to be a really small town that very few tourists visit. Plus it's on the other side of the country so they don't know what goes on there.

As for Sam and Dean, why haven't they come across Gravity Falls or Beach City sooner???? Simple, no one was dying! They might've come across an article about Gideon's arrest or Ronaldo's blog about the gems, but nothing grabbed their attention because no one was explicitly in danger. It wasn't until Jody asked Sam to check out Gravity Falls that they even looked into it.

In conclusion, Steven thinks he took a normal part-time job at a normal museum gift shop, the Pines think they hired a completely normal employee, and the Winchesters are the only ones who are suspicious of EVERYONE.

there's a running joke in taz that clint doesn't know what he's doing. and while it's generally good-natured fun, it's not usually very true past balance. idk if it's cuz he started taking notes to keep track of stuff or just more experience playing ttrpgs or both but he seems to have genuinely gotten pretty good, and recently listening to how he played merle in imbalance vs balance really highlighted that. AND THEN what he just pulled in this latest steeplechase, playing to the expectations that "oh haha of course he would mess up his own character's name" only to turn it around that he was deliberately foreshadowing his plan there and he fucking bamboozled us all (even his fellow players). 10/10. you sly-ass bastard.

Bonnie travels B/C them and Nille never really settled on a place to live. When Nille gets frozen, Bon keeps moving to get away from the time freeze, then spots the party and yoinks their food 'til Mira catches him.

Researcher!Isabeau will take the deep dive into fashion a little sooner than Fighter!Isa did! Cuz I REALLY want to explore what Isa would've been like if he was insecure about "not looking smart enough" as a kid and then went so far into nerd that he had to take a step back like "okay maybe people think I'm too smart now. I'm smart but not like SUPER GENIUS smart.
