okay finished the first book of the fish isekai series and it is RIDICULOUSLY fun -- it's like eating candy, sweet and stupid and very hard to stop. prince jing is perfect, i adore him

#mine #transformers #allspark #henkei! henkei!#starop #these were originally for an edit (optimus and starscream's dialogues are direct parallels to the lyrics).#but i have little to no time to work on edits anymore so i hope these are acceptable!#i will admit i spent an embarrassing amount of time on these. the original script i wrote for these was very sad and i felt like shit.#but i made the blushing starscream/concerned optimus edit with his hand near her cheek and i just couldn't finish it.#note: 恥ずかしい (hazukashii) is most commonly translated as “embarrassed” but can also be translated as “ashamed”.#which i feel carries a more personal annotation of guilt and shame. because that's what their relationship is here.#optimus: if the autobots knew where you stood with the decepticons‚ i'm sure they'd accept you. starscream: ...ah‚ you're walking too fast.#also: starscream uses おれ in manga post-UT but i just couldn't do it. starscream is forever a わたし girl to me.#and to be fair it is based off how she used to refer to herself in jp. i thought about taking it further and using あたし for her.#but i think it's a little uncharacteristic for her (even in a romantic context). i don't think it fits her.#and YES i used convoy his jp name. i really like it okay... it's grown on me and i understand it doesn't make sense to use it in english.#so that's why the panels read “convoy” but i translate it as “optimus”. he can use both names. as a treat.

Something really just. Nice that I noticed with the bros is that each of them has shown off some pretty interesting skills.

Raph is the one who fixes April’s ceiling fan for her, Mikey takes on half the work when making the new puppy rescue for Todd, and Leo is outright able to reprogram Shelldon’s AI (he messed up, but the fact he was able to do this at all is like??? Raph and Mikey were there too did they know Leo could do that because they were not surprised-)

Of course, this is nothing compared to Donnie’s own immense talent and skill for inventing and science in general, but it shows that the others are not incapable of assisting in his field if need be.

What I like to think with all of this is that they listened to and likely helped with Donnie’s various ideas growing up. Sure they may not get the specifics, and complex science talk goes right over their heads, but in a pinch they’d be able to get Donnie the right tool or set a wire back in place. It’s not as necessary now that Donnie is much more independent when he makes things, but it’s cute to imagine there being a time where the others had to pitch in and learned some stuff because of it.

Hey everyone! this is where the zebra is currently with the design.

It has knee braces!! I will most probably be drawing the zebra usually with them on, but it’s no requirement, for example if anyone else wants to draw the zebra :-]. I always like to make sure an animal design has official colors underneath any clothing and accessory anyway. I think this will be final! thank you everyone for your feedback!

As a reminder, aside from why the zebra was requested for this flag, this is also just a zebra with the disability pride flag on it. It’s just a deisgn to fit the flag, with input from other disabled people in our community. It doesn’t mean other animals can’t have designs with these colors, too! I don’t mean this design to be the only mascot for all disabled people. It’s just a silly series i do of pride animals, and at the time, during disability pride month, I wanted to see what everyone wanted me to start off with for this flag!

I'm a little late for WIP Wednesday but I haven't knit since Wednesday so it still counts right?

I have absolutely smashed this underarm portion of the back panel, on row 153/160 (95%!!!). However. My goal for the underarm length is 24 inches. And I'm currently at 22. T-T I will Increase My Total (168 will probably work but I'll report back when I have motivation)

I'm already looking ahead to the upper back portion, which will be about 64 rows based on my gauge. Plus a couple more rows for shoulder shaping.... I'm Actually on row 153 out of 238. 64% finished.

I'm usually a Process Knitter but this is very much a Product Knitter's project. I keep daydreaming about all the lace shawls I could be knitting (but never wear). But the Evil Pink Cardigan.... My precious...
