Veg Hakka noodles & Veg Manchow soup Hakka noodles are Indian-Chinese style noodles made with unleavened refined wheat flour. These are boiled al dente and then stir fried in a Chinese wok with oil, vegetables & soya sauce. Here hakka noodles refers to both the final dish and the type of noodles used. There are a lot of brands selling hakka noodles. Hakka cuisine may be described as outwardly simple but tasty. The skill in Hakka cuisine lies in the ability to cook meat thoroughly without hardening it, and to naturally bring out the proteinous flavour (umami taste) of meat. Manchow soup is a soup popular in Indian Chinese cuisine due to its easy preparation and hot spicy taste. It is available in many restaurants and street food carts alike. Although the soup is named after Manchuria it does not resemble any that is normally found in the cuisines of the region. I like the mostly fried noodles with gives the soup. - - - - 📍 Location - Yaki Zusi , Goa 📸 In Frame - Sushi buffet ⭐️ Rating - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🤤 Taste - 🤤🤤🤤🤤 💰 Cost. - 195 ₹ + 145 ₹ - - 📷 by @touryest - - For more such amazing updates ✅ - Follow me 🔱 @foodeowl - Follow me ♻️ @foodeowl - Follow me 🌐 @foodeowl - - - 🚫 No food photo repost without permission 🚫 - 📩 DM for Invites / Collaborations 🤝 - ————————————————————————————- 💖 Thanks for being part of our food adventures 💕 ————————————————————————————— 💟. Indian food is prepared with the help of fresh ingredients by adding dried spices. Moreover, we know it is one of the most diverse foods in the whole world. From East to West, north to south, there is an incredible wealth of flavor available across the region of India. Do you ever taste South Indian food? If not then you must try it if you love to eat spicy food. Our chef uses coconut milk rather than any milk products for the preparation of the cuisine.
There is a variety of food available in the southern regions that favor lentils and rice over roti or naan. Also, we provide more fish and vegetarian options rather than heavy-meat northern menus. We also serve hot dosas with chutneys and lentil soups, deep-fried doughnuts with herbs, and fragrant curries made with fresh fish. All this iconic cuisine of South India is very popular all over the world especially around Harris Park, Parramatta which is home to Sydney’s best Indian eateries. We have mentioned our top 5 south Indian dishes that are the best of Billu’s
1. Vada Sambhar- $ 10.90
Are you thinking of getting the comfort food then you must pay your visit to the Billu’s. Among the many South Indian delights, we are famous for serving the best Vada Sambhar. It comprises two spit black lentil doughnuts that are infused with fragrant spices and herbs that are further deep-fried to golden brown perfection.
Billu’s Indian Eatery is the perfect spot for plant-based foodies looking for a good feed. We deliver authentic Indian food to our customers with coconut chutneys and tomato chutney.
2. Chicken Madras — $20.90
Are you looking for hot, hot curries then you can get them from our best Indian restaurant in Harris Park that is serving the best chicken madras. At our restaurant, most of the Indian cricket team has come to eat when they are in Australia. We have taken the name from the capital city of Tamil Nadu. No doubt we also provide a fine lamb version as well.
3. South Indian Thali — $ 19.90
Most of our customers can’t settle to one dish so they order the Thali which is the best way to taste all the dishes in small portion. This is a feast for one (or two or three) crowded with a myriad of mini dishes. We serve the Best Thali in Sydney.
At Billu’s Indian Eatery, you will get Chef’s choice of Veg curries + Sambhar (lentil soup) + 2 Puri + Rasam Raita (yogurt seasoned with herbs and spices) + Salad + Rice with Pickle & a Sweet. Even we have north Indian style Thali too along with non-veg Thali for non-vegetarians.
4. Masala Dosa — $ 13.90
Of the many dishes that are born from the southern region of India, it might be the Masala Dosa. We serve the best masala dosa in and around the Parramatta.
Our chef’s secret to success is his dedication to preparing every dosa to order, from scratch. Also, they take their time and spend more than half an hour on the batch of fresh, piping hot pancakes that are made from a moreish mix of potato and rice further served with coconut chutney and sambhar.
5. Goan Fish Curry — $ 22.90
Goan fish curry is taken from the south Indian coast, Goa which is famous for its sandy beaches, magnificent architecture, and exotic dishes that are influenced by Portuguese cuisine. You will get the best Goan Fish curry from us who immersed in Coconut milk and flavored with mustard leaves. It has its presence since 03rd December 1988. It is a place where patrons and newbies are all welcomed for an experience. The promoters share a passion for good food and they whole heartedly present this passion for everyone to enjoy. Goa Portuguesa believes in, “100% Guest Delight” by offering a homely service to one and all. The food which is served reflects the ethnicity of Goan and Portuguese culture. The Restobar serves a blend of Goan and Portuguese delicacies which are researched, modified, standardized and prepared by Master Chef Deepa Suhas Awchat by using modern day techniques, keeping in mind the health aspect of the guests while retaining the same original taste. In addition to serving iconic Goan dishes such as Vindalho and Balchao, Goa Portuguesa offers a wide variety of traditional Hindu vegetarian preparations, thus dispelling the myth that Goans eat only Fish and Pork. Live music in the Restobar is another speciality which patrons love. Day 29 - back to Mumbai
The journey home began with a cold shower and hot coffee!
We were joined by Lindsay and Steve (who I think looks like stu from hangover) just before 9.30am and we caught up over a drink. We settled our bills which were around £15 per couple and headed to another place at the foot of the hill for breakfast.
Banana muesli (prob the worst) was accompanied by coffee and Alex had a milkshake (a big disappointment after last nights!)
Dave joined us nursing another groggy head after consuming a bottle of ‘sleepy’ cough mixture over the course of the previous evening and sitting up to see the Chelsea game until 3am.
We said our goodbyes and climbed the steps to the taxi pick up point (steep, uneven and the main route for cattle) where we were greeted by our driver for the day.

I’d sorted the cab ignoring the suggestion from Dave to use his pal who helped him out when he was rushed to hospital several times last year with pancreatic problems.
The cost on the way down from Palolem 3500 for 5 people, the cost back up to Palolem for 4 and including another 2 hours up to Goa airport for Alex and I...3000!
Arriving 2 hours before, we had plenty of time and were once again disappointed to be delayed another hour in another airport eventually taking off around 6:30pm
Arrival at Mumbai was 7:30 and we called the hotel Leafio to see if we could access their airport shuttle. We were notified it would be 30 mins and cost 500rps plus parking charges.
We had booked this hotel as it said free breakfast and airport shuttle which Alex also emailed to confirm... no response!
So no free shuttle means head to the pre pay taxi... who want 500rps.
Welcome OLA, Uber’s competition in India, with the app downloaded I called for a small taxi and boom 104rps and there in 2 mins!
Arriving at the hotel we were informed that breakfast was from 7... we had to be at the airport then so no breakfast either.
Our plan to go to Mumbai Central to reminisce about where we met wasn’t to be as we were about an hour away and probably wouldn’t get back before midnight, with an early rise tomorrow it wasn’t the best idea.
Alex had asked for a double bed and had to get staff to sort the twin beds out which they did and we then went for our last evening meal heading to the recommended (not much around) Sudarshan veg restaurant. It was a canteen style place with an extensive Indian menu. We opted for masala idli (first ones of the trip) which blew our heads off, palak paneer and veg biryani then a massive paper masala dosa - we didn’t even manage half of this so took it away to give to a homeless person (which typically we couldn’t find!) All this plus a sprite and a chai came to 680rps.

Back at the hotel we had a much needed and longed for HOT shower, it was bliss!
