So there was another Server event on discord where we were given different color palettes to create a Pretty Cure fan series, my palette being; Royal Blue, Teal, Lime Green, Fuchsia, Orange. Using those colors i whipped up;

Cyber-Rift Pretty Cure Code: Kaiju

Themes: Futuristic, Kaiju, Isekai?, Cyberpunk, Mecha, Emotions, Senses

Synopsis:

While working on a mandatory cyber group project, Hitomi stumbles upon an ancient hard drive with coordinates to the Mysterious abandoned dorm where she meets the enigmatic PEIR (PEIROVACS), an advanced AI who presents her the Hyperlink-Cell and tasks her with restoring balance to a parallel dimension known as the Primeval Colossus Realm. Realizing she can't do it alone, she invites her group mates —Yasuko, Sara, Kaori, and Jina to help her with this mission. As they transform into Cures they form the Cyber Rift Pretty Cure Code: Kaiju. Will they be able to stop the realm from colliding, save the corrupted Kaiju’s. What mysteries will they solve, allies they meet on the way and secrets they uncover in their own home realm. I dunno if there are still people in this fandom, but…

I’ve been rewatching Supernoobs and riding a major nostalgia wave, haha. The show definitely hits different than it did when I was 12!

Anyway, I wanna throw my hat into the fandom ring with some headcanons about the noobs playing dnd (something else that’s on my mind lately, haha):

Tyler: Forever stuck as the DM. The poor guy’s carefully prepped campaigns are usually completely thrown aside by the others’ hijinks. If he does get to play, he’s usually a paladin or cleric because hey, someone on this team needs to be a healer.

Shope: Usually a wizard. Keeps lots of notes about NPCs, quests, etc., but winds up forgetting important details anyway. Loves puzzles in dungeons

Kevin: Probably a fighter, but if he were some kind of spellcaster, he would absolutely try to get Tyler to let him do stupid magic shenanigans (“No, Kevin, you can’t put Mage Hand inside the dragon’s mouth”).

Roach: (Jokingly) banned from playing after tricking Tyler into letting him play as Shrek. Also runs chaotic one-shots from time to time.

Mem: Bard. Don’t ask me why. Just bard.

Zen: Artificer, because it’s the closest he’ll get to wielding blasters. He still doesn’t “get” the game but he joins in because he likes killing the monsters.

Tiefling Warlock (Pact of the Fiend)

The first D&D character I ever played.

Only got to play two sessions with them.

Unintentionally inspired by Critical Role Campaign 2

Backstory written between 1-3am on my phone.

Has an imp familiar who looks like a raven.

Occasionally gets possessed by their patron, and then gets given new powers as an "apology".

Fire theme.

Rook (Adrian Lockwood)

Half-elf Rogue (Swashbuckler)

First (and only) character to make it past 8 sessions. (So far.)

Disaster bisexual pirate boy with SO MUCH trauma.

Wields a magic rapier that was a gift from his captain + first mentor.

Enemies with a different pirate captain who wants to capture him.

Has decent charisma but relatively terrible social skills.

Bastard son of a nobleman. Has daddy issues.

Reckless and impulsive to a fault. Would die for his friends.

May or may not be cursed by a demon lord.

Asola Riava Ashmark

Aasimar Paladin (Oath of Vengeance)

Made it 8 sessions before we switched campaigns.

Doesn't know she's an aasimar. Her powers show up when she experiences extreme emotions and it's only ever happened twice in her life.

Got briefly possessed and then force-shut-down by a literal god.

Has a habit of picking up stray traumatized young people.

The party's moral compass. Tried to keep them somewhat in line.

Believes that laying down her life to save someone else's is worth it. Swears she doesn't have self-worth issues.

Morana Novak

Witch (Curse Patron)

Character for an eventual Pathfinder game.

Named after a Slavic goddess of death and winter.

Necromancer, got kicked out of her hometown for graverobbing and experimenting on corpses.

Her familiar is a raven named Miro, who she rescued and trained.

Autistic as hell, which will be fun for me to play.

Very creepy and unsettling person.

One of her future party members nicknamed her "Mortician".

Cyra

Fire Genasi Barbarian (Path of the Storm Herald)

Newest character on this powerpoint.

Fights with a magical flaming quarterstaff that she can summon from inside herself.

Has a stolen, magically powered vehicle.

Formerly part of a cult. Only stayed around for their toxic then-girlfriend.

Somehow basically the least traumatized member of the party. That was NOT the plan.

