if you were to redesign the courts how do you think you would do it and what would they look like??
Ooh, I absolutely love this question! If I were to redesign the courts of Prythian in a way that feels grounded in both the mythology of the world and real-world influences, I’d approach it with a focus on culture, environment, and historical context for each court, drawing inspiration from different real-life regions and aesthetics.
1. Night Court:
• Theme: Mysticism, Balance, and Resilience
• Inspiration: The Night Court would draw inspiration from both Mediterranean and Middle Eastern architecture, focusing on sleek stone buildings with intricate, high ceilings, sweeping archways, and rooms bathed in rich jewel tones, blacks, purples, and silvers. The style would echo both the Byzantine Empire and Ottoman Architecture, with some influences from ancient temples.
• Landscape: Think of a landscape that is both dark and breathtaking—rocky cliffs, deep caves, and forests with bioluminescent plants. This court would have a mysterious, alluring vibe, with the contrast of darkness providing peace and quiet but also immense power.
• Important Features:
• The Moonstone Temple (inspired by real-world moon worship sites) at the center of the court, a place of deep reverence and power.
• Rhysand’s palace would be a towering, opulent structure carved from dark stone with murals depicting stars and celestial symbols.
• The Summer Court would be linked to the Night Court by a sweeping, mysterious river, glowing with soft bioluminescence.
2. Summer Court:
• Theme: Freedom, Celebration, and Abundance
• Inspiration: The Summer Court would have a more Tropical Mediterranean feel, with influences from Santorini, Greece, and the French Riviera—think wide open beaches, sun-drenched villas, vibrant colors, and terrace gardens bursting with flowers.
• Landscape: Sweeping fields of golden flowers, vast vineyards, and citrus groves. There would be the constant sound of waves crashing against the shore, but the air would always be warm and inviting, with gentle breezes. The mountains would be soft but still imposing on the horizon.
• Important Features:
• High, pastel-colored stone buildings, with large windows that look out over the ocean, allowing constant sunlight to flood the space.
• Pavilion (inspired by ancient Greek open-air spaces for art and dialogue) would be a tranquil meeting place, complete with open terraces overlooking the sun-kissed sea.
• A fortress that is both protective and relaxed, with luxurious gardens and open spaces for relaxation and battle strategy.
3. Spring Court:
• Theme: Rebirth, Growth, and Nature
• Inspiration: This would be inspired by Japanese Zen Gardens mixed with French countryside and Victorian gardens. The focus would be on a peaceful connection with nature and rebirth, where every season is celebrated. The Court would be filled with soft and calming architecture with light-colored stone, delicate wooden details, and a lot of nature surrounding it. Think of flowing rivers, abundant floral life, and large greenhouses.
• Landscape: Vast fields of tulips, lavender, and cherry blossoms, with clean, bright lines and soft, calming views. Greenhouses and orchards would create the perfect blend of natural beauty and structure.
• Important Features:
• The Garden of Renewal (an iconic space inspired by Japanese gardens), where flora from all over the realm grows in harmony, a place where High Lords and Ladies would seek peace.
• Tamlin’s palace would be a lovely, sprawling structure with flowing water features, a large courtyard of blooming flowers, and marble paths.
• A Herb and Medicinal Garden with expansive greenhouses would help maintain the Court’s healing traditions and connection with nature.
4. Autumn Court:
• Theme: Strength, Resilience, and Honor
• Inspiration: This Court would pull from Scottish Highlands architecture and Norse traditions, emphasizing the raw beauty of the land and the sturdy strength of its people. Massive stone fortresses, wood-paneled interiors, and rugged natural landscapes would reflect its warriors’ rugged personalities. Think of heavy stone walls, dark woods, and ornate tapestries that reflect their storied history.
• Landscape: The land would be filled with dense forests, crisp air, and vibrant autumn colors—reds, oranges, yellows, and browns. The environment would include high mountain ranges, wild rivers, and waterfalls. The Autumn Court would be the most self-sufficient, living off the land and embracing the strength of the harvest season.
• Important Features:
• The Great Hall of Autumn (modeled after Viking longhouses) would be the heart of the court, complete with massive wooden beams and a roaring hearth.
• The Wildlands outside the city would host fierce animal hunts, reminding the people of the strength of their ancestors.
• The surrounding forest would be deep and mysterious, with secret hunting paths and sacred spots known only to the oldest of their bloodline.
