and with this stitch i sew
the worst possible AU where the Master becomes a space tailor (@thosco this spiraled)
The fabric is soft between his fingers, well-worn and well-loved. It doesn’t quite lay flat when he smoothes it over the table, too wrinkled to fully cooperate, but slaving over an iron would cross a line he’s already hovering over by doing this in the first place. He’ll manage, he’s sure of it. It was difficult to find a pattern that would suit his needs — their needs. Too big, too small, too ugly, too smart. He doesn’t want it to be too…anything, really. Just right, that’s what he wants. The shears are sharp and honed to perfection, slipping through the cloth like a knife splitting supple flesh. He smiles at the thought. It’s the simple pleasures, the easy transference of his skills, that make this little jaunt worth the frustration of rustling up a sewing machine in the midst of the apocalypse. Chalk dust crumbles onto his fingertips, cakes onto his palms. The feeling is unpleasant, but so far it’s been the worst part of the whole endeavour. He traced out the pieces of the patterns carefully, sketched out seam allowances with a precision that belongs in the lab, in his workshop. He’s never created anything that wasn't built to destroy. He’s trying something new.
The fabric quarters stack up on his desk, scraps tossed haphazardly in the direction of the waste bin. Snippets of thread cling to his sleeves, fibres fraying off the edges of his working cloth and gliding down to fluff together on his trousers. He pins the seams together, curses when the sharp tips of pins prick into his fingers. The sharp points of blood will only add to the end product, he decides. There’s more than enough blood between him and the unwitting recipient of his hand-crafted gift, there’s no harm in adding a touch more. He blinks uncertainly at the groaning hum of the sewing machine once he switches it on. It rattles his desk, tips over a stack of reports he should probably prioritise, but delegation is the greatest skill of the greatest leaders. Besides, he has real work to get done. The fabric flies under the needle, stitched together tightly enough that it bunches from the tension. He growls, grunts, gripes until he sullenly picks up the seam ripper and pulls apart his progress. Once more unto the breach, unto the presser foot of the machine, unto stitches that hold strong and sure. He smiles, reaching for the next piece. Hours later finds him covered in sweat and grinning with the satisfaction of a job well done. He’d be hard-pressed to admit it, but he’s starting to understand the human impulse to squeal at cute little things. The result of his efforts is just so tiny. Perfectly tailored to painstakingly taken measurements, with embellishments to bring the whole design together. The Doctor will love it. It’s just his size, and the Master can’t wait to fit his wee raisin body into it.

AHOY THERE!
Happy Talk Like A Pirate Day 2023!
Here's this year's ensemble, complete with trousers, vest, sash, mask, and head wrap all made by me. I'm all set to shiver some timbers!
(The shirt is from Wish, and I haven't completed its alterations yet.)
I hosted two sewing events in honor of the holiday showcasing the Blind Hem. On a Babylock sewing machine, when one selects a Blind Hem stitch it calls for a special presser foot, with a specific letter code:
The "R" Foot!
R!!
Blind Hem! Eye patch!
Pirate!
In the morning we had a special pirate themed guide class all about how to get the right fold for a proper blind hem.
In the afternoon, we had a sit n' sew to make a Pirate Loot Bag using the blind hem as a casing.
They turned out great!
First they got to choose a "pirate tattoo" and embroider it onto the fabric. The mermaid was particularly popular. (These were all built into the Solaris machines we were using.)
Then we sewed them together which happened much faster than I had anticipated. I will do this class again for certain!
Add a nice cord and behold! A loot bag perfect for trick or treat, or hiding away ones valuables!
Here's my original model, made a few years ago. I was sad that we sold out of the fabric, but the beige Grunge(tm) looked pretty awesome in person, and made a fine background for the embroidery.
And now, the Blind Hem Pirate is tired, and going to get 40 winks.

Brother Innov'is 15 vs Juki HZL-353zr: which one to choose?
Do you want to invest in a sewing machine, but can't decide? We invite you to discover the Brother Innov'is 15 (equivalent to the Innov'is A16) and the Juki HZL-353zr. This will allow you to fully understand their respective advantages and disadvantages and to decide which one to choose according to your different criteria. It can be based on your level of sewing, depending on your goals or simply as a result of the comparison between the two sewing machines.
Electronic or mechanical sewing machine?
These two sewing machines already stand out on this point. Indeed, while the Juki is mechanical, the Brother is electronic. Here are the main differences between these two types of machine: Both machines are accessible at exactly the same price of €314, so this will not be a criterion of choice. It may also seem more difficult to handle, since all the settings must be made manually. This type of machine is recommended for beginners, because it allows you to understand the general operation of a sewing machine. The electronic sewing machine is distinguished by its ease of use. It has many features and is generally quite intuitive.
Brother Innov’is 15
First of all, we invite you to discover the Innov’is 15 sewing machine from the famous Brother brand, which offers machines with a good price/quality ratio. Presentation It is therefore an electronic sewing machine model. It offers 16 different stitches, as well as 3 styles of buttonholes made completely automatically and with a reinforcement stitch in the middle. With its aluminum frame and LCD screen, it has the typical design of Brother sewing machines. It is possible to adjust the stitch in length, in width, but also the thread tension. It is designed to simplify your task thanks to its speed regulator, the automatic needle threader, but also the simplified installation of the bobbin. Advantages and disadvantages The Brother Innov'is 15 is a sewing machine that seduces its users not only with its design, but also with its features. It is a beautiful device with quality components. Its LCD screen makes it easy to use. It is a fairly intuitive sewing machine with which you can progress, since you will have no trouble mastering the different features. High sewing speed of 850 rpm Nevertheless : The Innovis 15 is 7.4 kg against 7.1 kg for the 353zr, it is not high enough for it to be a determining criterion. If you want to sew very thick layers (several layers of leather for example), the power of the machine may show its limits, even if this type of seam is rare, it must be taken into account. No hard cover for transport.