Shadar-Kai/Reborn Rogue (Phantom)

Devout follower of the Raven Queen, has utter faith in her actions.

Used to work for an assassin's guild until she was killed after a job gone wrong.

Revived by the Raven Queen herself to be her assassin.

Sent to Barovia to kill a powerful lich.

Has complicated feelings on her own resurrection, but her faith in the Raven Queen is stronger than her doubts about herself, for now...

A massive hypocrite when it comes to other people being resurrected.

Odynia Adrasteia Erinys

Aasimar Paladin (Oath of Vengeance)

Devoted follower of Nemesis, goddess of divine retribution.

Got transformed into an aasimar after being chosen to be Nemesis's eye on the mortal plane.

"And eye for an eye" but make it literal.

Has black feathered wings sometimes.

More than a little bit of a bitch. Very prickly at best.

Her name means "inescapable pain/grief" so that bodes well.

Hellbent on revenge... but why?

Aspen Vale

Half-Elf/Changeling Bard/Warlock (Glamour/Archfey)

Pied Piper'd into the Feywild as a child.

Learned bardic magic there, and made a pact with their patron, Fin, the god of death.

Sent back to the material plane with ZERO memories.

Named themself after the first thing they saw in the material plane - an aspen grove.

Carries a "broken" compass that Fin uses to guide them in the right direction without their knowledge.

Carrion Vice

Barbarian (Path of the Fractured)

Physically a tiefling, mechanically a Beasthide shifter.

He grew up religious and his birth name was Reverence.

Received his name after being left for dead and told "Soon you'll be nothing but carrion".

Transforms into an unrecognizable monster when he rages.

Transformations caused by exposure to Delirium (magically radioactive crystal) when he was a kid.

Current goal is to kill his former mentor, the one who left him behind...

Still no time to really write - on my way to work for a 10-5 (thank fucking God it's a short day today) but some headcanons I have for some fandoms!

For KHR, Lussuria actually is pretty into crystals. He's not entirely convinced they'll help clear up any medical issues but he likes to hope they will, so he learns about them and all the supposed healing properties. Mostly he just really likes the way they look and likes collecting pretty crystals in all forms. Also, Byakuran also is really into Magic: The Gathering and plays D&D - his latest campaign sees him as a Dragonborn Fallen Paladin!

For K Project, Chitose thinks Andrew Tate isn't really a bad guy at all.

For Servamp, you literally have to pay Tsurugi to wear socks because he hates them so much. Also, Gear's favourite colour is yellow and he dislikes rap music.

For Mystic Messenger, Zen loves Hamilton and Jaehee always wanted to be involved in theater back during her school years but felt that it wasn't proper, especially as she felt she had to stay focused on her studies and padding her resume so that she could obtain a good job.

next morning! zen leaves parsleys tent and time for breakfast soup! wheatley is looking nervously at zen lol. senna fucked off into the woods lol. teya is exhasberated at zen lol. zen frowns and takes the soup away no breakfast for us. parsley says hes gonna hurt him if he makes soup again lol.

zen pulls out a pan with a frown and makes pancakes! senna comes back with a bundle of weeds. zen throws a pancake at parsley for being a little shit xD hes still frowning while cooking lol. parsley gets rouge back, teya put a lil bow on her :3

he hopes we choke on the food lol. teya whispers he choked on something allright lol. senna is not eating and just tossing weeds into the fire. zen gives wheatley one of those orbs so he can eat too lol. SP has picked up sennas plate and is shoving it against her lol.

androids not a foodie dont bring up the soup. parsley says the spite makes it taste great lol. time to go! after a while we see a big spiraling kingdom in the distance surrounded by a big wall. senna is noticibly lagging behind everyone. senna says she feels...weird. like an ice cold bath. she looks up at the wall nervously. she grabs papyrus hand and continues.

Serkonos! Guards at the gate! wheatley waves at them, bad idea. they blow a horn and an army runs out of the gate. senna tells wheatley to get behind her, and drags papyrus to the front with her. They immediately kneel.