5. Winter Court:
• Theme: Mystery, Justice, and Reflection
• Inspiration: The Winter Court would take inspiration from Icelandic and Norwegian aesthetics, featuring towering, snow-capped mountain ranges, glaciers, and fjords. I would focus on clean, sleek designs—heavy stone fortresses that feel eternal against the backdrop of freezing winds.
• Landscape: Snowy peaks, thick pine forests, and icy rivers would dominate this court. Everything would be cold, but beautiful, with crystalline formations and glimmering ice. The people of this court would be hardy and self-sufficient, embracing the harsh winter months.
• Important Features:
• The Palace of Ice would be a castle made entirely of ice and snow—frosted walls, a glittering reflection of winter’s beauty.
• The Frozen Court would be a meeting place carved into the glaciers, only accessible through hidden ice tunnels. It would be the seat of winter politics and secret meetings.
• The Emberforge—a central furnace powered by volcanic magma, keeping the Court warm amidst the freezing landscape. This forge could be used for their weapons, armor, and crafting.
6. Dawn Court:
• Theme: Hope, Renewal, and Artistry
• Inspiration: The Dawn Court would combine the elegance of French Baroque architecture with the tranquility of Spanish courtyards. This Court would be built with symmetry, art, and morning light in mind. The buildings would be open, airy, and welcoming, painted in shades of gold, white, and pale pink.
• Landscape: The Court would have wide, sweeping plains, rolling hills with vineyards, and fields of sunflowers and lavender. The sun would rise early and set late here, bathing the land in soft, golden light.
• Important Features:
• The Dawn Palace would be a luxurious space filled with sculptures, gardens, and frescoes that reflect the Court’s artistic influence and love for beauty.
• The Reflecting Pools would symbolize rebirth and hope. These pools would line the grand halls and provide both a sense of serenity and beauty.
• Sunset Gardens would be an open space for gatherings, often used for artistic performances, where musicians and painters come together to create under the soft glow of the setting sun.
Every Court has its own atmosphere and aesthetic that influences how they operate, who they are as a people, and their relationship with the land around them.

What an unusual home! 1910 house in Nashville, Tennessee looks like it was an Arts & Crafts style, but it's really been altered. 4bds, 3ba, and I can't believe they're asking $2.5M. I mean, it's not being sold w/the decor, so you're left with the altered walls and architecture. You have to see it for yourself.
Tumblr media
As soon as you enter, you can see that they've put a flagstone floor in the entrance hall and what looks like an old cement fountain with a cover.
Tumblr media
Check out the newel posts on the stairs.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In the living room you can see the Arts & Crafts fireplace with the typically glass door shelves. They're painted black, but the tile surround is still there.
Tumblr media
Interestingly, the dining room is done in Country French.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The kitchen is another situation entirely. But, if you're a homebuyer and you like the style, you have to visualize what it will look like w/o all this stuff. Like, do you have these sorts of things to replicate the look?
Tumblr media
The guest powder room has a galvanized trough as a sink, and a long shower type faucet. I'm confused.
Tumblr media
In the 2nd floor hallway.
Tumblr media
The first bedroom must be the primary. It's got a fireplace and it's nice.
Tumblr media
The primary bedroom has an en-suite. It's very nice, but I don't like what they did with the tub, I would repaint that.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In this hall outside of the bath, there's a door to a deck.
Tumblr media
A big closet. Did you ever notice that most of the expensive homes have only men's clothing in the closets?
Tumblr media
Here's a nice bath. Cute vintage tub.
Tumblr media
One of the bedrooms is a cozy library.
Tumblr media
The attic is finished and has a sitting area and a work desk.
Tumblr media
Plus a little Zen area.
Tumblr media
Down on the ground floor is a sort of den with doors that open to the patio.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The patio is lovely. There's a beautiful fireplace out here.
Tumblr media
This is a very cozy yard with lots of seating, but it's so close to the neighbors.
Tumblr media
There's more patio and gardens alongside the house.
Tumblr media
There are gardens in the front of the house, also, and as you can see, they've painted the brick black.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I love the front garden, ii's so unique and much better than a common lawn.

