I know I've posted so much shit about Dee and Metal Family in the past 2-ish days, but I have more.

Everything about Dee's interactions in S2.E2 is hilarious.

Although I might be laughing at him because I've done basically half of the same things.

INCLUDING once accidentally showing someone I liked (friend) a preplanned conversation instead of the other thing I meant to show them.

And also my issue with being like "welll.... I do know where you live" but not in a bad way, just a "I know where you are for hangouts" way. But it always comes off as weird cause I don't know how to tone it.

Dee is a lot like me, which may be why I love him so much. He is my favorite, and I can not get enough of this goddamn content.

And, aside from that thing of me just absolutely loving Dee's interactions because they remind me of me. S2.E1, you know how I mentioned that I hc Dee as a trans guy? Still believe that even with the fact Victoria calls him 'princess' and 'her' because in all honesty, I believe that Victoria only says it playfully. And it's an old habit from before Dee truly came out to her, but he doesn't really object to it, only getting a bit annoyed from it (but knowing she means it lovingly) if anyone else did that, he'd get pissed.

Also, can we please talk about how awesome it is that despite it not being explicitly stated (at least so far from what I've seen) in the show that Dee is neurodivergent that he is stated to have neurodivergent traits but they're not shown in an exaggerated or overly simplified way??? This made me SO happy because goddamnit I want more characters like that! (Heavy also does that for me, on a lesser level. But that might just be because I don't favor him as much as I do with Dee.) I love my ND characters so much, and I'm so glad that I have more now. It's actually been making me smile a shit ton, and has severely helped my mood.

(Of course that also means I'm neglecting finishing the episodes I have access to because I don't want it to "end" or be "over," but at the same time goddamnit I want to binge it. I also really want to talk to people in this goddamn fandom, but apparently, it's like– dead??? Like dead as fuck? Almost??)

8. What is something the fandom does for this character that you absolutely despise?

It would definitely have to be the amount of people in the fandom who portray her as a heartless monster!! Want examples, A redditor referred to both her and Georgia as worse than H*tler, A wishfushipping fanfic on Wattpad had Burgundy kidnap Iris in one of the chapters to get back at Cilan, Another fanfic showed Both her and Georgia trying to stalk and hunt down Iris against her will, causing Iris to flee to Hapu's farm on Poni Island, need I say more? All in all, people who portray her in this way I feel like miss the entire point of her character and her arc that was never finished likely due to the 3/11 earthquake in Japan. Burgundy isn't supposed to be a heartless and calculating villain, She is supposed to be a young girl who wants to earn Cilan's respect but goes about it the wrong way. If Burgundy was truly heartless, why does she treat her pokemon with care and understanding after they lose a battle? Why did she happily clap for Iris when she won the Club battle tournament? These are questions to consider for the people who think Burgundy is a physchopath!!

13. What is an emoji, emoticon, and/or any symbol that reminds you of this character or you think the character would use?

This is one that I have never really thought about before but I'll give it a shot. Okay, so here are some emojis that remind me of Burgundy... 😈 😤🤬💢🥺🍇🎭 💜 So all the angry emojis are because of how angry Burgundy is all the time, the anime eyes emoji or whatever it is called is because of how she is with her pokemon, The grape reminds me of her and Georgia's ship name, the theater emoji is because of how dramatic Burgundy is and I also hc her to be a theater kid, and lastly the purple heart because it matches her hair color and if you know me, you know that I use it a lot in my Burgundy related posts lol. Now, here are the emojis or emoticons that I think Burgundy would use a lot... :), :(, <3, ;), ♏️ ✡️ 🐶🦁👑. Explanation, all the emoticons in the beginning are because they sound very much like something that Burgundy would use when texting people, The Scorpio since I headcanon Burgundy to be a Scorpio with her birthday being in early November, the star of David since I headcanon Burgundy to be Jewish, the dog because of her stoutland, and finally the lion and the crown go together since I headcanon Burgundy to be a huge Lion King fan!!

Okay so I think Burgundy's asthetic would be a mix of goth grunge and cute kawaii. She has several pink, pastel, sanrio items but she also has a lot of black goth-related items as well. She tends to wear her cute kawaii items when she is feeling happy and excited and she wears the goth grunge items when she feels depressed and angry. So her asthetic represents her two sides. Btw, I actually got the inspo for Burgundy's asthetic from @cadygroves !!

Sen's Rambles

Recently got a cute purple bow I started wearing. I got my ears pierced on Outer Science Day (8/31), coincidentally! I got some small cheap stainless steel star ones for now. After that, I'll go get some post earrings 🙏

The school semester started for me on the 4th, so I'll be busier and won't have the time to draw as often.