Juki HZL-353zr
Here again, we invite you to discover a sewing machine with a great reputation, because Juki has been able to position itself as a creator of innovations. To take advantage of the know-how of this Japanese company which not only offers industrial sewing machines, but also family machines, we are going to give you more information on the Juki HZL-353zr. Presentation This is a family and mechanical sewing machine. It provides 21 stitches, a rotating flat hook and allows the automatic production of buttonholes. It is equipped with an aluminum frame and an ABS protective cover. Its retractable claws allow you to indulge in the practice of quilting. The training is done thanks to 7 rows of claws. You also have the double presser foot lift for heavier fabrics. Advantages and disadvantages This is a very complete mechanical sewing machine. We appreciate its ease of use, which makes it ideal for beginners, but not only thanks to its many features. Its use is effectively simplified thanks to the free arm for sewing trouser bottoms, for example, but also thanks to automatic threading. Stitch length and width are adjustable. We appreciate that it comes with a rigid case, while many machines have a simple soft cover to protect them between uses. It is a powerful sewing machine that has the bare necessities. Nevertheless : Its power is really amazing in reality, capable of sewing several layers of any type without worry. Sewing speed limited to 750 rpmWhich machine according to its level in sewing? Depending on your level of sewing, you can opt for one or the other. It will depend on your brand preferences, but especially if you want a mechanical or electronic sewing machine. Following the sewing craze of recent years, it remains very important to think about its expectations and objectives. . Nevertheless, to start well, it is recommended to favor a mechanical model like the Juki HZL-353zr. For more experienced seamstresses, the model offered by Juki is also a good choice since it allows a wider range of decorative stitches, however its competitor has more styles of buttonholes. Fans of electronic machines, for their part, will prefer the model offered by Brother. The model to choose according to the objectives and scalability The Juki HZL-353zr sewing machine is a sewing machine that not only allows you to start, but also to progress. Indeed, the different functionalities allow, as it is taken in hand, to be able to do more and more things. In addition, you can experiment with quilting. It involves sewing wadding between two layers of fabric to obtain padding. You will also have the possibility of making decorative stitches to bring a touch of originality to your creations. Enough to discover the pleasures of sewing, but if you prefer to own an electronic sewing machine, you will not be disappointed by the Brother Innov'is 15 which will also offer you many possibilities, see more with its 3 styles of buttonholes. Which sewing machine to choose between these two models? Between these two models, you will understand, it is not easy to choose. It will mainly depend on your affinity with one or the other brand, but also if you prefer an electronic or mechanical sewing machine. They are both in the same price range and can suit different seamstress profiles. They are also two brands with a great reputation that offer reliable and quality sewing machines. The Juki allows you to take advantage of more decorative stitches and greater power, but it will be slower and you will not have the 3 different styles of buttonholes. Read the full article

Garment and Textile recruiters in UK are continuously looking for strategic marketing to reach top talent
In the clothing industry, textile, garment, apparel and fashion are all interconnected. One part depends on another. Textile deals with the process of turning fibers into yarn, which then becomes a ready-to-sew material or cloth. Textile raw materials are fibers that are obtained from natural sources and can also be synthetically produced. Again these two can be made in combination. This fiber is first made into yarn by spinning. Then textile fabric is made by weaving, knitting, felting etc. process. Garment is usually called a factory because in terms of technological perspective, garment has tools that are more sophisticated and more practical to support work speed and product quality in achieving targets. Garment products are made attractive to people by adding various types of crafts, designs or patterns on these clothes. The target market of garment covers malls to supermarkets. The principal use of fabrics is to make apparel. Establishments in the apparel manufacturing industry produce many knitted clothing products, such as hosiery and socks, sweaters, shirts, and underwear. They also produce many cut-and-sew clothing items like dresses, suits, shirts, and trousers. All textiles are made up of fibers that are arranged in different ways to create the desired strength, durability, appearance and texture. In garment dyeing there are a lot of dyestuff and chemicals used. For garment printing, Plastisol prints are very common, but there are other types available for example based on acrylate or polyurethane.
A career in textile industry involves designing, producing, and selling textiles, fabrics, and related products. It includes a range of professions, such as fashion design, textile engineering, marketing, and supply chain management. Designers working with UK factories can have products hit the shelves in less than three weeks from initial design concept. In a world of quick and accessible fashion, this is becoming increasingly critical. British textile factories offer businesses and designers a transparent supply chain, which helps build trust and relationships, as well as reducing carbon emissions, which is important in a market where consumers are increasingly eco-conscious. Bespoke tailoring is an art part - 3
From this we will hand-cut an individual pattern which will be refined through the fitting process. For a new customer this process may involve several fittings and may take up to two months to complete. Once a customer’s pattern has been perfected it is retained in our pattern room and all subsequent orders will be made using this unique template.
Whilst this process is typically conducted at our shop we are happy to undertake private visits by special arrangement. Each bespoke garment is cut and sewn under the control of our Head Cutter. This still isn’t my fault (it’s gyzym’s, take it up with him)
Continued from this, IDK man
-
'You look like you were rode hard and put away wet,' was Lara's extremely professional assessment when Trent sat down next to her a few hours later.
'I've told you before, Lara,' Trent replied, 'It would never work between us. I'm gay and you believe in astrology.'
'I can yet live in hope,' she replied, scooting over a bit so he can sit down. 'And don't be such a fucking Leo.'
The press room was as full as he'd ever seen it, though admittedly his own attendance at AFC Richmond's pressers had been somewhat erratic these past few years. It was always the same droning, bloviating whinging from George or Harold or whoever the manager of the moment had been; blaming players for a loss, taking credit for a win.
Today's press conference promised to be different. Leslie Higgins was up in front, busily and ineffectually trying to get everyone's attention and being roundly ignored, as was the press corps's usual reaction to him. Trent wasn't even bothering to shout questions at this point; instead he checked Twitter one last time, to see if anyone else had found out who the new manager was. So far, no one had — which ought to be a consolation, since in between bullying his sources and stalking the press-accessible halls of Nelson Road this morning, he'd also failed.