COLUMBUS 2017 - dir. by Kogonada
I still don’t have enough words about how this movie helped me appreciate & gain back my passion for architecture ( which is insane but good for me ) cause of the angles used for the movie and the place chosen ( city of Columbus , Indiana ) - for those to ask , I found an entire list with every location / building shown in the movie , which is fantastic for a further research in the architecture history.
Long story short , its about a korean-born man named Jin who goes back in USA & finds himself stuck in Columbus when his father , a very well known architect , gets into coma. While staying there for his father he meets a young girl, Casey , an architecture passionate who works in the local library & still wants to stay in the city with her mother, a recovering addict, instead of pursuing her own dreams.
Which strikes me the most about this movie is yes , the architecture from the Columbus and more precisely , the Saarinen architecture . And Kevin Roche . And Richard Maier . All in a small city and how one of the characters says : its a mecca for modern architecture . And sometimes its something you find it rare in the movie industry the idea itself to present more of the ambiance where all the action takes place.
We see a lot of camera shots with the interiors of the Miller House, the 1953-era home designed by Eero Saarinen for Irwin and Xenia Miller and their five children ( considered one of the best examples of mid-century modern architecture ) and also from the interior of Bartholomew County Library, designed by I.M. Pei in 1969 ; Plus , we are presented through the movie to : the North Christian Church by Eero Saarinen -1964 ( designed by saarinen before his death in 1961 but completed by kevin roche john dinkeloo and associates ) ; Columbus City Hall by Edward Bassett/SOM - 1981 ; Fire station nr.4 by Robert Venturi - 1967.
Besides that , when it comes to the angles we see inspiration from the japanese movies ( especially Yasujirō Ozu films , his way of passageways that reflects the culture of the people from the town + the angles are more oriented to the ambience/place rather on the actors ) , from Wes Anderson movies when it comes to simetry / di-simetry of the compositions . But one thing straight : the lights , the colour palette chosen , the action/ the plot itself its another thing that makes again this movie so special and would rewatch it again soon + the dialogues between the characters are more oriented to their personality /soul , more oriented to their inner dialogues that sometimes they have (Casey about her path in life and her desire to pursue a career in architecture , her life in Columbus , Jin about his relationship with his father and his trajectory of his every day life as an editor ) , you won’t see any superficial subjects about what should I do / related to the pop culture today .
Speaking of ambiance , another thing interesting about the movie its the pillow-shots , also inspired from Yasujiro Ozu films which helps you have more focus on the story . ”The idea of the “pillow” word or phrase is something that was first used to describe phrases in classical Japanese poetry – these are often short phrases that appear as the first line of a poem, but don’t add anything to the literal meaning of the poem. Instead, their purpose is more for rhythm, or atmosphere, or perhaps to introduce a subject, or modify a noun.”
He often calls this type a transcendental style of filmmaking + the pillow shots, he argues, are examples of mu, the concept of emptiness in Zen art. The pillow shots are Ozu’s version of mu, and they break off sections of conversation – unlike the critics who see the pillow shots as supplements to the narrative , “the dialogue gives meaning to the silence, the action to the still life.”
The movie Columbus the way I see it - its contemplative , ambiental , abstract , meticulous made and for sure its one of the movies that makes you reflect more about life while still watching it , another rare quality for a movie that brings me back to the way Kurosawa , Vittorio De Sica , Bergman made their movies of course .

Interview with the Vampire
S1 Ep 4: “…The Ruthless Pursuit of Blood with All a Child’s Demanding”
“Last episode felt like two halves of two different wholes” “what the fuck” “is this journals and diaries and stuff? I like the bookcase. It’s pretty neat” “Is he going to walk into the zen garden?” “Does Louis feel responsible or something?” “What’s in the trees?” “I don’t understand. He can make new vampires instantly? I’m confused” “I wonder how this is going to turn out. I feel like a lot of jealousy bullshit” “you’ve got a real mess. Good thing they don’t have DNA” “Is she now a permanent character?” “Was that a weighted door closure?” laughter
“Why did Lestat agree to do this?” laughter
“That’s one way to deal with it” “why don’t they put her in a different room?” “case in point I guess” “why the fuck are they on boats?” “artistic?” “Ok. That works too” “All the way out there to look at bugs and eat a fish?” “How would he know that?” “I feel like they would have scanned the journals in at this some point.” “She doesn’t like Lestat?” “That’s not that old” “I suppose you’d get miserable being stuck at that age the whole time” “his mom?” “is now the right time to talk about this?” “what?” “I guess the Catholic religion came from the North” “Those car lights are not original nor are they period appropriate” “or the white balance was way off.’ “boobies?” “ok” “how dramatic” “ok” “this whole situation is trouble. She can’t be a permanent character. She’s not part of the interview” “oh is she going to kill this guy?” “they didn’t really think about the consequence of this” “I’m pretty sure that’s the worst age to be stuck at” “How old is she? But how old is she really?” “that horse is a little too excited” “is she going to turn the guy into a vampire and start this whole thing over?” “oh no never mind. He’s dead” “oh she didn’t mean to do it. Oopsie” “well I mean. Tough lesson to learn” “I don’t believe in that” “so many foot prints” “what are they going to do with this book that they’re writing?” laughter “what the fuck” “I see” “ok. Sure”
“That was a much better written episode than the last one. It followed some back and forth with the interview. I still wanna know what Dubai is all about besides the cool architecture”

AMD Ryzen 7 8700G APU Zen 4 & Polaris Wonders!