I'll try to keep up my posts of posting something everyday (or almost everyday) since I usually post stories right before I go to bed, art and/or rambles

I clipped my bow to my hair loosely so it doesn't tug on my hair but it almost fell off, so I'll also think about getting a bow with a scrunchy eventually too. Since I wanna wear a cute purple bow like Selena, but I still want it to be comfy. Right now this bow is still fine ^^

Admittedly I'm still thinking of what ship I wanna draw for my birthday on 9/12… I think it'll be posted late since I was mainly working on school work this week. I think it needs to be a Sen-core ship.

I was having a hard time deciding what ship I wanted to draw. I feel like it should be XanLena since Selena is my KHR OC (and beloved wife), but I'm also open to others too. I think I want to draw them in traditional Viet clothes as a redraw of my old XanLena pieces in the past.

I also considered drawing KuroEne or JuAli.

Since for JuAli, I've been sketching ideas irt a potential Tegaki fan-animatic with them. Particularly the Vocaloid Song crossover I thought of...

I also had some other ideas too of art ideas to draw with them! I wanna draw them in Chinese and Arabic traditional clothes, and then have them wear matching couple hanfu at some point.

I really want to make coloured doodle ship pieces for the rest of my ships that can match the quality of the KuroEne one I drew.

The expressions and colours are so good in my recent KuroEne art that I want to be able to match the same level of quality for my other ships too.

I've drawn KuroEne recently, so I wanna draw a ship piece with others. Though it'd be fun~ 9/6 Day is HaruTaka, KonoEne, and KuroEne Day, since 9 is Haruka/Konoha's Mekakushi Dan member code, and 6 is Takane/Ene's 🖤💛💙

Because I want it to be art of them with my HC designs. I still need to refine my sketches and design Alibaba's outfit.

I'd love to commission LimGuda but Douman has a really detailed and complex complicated design so I think that'll be for the future.

Another day, another post.

I was at work (on campus) when I got the update that NAQtube uploaded again. It's another blooper video and we get quite a bit of content here. This blooper video is a little more... unhinged than the first. The video feels like something that a younger kid would make with Windows Movie Maker and their favorite video game, including cursing and some bad humor lol

Firstly, we get views of Comet City, but looking more impoverished, dirty and allegedly gang-ridden. Reminds me of the NYC slums and projects. Nova appears to be playable here. It's unknown if she's unlocked if someone finished the entire game, or she's meant to be playable in Comet City, before Escape Junction.

I love how the icons of the characters will change if they get damaged. More unknown bosses, two for Comet City, and one for Planet Sahara. The lil idle dance Nebula does is so adorable. NPCs (including Celeste) appear to be interactable in some worlds. Side quests for each world or just dialogue to progress the story?

The planet for the Junkyard Boss is known as "Planet Junkyard". Original amirite

I need eyebleach after seeing that fetish art.. but I've seen worse.

They interpret the white room rumor as it being an actual white room with nothing in it. There was apparently creepypastas based on this rumor too.

Nebula and Quasar are ballin, let's go

We finally see what is on that wanted poster. "Intergalactic Protection Force"? and "Neotopia", wonder if that is where Nebula and Quasar are from.

The one screenshot showing both icons of N&Q, possible two player mode with battery counter on top. I noticed some weird writing saying "Why am" and it becomes incomprehensible. It could be saying "Why am I here", but it's not confirmed.

Quasar finally threw hands with Pokie, surprised he hasn't earlier.

The whole plot of the first and second blooper vid be kinda fitting to my hcs for Quasar being kind of "pushed aside" in favor of his sisters. Hell, I could develop a villain arc with Quasar in a different AU.

ANE - Look how they massacred my boys

Let's go for the massacre! Most of the male characters follow the current trend of emasculation: they are either comic relief, or extremely dumb, or angry authoritarians, you name it. But all these categories have something in common: villains in ANE are ALL men.

I have other posts planned, just need to finish translations, but you might notice that most of my points made in these two posts were plot-based. So, again, no need to call me names (and even if you do, I won't change my mind anyway)

First, the emasculated ones:

LEIFTAN: I'm over the fact that Leiftan, who previously talked about leaving, out of nowhere was blackmailed offscreen by the script and stayed, otherwise there would be no way to have interactions with him. But for me, I'd rather he hadn't come back in ANE if he was to become another HH lapdog. And they ended up using as a device in the Earth plot, making the Leifstans lose TWO episodes with him because of it, in a season that had nothing of romance compared to before. Fine, Leiftan wants to "be someone better" and stop being a daemon, but as someone who has been frustrated by not being able to be NEITHER a villain nor a daemon in TO, that was disappointing.

