this 65-year-old man didn’t like that the female agent that was about to enroll him into the plan kept interrupting him (she was a bit rude in general but i’m also wondering if they had a delay on the call)

he didn’t enroll with her and was called back by the original (male) agent who presented the plan to ask what happened. he complained that she kept talking over him (fair complaint) but then he continued that she kept “running her mouth”. the male agent apologized and said he could find another enrolling agent for the caller. caller then repeated that she’d kept “running her mouth” and added that she “deserves to be shot in the head”