'But somehow I'm just angrier,' he muttered to Sarah, who'd plopped down on his other side and was looking suspiciously chipper.
'Chin up, guv,' she said, nudging him with her elbow. 'It'll all be over soon.'
'Oh, God, you know who it is,' he realised, because he'd trained her much too well before she'd cruelly deserted him for the Times last year, and moreover he knew her smug 'I know something you don't' expression from back when he'd babysat for her a lifetime ago in Weymouth.
'I do,' she confirmed, 'And you're going to hate him.'
'I already hate him,' Trent assured her, just as Lara yelped at something on her phone — and just as Higgins bleated, 'And so without further ado, the new manager of AFC Richmond, Ted Lasso!'
The door opened and fucking First-Name-Starts-With-T-Not-Trent waltzed in the room. He'd shaved off his beard since that morning, though for some ungodly reason had decided to keep the moustache, making him look like some sort of low-rent Tom Sellek. He — Ted Lasso — had the same sweater and ugly trousers that he'd had on this morning; that he'd had on last night, laughing at Trent's outrage over taking home a grown man who thought khakis were an acceptable choice if you weren't a youth minister or a cultist. 'Sometimes hard to tell 'em apart, back where I'm from,' Ted had chuckled, then pressed Trent against the doorframe and bit down on his—
Just then, Ted spotted Trent and spat a mouthful of water all over himself.
It went rather downhill from there.
-
'Are you always that mean to new coaches?' asked Ted, popping up from fuck knew where while Trent was trying to unlock his car that night.
'Jesus Christ,' Trent said, though it might have come out as a yelp, and dropped his keys.
Ted — Theodore Lasso, forty-four, lately of Kansas (one of the ones in the middle, apparently), assistant coach at Kansas University for fifteen years, head coach at Wichita State for one season — bent down and scooped them up. 'Nice, an actual car key, haven't seen one of those in a while,' he said, ignoring Trent's outstretched hand to examine some of the other bits and bobs on his keychain. 'Can I get the story behind this?' he asks, holding up the keychain by the toy unicorn.
'Absolutely not,' Trent hissed, snatching them out of Ted's hand. 'And yes, I am always that mean to new coaches.'
'And here I thought I was special.' Ted rocked back on his heels, not looking in the least perturbed by the death glare Trent was trying, with all his might, to muster up. 'So, you free for dinner tonight? My treat, although I only know of one restaurant in this town so far, but the owner seemed real confident that his cuisine would knock my socks off, and—'
'What? No,' Trent said, almost dropping his keys in shock. 'Are you asking me out on a date tonight?'
'Something in your tone of voice says that I shouldn't be,' Ted said, eyes still bright and curious. 'Is tonight bad? When should I ask you out on a date, Trent Crimm from the Independent?' He smiled, and oh God, the moustache was dreadful, but now Trent could see that Ted had dimples, which felt like some sort of punishment from God.
'Never, you should never ask me out on a date, not tonight or any time in the future. Were you dropped on your head as—' Trent took a moment to collect himself, otherwise he was going to shout at a football manager about basic journalistic integrity in the middle of a parking lot. Again. Though at least this time it wasn't Sam Allardyce trying to give him an envelope full of cash. 'Ted.'
'Hey, you remembered my name, that's progress,' Ted cheered.
'Ted,' Trent repeated. 'You are now the head manager of a premier league football team — a team which I cover, professionally, for my job, which I get paid for. If we were to go out on a date, I would stop getting paid, because I would no longer have that job. Do you understand?'
'I think so,' Ted said musingly, but he was stepping closer to him, the absolute monster. 'So does this mean we've got to limit ourselves to really fantastic and, I have to say, props to you, incredibly flexible, mutually satisfying sex? Because I'd be all right with that, for now.' He paused a moment, looking closely at Trent with an expression that could best be described as a labrador trying to look clever. 'Something tells me you'd be all right with that, too,' he concluded, gesturing at Trent's neck — where the love bite he'd left was hidden by the collar of Trent's shirt.
Trent slapped Ted's hand away, adrenaline spiking as he glanced around the car park to see if anyone else had come out and seen this… fucking travesty of a conversation. 'No, no sex either, what the fuck goes on in America?'
'Honestly not sure.' Ted shrugged, colossally unbothered. 'Can't say I've ever been in this position before. Or any number of the positions I was in last night, for that matter. And up until a week ago, I never really thought I'd be in any of those positions, literal or metaphorical.'
'What changed a week ago?' Trent asked, resisting the urge to pull out his notebook — he wasn't about to put his glasses on, after Ted's insufferable little callback earlier, and without them his notebook was just a series of blobs and scribbles.
'Well, my wife left me, and I got offered about two million dollars to move halfway around the world, which sounds like just about far enough away from Kansas at present.' Ted's smile had turned a little sour at the edges. 'Makes a man reevaluate things.'
'You're getting a divorce?' Trent asked, instead of, 'You're married?' because he wasn't nineteen anymore, liable to be scandalised or heartbroken by someone else's infidelity.
'Got, past tense. Signed the paperwork the morning I got on the plane. So, yesterday. Or the day before — time's still a little out of wack, I'll admit.' Ted sighed. 'All right, so that's a no on a date and a no on mutually satisfying sexual escapades in future?'
'...Yes,' said Trent, though he was so bewildered by all the right and left turns this conversation had taken that he couldn't quite be sure what he was agreeing to.
'All right, then,' said Ted, readjusting his backpack (his backpack, Jesus Christ) and stepping back. 'Look forward to seeing you at the next press conference.'
'You actually mean that, don't you?' Trent asked, almost despairingly.
'Of course I do,' said Ted, one of his dimples threatening to make a reappearance. 'You're someone worth looking forward to, Trent Crimm of the Independent.'