MATHIEU: And yes, I know the idea was to bring in a himbo and have him mature as the game progresses, but gosh… the script didn't help one bit. Eel is so dumb that the only conclusion we come to is that Charles (after all he is sooo evil) considered the faerys so inferior that he didn't even bother to send someone skilled to go look for his daughter, in his mind they would be too dumb to be suspicious of any clue Mat left: like not making an effort to learn alchemy and not getting along with HC, then a big coincidence happens and he's the most likely cause of it, but NO ONE realizes. I thought he pretended to be an idiot and to this day I am sure that was the strategy, but nothing was said about it, I don't think the company even thought about it. HC was the only one who in an indirect way saw that something was wrong, but by force of the script she was forced to keep quiet until she almost died on Earth because of him. Being a simp of Koori and Lance and making me spend maana with useless conversations in the beginning did not help me to keep my interest and I ended up not only changing LI, but agreeing with HC in everything regarding him. I can't believe they took Ezarel out to put this loser in ANE. What is the excuse for this? Renewing the plot because they were afraid to address the adoption issue or something since Ezarel practically adopted the infanticide? Or because it would be too difficult/controversial and they decided to change it? If that's the case, they were rather incoherent, considering how brave they are in terms of non-hetero couples's destinies. Well, it was no use, because Mathieu was just another wasted plot/character. As the saying goes, there's no point in casting pearls before swine.

CHROME: WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO MY LITTLE KING????? Despite being nothing more than a Karenn simp in TO, Chrome had his qualities at the time. Smart, focused, studious, an excellent alchemist, a friend, he was the one who reaches out for Leiftan asking help to avenge his parents. Guys, do you realize he was sharp enough to see through Leif's goodboi facade? Then in ANE Koori has the nerve to say that "he was not fit for the meticulous work that is required of an alchemist," I had no reaction. I must remind you that it was not Chrome who blew up the Alchemy lab in ANE's first episodes the first time we see him, hein :) (and even so she's still described as "EXCELLENT ALCHEMIST". Oh c'mon!). In ANE he has become another himbo, he has no abilities other than to turn into a wolf, thumbs up, not even can he foresee enemy attack and save dumb friends from dangerous creatures in the forest. Because, y'know to exalt Karenn they need to diminish Chrome, whatever means possible. It's never the opposite.

Now Characters who were EXTREMELY DUMBED.

NEVRA: I haven't liked Nevra since TO, his personality didn't appeal to me. In ANE he would be totally indifferent to me… IF NOT for the way he treated Leiftan, demanding that in less than a year he would be 100% recovered and available to the Guard to be treated like a mere hound by everyone. I doubt he did the same thing with Lance… oops, wait, by force of script Lance was in jail for a year and already came out with his mind reformed! And if we draw a parallel, he complains about Erika's behavior who somewhat disapproves him for Nevra not being the way he used to be, almost demanding him to treat her the way he used to, even if you are not on his route.

Erika does to Nevra what Nevra does to Leiftan, but then it's impossible, right? The others MUST give in to his orders, but HE can't give in because "he has changed", "lost friends and/or girlfriend". And if the writing addressed the situation in this direction it could have been really nice, but obviously no, we had none of that. I understand the situation, however it "explains but doesn't justify" it.

But I like the fact that Nevra by the position he occupies, his austere expression doesn't match the "Captains Marvel" of the Guard, since he doesn't need to force any demonstration of power or draw attention to himself by whatever means necessary, he already naturally exudes that aura and so it's much harder to subdue him than Mathieu and Leiftan. Nevra can even oPprESs royalty, who feels so intimidated (that's the feeling I got from the character sprite at the time) in his presence that the character resorts to bad jokes instead of talking to him normally. And if she musters the courage to speak out, it is only because of panic attacks caused by a trip where she was forced to go because company demanded it.

Ah, but let's not forget his authority breakdowns and that's where the character is destroyed. First of all: Ewelein tells Erika that they're short of resources to make healing potions, I assume as Guard leader Nevra must be informed of that as well? Was he informed? I guess not, plot conveniently says nothing about it. If they're short of resources, they won't have more than one potion to protect his skin on Earth, correct? Which means THEY CAN'T take their sweet time on Earth, they need to hurry. But what happens? Nevra decides to assert his authority and force them to eat. NEVER would Nevra expose the Guard members that way. Any justification related to "better eat because the mission is risky, long, dangerous, you will need strength" goes downhill. In the Genkaku mission nobody ate anything before or during the mission, and it must have been at least a day of travel + a whole day investigating that building. In a mission on Earth of course they had to eat before, but NO ONE remembered?! Eating on Earth would cause them to lose time and still take unnecessary risks as it conveniently ended up happening. And from Erika's descriptions, she was so anxious that she wasn't hungry, weren't the other HQ members also anxious at least a little? In other words, Leiftan was kidnapped solelly thanks to Nevra's dumb decision, it's all on him, it's his fault. (it's actually the fault of whoever thought up and developed that plot, but that's okay). Even so, I HIGHLY doubt that Nevra and Lance couldn't stand some hours without food.

