Hi! I've heard that you like to be told about characters. Well, I've come to give you a good meal! By the way, I sent you my request, but if you deleted it, then everything is fine, I understand you and do not condemn you. Well, let's get started!

(I don't have any art with my character at the moment, but one day I'll draw her.)

Her name is Roxanne Rose. She was born in the UK into a wealthy family. Her parents were scientists and therefore they wanted their daughter to follow in their footsteps, but Roxanne was different. She was more attracted to art than science. (By the way, her parents' names are Richard and Rachel.) Her parents condemned their daughter's interests and called art a "waste of time."

"You'd rather study physics or mathematics than smear paint on paper!" That's what Richard and Rachel used to say. Therefore, Roxanne often painted everything that came to her mind in secret from her parents.

She was a huge dreamer. She constantly dreamed that when she grew up, she would become a famous actress and singer and would conquer the hearts of the audience.

But the ten-year-old girl had a terrible illness. She had schizophrenia. At first, Roxanne did not show this disease, but one day, after injuring her finger when the girl was climbing trees, she saw that not blood was flowing from her wound, but liquid gold. She was not scared, but fascinated by the sight. But after a while, her hallucinations began to intensify. Every time she shed her blood, gold flowed from the wound, and sometimes flowers appeared in the place of the wound.

One day, or rather night, Roxanne killed her parents. Their bodies turned into porcelain, gold flowed from them, and roses and lotuses grew on their bodies. And it was then that Roxanne decided that now the whole world is one huge stage and canvas where she will create and perform.

After that, the girl was sent to an orphanage, and no one knew that it was she who killed her parents, because Roxanne had good acting skills.

Throughout her growing up, Roxanne studied acting, dancing, singing, music and drawing. And when she entered the art institute, she had no equal.

But even after the death of her parents, Roxanne continued to kill, but she hid the murders very carefully.

When Roxanne became an actress, she gained worldwide fame. But not right away! Everyone considered her an innocent lamb and the epitome of art.

She was nicknamed the "Art Demon" for her methods of killing, but no one knew that the killer was a popular actress.

Roxanne soon met Alastor when she came to perform in New Orleans. She often came to his studio and actively communicated with him. It turned out that Alastor adored Roxanne's work. Soon a strong friendship was formed between them, and Alastor began to call her Roxy.

A few years later, Roxanne was caught by the police right in her house. Then her victim was an artist who called the police when Roxanne went to the store to get materials. After that, she was imprisoned for life. But a few months later, Roxanne committed suicide. It was 1931 then.

When Roxanne found herself in hell, she did not understand whether this was reality or her sick fantasy. But it turned out that this was all reality.

Armed with a revolver, she began to create her masterpieces again.

This is basic information at the moment, but I have more information.

The facial features and hair are about the same.

In hell, she's a ram demon. There are ram's horns on her head. Also, her facial features are more sheep-like. She has a white fur, but its structure is more similar to that of a smooth-haired cat.

Something I've always found kinda interesting about Red and Green in gameverse is how they turn some of the Stock Shōnen Protagonist/Rival tropes on their heads.

This is really long character analysis of these two and various media counterparts of theirs, so I'm gonna stick it under a cut.

In some ways they fit their roles quite well - aside from the obvious colour associations, you have Red as the hero whose sense of justice is stronger than his sense of self-preservation, and you have Green as the privileged rival who cares about beating Red above all else.

But, if you look at it another way - Green's got the light spiky hair, the hot-headed and boisterous personality, the drive to Get Better And Win. He's designed to read as really open and chipper, yet snarky. Sure, he isn't dumb, but he's arrogant, and he's got something of a one-track mind; the guy finds himself in the middle of a hostage situation because he's just that hellbent on fighting his rival, and does not seem to be thinking about anything else. He's also got a motivation - given how the Professor talks to him in the championship room and supplementary material like his Generations appearance, it's not a stretch to think the reason he's so driven to Get Better And Win is to prove himself to his grandfather. It's shown in later games and supplementary works that he's become somewhat of a mentor as he got older and wiser.

Red, on the other hand, is a quiet loner whose only motivation seems to be to get stronger for the sake of getting stronger. He's level-headed and dark haired, his cap rounding off his edges and obscuring his face. He's heroic, but not really sociable, as evidenced by the fact he spends the Johto games alone on a mountain without having told anyone where he went. He seems isolated in a way that later games' protagonists really don't. He may have always been a step behind Green, but he's always better.

Equally fascinating to me is how other adaptations have changed the base designs around and rewritten personalities to suit different purposes, while still being visually recognisable as counterparts to their game-selves.

For example: Red and Green's counterparts in Special slot WAY more neatly into their stock shōnen roles, with Red as the boisterous hero and Green as the broody rival, and it's reflected in their new designs.

