Castlevania
Hector x vampire!reader
She loved to peek into that room, shrouded in darkness. She would watch him in secret as he brought to life another hellish creature, which writhed at his feet with a cacophony of noise. She observed his face—focused, grim, and gray.
No human had ever been so close to her, even though they hadn't spoken much. Yet he fascinated her to the point where she could watch him for days. He was proud, intelligent, a creator... No king or monarch, willing to give up their treasures for a mere glimpse of her attention, could compare to him. He had no wealth, only talent. Oh, but what talent it was.
"You are magnificent," she finally spoke, seeing Hector set down the hammer on the stone table and straighten himself with a heavy movement. She stepped deeper into the room, and he gave her a tired glance. "I didn’t mean to interrupt, but truly, you are fascinating. What you do is fascinating."
"I saw you watching me," he replied at last, crossing his arms over his chest. He leaned against the stone counter and measured her with his eyes, from her feet to the top of her head. She wore a purple gown that shimmered faintly in the moonlight. Her hair, partly styled in intricate braids at the back of her head, partly flowing down her shoulders, framed her pale face. Her lips were accentuated by dark lipstick, which emphasized the whiteness of her sharp, dagger-like fangs—something that had caught his attention when she had laughed with a delicate, pearly sound at his words.
"I must admit, I thought I could get away with it," she shook her head as if somewhat embarrassed by the fact she had been caught in the act. "But why didn’t you say a word?"
The man lowered his gaze from her and fixed it on the stone floor. A silence settled, interrupted only by his steady breathing and the rustling of her precious gown. She studied his pale hair, simple robe, calloused hands, and couldn’t escape the thought that they were so very different from one another.
"Your gaze flatters me," he admitted in a soft, deep voice, and she felt a sudden shiver run down her spine. She smiled instantly and walked even deeper into the room, maneuvering between the patches of dried blood staining the floor.
He saw her figure glide toward him like a swan over the calm surface of a lake, but she only seemed real when he felt her presence beside him. Usually, vampires stirred feelings of unease and disgust in him, maybe a specific kind of fascination, but she was different. Just one of her glances, sent through a small crack in the door, could give him so much confidence and spread through his body a warm, unexpected wave of safety and love he had never felt before. He wasn’t even sure if it was love or if he simply didn’t want to name that feeling.
"You’re kind to me," she suddenly said, placing her cool, delicate hand on his rough, warm one. He looked into her dead eyes, noticing sadness and worry in them—feelings he hadn’t expected. She was a cheerful soul, which was rare in their times. That made her even more special and fascinating to him. "Know that I know very well what Carmilla advised you to do. I knew from the very beginning."
He didn’t know why he was surprised. Her and Carmilla were sisters. They ruled together in Styria, came to Dracula’s castle together, made decisions together, and planned every step together. He realized that she must have known about the dishonorable proposal that Carmilla had made to him and that he had been pondering so intensely.
He was surprised, however, that she had also brought up this topic with him. He couldn’t reconcile her delicate, pleasant nature with betrayal, war, and death.
"If you ask me, I will agree without hesitation," he whispered at last, confessing all the feelings he carried inside him, feelings he hadn’t dared name. He felt her slender fingers tighten on his hand and sensed her exhale heavily as she traced her thumb along his wrist.
"Don’t agree, Hector," she finally said, closing her eyes. She released his hand and sighed deeply. "Carmilla is an excellent strategist and a woman of great intellect, but her heart is as hard as stone. Beware, she will use you without mercy and treat you like a dog when the time that favors her comes. Don’t let her deceive you, and leave this castle as soon as possible. Flee the land of Wallachia."
Her words seemed not to reach him. How many times had he thought about how he could start a new life, with her by his side? Maybe it was naive thinking, but that hope was the only thing that could bring even a shadow of a smile to his face.
"And forgive me," she sobbed, swaying on her feet. Hector caught her almost limp body and held her tightly to his chest, not letting her fall. "Forgive me for agreeing to be a part of this plot. Carmilla was my whole world, I knew nothing but her. This may not be an excuse, but know that I wish neither anger nor death upon you. So I advise you to flee, and it would be better if fate never brought you across my path again."
Her despair seemed almost theatrical, but he knew it was sincere. He pulled her tighter to his body, squeezing almost all the air out of her. The woman breathed heavily again and quietly cried, pressing her hands to her chest.
"Run away with me," he suddenly proposed, pushing her away from him by the length of his arm. She staggered in his still strong grip like a doll, struggling to regain her balance. "I know you don’t desire war and conquest. I know you don’t need fame and power. So run away with me."