Now the Toxic ones :D

TENJIN: Of course, right? lol I won't take too long, but this is probably the second cruelest villain in the game according to the crimes he committed, losing only to Charles. You already know what I think, more and more I am understanding what the "show, don't tell" means, thanks to hive that gives great examples this season. Koori's main characteristic is that she is always joking and we never know when she is telling the truth or not. We only heard her version of the story, and what we heard from his version was very little, so as much as the game forces Erika and her to be best friends, I don't trust her.

Did he really "take power" and nobody said anything? Did he manage to convince everyone? Like, everyone?! We see from the map that Genkaku is continental, he would need to go all over the kingdom trying to convince them and from what we saw of Tenjin, he is so paranoid and tyrannical that he would never leave his castle. Or are you saying that thanks to the magic of the script he controls everyone's mind just like the magnanimous HH does? Because that one, by force of script, controls the minds of everyone there!

Or do you mean that he has spontaneous popular support? If this support is spontaneous it is because the reign of Koori's family was not good then, and hers wouldn't be either. Ok, we saw that he seems to have immeasurable charisma to fool her parents, and even the Councilors to the point of changing the legislation and removing her from power, BUT as far as I remember, coups don't happen by themselves. Again: didn't anyone from the three sectors of kitsune society support her? Because Tenjin tells us that the faerys of Genkaku thought she had been KIDNAPPED by Eel, and he said his soldiers weren't that happy for that. It's been five years (I guess she arrives at the same year as Mathieu, two years after the sacrifice) and you'll tell me that Tenjin haven't sent somebody to retrieve her? If he were that bad he wouldn't respect Eel's sovereignty, they're on bad terms already what difference would make to attack the HQ to take his wife back? None! But we hear nothing about Tenjin attacking Eel, which means he's prudent enough to avoid sending his people to fight a lost war (after all HQ has an ice dragon), therefore avoiding getting his reputation tainted. As an usurper, he would need support to keep his position, otherwise he would have been deposed the first day he declared himself king, a VERY powerful support for that matter huh? Either from the peasants, the military, or the nobility.

And from the looks of it, Koori didn't have the loyalty of any of those three, for we hear NOTHING about resistance in the north, no one respects her enough to fight for her because ur durr Tenjin was too powerful. C'mon guys, are Tenjin and Koori the only seven-tailed kitsune in Genkaku now or what? And even if players blame Tenjin for "mindcontrolling" his people in order to justify Koori's isolation, we hear nothing about Tenjin erasing the kitsunes memories of her in order to manipulate them, we only know that he bruteforced his way into the kingship by killing her parents.

But I'm pretty sure that Canon Tenjin's support didn't come from the military: all the sprites of kitsunes we saw next to Tenjin had only three tails, so it seems that the army in canon doesn't seem to be that strong. And I don't think a powerful but paranoid leader like Tenjin would allow his escort to be composed of such weak kitsunes. Not to mention that we don't hear anything about him exterminating other kitsunes whose number of tails is higher, the script doesn't explain ANY of that to us.

Since in ANE women are saint and perfect, we can only conclude that his support is spontaneous because the script wanted it that way. After all Koori's parents are powerful and smart to rule a kingdom, but at the same time they were so dumb to be fooled by Tenjin. Well, like parents, like daughter huh? Anyway, I said more than I should have, but Genkaku is one of the biggest holes in terms of plot, not bad for a villain who was written only to be a macho regicide, huh?

CHARLES - The cruelest, most cartoonish villain I've ever seen in this game, and he gave me extreme shame. His existence alone is a major plot hole, because in TO when Erika looks at Leiftan she feels something familiar, comforting, a feeling that she described as being a feeling she had for her mother, at the time I thought that her mother was aengel, not the father. Not to mention that she lost contact with her grandmother from her mother side iirc, meaning it confirms that the faery blood came through her mother. And again, TO shows us how fondly she remembered her father, as much as he was stern (as every big company owner is) he had a good heart and one example was that he was very fond of cats. And Erika realizes in ANE that her room was rebuilt, he remembered every detail of her room, no matter how much some minor details were left out. The mother even divorced Charles because he's kept talking about Erika all those years. But then the company wasted this very high potential villain with the cheapest plot that time and the superiors allowed: "we are experimenting on faerys, and I am the head of the organization MUAHUHAUAH". Was he useful for the plot? Yes, but at the very cost of the plot anyway. First case of Literary cannibalism I've ever seen.

COMIC RELIEF:

ORGELZ - He's just like Tenjin, the difference is that Orgelz is a coward, which makes him a satire on villains. They probably wrote Orgelz like this because the fandom was dying to see how handsome Nevra's father was, and after they saw that we were simping for villains, they changed tactics and created an ugly Orgelz, as well as writing that he was not the father, but another usurper who killed Nevra's father and took over. I don't understand this company: they're not afraid of killing and splitting non-hetero couples apart, but apparently they are afraid of how quickly the audience falls in love with the villains they create, no matter if the villains are toxic or a murderer. In terms of plot he doesn't add anything either, as much as people say it served to make Nevra think and talk to Erika (in an attempt at moral ambiguity that didn't make a difference in the end), Tenjin essentially said the same thing as Orgelz, WITH WAY LESS WASTE OF MAANAS, and back then Nevra didn't even bother to think about it, when he could have. It was convenient, just as it was convenient to go to Yaqut because the company owed us a Nevra arc.