'Oh, fuck it,' Trent muttered. 'Do you want a ride?'

The bell above the entryway jingles as someone slips through the door. Looking up from their work, basting a hem in a customer’s pair of trousers, the villain freezes.
In the threshold of their store stands their nemesis’ young sidekick. Dressed in unassuming civilian clothing, they stroll in and begin to poke around the front displays of fitted ensembles, single and double-breasted suits, fine gowns, and the like.
The villain sits there for a minute. Willing themselves to blink, to swallow, or to move their fingers along the soft trouser fabric. Something to start up their heart that stopped dead at the sight.
It is the movement of a stack of neckties, knocked over by the sidekick that did the trick.
Obliging, their heart roars to life, hammering a threatening beat. Adrenaline dumps into their system like a drug as they flip up the presser foot on their industrial sewing machine, and slide their chair back. They flounder for the long metal bar they secured to the underside of their sewing table. Their powers teeming to life, ready to call specific metals they’d hidden throughout the back of the store to come into their waiting hands.
How the hell did their nemesis find this place anyway? This little hole-in-the-wall tailor shop, near the bottoms in Relictus City?
Damn it!
This place is lost now. Their livelihood would likely be burned to cinders in the upcoming crusade. How frustrating, since it took them months to vet a dozen or so locations before choosing this one. Sure that no hero of the Covenant would find it, only to be met with the sidekick’s appearance.
Or was this a joke? Did their nemesis need a hole patched in their super suit? Probably put there by the villain themselves. Their store wasn’t exactly a five-star boutique that most of the heroes preferred. Those were located in the more affluent parts of the city—where the sidekick should be perusing. Not here.
Or maybe this was just karma. The universe’s version of a kick in the teeth. Of punishing them for getting too complacent in this place. Of becoming too accustomed to working odd hours in the little shop then heading upstairs to the maisonette, their living quarters above. They’d placed their major bases (they had three) far from this location, hoping to avoid this very situation. No cross-contamination. They were smart about it.
Well, it looks like it didn’t work.
The villain tenses, ready for a fight as the sidekick makes their way through the store. Around unopened boxes and half-dressed mannequins. They sidestep a display case and approach the only other customer there who was browsing, trying to kill time while they waited on that hem. Rocking back on their heels, the sidekick smiled impishly. “Hey? Do you work here?”
Barely looking up from the rows of tabled dress shirts, the customer shakes their head and gestures towards the back of the store.
Fuck.
A power core they hid in the cabinetry near the cash register silently darts into the villain’s hand. They hold it behind their back, trying to stay out of sight until the last moment. This may get messy. And the civilian; their customer….
They glance over at them. Unassuming and pathetically ordinary. The villain supposes they would become an unavoidable casualty in this skirmish. Especially once their nemesis barges through the door, leveling the place.
Or maybe they could avoid bloodshed. That would be best given that they were probably outnumbered. Scores of Covenant guards and other lesser heroes waiting to pounce just outside of the large bay windows.
The villain takes a step back, hoping such a move wouldn’t draw any attention to themselves. Twelve steps in retreat would take them to the stairs that led to their apartment. If they could only make it…
“I know you’re there,” came the youthful voice. The villain startles, choosing to remain rooted to their spot. They would take their last stand here. The sidekick squeezes between stacks of boxes the villain has yet to unload and comes to the kiosk cash register. “So this is where you’ve been hiding.”
The villain swallowed, wondering if the kid was wearing a wire. If their nemesis could hear this interaction. If they were loving this ambush. “You’ve disguised this place pretty well. It was really hard to find. But the jig is up. I’m here.”
Even in the loose sweatshirt, beanie and jeans, the sidekick strikes a pose. Chest out, hands on their hips and a wry smile pulling at the corners of their mouth.
The villain let out a steadying breath and flips on the power core. It swells to life with a low hum.
“I see that,” they say, on edge. Ready to strike.
“You’re going to be grateful that it was me, and not someone else. You’ll see that I’m the only one fit for the job.”
“Excuse me?”
The sidekick let out an exasperated sigh. “Sorry. I’m really trying hard to sell myself. That’s what her—I mean, my friend told me to do.”
“...What?”
“You put the ‘help wanted’ ad online? Plus you have a sign out front. I’m here to apply.” They presented the actual sign, holding it up proudly. “I’m here for the job.”
“Ah…,” the villain scrambled to recover. “Do you have any prior experience?”
“Well, no,” they said, shuffling their feet. They place the sign on the kiosk before shoving their hands in the pocket of their sweatshirt. They look hopeful. “But I’m a quick learner.”
What. The. Hell?
“I need an experienced tailor,” the villain said, playing the part. Looking above the sidekick’s head, to the street outside their window. Where was their nemesis? What the hell is this? “I’ve been getting a lot of business lately, and I find myself a bit overwhelmed.”
“Ok, so I can’t sew,” the sidekick starts, “but I can do anything else you need me to. I can sweep, and dust. I can answer phones. I can manage your online store. I’m good with computers. Social media is practically my playground.” They catch the doubtful look on the villain’s face. “Oh, please! It would give you more time to, you know, sew and whatever else you do. I can start as an intern. For a week. No pay. If you don’t like me then you can yeet me out the door. Promise.”
“Ok…” This was an unusual tactic, but maybe their nemesis banked on the hope that the villain wouldn’t recognize them. Stil… they needed more information. Or at least time to figure out what was going on. “Why do you want to work here?”
The sidekick hesitates. “I need to get away...from where I’m at.” They look up at the villain reading their concerned expression. “Oh, no! It’s not like that. I’m not running away. I just want a… vacation.”
“You want a vacation doing menial work?”
“I want to get away. And to make some money while I do it. You know. To have an emergency fund. Just in case.” They shuffled their feet. “So do I got the job or not. I have six other places to go to before it gets dark. Maybe they’ll hire me if you don’t.”
