Hot take and not to be a killjoy or the shipping police but people treating Viktor or Jinx's aroace headcanons as if they were canon is not the revolutionary take people think it is.

Headcanons are always all right but we have to acknowledge that they are somehow damaging when they apply to stereotypes. It might not be the case for everyone but most of the time people unconsciously assume that disability/mental illness=asexuality. These headcanons erase the freedom of attraction from people who are already seen as unable to have sexual/romantic experiences/desires, when it's completely untrue and harmful.

You can headcanon Viktor and Jinx as aroace, but I have seen people changing their minds once Viktor is no longer disabled (s2 with all of his other forms) and Jinx is no longer as mentally ill (alternate universe Powder). And it speaks wonders of how people see these characters.

"I never thought about Jinx being able to feel romantic/sexual attraction until s2!" To believe she's actually only capable of that when she's not "damaged" is incredibly disturbing. Especially since Jinx has always had a bit of a flirty personality too.

"I've always seen Viktor as asexual, I don't know why!" That's fine. You can headcanon him as ace. But I believe there is a reason behind it, most of the time, if for some inexplicable reason the "vibes" of the disabled character are making you think he's ace.

I say all of this being aroaspec myself, by the way. Headcanon all you want but going to people's posts commenting how "it's weird for you that they have romantic/sexual plots when they're clearly aroace" is not a win at all. It's a headcanon, after all, and it should be treated as such, and that's fine. But it also is damaging to spread stereotypes like these.

Of course the disabled character is asexual. Of course the mentally ill character is aromantic. It's not as revolutionary as you might think, tbh.

Fandom is not activism and it's all right to have any headcanons you want BUT some of them are filled with damaging stuff and perhaps we should look into ourselves more before treating these assumptions as something canon.

turbo is connected to the last piece of his code in the whole arcade - a trophy he gifted to felix in mid 80s as a symbol of him genuinely caring about their relationships on par with being the best racer. felix also gave him one of his medals and both kept their gifts next to other rewards, but when roadblasters and turbotime were unplugged, the medal was gone with everything else

now, after burning in cola-lava turbo is basically dead, but scraps of his code still were intertwined with the trophy (after all, it was his first winner's cup, but felix never knew about it), giving turbo an opportunity to exist as a shadow incapable of interacting with anything and anyone besides felix, who kept the trophy even after the roadblasters incident

I think after her time at the spider society gwen can be very creepy at times, but like doesn't realize it or register it well.

Like she's gwen stacy. The cursed lover. The doomed girl. She is the face of thousands of corpses. The face of thousands of what ifs. A bittersweet dream. A constant longing.

Most of the time when people look at her they don't see her they see someone else. Her simply existing turns the entire society into a haunted house. She's a ghost, she's better off invisible and while I don't think it's intentional she gets pushed to the side a lot by most people I think Miguel, Jess and Peter might be the exception in this concept but even then its gets complicated due to her connection with Miles and eventually this kinda starts rubbing off in an unsettling way.

Gwen is implied to be very high ranking in the society. Jess calls her "her star pupil" and Lyla warned Gwen about the spot before Hobie and Pavitr. And Miguel's "You knew better, Gwen !" She justs seems to be a part of Miguel's gang of higher ups with Peter B and Jess and all that and considering the fact that she's been there for just a few months that's saying something.

I think Gwen took a lot of training and missions to prove herself, and maybe Miguel sent her on more missions to distract her from Miles and stuff. Hell he might have trained her along with Jessica at times which considering how stern they can be I wouldn't be suprised if this rubbed off on gwen who didn't really have anyone else besides Peter and Hobie. Like she has been Spider Woman more than gwen stacy at this point.

Speaking of Spider Woman, I think it's a good time to bring up how gwen's mental state gets fucked up around her identity as a superhero and how it plays into my idea of her being creepy thing. Because like Spider Woman is litteraly considered a murderer in her dimension and isn't very liked. And while yes its true that in most universes Spider Man has its haters. It's way worse in Gwen's dimension like in the comics she gets shocked when people thank her kinda bad. She has supporters but sadly the people who call her a monster are the most vocal. Like even her dad saw Spider Woman that way and even after finding out who she was still pulled a gun at her face so yeah.

Gwen already blames herself for Peter's death and general public opinion doesn't really help with leaving that guilt behind. She internalizes those things. So I think that do her deep internal feelings Gwen might be at times more ruthless and violent than your typical spider hero which can already be shocking especially in contrast to how graceful she can be as spider woman . I don't think she wants to be. But i think its just the internal intrusive thought "No matter what I do I am a monster why pull back ?" And with her whole canon event I think she might be prone to being reckless and throwing herself at danger and being the one to make the biggest sacrifice because hey she is already fated to die.