Tumblr media
AMD Ryzen 7 8700G APU The company formidable main processing unit (APU) with Zen 4 framework and Polaris designs, the AMD Ryzen 7 processor 8700G
The conclusions of the assessments for the Ryzen 5 processor from AMD 8600G had previously revealed this morning, and now some of the most recent measurements from the Ryzen 7 8700G APU graph G have been released made public. Among AMD’s Hawk A point generation of advanced processing units (APUs), the upcoming Ryzen 7 8700G APU will represent the top of the lineup of the The AM5 series desktops APU. That is going to have an identical blend of Zen 4 and RDNA 3 cores in a single monolithic package.
Featuring 16 MB of L3 memory cache and 8 megabytes of L2 cache, the aforementioned AMD Ryzen 7 8700G APU features a total of 8 CPU cores and a total of 16 threads built onto it. It is possible to quicken the clock to 5.10 GHz from its base frequency of 4.20 GHz. A Radeon 780M based on RDNA 3 with 12 compute units and a clock speed of 2.9 GHz is included in the integrated graphics processing unit (GPU). It is anticipated that future Hawk Point APUs would have support for 64GB DDR5 modules, which will allow for a maximum of 256GB of DRAM capacity to be used on the AM5 architecture.
The study ASUS TUF Extreme X670E-PLUS wireless internet chipset with 32GB of DDR5 4800 RAM was used for the performance tests that were carried out. Because of this design, it is anticipated that the performance would be somewhat reduced. The Hawk Point APUs and the AM5 platform are both compatible with faster memory modules, which may lead to improved performance. This is made possible by the greater bandwidth that is advantageous to the integrated graphics processing unit (iGPU).
The AMD Ryzen 7 8700G “Hawk Point” APU was able to reach a performance of 35,427 points in the Vulkan benchmark, while it earned 29,244 points in the OpenCL benchmark. With the Ryzen 5 8600G equipped with the Radeon 760M integrated graphics processing unit, this results in a 15% improvement in Vulkan and an 18% increase in OpenCL. The 760M integrated graphics processing unit (iGPU) has only 8 compute units, but the AMD 780M has 12 compute units.
In spite of the fact that the 760M integrated graphics processing unit (iGPU) has faster DDR5 6000 memory, performance does not seem to rise linearly whenever there are fifty percent more cores. It would seem that this is the maximum performance that the Radeon IGPs are capable of. The results of future testing, particularly those involving overclocking, will be fascinating. However, the Meteor Lake integrated graphics processing units (iGPUs) might be improved with better quality memory configurations (LPDDR5x).
With the debut of the AM5 “Hawk Point” APUs at the end of January, it is anticipated that the RDNA 3 chips would provide increased performance for the integrated graphics processing unit (iGPU). At AMD’s next CES 2024 event, it is anticipated that further details will be discussed and revealed.

In this article, we explore why cast stone fountains are a trending design element for 2025 and how they contribute to serene, healing landscapes.
1. The Wellness-Driven Outdoor Design Trend
Modern outdoor design is shifting toward spaces that encourage mindfulness, relaxation, and tranquility. Designers, builders, and architects are now integrating cast stone outdoor fountains to elevate these spaces—blending beauty with purpose.