Interesting. Very interesting. Especially if what the kid says is true that their nemesis doesn’t know that their sidekick is here at all, begging for a job. This could play in their favor. It would be risky. A big risk. On one hand, their nemesis could be playing the long game. Drawing this farce out. Goading the villain into revealing their associates. Base locations. Possible details of their plans. But if their nemesis had no idea the sidekick was here...
“Do your parents know you’re here?” the villain tentatively tries.
“I don’t live with my parents. But my legal guardian said I could do whatever I wanted with my free time. So, here I am.”
The villain holds their hand out for the crumpled piece of paper tucked in the sidekick’s front pocket. Their resume, the villain assumes and assumes correctly. The sidekick hands it over and they skim its contents.
Member of the Sidekick Foundation, though it doesn’t say in what capacity. So if the villain was truly clueless, they wouldn’t know if the sidekick was truly a sidekick or just as a full-time student. Their legal guardian is the superhero Fission. Only it doesn’t say that. No, the sidekick has put down Fission’s real name. And their real name. Their age—sixteen years old—and their skills.
Gods, this kid’s naivety was sickening. On this paper alone, the villain had more than what they could garnish from three months of reconnaissance. Names. Place of residence. Contact information.
“The store opens at 8 am,” the villain instructed, ignoring the sidekick’s delighted face. “Be here at seven. You can start by opening up these boxes, and putting the clothing on hangers. You’ll have to answer the phone if it rings while you’re doing this. Then the shop needs a good dusting and the bathroom in the back needs attention. You will get an hour lunch break, and the day ends at 4 pm.” The villain looked them up and down. “And try to wear something nicer than a sweatshirt.”
The sidekick breaks into a grin, thanks them profusely, and practically sprints out the door.
The villain hopes they won’t regret this.

Sinful Sunday!
So hopefully this is going to be the start of a small series of smutty one-shots based on this set of smut prompts - kind of practice for writing smut as I'm a newbie and more in-depth smut/romance scenes/stories are intimidating! Thank you @justforshitsandcackles in advance for coming up with them!
No. 41 - "The only way you're getting off is on my thigh."
NSFW - Adoribull, ~480 words
******************
“The only way you’re getting off is on my thigh.”
He’s expecting Dorian to scoff, scowl, pout - whatever it is that jumped up little Vint does when he doesn’t get his way. To his great surprise, that is not what Dorian does.
Instead, his slightly irritated expression smooths into one of utmost arrogance (which Bull refuses to admit makes him hard as hell, the bastard will be insufferable with otherwise) and slinks forward like a cat. They’re in a shadowed corner of the tavern and it’s late, so it’s mostly empty, but Bull can’t recall Dorian checking before the velvet heat of his crotch slides against Bull’s muscled thigh and he settles there, arms lightly resting on Bull’s shoulders. His mage takes a breath then, beautiful eyes fluttering closed as he breathes like he’s preparing himself, setting his forehead gently against Bull’s. His skin is almost feverishly hot and Bull’s desire-fogged brain has only just worked out he’s going to actually do it before Dorian does, undulating his body against Bull’s leg so that Bull’s breath stutters and Dorian lets out a tiny whimper as his hard cock pressers firm against Bull’s thigh.
He does it again. And then again - writhing up against Bull’s body like he’s fucking himself on a cock, pressing his dick against Bull’s thigh through silk and Bull’s plain cotton trousers. The hands at Bull’s neck turn inward, trembling fingers wrapping around the back of his neck, hooking themselves over a horn to steady himself and the tugging pressure on Bull’s head takes all his blood from his brain and redirects it straight to his cock. He rests his hands on Dorian’s hips, helping him move but not really, in awe of how this how Dorian’s fucking anchoring himself to Bull via his horns and using that anchor to ripple his body like he’s in water . His cock is hard, so very hard in his britches right now but he can’t mange to do anything about it, something mesmerising in the curve of Dorian’s back, the furrow in his brow, air puffing through slightly open lips so close to Bull’s mouth he could shift forward an inch and capture them. He can’t seem to manage even that, either.
Shit, he thinks to himself as Dorian’s gorgeous eyes open, only to see something on Bull’s face and huff out a laugh, his cheeks darkening in a blush as he turns his face away. Fuck, he thinks again, as he leans forward like a man on a leash to press lips and tongue to the sweat clinging to Dorian’s neck. Bugger, he thinks one more time, as he hauls Dorian’s hips flush with his and the sensation from their cocks grinding against each other through fabric is as much like home as it is like sex. He might end up having a few problems with this one.

The Affair (Warning!! Smut assured)
Hey guys! It still contains violence, slander, and smut. Its still extremely ANTI-Steve Rogers and ANTI-Steggy. So if you support either one, do NOT read this. However, it is Pro- Peggysous! It is super long so I will separate it into sections. This is section 4 and the last one. Enjoy!! :)
2 weeks later:
There in Daniel Sousa's apartment, the sun shines brightly through the drawn curtains. He wraps his arms tighter around the woman lying beside him, and she begins to stir from her slumber. A soft moan echoes through the room as she turns around and faces him, laying her head on his chest and her arm around his torso.
"Good morning, Amor." He says as he places a kiss on her head. She chuckles and looks up at him.
"Good morning, love." The lips meet tenderly, and Daniel holds her tighter. "How's your wrists feel?" "Better. Its only bad bruising," He gives her a look. "And one small sprain..."
"Mhm." Peggy laughs at him and kisses his chest. "What are the plans for today?"
"Well...I was hoping to go to the court and talk with the lawyer and finalize everything. I want this divorce to be over with as soon as possible." "Yeah." He says as he places a hand on her small bump. "What's gonna happen to Grant?" "He wants to be with Steve, which of course, is no surprise to me. I wouldn't want him to live or be with us anyway; especially with the little one." He looks down at her stomach and smiles.
"I love you. Both of you" Peggy laughs and kisses his cheek.
