Cuatro carreras en el octavo encaminaron la victoria aragüeña HUMBERTO CONTRERAS Con una ofensiva de 17 hits y una gran labor en el relevo de Claudio Custodio los Tigres de Aragua derrotaron a Bravos de Margarita 11-6 en partido disputado en el Forum de La Guaira. Sencillos consecutivos de Alexi Amarista, Yorman Rodríguez y José Martínez, fabricaron la primera para Tigres en el primer inning. Aragua sumó una más en el tercero con triple de Rafael Marchan que remolcó a José Martínez. Austin Drury retiró a los primeros siete bateadores de Bravos que enfrentó, pero la ofensiva margariteña apareció luego de un out en el tercero. Seis indiscutibles, incluyendo un doble de Breyvic Valera se combinaron para fabricar cuatro anotaciones. Valera apareció de nuevo en el cuarto, con un sencillo que impulsó a Moisés Gómez y puso el juego 5-2 a favor de Bravos. Los Tigres igualaron la pizarra en el quinto con jonrón solitario de Yorman Rodríguez, doble de Alexander Palma y sencillo de Carlos Tocci. Bravos volvió a adelantarse en la alta del quinto con elevado de sacrificio de Moisés Gómez. Mientras que Tigres ripostó con el 6-6 en el sexto con fly de sacrificio de Yonny Hernández. Cuatro carreras llegaron en el octavo de Tigres. Tres sencillos y un jonrón con dos en base de Yorman Rodriguez, adelantaron a Aragua 10-6. La número 11 de Tigres llegó en el noveno con el segundo doble de la noche para Alexander Palma que impulso a Rafael Marchan. Claudio Custodio (1-0) consiguió su primer triunfo de la temporada lanzando las tres últimas entradas maniatando a los bates de Bravos. Custodio no permitió hits y solo se le embasó un bateador por boleto. La derrota fue para Luis Pacheco (1-1) que permitió dos carreras en 1.1 entradas lanzadas. Con este triunfo Tigres queda con récord de 6-10, mientras que Bravos deja registro de 5-10.