She heard footsteps on the stairs and immediately broke free from his embrace. They both carefully watched the entrance to the room, expecting the appearance of an unexpected guest or someone who, with ill intent, had overheard their emotional conversation. And it didn’t matter whether it was someone connected to Carmilla or Dracula, in both cases, they would be deprived of their lives.
"We are too reckless," she finally said when the last echo of the footsteps disappeared into the darkness of the gloomy corridor. "If I run away with you, I will remain your problem for a long, long time, if not for eternity. Are you ready for that sacrifice, Hector?"

Losing Control ( A Carlisle Cullen x BOC Story (Chapter 1: The Meeting)
The sun hung low in the sky, casting a warm, golden hue over the campus of Southern University. Students were scattered across the quad, some lounging on the grass with textbooks, others hurrying to their next class. Among them was Zuri, a 19-year-old English major with a passion for literature that was only matched by her curiosity about the world. Walking beside her was her best friend, Savani, who had a knack for making even the most mundane days exciting.
"Seriously, Zuri, how can you be this calm about today?" Savani teased, nudging Zuri's arm. "You're about to meet *the* Dr. Cullen. He's practically a legend!"
Zuri shrugged, adjusting the strap of her bag on her shoulder. "He's just a doctor, Savani. And I'm an English major, remember? I'm not even in his seminar."
"Yeah, but you have to admit, the man is hot. I'm tempted to fake being pre-med just to get a chance to be in the same room with him." Savani grinned, tossing her braids over her shoulder with a playful flick.
Zuri rolled her eyes but couldn't help the smile that tugged at her lips. Savani's antics never failed to amuse her. "I'm sure you're not the only one thinking that. But let's not get lost in daydreams. We've got ten minutes to get to class, and you know Professor Andrews hates tardiness."
They rounded a corner, the old brick buildings of the university towering above them. Zuri was lost in thought about the paper she needed to finish when she suddenly collided with something—or rather, someone. A soft gasp escaped her lips as she stumbled back, only to be steadied by a pair of strong hands.
"I'm terribly sorry," a deep, smooth voice said. Zuri looked up, her breath catching in her throat as she met the gaze of a tall, strikingly handsome man. His golden eyes held a warmth she hadn't expected, and his presence seemed to command the air around him.
"It's—it's okay," Zuri stammered, feeling heat rise to her cheeks. She quickly stepped back, realizing she had been holding her breath. Savani, ever the bold one, immediately jumped in.
"No harm done! You're Dr. Cullen, right? The new professor everyone's been talking about?"
Carlisle Cullen offered a polite smile, inclining his head slightly. "Yes, that would be me. I'm afraid I've gotten a bit turned around. This campus is larger than I anticipated. I'm looking for Lecture Hall C."
Zuri blinked, still trying to process how she had literally run into one of the most talked-about professors on campus. Savani, however, was already in full flirtation mode.
"Lecture Hall C? You're in luck because we were just heading that way," Savani said with a wink. "We can show you around if you'd like."
Carlisle smiled graciously, though there was a subtle tension in his expression that Zuri couldn't quite place. "That would be very kind of you, thank you."
As they walked, Zuri noticed the strange way the doctor looked in her direction, and0b. L her heart skipped a beat. It was unnerving, yet oddly thrilling.
"So, Dr. Cullen," Savani began, her voice dripping with playful charm, "I hear you're quite the expert in your field. What made you decide to leave Forks and come all the way to Georgia?"
Carlisle glanced at Savani, his smile polite, but Zuri caught the brief flicker of something in his eyes when they shifted to her.
"I've always believed in the importance of sharing knowledge, especially with young minds eager to make a difference in the world. This opportunity seemed like the perfect way to do that."
Savani leaned a little closer to him as they walked, her voice lowering conspiratorially. "Well, you're certainly going to make an impression here. A lot of students are already talking about you."
Zuri bit her lip to keep from laughing. Savani was laying it on thick, and she could see that while Carlisle was polite, he wasn't exactly taking the bait. But then, something unexpected happened. Carlisle's eyes met Zuri's again, and she felt a strange pull, like something deep inside her was responding to him in a way she couldn't understand. Carlisle, on the other hand, was struggling with something far more intense. The moment Zuri had collided with him, something inside him had shifted. His body had reacted—his heart, long thought still, had given a single, potent thump. It wasn't just an attraction. It was more primal, more profound. His blood felt like it was rushing in his veins, a sensation he hadn't experienced in centuries. He was a doctor, a man of science, well, a vampire actually... a husband and father. And yet, he couldn't deny how every fiber of his being was screaming at him for this young woman he'd just barely met a few minutes earlier. Zuri, with eyes big and brown and bright, seemed to pierce through his very soul, shedding light on the deepest, darkest, coldest parts he tried hard to push down. He felt vulnerable under her gaze and yet he wanted her to only look at him.