THE "WHATEVER" CASES:

KARUTO AND ZIFU - I put the two together because they serve the same role, fatherly support, but nothing beyond that. But for a change, hive doesn't seem to know how to write non-hetero stories without someone ending up dead, betrayed, or becoming an extremist.

JAMON - I have no opinion of Jamon, I think he fits more into comic relief, maybe. He's pretty much "whatever" in my concept. In terms of usefulness in the plot he adds nothing.

LANCE - Lance is another case that I don't think has that much plot relevance if you don't play his route. The only usefulness is that he keeps Erika from having more moments with the routes, because in the rescue moments he is always the one who saves her. And this was being forced more and more because Erika is unable to decide whether she is strong or weak, in the end he was just a plot device to facilitate the scriptwriters' work who would not need to write different scenes with the other three, SACRIFICING THE ALREADY SCARCE TIME we wanted with the routes. To this day I can't come to terms with the first 'opportunity for romance interaction' we could have had: the one on the ship when Erika falls into the sea and the LI could have gone after her. No, instead, I had to endure him and more other moments that I, as a non-Lancer, was not in the least bit interested.

They even tried to imitate Marvel and make Lance the new Thor, put him in as comic relief because he couldn't speak the word electricity. And ok, he appeared at the end to stop Erika from killing Charles. Seihai in her place would have already said something like "fratricides have no moral right to lecture me" and killed Charles anyway, precisely because Seihai is sure that somehow Charles would escape and kill faerys again if he had the chance.

For someone who was so furious before because he was in Eel as boss, Erika should have spoken up sooner. But coincidentally the plot demands that Erika forget and they take so long to talk about Valkyon that his words in ep 18 are worthless at this point, Erika's path, be it aengel or daemon, is already mapped out, so for me his speech was kind of useless.

Funniest or most embarrassing memory together

Jon: when Steve attempted to drop his camera onto the concrete after picking on him for the pictures of Nancy. (Yes Steve was in the right bc he was protecting his girl but I had to protect my “best friend” too. All of season 1 we were just pinning lol) I caught the camera before it hit the asphalt of the parking lot, handed it to Jonathan, then punched Steve in the face. Then we had to run to the car 😂😂😂😂

Spence: after we said I love you for the first time, I had the smart idea to prove and science knowledge to him and try to flirt. Bad idea. Hey anon! So sorry it took me forever to finish writing this but good luck if you’re planning on pulling Xiao. I really wanted to finish writing this fic as an offering to the gacha gods that c1 xiao wants to bless me (even tho that’s not gonna happen). But good luck to everyone rolling today^^.

Xiao: Fainting HCS

Instant panic mode engaged. If you’ve ever doubted his adepti power of swiftness you’re about to be mistaken. He’s noticed that you seem a bit out of it but brushed it off as you being tired from your recent journey. If there was anything bothering you, you would tell him. But as he turned around to greet you back, it seems like time is slowing down for him. He sees how your eyes glazed over and become unfocused. The muscles in your body snap and you drop to the ground. He can feel his blood run cold as past memories that have been waiting to jump at him suddenly claw at him but he doesn’t even register them. He’s already running towards you.

He’s already caught you in his arms before you can even meet the wooden floor. His brain is racing as he quickly checks your pulse to make sure you didn’t suffer from a heart attack or a curse. He makes a quick search over your body to check for any injuries, he can already feel the red hot iron of anger fill his system at the thought of someone trying to take advantage of you or threaten you. He’s usually logical in these types of situations, even the death of Rex Lapis didn’t shock him this much, but he’s been battling his conflicting feelings ever since he met you. But now that he’s finally accepted you and himself, he wouldn’t know what to do if anything happened to you. His mind flashes to Guizhong before he shakes away the thought.

It doesn’t occur to him that you might be sick as he tries to shake you awake. Whatever teachings Guizhong and Morax have taught him fly out the window as he holds you so close to his chest, he’s pretty sure his grip on you is bruising. He knew mortal souls weren’t as strong as adepti and staying around one might cause sickness or even worse- death. Was this his fault? He can feel the drop in his stomach as he tries to reign in his emotions and powers, not here.

Verr almost screams when Xiao breaks the wooden ceilings and lands in front of her. She’s scared that there was a monster outbreak or something was wrong with Xiao before she notices your passed out form in his arms. As much as she likes to joke around and thinks your relationship with Xiao is cute, she knows that if anything came to seriously harm you she wouldn’t able to calm Xiao before he goes on a rampage. You mean so much to him and he hasn’t opened his heart to anyone except you.

