Oh no, I love them.
DongWook and his insomnia and his desperate confusion about what ruined their friendship and the person he relied on so thoroughly and DoHyun deepseated misunderstanding of something that happened five years ago and the way they stare at each other, one hurt and one confused ans also hurt and I love them both so much.
DongWook is so hurt and so tired and so confused while DoHyun carries this deep pain with him over what happened between them and the past that lingers between them hurts so much, like walking on glass.

For others with strong maladaptive daydreaming, you can use that shit to your advantage sometimes. I have to do it when my brain decides it needs to. I CANT avoid it. But what I do is daydream useful stuff instead of epic battles and crazy romances. I regularly use it to get chores done. I imagine situations where an OC of mine is just living their everyday life, folding laundry in a cottage, or cooking dinner for a feast. I also use it to fall asleep (I have insomnia, so this doesn't work all the time). I imagine one of my characters in an epic final battle using their plan Z and falling into a coma or getting cursed and falling into a deep sleep. I dunno if this is great to do mentally, but it's much easier to manage when I'm using it to better my life instead of escape it.

please i love you i'm begging you bring back suspension of disbelief bring back trusting the audience like. i cannot handle any more dialogue that sounds like a legal document. "hello, i am here to talk to you about the incident from a few minutes ago, because i feel you might be unwell, and i am invested in your personal wellbeing." "thank you, i am unwell because the incident was hurtful to me due to my childhood, which was bad." I CANT!!!!
do you know how many people are mad that authors use "growled" as a word for "said"? it's just poetics! they do not literally mean "growled," it's just a common replacement for "said with force but in a low tone." it's normal! do you hear me!! help me i love you please let me out of here!!!
#i am so sick of writers having to anticipate the most boring#bad-faith readings of their work. i am like - if you use cheese as a currency#okay! as long as the world makes sense to me: cool. cheese tax. moving on.#my job as the reader is to suspend my disbelief and say okay! i am so sick of like#fanfiction authors having to write dissertations#because they had an interesting idea they'd like to try out!!!#just write it! if it doesn't make sense that's someone else's problem!!!#PS OP is autistic. yes sometimes i take things literally at first glance. then i think about it lol#this is so clearly not about accessibility etc. it's about like. girl even i an autistic person#am able to understand ''they probably didn't mean his eyes darkened LITERALLY''

Not socialist in a “I won’t have to work” type of way but socialist in a “I’ll still be working but I won’t be worried I won’t make the rent” type of way. In a “billions won’t be hoarded by one person” type of way. In a “janitors, fast-food workers, child care workers, preschool teachers, hotel clerks, personal care and home health aides, and grocery store cashiers, will live comfortably” type of way. In a “the sick and elderly will be cared for” type of way. In a “no child should work” type of way.
#socialist#socialism#communism#anti capitalism#the belief that we won’t work under capitalism genuinely makes me so mad#like#you realize the goal of social reform is to abolish imperialism right?#there won’t be good just showing up out of nowhere without slavery and/or imperialism

my family is fucking addicted to macgyvering and it's becoming a problem. every time something in this house breaks, instead of doing the sensible thing of replacing it or calling someone qualified to fix it, we all group around the offending object with a manic look in our eyes and everyone gets a try at fixing it while being cheered on or ridiculed by the rest.
it's a beautiful bonding activity, but the "creative" fixes have turned our house into a quasihaunted escape room like contraption where everything works, but only in the wonkiest of ways. you need a huge block of iron to turn on the stove. the oven only works if a specific clock is plugged in. the bread machine has a huge wood block just stapled to it that has become foundational to its function. sometimes when you use the toaster the doorbell rings. and that's just the kitchen.
it's all fun and games until you have guests over and you have to lay out the rules of the house like it's a fucking board game. welcome to the beautiful guest room. don't pull out the couch yourself you need a screwdriver for that, and that metal rod makes the lamp work so don't move it. it also made me a terrifying roommate in college, because it makes me think i can fix anything with enough hubris and a drill. you want to call the landlord about a leaky faucet? as if. one time my dad made me install a new power socket because we ran our of extension cords
#this post was inspired by me using a screwdriver to take the broiler off the wall because the warm water stopped working#while my dad went well there is only cables in there. who are we if we dont find our ways around some cables#damn right!!!!

“…to me” is one of the most powerful disclaimers we have on here… is this character analysis accurate? debatable. but it’s real… to me.
#honestly i have never read character analysis that i felt was 100% accurate#and it shouldn’t be#it’s a transformative creative work in and of itself based on the viewer’s subjective experience with the work#To Me is especially useful for less serious things#like. this random song applies to this extremely specific and emotionally fraught situation… To Me 😌😌#you know how it is

I have thick greasy hair, and I feel this. I initially cut my hair short because I could not keep it clean (now it's short because I'm trans lmao). It would get slimy and for a while the only solution was getting it professionally washed. Which is expensive as hell. One hair tip I see a lot is don't wash your hair for x weeks. My brother in christ if I do that I will come out with my hair clumping and it generally looking like I lost a wrestling match with a bottle of olive oil. To this day, I'm still not sure quite how to treat it
I wash it every two days, in the evening. I use treseme deep cleanse/ultra clarifying shampoo (specifically treseme, because it is the only brand that actually washes out fully. even non deep cleanse treseme shampoo will not leave my hair greasy). I go through it twice (or three times, if I left it more than two days). I use an entire palm of shampoo for each go through (remember, I have short hair, this is a lot). The first will just be rubbed on with me leaning forward with the water not directly on my head. The second (and third if I'm doing that) will be lathered with the shower off (this makes it fluffier, it will still be clean without this tho. but the first needs the shower on). Then I wash my body. I use no conditioner. I probably never will use conditioner again. I squeeze dripping water out and then I leave my hair to air-dry, and usually sleep with it damp. The next two days, it will be fluffy. By the end of the second day, it is on its way to becoming slimy again. That's why I wash it then. I don't dare leave it longer
High maintenance hair sucks ass. And thick hair is not what it's cracked up to be. Especially mine, which somehow manages to have no visible volume as well as excessive thickness.
i hate trying to figure out how to treat my long hair cuz all the results are like this
#hair care#thick hair#accepting care tips btw#this works for me#and it took literal years of trial and error to get to this point#long post