Red's hair becomes spiky to reflect his more excitable nature. His hat, in turn, never obscures his face; it's always either tilted back to accommodate his fringe or turned backwards. Green's hair, on the other hand, is not quite as spiked upwards and instead falls into his face, frequently obscuring his far eye in the same way game!Red's hat does.

And then, of course, the anime balanced them in a totally different direction.

Instead of scrapping Green's personality wholecloth, it's become exaggerated in Gary. He's not the broody antihero rival, he's the arrogant, privileged, better-than-you rival. He's always ten steps ahead of Ash, always pisses him off, and is ALWAYS better until the end of his run. The anime also emphasises his intelligence far more, with him doing things like rattling off dex info and the speed of light in mph off the top of his head, to further contrast him with Ash.

Ash, who is of course THE shōnen protagonist. He's dumb, but determined, and always ready to help people in need. Unlike game!Red, the power of friendship (with more than just pokémon) is central to him; any given season of the show is defined as much if not moreso by his travelling companions and interpersonal relationships as it is by whatever he's actually doing.

It's funny to me, though, how most adaptations seem to find the fact that gameverse Red and Green have swapped some stock roles as something to fix. Even Origins, which is probably the closest a high-profile adaption has come to game-accurate, made its version of Red louder and more standard-hero-esque.

I'm not knocking any of these things, of course, just observing. I adore both Special and anipoke. I just think that the way the game characters are written could lead to some interesting dynamics were it to be explored more.

"You're laughing," Bruce deadpans, and even with those contacts on, that burning glow of anger lights up his brown eyes whiskey golden. "Our toddler stole your car, robbed a toy store, and you're laughing."

"You look so beautiful when you're angry. "

"Harvey."

"Doll. It's funniest shit ever," Harvey exclaims, holding a pleased looking Jason, happy as a clam, cuddling a wonder woman kangaroo plushie.

Jason giggles, " shit!"

Bruce groans. Harvey grins harder, "That's funny too! Come on, you're tellin' me our kid ran over the clown, and you don't find it funny in the slightest."

"Not at all."

"You're just mad you didn't ran over him first."

Bruce doesn't deny that. "He's taking the toys back."

"Eh, come on."

"Harvey."

"Oh, what are ya gonna do? Send me back to arkham?"

Jason laughs, two front teeth missing after following Dick on patrol. Turns out flying takes more than self-confidence and prayer. "Shit."

MMMM twins au with danny and dan except its og TUE timeline danny and dan

ok okay i neeeeed o write this down and share it before i explode buT. as the title says. twins danny and dan (who im going to be calling James/Jamie bc i cannot express how much i despise the name dan) where, instead of disappearing into the ghost zone after he's separated from danny's body, Dan rips out Vlad's ghost half, tears THAT in half, and fuses one half with himself and the other with Danny.

Shit happens, and BOOM. Two morally ambiguous and perhaps slightly murderous demonic twins from hell. Daniel James Fenton and his Twin WHose Always Been Here What Are You Talking About :) James Daniel Fenton. They are both depressed, lonely, and one bad day from becoming a mass extinction event :)

this is because i got grabbed by the hair today and dragged into the SVSS fandom screaming and the fanart of Shen Jiu/Shen Yuan/Shen Quingqiu (????) with his fan entranced me. Ice Prince Core is my favorite thing so naturally i have to implant that onto my favorite blorbos ever :)

After the Incident, both their appearances changed and they're practically identical to each other. Sorta. They both have heterochromia and salt-and-pepper hair. But Danny has one green eye and one blue eye and white hair with black streaks, while Jamie has one blue eye and one green eye and black hair with white streaks. I'm iving them both long hair, for funsies <3

nobody can tell them apart, they keep getting confused on whose who and frankly the mix-match hair and eyes make it worse not better asjd. they're horrifically codependent. please do not separate :)

and because i must. im pulling a blood blossom/tales of the passerine and giving them to pre-robin batman. batman and his terrifying demon(??) twins. nobody is quite sure if they're human or not, and the scourge of gotham are a little too terrified to ask.

(they dont HAVE to go to batman while he's pre-robin. however. i think its much funnier that way bc gotham isn't use to A) Batman having kids, and B) Batman having TERRIFYING kids yet. think of all the new fun rumors)

they both use war fans while they're out, and neither of them use their ghost forms because they at least have the remaining empathy to know that they're more likely to murder someone accidentally as a ghost :). Ghost form is for fellow mythicals and Functionally Immortals Only! Not for Squishy Humans.

They're honestly not bad kids they're just horrifically traumatized two halves of a whole that can never be reunited ever again :).

idk what their vigilante names are but i do know that the underground refer to them in horrified whispers as 'the twins'. this all stemmed from the desperate and sudden urge to see Danny and Jamie, as their vigilante selves, hiding the lower half of their faces with fans and looking terrifyingly judgmental while they do it <333
