The Leaning Tower of Ironton, OH. Believe it or not, the tower is actually 3 rooms stacked on top of one other, but it looks like it's going to fall over. The 1855 home has 5bds, 4ba, 4,420sqft, $275k. Apparently, it was featured on HGTVs "Cheap Old Houses." Wonder why it hasn't sold.

The original wood inside is in good condition and look at the cute little light on the newel post.

It's a nice, basic Victorian.

The sitting room has an original fireplace. Is it me, or is the fireplace tilting down to the right?

This isn't supposed to be a bedroom, but they're using it as one. It also has a nice fireplace.

Large bath with a vintage tub hasn't undergone any major renovation.

And, the kitchen has had minimal updating, although it looks like it was gutted.

It's kind of cute, though. I like the industrial shelves. It certainly is large.

This room is nice. Looks like they filled in some gaps in the floor. That's kind of charming. For an old Victorian, it gets a lot of natural light.

I don't know why you have to stand on a step to get to the washer/dryer. Maybe it makes the floor shake?

There's a living room up here and sliders to a terrace.

There's a kitchen, and that ladder to the left is the tower.

It has a lovely porch.

As long as that tower is sturdy, for the price, this house has potential. 0.29 acre lot.

This morning we are dreaming of buying this gorgeous villa in the renowned village of Brunate, Lake Como, Italy. It has 12bds, 14ba, $4.415M.

Hydrangea, my favorite flowers, line the entrance.

Stunning sun room/conservatory.

And, what a wonderful dining room, also in the conservatory.

What it looks like from outside.

The lively kitchen is right off the conservatory.

Outside, there's a heated a pool. Beautiful.

Lovely patio- look at the little chest holding books and things.

Then, on the hillside there's a greenhouse-style retreat and a guesthouse above, with a grass roof. The pool is next to the roof.

It's lovely in here.

Spacious bedroom.

And, matching bath.

I wouldn't mind living in the guest house.

What a beautiful village. Look at the tower on the hill, and the lake. Somewhere on the property is a helipad and a tennis court. It's a 4 acre lot.