"We love you too." Hours go by in the day and Peggy finally gets back with her confirmation; she has officially been divorced. She walks out of the court and breaths in the fresh air of the day; it feels like a weight has been lifted from her life, and she couldn't feel happier. When she goes back to Daniel's apartment, its empty. He must still be at the office finishing up his shift. Peggy walks to their room and changes into a deep red dress with a crosscut out on her chest; with a little bit of cleavage showing; and she blushes. Although she doesn't need to impress him, she wants to. They've both had an eventful few weeks, and they could use the company and distraction. She looks at the clock and it read 5:00pm. Daniel should be getting home soon, so, she turns on the radio and sways to music as it fills the room.
"Peg?" Daniel walks in and hears the radio paying.
"Daniel." Peggy walks to the door and places her arms over his neck. "Took you long enough." He laughs.
"Sorry. I had to finish my shift." Their lips meet for a gentle kiss. When they break apart, Peggy takes his hand and they walk together. "So how'd it go in court today?"
"Actually..." He sighs in disappointment. "It went perfect." He looks at her and smiles brightly.
"Seriously?"
"Indeed." She takes his crutch from him and sets it against the chair. "In fact, you are looking at a divorced woman. And I am now free." She beams up at him as she takes his hands in hers. He leans down and kisses her gently.
"I'm so happy for you, Peggy."
"I wouldn't have ever done this without you. I should have done it a long time ago...but I suppose I needed to see what real love was like to know that I wanted it." Daniel places one hand on her hip and keeps the other in her hand.
They sway lightly to the music to accommodate Daniel's leg. He twirls her around and she comes back to him again and again. She rests her head on his chest as he holds her close. The soft slow music fills the room and everything in this moment brings Peggy to the realization; everything that she has worked her whole life for has finally arrived. She's longed to be accepted and loved for the woman she is, and to have that acceptance from someone who will love her and never overshadow her; instead they are equals. And Daniel Sousa is defiantly that. She looks at the man that has infiltrated her mind. His eyes are closed as he sways and holds her; enjoying this time they have. When he finally opens his eyes, their eyes meet, and their souls are bare to the other. She smiles at him and laughs.
"What?" He laughs in return.
"I have something I want to give you."
"For what?" He looks at her puzzled.
"Just because I love you. And I want to let you know how happy you make me, and how much better my life is because of you..." She pulls away, slightly, and reaches for the zipper of her dress. Slowly, she pulls it down and shrugs it off. It pools at her feet as she stands before him, in nothing but her brassier and underwear. He stares in shock and his mouth stays agape. She shoves him lightly and he sits down on the couch. Peggy straddles him and slowly kisses his lips. He returns the sentiment and lays his hands on her hips. She places her hands on his shirt and slowly undoes the buttons.
"Peg..." He starts to get aroused, but Peggy shakes her head.
"Slow..." She kisses his neck, shin, cheek, and forehead lightly; a small agonizing trail for him.
Daniel runs his hands up her back and relishes in the feeling of her skin. The time around them feels as if its slowed; and the two soul mates don't seem to mind. She undoes each button one at a time as their lips press together slowly. She runs her hand on his chest and places attentive kisses there. Daniel keeps his hands on her brassier, and she nods in confirmation. He undoes the hooks and the takes it off. She moans quietly and he leaves a trail of light electricity on her skin. He leans down and kisses her chest in return. Her hands run threw his hair and she presser herself against him; this feeling of a perfect intimacy fills the atmosphere.
"Darling..." She whispers. He looks up at her and their lips meet once more, and their mouths collide in an instant; but not a dual...a dance. A slow sweet dance that they treasure in this moment. She stands before him and undoes his trousers. He lifts his hips and they get pulled down. Peggy stands before him as he pulls down her nickers, and then she sits down again. Their eyes freeze together as their bodies connect, and everything is as it should be. She moans a quiet moa, and he does the same. He brings a hand to her hair and runs it through, bring her face to his... She rocks against him, up and down, back and forth, and he skims her body with his hands. He thrust up to meet her and she gasps; and its music to his ears.
"Meu amor..." He says, breathless. She smiles and snogs him again, never stopping in their dance; their dance of love. As she moves down, he thrust up, and they both moan and groan in perfect pleasure. Peggy wraps an arm around his neck and hold her lips to his as they cum together in their kiss. They break apart and laugh in their spent bliss. Daniel holds her close and whispers in her ear to keep this beautiful silence. "I love you." She holds his face in her hands and kisses one once more.
"I love you too."
4 Years later:
There on a bright sunny day in New York, three young brunette children play. Running around in a small quiet park, as their parents sit on the bench, laughing at the beautiful sight of their happy children. The father holds his wife on his lap as she keeps an arm around his neck. He places a hand on her growing belly as he smiles and kisses her nose. Never in a million years could you convince this woman that she would have 4 children to call her own running and yelling in a park as she holds her husband as if it were the last time. Her previous marriage was that of a miserable one, and one with a child she despised; but now everything is different, and she is now happy with her life.
In this blissful moment the growing family is unaware of the two people watching them. A father and a son continue to stare from a distance. When they first noticed the children running and playing, they didn't think anything of it. That is until they hear the mother's voice.
"Careful poppets! No chasing your sister with the stick, she'll fall." She calls out. They would recognize that voice anywhere; it's the voice of a woman they so long despised and blame for the ruin in their lives. They watch the family as they enjoy their day, and then notice the bulge in her stomach. The father snickers in anger.
"And to think she always said she never wanted kids. Now she has five." He says.
"And one of them she has nothing to do with." The son says angrily. "She replaced the family she already had." His face turns a bright red and he looks to his father.
"I think its time for a little family reunion. Don't you think so, Grant?"
"Yeah. I do." The father and son duo walk over to the Sousa family and stand by the bench. "Guess you got the kids you always dreamed of, huh...mom." Peggy and Daniel turn to the side and are frozen in shock.
