"The Once and Future Flash" AU Question: If Present Day Barry Allen was able to bring Iris with him to the future to meet up with his future self, Future Barry, what would her reaction(s) be to seeing the former shell of the man she loves? Note: Present Barry send Iris with him in the hope that she might get Future Barry to talk to him further on what happening after Savitar killed her (as he feels that his future self is hiding something important from him).

hmmm. good question, I think iris would’ve been heartbroken and devastated to see how much her family had been torn apart after her death, and seeing the love of her life/ best friend be in such a dark place that it practically drove everyone away including her father, I think that would be hard for her to take in. Especially because she just made barry promise her to make sure her dad was okay after she was gone. one major flaw with season 3, was the fact that we didn’t get very much of her perspective/reaction on things involving her own death. So I would like to think that if she would’ve saw the future and how broken up it was, it would shake her up a bit, but it would also be a big motivation for her to find out who savitar is. I hope I gave you a good answer haha I’m still new to this tumblr thing 😳