Knight Papyrus and Queen Senna! wheatley peeks out lol. Senna tells them to be at peace, they are friends and here to investigate. They stand down and take senna and friends to the palace, forming a troope around everyone.

the guards on the walls have weird magical ballista lol. parsley flips them off lol. the people start kneeling as senna passes. they whisper as they see wheatley, assholes. As we cross the gate senna feels intense malice and hears 'finally' in her head and she collapses. NO MORE CLERIC?!

senna pales and is doing very unwell. tears roll down her face in silence. the guards take her away and summon some carriages. the royal guard! taken straight to a room with doctors and the door slams and stops the others from entering. a butler arrives and offers to take them to some rooms to rest. someone gaves wheatley some shoes cause he has no traction. they also gave some to teya she says no lol.

wheatley wants to room with teya lol. parsley also is going with them lol. teya asks for a large single room for everyone. their taken to a living room like place. teya asks if the door can be open a crack cause shes claustrophobic (liar) but he abides.

wheatley is trying to snuggle with everyone lol. teya transfers into nova dammit. cat mode activated. android grabs nova and says she causes problems for everyone. she just shakes her head lol. teya goes back to normal frustrated. android says to discuss shit with everyone first.

she just needs to get near the room to hear whats going on. she cant and wont do anything else as a cat lol. android gives the go-ahead nice. he'll take responsibility if something happens. teya rolls over cat style in front of the door lol. one guard wants to pet the others tell him not too lol.

theres nothing 'wrong' with senna says the doctors. its like shes extremely exhausted. papyrus says its much more than that. her faith, her connection, has been severed. hes seen such things before from paladins leaving his order. she needs rest and time to adjust. teya heads back!

teya says shits fucked. parsley groans and collapses on the couch. wheatley is freaking out and dissassociating. android is in thought. teya still doesnt trust papyrus aww. zen cant say much that doesnt work like that for him lol. so. they might be stuck here for a while. groans abound lol. parsley paces. a cat purrs with wheatley and parsley says its gonna explode. wheatley says no they dont xD

theres a knock at the door! its papyrus! senna will be fine he says, she just needs rest. a few hours hopefully. the docs are taking good care of her! wheatley asks what happaned. paps thinks her connection to her god was totally severed. no idea how or why. she might have been abandoned. shes a great person and a great fighter, and paps is gonna look into this for them.

he asks if they need any nourishment. their not in the mood. 5 minutes of paps and parsley staring at each other in silence XD when he leaves parsley asks how likely it was sennas god was killed. android says that doesnt happen unless all the followers are killed. if even 1 is left they will be alive. wheatley clings to android a little lol.

teya decides to use the spinglephone! groggy spingledorf! she asks why a god would leave a cleric. 1 reason is that their faith wasnt enough and they are deemed unworthy. it might be a test. gods are fickle. wheatley asks if something else or someone could do it. there ARE some ancient artifacts but those are temporary. during the time of the gods war so VERY old. unlikely to be any artifacts left. parsley asks spingledorf if hes heard of a henweigh. swing and a miss with him. wheatley asks it though but is confused with the answer.

teya wonders if sennas god is pissed shes working for robotgod. android says most gods arent all knowing, unless it pertains to sight or knowledge. teya asks how likely it is a god could misplace someone. android says it IS possible, but praying helps. senna stopped recently. uh oh.

zen remembers robogod looked into sennas god! he did not know of sennas. her god died during the gods war?! how does a god just disappear like that? there is the noble ember, they werent extinct despite their best. so their gods alive probably.

wheatley shifts uncomfortably. parsley sighs and asks wtf the god war is. android says the noble ember started it. wheatley interjects it was the people that killed chell. it lasted over a thousand years. a vengeful god, full of grudges. it mostly went after followers of primordial fire. one by one each god fell until the primordial fell.

gods fought back. it wasted the land, hence few kingdoms. this one is up and running decently. gods cant fight directly and used their followers. some joined the noble ember god. chaos. death. even 1 followers is enough to save a god. and you can bring it back if you find its ways of worship.

it IS possible someone got scriptures of sennas god and changed how it worship. the war is why android was created. to keep robogod safe and alive. robogod wants to bring them back if possible.

Zen - Dragonborn Oathbreaker Paladin - BALDUR'S GATE 3

An oath made, an oath broken. Yet those who needed protection were given that and more. Though many friends were made and lost, their legend will live forevermore. With a somber stroll away from the battlefield, a new adventure begins.

What's your most favourite class and race to play? Why? Least favourite? Why?

This answer is long so buckle up! Each TMiF member got to answer this!

CptTritium: My favorite is Pathfinder Paladin. I liked Paladins pre-3.5e because I like playing with restrictions, because paladins in pre-3.5e you had to be lawful good and live under the pact of a higher power which is really important considering the historical meaning behind the term. I like the idea of a holy warrior. I'm tempted to say gnome is my favorite race because… Well (group laughter). Honestly though all my favorite races and classes are the ones in the SRD, because I like playing in those constraints. Least favorite: (thinking) They all have their place, but I don't know, insert College of Creation Bard here? (laughter) For context the first time we played Curse of Strahd, Jade played a Creation Bard and killed Strahd with a bunch of books. Oh you know my least favorite race? The Ardlings from D&DOne or whatever they're calling it. Just make Aasimar better, don't just give them animal heads. I don't actually have super strong feelings about it though.