These installations support:
Restful lounging zones
Meditation gardens
Corporate wellness courtyards
Community reflection areas
And at the center of it all? The soothing sound and visual of flowing water.
2. The Role of Water in Creating Calm
Water has long been a symbol of clarity and renewal. In outdoor settings, it has the unique ability to:
Soothe the mind with gentle motion and sound
Mask urban noise pollution
Attract birds and wildlife, enhancing biophilic connection
Create a sensory escape from daily stress
That’s why cast stone water fountains have become staples in modern wellness landscapes.
3. Cast Stone Fountains: Classic Beauty Meets Modern Needs
Cast stone outdoor fountains offer unmatched aesthetic value and durability. Whether you choose a cast stone wall fountain or a freestanding tiered design, you’re investing in a piece that’s both timeless and functional.
Benefits of Cast Stone:
Authentic stone look with custom design flexibility
Long-lasting and weather-resistant
Elegant detailing with low maintenance
Available in both traditional and modern forms
Many designers are pairing cast stone fountains with precast concrete balustrade systems for cohesive, luxurious hardscape layouts.
4. Sound Healing Through Flowing Water
The sound of moving water isn’t just pleasant—it’s scientifically proven to:
Lower stress levels
Enhance concentration
Improve mood and mental clarity
Installing a cast stone wall fountain near patios, meditation spaces, or entrances can bring these benefits right to the user’s everyday environment.
5. Outdoor Design Ideas with Cast Stone Elements
Here’s how designers are combining cast stone water features and architectural accents like balustrade railing to create serene spaces:
Zen Entrances: Combine stair balustrades with a low bowl fountain surrounded by greenery.
European Garden Themes: Pair a tall cast stone water fountain with a grand precast concrete balustrade for classic elegance.
Modern Minimalism: Use sleek cast stone wall fountains and linear precast concrete balusters for a clean, contemporary feel.
Luxury Patios: Frame the space with precast balustrade systems while using smaller tiered fountains for a soothing central element.
This integrated design approach creates a seamless flow of beauty and functionality.
6. Sustainability in Precast Landscape Features

Water-saving recirculation pumps in fountains
Solar-powered options

Today, it stands tall as one of the city’s most sought-after luxury residential destinations. Boasting upscale infrastructure, exceptional connectivity, and contemporary amenities, Chembur is now the epicenter of high-end living in eastern Mumbai. At the heart of this evolution is the surging demand for luxury apartments in Chembur, changing perceptions and reshaping lifestyles.

Godrej Properties
Lodha Group
Tridhaatu Realty
Sabari Group
These developers have set new benchmarks in luxury living. From rooftop infinity pools and sky lounges to smart home technology and sustainable architecture, their offerings redefine opulence.

Rustomjee’s presence elevates the suburb’s stature and offers buyers a blend of trust, luxury, and long-term value.
3. Revamped Social Infrastructure
From a sleepy enclave, Chembur has grown into a vibrant, self-sustaining suburb with robust social infrastructure, including:
Reputed educational institutions: Ryan International, Loreto Convent, Tata Institute of Social Sciences
Multi-specialty healthcare: Apollo Spectra, Surana Sethia, Zen Hospital
Upscale dining & leisure: Fine-dining restaurants, artisan cafĂŠs, and boutique pubs

Luxury Living Reinvented: Interior Design Trends 2025 Transforming Homes in South Delhi
In 2025, interior design isn’t just about visual appeal—it’s about how a space feels, functions, and connects to your lifestyle. From climate-conscious concepts to earthy, sensory-focused aesthetics, home design is shifting toward authenticity, comfort, and long-term wellbeing. Nowhere is this evolution more vibrant than in the heart of the capital—where top Interior Designers in South Delhi are leading the charge in redefining urban luxury.
Whether you're revamping your penthouse in Greater Kailash, planning a luxury flat in Saket, or turning your Vasant Vihar bungalow into a serene sanctuary, it’s time to go beyond the basics. And latestinteriors.com, one of the most celebrated names in high-end design, continues to curate inspiring, soul-soothing interiors that resonate with the spirit of modern India.
Let’s explore the design wave that’s sweeping across South Delhi and beyond.
1. Sustainable Luxury Is the New Status Symbol
Luxury homes are now embracing materials that care for the planet while still being utterly elegant. Think bamboo floors, recycled glass accents, terrazzo countertops, and sustainable rattan furnishings.