"Grant?" She looks at him and then to his right. "Steve? What-"
"I thought you said you never wanted kids. And that you hated the thought of having a lot." Peggy gets off of Daniel's lap and stands, her body tense. "That's one hell of a lie."
"Its not a lie. At the time I didn't want them. Especially with you." She says. Daniel stands beside har and keeps his free arm around her waist.
"Yeah, why is that exactly?" "I don't know, Rogers. Perhaps its because I never saw myself having a family with you. Or the fact that I was terrified to have children. OR maybe its because I was afraid to die in childbirth." Daniel holds her tighter to calm her down. The young children overhear their mother's voice, and they know she's not happy. "Any children we could have had could have had the serum and killed me. But you never thought of that, did you? Of course not. Instead it was all about you and have the trophy wife at home caring for your child." "OUR child. Grant is our son, and yet you haven't even made an attempt to see him in the last 4 years."
"I'm well aware of that. And that's my choice." She looks at Grant, dead in the eye. "I don't claim you as my son. I stopped thinking of you as my blood a long time ago." "How can you say that!" Grant yells.
"Its rather simple actually. I move my mouth and the talk, and the words came out." Peggy cheeks. Daniel smiles beside her holding in his laugh.
"And the man you had an affair with in our marriage? You just...married him, why again? Because you got pregnant, like a dumb-" "That's enough." Daniel finally speaks up.
"What're you gonna do? Huh? Crip." Grant spews. Peggy turns her head, slowly towards him; and gives him a deadly glare.
"I'm sorry, I must have miss heard. What did you just call my husband?" She asks calmly; and Daniel knows that's not a good sign. Neither of the Rogers say anything. "I asked you... a damn question!" Little Michael and Elizabeth look towards their mother as she raises her voice. The twins share a look and grab their little sister, Colleen. Elizabeth and Colleen stay together as Michael walks over to his Pai and Mum.
"You heard what I said...whore." Grant gets in Peggy's face. "I said he's a cri-"Before he finishes his sentence, Peggy lands a punch to his face. Steve looks at Peggy and raises his hand to grab her, but Michel runs at him and punches him in the balls.
"Don't touch my Mummy!!" He yells. Daniel and Peggy gasp. "Michael!?" They say, but he doesn't turn to look at them. Instead he looks at Grant and does the same thing; and both Roger boys back away. Peggy looks at the sight before her and can't help but laugh. She grabs her baby boy and hugs him tightly. "Thank you, darling." She peppers him with kisses, and he giggles. His sisters come running and they all hug their parents. Elizabeth looks back at them and sees them get up, so she grabs a few rocks and chucks it at them; hitting Grant right in the eye and Steve in the balls. "Damn, Lizzy! Nice shot!" He sits back down on the bench and holds her on his lap with Colleen. The Sousa family look at the Roger pair, and see the tow running away like scared little children. The growing family laughs and giggles at the events that just occurred, and then spend the rest of their day playing and enjoying their lives; finally in peace.

Test and review of the Singer Madam 2 sewing machine
Singer is a brand whose reputation is second to none when it comes to sewing machines. It offers many ranges according to the needs and budget of the seamstress. Among them, the Madam range. Does this really live up to the expectations that one can have for a Singer machine? We have tested the Singer Madam 2 sewing machine for you.
Introducing the Singer Madam 2 Sewing Machine
The Singer Madame 2 sewing machine is a mechanical machine presented as an entry-level machine from the brand. At Singer, this still means, under a sleek design, a very solid chassis thanks to a metal structure. The same goes with the spool holder. The Singer Madam 2 machine is therefore intended to be robust and qualitative. However, Singer's Madam 2, with its rounded lines and small touches of red, has a compact size and light weight, conducive to transport. With its extensive functions, it allows you to carry out common sewing works. But also to learn more technical works thanks to his free arm and to try out original creations with decorative and adjustable stitches, especially in the field of clothing design. Because Singer claims to have dedicated its range of Madam sewing machines to fashionistas. The technical characteristics of the Singer Madam 2Here are the main technical characteristics of the Singer Madam 2 sewing machine: Mechanical sewing machine; A metal frame; 23 preset stitches including basic stitches, stretch stitches and decorative stitches; Stitches adjustable in width and length; A four-step automatic buttonhole; Worktop lighting by Staybright LED; An automatic needle threader; Adjustable thread tension; Rheostat; A free arm to easily sew sleeves and trouser hems; A horizontal bobbin holder; A transparent flap to check the level of remaining thread; Supplied with several presser feet; Weight: 6.2kg Dimensions: 41 x 36 x 17cm.Its strengths One of the strengths of the Singer Madam 2 machine is the metal elements that make it up in its structure and bobbin holder. This arrangement is now found in all Singer sewing machines, giving them strength and durability. Thanks to its manual adjustment, the operation of the Singer Madam 2 is quick to master, even for a novice seamstress. Also, the wheels remain positioned on the last setting, which allows the seamstress to be able to interrupt and resume the same work without wasting time adjusting her machine again. The automatic needle threader also allows you to get to work very quickly. With 23 different preset stitches and several presser feet, the Singer Madam 2 sewing machine offers a wide range of possibilities, further enhanced by the possibility of modifying the length but also the width of the stitches. This is an argument that is often lacking in sewing machines of equivalent range. The free arm is a very useful feature, greatly simplifying the sewing of trouser hems or sleeve cuffs. The Led-backlit worktop ensures real comfort for the seamstress. This also allows him to work longer at his work, at dawn or at dusk for example. Singer's Madam 2 is compact and not very heavy. Transporting it or changing its place regularly is therefore possible. The Singer Madam 2 sewing machine has a maximum recommended price of less than €300. This is a reasonable budget for a machine of this quality and with so many features. Its weak points If it has many useful functions, some shortcomings are still noted on the Madam 2 sewing machine from Singer. On this model, the automatic buttonhole is 4 times while it arises in 1 time only on its big sister the Madam 4. An LCD screen could also have been a plus for machine settings. What type of seamstress is it for? The Singer Madam 2 sewing machine is for seamstresses who are overflowing with creative projects and who want to be able to do them without delay and with a minimum of equipment. It is an ideal sewing machine for beginner sewers who want to familiarize themselves with the most essential features of a machine, without quickly finding themselves limited as can be the case with other entry-level machines. Experienced seamstresses can keep their Singer Madam 2 for their most common work or for traveling, but to go even further in their creations, a more powerful and more equipped machine will be more suitable. Seamstresses who do not have a workshop where to leave their sewing machine permanently ready for use can turn to the Singer Madam 2 machine. Compact and not very heavy, it is easy to store. Our opinion on the Singer Madam 2 sewing machine During our test of the Singer Madam 2 sewing machine, we found the Singer signature in the design, settings and quality of the sewing machine. Although it lacks a few useful options, the value for money of this sewing machine remains very favorable. Easy to tame, the Madam 2 has almost everything of a great and allows it to take a position in our top of the best Singer machines for 2022. Read the full article

Types of Sewing Machines and their Uses
Industrial sewing machines differ from traditional consumer sewing machines in many ways. An industrial sewing machine with embroidery machine parts is specifically built for long term, professional sewing tasks and is therefore constructed with superior durability, parts, and motors. Whereas traditional sewing machines might include nylon or plastic gears, an industrial sewing machine's gears, connecting rods, housings, and body are typically constructed from high-quality metals, such as cast iron or aluminum. Beyond that, industrial sewing machines are made to handle thick materials such as leather, produce faster stitch rates, and incorporate stouter, more positive feed components than do their consumer equivalents.