RosexKnight: My favorite class is Warlock, even though I'm not playing many in our games because I was trying to avoid doing my whole thing! (laughs) And the only one I WAS playing, died! Hilariously enough my favorite race is tieflings. I just really like them for their diversity in appearance. Least favorite: My least favorite subclass is the alchemist artificer because it could have been SO MUCH BETTER! And it's not! Compared to the other artificer subclasses. It's a decent enough support class becase you get some bonuses to healing, or when you do damage that's fire, acid, or poison.

Jademod: Favorite: Fighters and Rogues are both good for multiclassing, that's why I like them. One or two levels gives some fun variety and they have a good variety of subclasses if you go three levels. I'd thought wizard was my most played class but both times I've played wizard with this group it was a wizard/fighter because I'm a sucker for melee-based casters! (laughs) Least favorite: That's… A hard one. Maybe druid? I dunno I think they're cool, and I've played them and I will play them, but it depends. And (sorry Zen but) Ranger? I don't think they're bad I just don't like a lot of the ranger spells as much as other classes' spells. I don't DISlike the class it's just not my favorite class. I have played and will play ranger!

Ry: I gotta say my favorite race has gotta be dragonborn, because I'm playing Dungeons&DRAGONS and there's going to be an effing DRAGON. They're just fun because breath weapons are dope; you can have a direct line of fire or a giant cone. You turn your breath into a public service announcement! Class is where it gets tricky, because there's a lot of really interesting capabilities. Bard is a fantastic class because you can get really creative. But there's something about Barbarians, I've come to find, as a phenomenally fun class to run solo or mix in. No spells or anything, I just get mad and swing my axe or sword and it's that easy. But I am having fun playing warlock; get to use the best cantrip in the world, Toll the Dead! Eldritch blast is great but Toll the Dead has been fantastic. Least favorite: Monk. It's a good class, but for a class that's just for punching things it's just way too complex. It's just the one I like least. It's the getting going with them, and there's so much to manage.

Bluebrush09: I have mostly rogues, fighters, and wizards, and mostly humans for played characters. But I don't branch out much 'cause I don't really look at builds to play. Just go with whatever is character-fitting since most of mine are pre-existing.

ZenAquaria: My favorite class is the Cleric! Partially because that's the class I started with in the first CoS run with Spooks, my little grave cleric! I am a support player by nature, and the cleric has a lot to offer in that regard. Depending on your domain, you can be a frontliner, a back-of-the-pack support, a healer, crowd control; there's a lot of options. And I really enjoy multiclassing the cleric! Because they really can! (laughter) When it comes to race I don't really have a favorite either, that I've played? Which means I don't have a least fave either! But if you were to look at my collection of characters I've not yet run, that answer would lie with the drow, just by virtue of most numerous. I do really love the owlin though, because heyo, Spooks! Least favorite: As far as least favorite class goes, Iiiii… have not played the same subclass twice so that's really hard for me to pick because I haven't found one I just, did not like. I will say I do not appreciate how they have shorted the Beastmaster Ranger in costing them their action to command their pet, unless you have the Primal Spirit companion from Tasha's.

Auriela. altmer dual wielding spellblade. first character I realized I could modify with the new body slider. as such I gave her a Pixar mom body, obviously. and like giga tall. like her forehead touches the doorframe tall. like I have to sneak in order to fit thru some places tall lmao.

this dude was made using the Sarpa - Beyond Skyrim: Argonia mod. for those that don't know, Argonians also have different subspecies like the Khajiit. bird-like Argonians are called Sarpa (they're an ESO creation, they never existed before that). I think this is a fan interpretation of how they'd look like and I think it's super cool. His name is Steals-Your-Spoons. fore roleplay purposes I am obligated to steal any spoon I come across. I won't be actively looking for them but I will have a drawer in one of my player homes that's just crammed with spoons because this name decided to come to me while showering lol. in combat, he's gonna be a frontline archer that uses summons and followers to tank instead of being a stealth archer because we've all played that style to death. this mod actually added an acrobatic archer playstyle that's really cool. you know that backflip scatter arrow move you can do in Dragon Age: Inquisition? yea that's possible here with this mod