She can tell he’s nearly past his breaking point as he looks at her with dilated eyes as he asks, no commands, her to help you. It’s such whiplash to her. Xiao’s always been polite and reserved that she almost forgets he used to be a demon slaying Yaksha, but this isn’t the time for her to worry about that. She quickly leads him to the backroom since there’s no way Xiao wouldn’t bite any hand that comes near you. Bless Verr’s heart since this isn’t the first time she’s had to handle Xiao’s outbreaks that she manages to save face and contact a doctor that was staying at the inn to look at you. She does feel a bit bad for the doctor who looks like he’s about to piss himself in fear as Xiao growls and watches the doctors every move with piercing yellow eyes.

Xiao is still wary when the doctor and Verr try to calm him down and examine you more closely, always flinching back whenever their hands get too close to you, letting out a dangerous hiss whenever there’s the slightest twitch of discomfort in your face when the doctor feels your heated forehead. As soon as the doctor concludes that you’ve been sick for the past few days and your body just needs to heal itself and recharge, the tension on Xiao’s shoulder loosens and the suffocating aura that’s been filling the room slowly filters out. Verr can’t help but sigh in relief but can’t bring herself to scold Xiao for breaking the inns roof as she watches him look over your form with worried eyes as he softly nudges your cheek. He’s still holding you but his grip has loosen slightly as he rests his forehead against yours. He breathes a sigh of relief as he rubs small circles in your hand. Xiao’s never been the most affectionate or shown to be the most caring but you’ve seriously scared him. She quietly leaves him be and closes the door as she begins to prepare to fix the damages.

Xiao never leaves your side as he waits for you to wake up. He can’t help but berate himself for not confronting you. The doctor said you would be fine but he can’t but imagine your body falling in a more violent scene. He quickly shakes those thoughts away as he paces around the room, sits besides you, then goes back to pacing. Usually he would go on a walk or beat his aggression out but he doesn’t want to leave you alone should you awake early.

Xiao doesn’t ramble about his day while you’re asleep, instead he just observes your features and the small movements you make to remind him that you’re okay. How your chest moves up and down as you breath or how your eyes sometimes scrunch in sleep. You’ve made him almost trip when you did it the first time since he thought you were waking up. He can’t help but think back to his fellow Yaksha’s and what they would say if they saw the way he was acting now.

Since his panic attack has mostly subsided he’s found himself growing more curious. He’s still worried about you but he’s managed to reason with himself that you’re okay, just sick which he’s going to scold you a bit for when you awake, so he softly brushes his fingers across your face. Before snatching his hand away in embarrassment. What the hell is he doing? Guizhong would slap him sideways if she saw him now. He huffs at himself as he deflates a little and rests his head on the bed beside your head. He’s patient. He will wait when your ready to wake up.

When you suddenly gain consciousness, it feels as if the entire world is weighing you down. You slowly blink open your eyes to see a worried Xiao hovering over you, his hands awkwardly in the air since he’s not sure if it’s okay to touch you.

“How are you feeling?” Xiao asks as his eyes dart all over the place before resting on your face. You’re still a bit out of it but you can tell he must have been really worried. You try to give him a small smile but with how scuffy you feel you can bet it’s not a pretty picture.

“Like I got slammed with one of Zhongli’s meteors,” you tried to laughed before coughing as Xiao quickly pressed a cup of water to your lips. Slowly letting you drink and calm down. 

“If you have time to make jokes then you’re alright” Xiao sighs before his features change slightly. His eyes glaze over in concern as a small frown appears. He really does look like a kicked kitten as he slumps over as the stress finally lifts as he feels your hand softly run through his hair.

“Sorry,” you say, he must have been so stressed out while you were passed out for him to look so exhausted. He simply nudges into your hand before turning his face to kiss your palm,

“There’s no need for apologies. I’m...just glad you’re okay,” Xiao mumbles before he’s back to pressing his head into your stomach. You can’t help but smile delicately as you reach over and bring Xiao up with you until he’s lying over you as you hug him gently. There’s a bit of shuffling before you’re able to spoon him as he let’s himself relax after the two day panic attack he just went through.

When you’ve fully recovered Xiao seems to hover around you a bit more. Well not a bit, a lot more, but no one has the heart to tell him that. It’s actually kind of adorable seeing the aloof and reserved adepti seem to follow you around like a loss duckling. Making sure you’re okay and you’re not overworking yourself. He still keeps his tough demeanor but you seriously gave him a big scare.

When Zhongli and Childe come over for their weekly visits of tea, they were aware that Xiao had locked himself in a room to watch over you and anyone that even stepped near the door would be skewered with a spear - and Verr would make them pay for the damages (Zhongli) and whatever consequences Xiao saw fit (Childe) - but they are happy to see you’re okay. You all fall back into your usual rhythm of conversation or Childe trying to get a rise out of Xiao while you and Zhongli talk about how lovely the weather’s been.