So yeah I think that at times when the stakes are high Gwen is one of the scariest spiders when she snaps. Like the treatment she received and internalized kinda jumps out and its not pretty at all. And even just in context of her not being in a mission i still think she can be cryptid looking because she kinda acts like she's invisible and just avoids being noticed due to all the peters around.

Like just imagine her beat up with a broken mask and all you see are her cold eyes and its weird because its almost like you have a dead person staring at you and in some ways that's exactly what it is. Or her accidentally scaring people because she's so quiet that they don't see her coming.

Just her looking like a dead girl walking and yeah maybe in a way she is but...it just looks to real and unsettling.

One last thing about this, Miles notices and hates every second of it. In fact I think all of her close friends hate it.

oh god oh GODDD im so excited for the comic strip scene to appear in fic bc bruce and petey’s hug is making my heart ACHE… specifically the way that the goober leans his WHOLE BODY into it and then bruce places a secure hand on his back and cradles the back of his head ough OUGHHH like that action is so like . yeah you sure are an uncle ben counterpart bc clearly you love this kid with everything you have and are giving him a guiding hand . but also but ALSO something about the movement is so … batman pulling robin under his cape … providing careful shelter to a kid who needs it so bad … like if im dick and i see my father figure and my kid caring for each other to the point of enacting change (bruce being emotionally intelligent and petey letting himself trust + be tactile) im sobbing and throwing up bc my heart is so full . like he cares he learned from his mistakes w me … and my baby who deserves everything gets to reap the benefits and soak up all that honest affection like AUGHHH its all worth it its all worth it

bruce makes me so emotional sometimes because the older he gets the more he learns from his mistakes and the more guilty he feels about his older children and trying to make up for it in every possible way,,, i PLAN for right after this conversation with peter and bruce, for dick to see it and bruce tug him into the hug and AGGHH they make me emotional. bruce was like "i can't get attached because peter has to go home" ans then proceeded to fail at not getting attached. but we all knew that would happen (look at his track record...)

Was having tobirama brain rot so enjoy it with me

Was having some Tobirama thoughts and kept circling around the idea that Tobirama gets cold very easily also suffers from light anemia. Hashirama always tries to get him to eat his green veggies to which tobirama absolutely refuses, he hates them and always has and will have no qualms about pushing the unwanted greens to aside. He figures out a way to put little seals on them in order to banish them straight to the garbage much to Hashirama's dismay. He will compromise where and there depending on how much salt he's allowed to put on them. Tobirama. Loves. Salt.

Which is why Hashirama is so stingy with leaving it within Tobirama's reach. As such Tobirama also refuses to take his vitamins that Hashirama prescribes him, he's like a feral wet cat about them and will straight up just turn around and walk away from them the second he hears the pill bottle shake in Hashirama's hand.

The sun is not his friend and will burn him very easily and he will look like a red blotchy mess if left out in the sun for too long. Unfortunately Tobirama loves the heat and will take random naps outside only to wake up looking like an overboiled lobster and no it's not his fault Anija he fell asleep in the shade, the sun moved and that's how he got burned.

His fur is actually made out of special fibers that generate heat and Hashirama despairs that he only wears it when going into battle rather than using it as an every day item like it was intended to. In fact, when Hashirama first presented it to Tobirama he told him it was meant to be worn at home or in the office since he gets so cold so easily.

Only, Tobirama wears it to battle because it smells like home and it's a reminder for Tobirama to keep going, to keep fighting until his very last breath. The comforts of home will never be too far from him so long as he can turn his nose and catch the scent of everything that ever mattered to him in the fibers.

Rayllum Arc 3 will be so delicious. I don't really mind whatever job (or no job) they may have because it's clear to me they will be together. Besides the Aaravos mission these two main priority will be having a life together. Think about it‚ two years separated and they both almost died in multiple occasions with Callum very close to getting killed by her in the finale? They "only" having seven years left?? Yeeeah they will grow more obsessed and attached to each other. Butter and toast couple. If they were insane in Arc 2 I can't imagine what seven years of relationship will do to them.

New headcanon of the day: Shadow Milk would sing really loudly and dramaticaly teenage girl pop songs to annoy the fuck out of the other beasts. And also did with Elder fairy. And he now does it to annoy Pure Vanilla. I am a firm believer that Pure Vanilla in his nightmares sometimes he founds him singing "Call me maybe" in the most obnoxious and fake girly voice he can. And everytime he is going on with his day and "Oops I did it again" randomly gets stuck in his head, he knows is Shadow Milk's fault.