The best Interior Designers in South Delhi understand that luxury today means mindful choices—choosing handmade over machine-made, reclaimed over synthetic, and locally crafted over imported plastic. Clients at latestinteriors.com are often surprised by how sustainability can look so sleek and opulent.
Tumblr media
From solar-paneled terraces to jute-clad walls, South Delhi’s premium interiors are going green—stylishly.
2. Biophilic Design: Where Nature Meets Architecture
In a post-pandemic world, the boundary between indoors and outdoors has softened. Natural materials, indoor gardens, vertical moss walls, and skylight-infused spaces are taking over Delhi’s upscale homes.
Biophilic design is no longer a niche trend; it’s an expectation. Especially in high-stress urban environments like South Delhi, homeowners crave calming, green-infused environments.
With lush vertical gardens, bamboo water features, and zen-inspired courtyards, Interior Designers in South Delhi are transforming homes into peaceful urban retreats. latestinteriors.com excels at crafting layouts where nature flows effortlessly—from your living room to your balcony, from your shower to your rooftop.
3. Wellness Rooms Are the New Drawing Rooms
Move over TV lounges—2025 is the year of wellness-centric spaces. Think crystal meditation corners, scent therapy alcoves, infrared saunas, or even personalized yoga studios.
Premium homeowners are demanding interiors that heal, relax, and recharge. Instead of focusing only on aesthetic appeal, today’s design choices focus on emotional balance and mental wellness.
Whether it’s Himalayan salt lamps, sound-proofed reading nooks, or lighting systems that sync with your circadian rhythm, Interior Designers in South Delhi are now tapping into neuroscience and wellness philosophies. The expert teams at latestinteriors.com are leading this movement with thoughtful, healing-centered design layouts that feel like a spa and perform like a home.
4. Tech-Integrated Yet Invisibly Smart Spaces
Home automation is no longer flashy—it’s subtle, smooth, and silent. From mood lighting that changes with your voice to blinds that adjust with sunlight, tech is getting blended seamlessly into interiors.
But design-first aesthetics rule. So the trick lies in hiding the wires, blending speakers into ceiling coves, and integrating screens into custom cabinetry. Interior Designers in South Delhi are blending the latest technology into timeless elegance—and latestinteriors.com continues to create interiors where smart living feels effortless and invisible.
Imagine walking into your bedroom and the air purifier, lights, curtains, and music respond to your presence—without a single button. That’s the kind of elevated lifestyle today’s South Delhi homeowners are seeking.
5. Quiet Luxury with Local Character
The world is obsessed with "quiet luxury"—interiors that whisper class through curated textures, muted tones, and tactile finesse. But in South Delhi, this trend is getting an Indian twist.
Stone jharokhas, hand-carved wooden doors, linen-clad walls, and earthy brass accents are making a powerful comeback. Today’s most sought-after Interior Designers in South Delhi are sourcing locally—reviving Mughal motifs, Jaipur blue pottery, and Kashmiri woodwork, blending it with Italian marble and Scandinavian minimalism.
At latestinteriors.com, designers are frequently asked to combine heritage Indian decor with international polish—offering clients homes that are globally stylish but rooted in local soul.
6. Texture, Texture, Texture
From tactile walls to layered fabrics, 2025 is all about feeling the design—not just seeing it.
Velvet, suede, natural cane, grainy lime plasters, rustic stone, and boucle furniture are all adding visual richness and touchable depth. Interiors are shifting away from glossy and plastic finishes, preferring matte, layered, lived-in surfaces.
Interior Designers in South Delhi are masterfully using this design language to create rooms that feel warm, artistic, and deeply personal. The design team at latestinteriors.com believes that texture brings emotional warmth, which is exactly what today’s homeowners crave in their luxury nests.
Tumblr media
7. Open Floor Living with Fluid Zoning
While open-plan living remains in vogue, homeowners now prefer subtle zoning that adds purpose without sacrificing space.
Using screens, glass partitions, archways, light play, and dual flooring, designers are shaping multifunctional rooms. A living room might have a reading alcove, a hidden bar, or a corner office—all blended naturally.
This layout flexibility is key for modern lifestyles. And Interior Designers in South Delhi, especially those at latestinteriors.com, are skilled at creating homes where openness and intimacy coexist.