Types of Industrial Sewing Machines
With regard to these types of industrial sewing machines, the primary differentiation between them is based on the design of the bed. These four different sewing machine bed styles and their uses are as follows:
Flatbed: The most common type, these machines resemble traditional sewing machines in that the arm and needle extend over the flat base of the machine. Workers typically use this machine for sewing flat pieces of fabric together. Some type of fabric feed mechanism is usually housed in the bed (see below).
Cylinder-bed: These machines feature a narrow, cylindrical bed as opposed to a flat base. This allows the fabric to pass around and under the bed. Workers employ the cylinder-bed machine for sewing cylindrical pieces such as cuffs, but it is also useful for bulky and curved items such as saddles and shoes.
Post-bed: These machines feature bobbins, feed dogs, and/or loopers in a vertical column that rises above the flat base of the machine. The height of this column can vary depending on the machine and its application. Applications that make access to the sewing area difficult, such as attaching emblems, or boot or glove making, utilize the post-bed machine.
Off-the-arm: The least common group, these machines extend a cylindrical bed out from the back of the machine perpendicular to the direction taken by the bed of the cylinder-bed machine. This allows for long runs of tubular goods, such as the inseams of trousers, and is useful for sewing sleeves and shoulder seams.
Other special-purpose sewing machines exist, as well. Portable and fixed electric units are often employed for closing large sacks of agricultural products, dog food, etc. Bookbinders use special machines in their operations. Carpet installers also use special machines for binding carpet. Embroidering and monogramming machines are used for textile customization and decorating and are often program-controlled. Special long arm machines are made for sailmakers and purpose-built machines are available for cobblers.
Sewing Machine Feeds
Different industrial sewing machines offer several ways to feed the material. Typically, industrial sewing machines that deliver numerous feed capabilities are more expensive. The main types of feed mechanisms are:
Drop feed: The feed mechanism lies below the machine's sewing surface. This is probably the most common feed type. Toothed segments called feed dogs lift and advance the fabric between each stitch, with the teeth pressing upwards and sandwiching the material against a presser foot.
Needle feed: The needle itself acts as the feed mechanism, which minimizes slippage and allows workers to sew multiple layers of fabric. There is also super multi head lace embroidery machine.
Walking foot: The immobile presser foot is replaced with a foot that moves with the feed, which allows easier performance on thick, spongy or cushioned materials.
Puller feed: The machine grips and pulls straight-seamed material as it is sewn and can perform on large, heavy-duty items such as canvas tents.
Manual feed: The feed is controlled entirely by the worker, who can do delicate, personal work such as shoe repair, embroidering, and quilting. On industrial sewing machines, it is sometimes necessary to remove the feed dogs to obtain a manual feed.
The application of an industrial sewing machine is also an important factor to consider. For example, some machines come with an automatic pocket setter, while others include pattern programmability or electronic eyelet buttonholers. Furthermore, the strength and design of the machine needs to complement the type of material being sewn. Higher quality machines will likely be necessary for medium to heavy materials, such as denim, while base level industrial machines may be adequate for lighter materials, such as cotton.
Other Considerations
A particular machine’s available stitch types can vary. There are several dozen distinct types of stitches, each requiring between one and seven threads. Plain, or straight stitches are the most commonly used stitches in industrial sewing and include lock, chain, overlock, and coverstitch. Sailmakers, on the other hand, use zig-zag stitching to better tolerate seam loading between sail panels.
Yet another important feature is the size and speed of the industrial sewing machine. More expensive machines will be able to sew more stitches per minute. Larger machines provide a larger clearance area under the foot and bigger bed size. Also, different embroidery machine series has different features.
Many industrial machines are sold without motors and can be operated with either clutch motors or servomotors, depending on the user’s needs. Clutch motors run constantly and power to the machine is transmitted by depressing a foot treadle to actuate the clutch. Servomotors run on demand and are speed controllable as well, much as are home sewing machines. Both motor types are available for 120 or 240 vac power. Raising of the presser foot is often done with a knee paddle to allow the operator full use of both hands. Although many home machines are able to do a wide variety of operations, production sewing often uses machines that are set up for specific tasks such as bar tacking, buttonhole making, etc. Machines for tailors and seamstresses are likely to be capable of a fuller range of operations.