Zhongli let’s you in on some details that Xiao or Verr never mentioned while Childe and Xiao are fighting about who knows what. How Xiao wouldn’t leave your side or that he resembled a kicked kitten as he nudged your hand when he thought no one was looking. He offers you some medicine herbs to help with exhaustion and to take care of yourself. Likewise, to give Xiao some pain medication on his behalf. You’re one of the few good things in Xiao’s life and he doesn’t want anything bad happening to you.

Genshin is at this point a "character I simp for"-collector haha And now on to the request, thanks for sending this in, I've been struggling with every other piece I've been working on the last days so idk writing these small drabble / bullet point fics is a nice change. Though I have to apologise that the Albedo s/o hc is the only one that actually doesn’t really fulfils the request…

And I didn’t add Zhongli, I had this request for a while now in my drafts, Albedo and Diluc finished but idk I couldn’t come up with something for Zhongli and it frustrated me so now I’m posting it like this 😩

Nighttime headcanon part II. - Nightmare headcanon

Albedo

Ah, he did it again. Albedo didn't intend to stay so long at the laboratory inside of the headquarters of the knights again. To be honest he had planned to come home earlier that night, but alas - he didn’t notice the passing of time again until Sucrose knocked on the door, pulling him out of the trance he gets into when he works and reminding him of the time.

When Albedo opened the door to the shared apartment it was already filled with darkness again. A deep sigh left him as he took of his coat and shoes, making his way towards the shared bedroom. He really missed going to bed with you. It was so different than joining in bed, there were no sweet good night kisses nor wishes.

Though when he walked into the bedroom he didn’t expect to see this. Normally you would sleep peacefully, the only noises coming from you would be your snores. But when Albedo saw your sleeping body in bed tonight there seemed nothing peaceful about you.

It looked like you have been tossing and turning in bed for a while, the blanket didn’t cover your body, it was already halfway on the floor. But your face was the give away - you looked so scared.

Slowly Albedo made his way to the bed, sitting down next to you, still in his clothes, not sure what he should do. It would be best to wake you up, wouldn’t it?

“No… don’t”, he heard you whimper. He really should wake you up. But something, maybe it was is damned curiosity, in him wanted to hear more. Albedo wanted to know what scared you so much in your sleep.

“Albedo, please- albedo-“ ah, a sharp pain made it’s way through Albedos heart. What were you having a nightmare about that involved him?

Albedo wanted to know more, wanted to hear more. But he couldn’t stomach how scared you sounded, scared of him, so he gently put his hand on your hair, stroking it in the hopes it might sooth your dream.

However at the touch you woke up, looking directly in Albedos eyes. Before he could say anything tears already made their way down your face, hands and arms wrapping around Albedos waist and hiding your face in his stomach.

“Hey, hey it’s fine. I’m here. It was just a nightmare”, he said in a quite and gentle voice.

But that’s it - it didn’t feel like a nightmare at all to you. The moment you woke up the dream already was forgotten, except for the last thing you saw in it. You remembered the bitter feeling of betrayal, heartbreak and you were so scared. So horribly scared. The last imagine that burned itself into your head was Albedos face, looking at you with an blank expression, his eyes empty from all of the love he had for you. It felt more like a horrible future and not a nightmare.

This was nothing you felt like you could tell Albedo… it sounded quite silly, didn’t it? And the way Albedo looks at you right now, eyes filled with worry but so much love for you. There was no way those eyes would grow cold one day, would there?

Diluc

The last few weeks have been extremely stressful, for you and Diluc. With festivities right around the corner and many new visitors in Mondstadt because of them, Diluc and you had your hands filled.

Diluc for once more as the owner of Dawn Winery than the ‘Dark Knight Hero’ ah how much he despises that name

While yes, the crime rates and suspicious behaviour just grew with the amount of new people that visited Mond - but so did the demand for his alcohol. And after some incidents with slimes and some inefficient knights - Diluc had his hands full, day and night.

And you? You were busy yourself with your work, the festivities tripled your workload too and the worst about it was: there was no time to see Diluc for more than a few minutes awake.

When you went to bed he wasn’t there and when you woke up - rarely the past weeks was he asleep next to you (only once to be honest). Most of the time he was already awake again (or maybe still awake, you couldn’t tell at how short your encounters have become).

Diluc felt horribly guilty about how he didn’t spend any time with you. Yes you both were quite busy the last weeks, but even he could feel how the stress and the lack of your sight slowly tore him down.

So tonight he decided to skip his duties as Mondstadts protector - just for this one night, wanting to spend it with you. But even then, when he arrived home, entering the shared bedroom he saw you already asleep. It wasn’t too late in the evening, but he figured that you were just exhausted. And honestly? He was too.