8. Statement Lighting as Art Installations
In 2025, lighting is more than just illumination—it’s personality.
Sculptural pendants, LED-lit wall art, chandeliers that look like constellations, or handblown glass lamps inspired by lotus petals—South Delhi homes are now glowing with personality.
For the city’s design-forward homeowners, lighting isn’t a fixture, it’s a mood. And the creative minds at latestinteriors.com treat lighting like jewelry for your home—each piece custom-selected to elevate the ambiance.
9. Moodboards over Minimalism
Gone are the days of all-white sterile spaces. 2025 is all about mood—dark, dreamy, nostalgic, or romantic.
Color palettes are shifting toward forest greens, terracotta reds, deep indigos, mustard golds, and desert tones. Accent walls, hand-painted murals, and creative wallpaper choices are back in demand.
Today’s Interior Designers in South Delhi are tapping into emotional storytelling through colors and themes—and latestinteriors.com is crafting entire homes around individual moods, like “Rustic Romance” or “Earthy Elegance.”
10. Kitchens and Bathrooms Get the Luxe Treatment
In luxury homes, the kitchen is a showstopper and the bathroom is a personal retreat.
Kitchens now feature brass accents, artisanal backsplashes, concealed appliances, and quartz islands with bar seating. Bathrooms, on the other hand, resemble five-star suites—with freestanding tubs, Italian stone, and mood lighting.
Interior Designers in South Delhi are crafting kitchen-bath experiences that echo spa resorts and gourmet studios. At latestinteriors.com, clients are offered customized design journeys—choosing not just the look but the lifestyle of their spaces.
Conclusion: Luxury with a Purpose
Interior design in South Delhi is evolving—merging soul, science, and sustainability. As homes become more than just dwellings—more like sanctuaries—every texture, layout, and finish matters.
With trends rooted in wellness, technology, tradition, and global flair, this is the perfect time to reimagine your home. And when you're looking for thoughtfully curated, luxury-first experiences, the expert team at latestinteriors.com—backed by some of the most visionary Interior Designers in South Delhi—is ready to turn your dream home into a reality.

I don't understand- This house is listed as a new build, yet the listing says that it was built in 2021. Has it been sitting vacant for 2 yrs.? It's located in Mc Lean, Virginia, has 4bds, 6ba, and has just had a price increase of $1.2M! And, now they're asking $6.2M, up from $5M. Look at this one.
Tumblr media
I'm thinking that this is an entrance hall or hidden mud room area b/c there's a bench and hooks for hanging coats. Plus, it's right around the corner from the living room fireplace.
Tumblr media
You come around the corner by this large window and that's the fireplace on the right. Kind of a weird layout.
Tumblr media
And, here we are in the living room. That's a very large fireplace, very dramatic, and to the right are stairs to a lower level.
Tumblr media
The open concept living room/kitchen includes these massive spiral stairs for a stunning focal point.  The house is said to showcase avant-garde architecture with asymmetrical lines.
Tumblr media
The stairs kind of encroach on the kitchen.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Double ovens here behind the stairs.
Tumblr media
The backsplash is a textured-look tile that resembles stone.
Tumblr media
I could be wrong, but the island looks like a laminate. It's nice though, and seats 5.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Bath with nice tile and interesting modern pedestal sinks.
Tumblr media
Plus, it has a beautiful shower.
Tumblr media
The home is supposed to be an immersive journey thru art, sustainability and luxury.
Tumblr media
Hallway has a room at the end where they actually built one of those tree bookshelves. That's a cool feature and it must be a bedroom or den, but they aren't showing the other rooms.
Tumblr media
I'm quoting the description here: "The artistic touch continues with Shou Sugi Ban siding, seamlessly blending ancient Japanese craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics."
Tumblr media
So, I'm guessing that these wood walls are the Shou Sugi Ban siding. Looks like a piece of marble or quartz simulating a fish tank.
Tumblr media
Also in the basement is a large sauna.
Tumblr media
And, a wavy Zen shower.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Retreat to a luxurious primary bathroom for daily serenity."
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I can't be sure, b/c they really aren't showing any of the bedrooms, but maybe this is the primary suite.
Tumblr media
It has a terrace, but I'm wondering what those handles on the railing are for.
Tumblr media
And, finally, there's a very artsy shaped pool with a large patio. The home is on a .51 acre lot.
