Firstly, your art style (mostly line art) is sooo smooth, it’s eye candy to me. Secondly , I would like to say helluva boss and hazbin critic blogs keep me so sane. I would like to say after season two, I’m dropping Hazbin and Helluva Boss now. I’m tired of the show and I’ve felt nothing towards it for awhile so it’s not that big of a deal for me. I would like to ask, out of all 7 deadly princes shown to us, who has your most disliked and liked design?

AAA! Thank you! The pen I generally use for lineart is “Real G-pen”, which is an offical add on in clipstudio, tho I can def find alternatives for different programs if anyone’s interested 👉🏼👈🏼

And ye, the shows frustrate me to no end, that tbh even making posts gets me kinda frustrated since it’s like trying to use a spray bottle to try stop a bush fire 😭 I’m def feeling like dropping the shows, mostly hazbin since it followed through with none of its promised plot and story.

For my favourite and least favourite designs of the deadly sins? That’s hard coz I genuinely dislike all of them, for a lot of reasons. But here we go!

My LEAST favourite would have to be Lucifer, for the pure fact he’s boring af and doesn’t match his mythological counterpart at all.

To make his design better, he’d almost need a whole overhaul. That said I like the idea of the circus and its rings!

Also I’d make sure for him to have more inhuman aspects. He won’t look totally lion in his full demon form, but certainly less… human.

Also him having angel wings defeats the purpose of his fall, give him bat/dragon wings and/or blackened+broken+burnt wings. Dude fell from HEAVEN, as if he’d keep those precious lil babies. Or hair for that matter,,, that said, here’s a few changes!

His hair grew back! And he’s REALLY REALLY proud of it. Making him a cat (or in this case lion) seems like a brilliant decision, coz have you seen those beings? EXTREMELY PRIDEFUL. Takes a lot of pride to take a squat and shit on your clothes while making direct eye contact with you- **ahem** ANYWAY!

My favourite design would be Satan, if not for the pure fact he’s a dragon and I LOVE dragons (<saw him and my brain went to dnd, WoF, dragon princess and so much more, I LOVE DRAGONS!)

That said, I have a lot of issues with his design, specifically his name and lack of proper execution for the concept they were trying to portray.

So here are my changes, with ONE small self indulgence, hehehehe.

Maybe I’ll do more soft redesigns like this later, coz they were pretty fun exercises.

start a hoard! it can be anything! shiny things, china tea cups, cozy scarves, scented candles, cool feathers, or anything that your dragontype feels connected to hoarding!

Make/buy horns, a tail, wings, etc!

paint your nails or get them done like claws!

make scale-mail out of pop can tabs! you can make gloves and such, colour them the colour of your scales, and wear them to feel protected!

vampire fang moulds can make great dragon fangs!

make yourself a lair! this could be some kind of blanket and pillowfort, or some cool creation of large sticks and little rock openings if you live somewhere allowing!!

draw your dragon form, and put the pictures up around your lair!

watch or read comforting films/books! our go-tos are HTTYD, WoF, and Eragon!

use tattoo pens or body paint to make shimmery scales!

do makeup that makes you feel connected to your dragonself!! things like faint scale patterns, bright colours, or sharp contouring can help!!

practice some vocals!! be very careful with them, as many draconic style vocals can be painful on a human throat. look up "safe screaming tutorials" to learn how to false chord or fry chord scream, and that can sound a lot like low dragon roars/growls! take your time though, and be safe!

wear colours and style your dragonself would have liked, or that are the colour/pattern of your scales!