"I... I believe we're here," Carlisle said, his voice slightly strained as he forced his attention back to their surroundings. They had arrived at the entrance to Lecture Hall C.
"Right on time," Zuri said, trying to sound casual, though her heart was still racing. "Well, Dr. Cullen, I guess this is where we part ways."
"Yes, thank you both for your help." Carlisle's gaze lingered on Zuri a moment longer, a silent question in his eyes that he couldn't answer just yet. " I don't think I ever got a name, though."
"Savani Mikellson and Zuri Anders." Savani answered, flashing him one last flirtatious smile. "And if you ever need anything else—directions or otherwise—you can find us in Lecture Hall B, room 302."
Carlisle nodded politely, but as he turned to enter the lecture hall, his thoughts were far from focused on his upcoming class. Zuri Anders ... What had fate just dropped into his path?
Zuri and Savani watched as he disappeared into the building, and then Savani let out a low whistle. "Well, that was... something. Did you see the way he kept looking at you? I think someone's got a crush."
Zuri shook her head, trying to dismiss the fluttering in her chest. "He was just being nice, Savani. Nothing more." But even as she said it, she knew she didn't quite believe it. There had been something in his eyes. Something she couldn't quite put into words.
"Come on, we're going to be late," Zuri said, trying to shake off the strange feeling as she tugged Savani along.

do a story about Alucard (from the anime Hellsing, do not mention the name of the anime) and (y/n) who is also a vampire. Alucard constantly bothers and makes fun of (y/n) so she thinkgs he hates her, when in fact it's his way of getting her attention because he has feelings for (y/n) but doesn't know how to express them.
Tumblr media
Whispers of Darkness
Amidst the realm where the night reigned supreme and the shadows whispered ancient secrets, Alucard, the immortal king of darkness, found himself entwined in an intricate tale involving another vampire, (Y/N). Their encounters were riddled with a peculiar and enigmatic dynamic, an amalgamation of jests and teasing, leaving both ensnared in a complex dance of emotions.
(Y/N), a vampire whose ethereal presence had caught the attention of Alucard, frequently found herself entangled in the enigmatic web of his provocative jests. His taunts, tinged with sarcasm and veiled mockery, were delivered with such precision that they cut deeper than any blade, leaving (Y/N) in a state of emotional confusion.
For Alucard, his teasing was a facade, an intricate defense mechanism to mask the raw vulnerability buried within his heart. His true emotions for (Y/N) remained an enigma, and in his inability to articulate his feelings, he resorted to a shield of relentless mockery. The more he teased, the more it became a veil to protect himself from the uncertainties of vulnerability.
But each jibe he directed at (Y/N) was like a sharp thorn piercing his own heart. His feelings, a tangled mess of unspoken emotions, became a silent plea for her attention and understanding.
(Y/N), however, was caught in the whirlwind of emotions that Alucard's behavior invoked. She couldn't decipher the fine line between his jests and genuine disdain. Her attraction toward Alucard was entangled with the hurt caused by his relentless mockery, a confusion that twisted her emotions in ways she struggled to comprehend.
Despite the ache caused by Alucard's words, (Y/N) remained drawn to the allure of his enigmatic darkness. She couldn’t help but be captivated by his intriguing presence, a draw that tugged at her heartstrings amidst the storm of his teasing.
Their tale of emotions and unspoken sentiments continued, a web of push and pull that kept them entwined in an intricate dance. Alucard's heart was in a constant state of turmoil, his unspoken affections wrapped in layers of banter, while (Y/N) remained caught between the allure of his enigma and the pain his words inflicted.
In the stillness of the night, beneath the darkened skies that often concealed their fragile emotions, a moment of fleeting understanding emerged. As their eyes met in an unguarded instant, a silent yet profound realization passed between them. It was a moment of silent connection, a glimpse of mutual understanding that transcended the labyrinth of their emotions.
For Alucard, that fleeting moment brought a glimmer of hope. It was a subtle revelation that perhaps, in those unspoken exchanges, (Y/N) might decipher the emotions he concealed beneath his jests.
And for (Y/N), it was a whispered realization. A subtle understanding that beneath Alucard's facade of mockery lay a vulnerability he couldn’t express.
Their story, a mosaic of emotions concealed in the obsidian embrace of the night, was an enigma waiting to be unraveled. In the tapestry of their unspoken affection, love remained a hidden secret, nestled in the depths of their labyrinthine emotions, waiting for the day when they would decode each other's hearts and bridge the chasm that separated them.
