Indian food is prepared with the help of fresh ingredients by adding dried spices. Moreover, we know it is one of the most diverse foods in the whole world. From East to West, north to south, there is an incredible wealth of flavor available across the region of India. Do you ever taste South Indian food? If not then you must try it if you love to eat spicy food. Our chef uses coconut milk rather than any milk products for the preparation of the cuisine.
There is a variety of food available in the southern regions that favor lentils and rice over roti or naan. Also, we provide more fish and vegetarian options rather than heavy-meat northern menus. We also serve hot dosas with chutneys and lentil soups, deep-fried doughnuts with herbs, and fragrant curries made with fresh fish. All this iconic cuisine of South India is very popular all over the world especially around Harris Park, Parramatta which is home to Sydney’s best Indian eateries. We have mentioned our top 5 south Indian dishes that are the best of Billu’s