Kanaheda the bosmer. initially I planned on making her a stealth mage since the mod's new perk system allows for a stealth mage playstyle by giving magic attacks sneak damage......but then while messing with the CC I realized I could give her glowing body tattoos and then the plan changed. she's now a naked brawler. she literally just runs in there shrieking beating people into paste with her fists. cuz I wanna see the tats lol. this is supported cuz this mod brings back the Unarmored skill from Morrowind and the Hand-to-Hand skill from Daggerfall/Morrowind/Oblivion.

while in the overworld, I'll ride around on the horse and swing my axe around to replicate the FE cavalier playstyle. obv in dungeons and stuff I'll have to stick to being on foot but that's fine cuz I love the new battleaxe animations in this mod. very meaty

Zenandrayda the dunmer. initially made her to be the stealth archer but since the new combat mechanics are more similar to Elden Ring I just decided to be a weapon + shield knight sort of character with her. 100% because I found this purple shield lmao. she also sprinkles in some illusion magic before fights.

oh and this mod adds bladestaffs to the game. they literally have the same moveset as staves do in Dragon Age 2/Inquisition

Zen-Ma will be a pure mage most likely. her armor is the Ancient Argonian Armor made by 4thUnknown. I fell in love with this armor the moment I saw it. massive Twilight Princess Fused Shadow vibes + I love that Argonians get some love cuz they're probably my favorite race in the series

it doesn't come across in screenshots but the lights glow in and out (just like the Fused Shadow lol)

I also made 2 Khajiit, a male Bosmer, and an Imperial lady but I don't have any screenshots of them. the character creator is insane so I'm probably gonna make like 20 more characters. the CC even has a sculptor feature so if you have the patience you can literally mold your character however you want.

*Fake Memories: Not a especially big part of Zivs character, but the highly forcesensetive Murakami Orchids are telepathically connected and so are their memories. The Sickness and its follow up The Blackwing Virus are nothing but the corrupted councious of one of the Murakami Orchids and sucked up the memories of everyone infected (and slowly lets their infected have more and more skills of what had ben collected in thismemory pool). As Darth Drear and Darth Scabrous were both infected by The SIckness, it had soaked up their memories too and this memories were shared telepathically with other Murakami Orchids, including eventually Zivs Murakami 4000 years later. As the Murakami roams through Zivs memories and the pool of memories of other Orchids to learn, Ziv will find herself going through memories of the two Darths in her dreams. It does not help her in anything but having very horrible dreams, beside beeing able to read Darth Scabrous handwriting and having a rough plan of the Academy on Odacer Faustin in her mind. Ziv is obviously not epsecially happy about this. She does not like the idea that her Life is influenced by people who had died fourthausand years before her birth.

Magic from Technology+ Lost Technology : Wolf lives in medieval times. However she is still living in one of the Marvel Universe Dimension on a earth where people like the Asgardians and other beeings occaisonally stopped by for a holiday, so- for example- finding a in the earth buried spaceship or superweapon would be not the weirdest thing that would happen to her in a week. That she is working with and working against a Guild of Alchemists that want to find, research and use specifically those things is part of her workday. 

Thou Shalt Not Kill: A moral line Wolf would never cross. Her younger self how ever, beeing a starving 14 year old part of the Peregrinatio Puerorum , did crossed that line when she robbed other people for food and got rid of any followers (Which is her Dark Secret) . In that manner her older self has better morals than her younger self. While WOlf has now a Greater Good orientated moral compass, her younger self- especially her time as a thief and robber- occaisonally rears its head- and while she might be charming about it, she has no problems overstepping laws or personal property. Which puts her in the loveable Rogue category. And with occaisonally it means: standing near Wolf end 99, 99% of the time with your wallet in her hands, her flipping through your wallet pictures and handing it back without the poor victim noticing. Considering she mostly stands beside other Spidermen with no bags, this might be a hilarious image.

Character Tics : Wolf has the habit of scratching the poxscars on her cheeks or suck on the scarred corner of her mouth, when she is uncomfortable, bored or in thoughts.

Magical Eye(s) + living lie detector+ Blessed with SUCK: After her body mutates, Wolf has eight eyes, which obviously enhanced her sense of sight immensely. She even has a heatvision which allowes her to figure that people are lying to her due to their bodytemperature mildy rising. Obviously she also has eight eyes, has to constantly hide them, is prone to migraines due to the change in her skulls form,  is constantly overstimulated and barely finds ways to fall asleep.
