Beezle's original Japanese voice actress, Junko Hori, has recently been announced to have passed away back on November 18th... It's incredibly bittersweet that we lost the voice of Beezle months after the voice of Unico, Katsue Miwa, was announced to have passed away back on June 19th. In the movie, I remember that Beezle called out to Unico at the end, calling out to Unico that he'd "follow you to the ends of the earth" as he was being taken away by the West Wind again...its like he actually did it by leaving this world after Unico did... Rest in peace to Junko Hori and Katsue Miwa, the original Beezle and Unico...thank you for your timeless performances as these two charming, iconic characters in this wonderful little film...

We were out running errands and I saw this on the shelf near the books.

Omg I cannot express how much I loved this series as a kid. I would rent the first movie so much, that at one point the video store had to get a second copy xD and wildly enough, I never knew there was a second movie, but I got to see it on YouTube at one point! I think both movies are still available there.

But omg to see this as a graphic novel.

Inner child, we are in for a treat!