So Diluc decided to lay down beside you, maybe you both couldn’t spend some time awake again but for now this must be enough. Though Diluc promises to himself that once all of this madness is over again to give you the attention you deserved.

The moment Diluc took his place beside you in bed, he noticed a small shift in your behaviour. Your breathing wasn’t calm like normally and how did Diluc just notice the way your brows furrowed. It looked like you had a nightmare.

Carefully he took you in his arms, hoping to give you the comfort you need for the nightmare to end. But it did not. It seemed like it was just getting worse and when you started to cry in your sleep was when Diluc had enough.

Softly he wiped away the tears, whispering “hey (y/n), it’s fine. Wake up, it’s just a dream, it’s okay”.

His soft touch and quite words woke you up, finding yourself in his arms. What? How and when?

You pressed your face into his chest, taking in his smell. Ah. How much you missed him, all of it. You felt how Diluc planted a kiss on your head.

“Are you alright Darling?”, he asks and you sigh at the sound of his voice, at with how much love and concern in it he asks. You shift a bit, now being able to see in his eyes in the dark. “It’s fine I’m- I’m just stressed.” His thumb trailed the dark circles under your eyes. “To me it seems like you are more than stressed.”

“I just couldn’t sleep because of it that well the last days, it’s fine”, at your words Diluc shot you a look of concern. “It’s not okay, since when do you have these nightmares?”. You hid your face again in his chest before mumbling out your answer. “It’s only when I sleep alone.”

Diluc felt a wave of guilt go through him. Only having those nightmares when you slept alone? Now to come to think of it, Diluc hasn’t slept next to you in the past few days (that idiot hasn’t slept much at all)

Squeezing you in his arms he lays his chin down on your head, promising you that you won’t have to fall asleep alone anymore. And he’s here now. It’s okay.

After a while you fall asleep, Diluc listening to your calm and soft breathing until he falls asleep himself.

Both of you had to wake up early that morning, but when Adeleine walked into the bedroom to wake you - ah, you two looked so peaceful in bed together and she just hadn’t the heart to disturb that peace.

. He insisted on training outside even though the forecast called for rain.

. Also insisted that he needed a training buddy and you were the only one awake.

. You two barely started actual sparing when the first few droplets of rain started to fall and you questioned if you should move the practice someplace dry.

. "You think villains are gonna stop because of a little rain? I don't think so! Now gimme all you got, damn it!"

. You've both always been fairly matched when it came to sparring so after about 30 minutes of going back and forth you were both soaked through and covered in mud.

. Laying on your backs, looking up at the clouds with the rain still coming down, you heard Bakugo crack a small laugh before standing up and pulling you to your feet.

. After hot showers, you curled up together in his dorm room under a mound of plush blankets.

. He brewed hot tea that you both sipped on while reading your favorite respective mangas listening to the raindrops hitting the glass.

. "Thanks." He'd mutter into your temple after giving you a soft kiss. "Drink up. Don't want my teddy bear getting sick."

Midoriya

. You two were walking back to campus when the rain started coming down, but Midoriya was prepared for it.

. He popped open the All Might themed umbrella he'd been carrying with him all day and pulled you in close.

. Everything had been fine until a gust of sudden wind hit you both by surprise, and in an instant, the umbrella was inside out. Midoriya tried his best to right All Might but it was no use.

. "Plan B, I guess." He wrapped an arm around you and, using his quirk, ran to the nearest coffee shop. "We should wait it out here. If we walk all the way back with no cover we could get sick, and then we'd-"

. You silenced his babbling with a quick kiss turning his cheeks rosy when you praised him for his quick thinking.

. The shop was cozy and smelled inviting. Midoriya wasted no time buying you both something to drink and a pastry to share while you found a booth.

. It took about an hour for the rain to slow to a drizzle. "We could probably go now... if you wanted to."

. You snuggled closer into his side and suggest waiting for a sprinkle of rain rather than a drizzle. And he was happy to oblige.

Kaminari

. This boy was too excited when he woke up and realized rain was really coming down. He threw his covers off himself and got right to work!

. He'd been busy all morning, running around nonstop, and didn't bother to stop when anyone asked him what he was up to.

. Shortly after noon, you get a text from him telling you to meet him in his dorm as soon as possible.

. Thinking something might have been wrong, you dropped whatever you were doing and went straight away.

. When he answered the door, he beckoned you into his room with a flourish. "I might have gone a bit overboard." He chuckled.

. It looked like he stole every available blanket and pillow from the rest of your classmates and constructed the most elaborate fort you'd ever laid your eyes on.

. "We've got board games, card games, video games. And I have stocked up on drinks and snacks..." He jumped up, nearly falling over his own two feet. "I also set this up!" He turned the lights off and turned on a small projector. "Perfect for movies, right babe!"

. He'd really gone and thought of everything.

Kirishima

. Kirishima had been planning on taking you to the zoo for two weeks. It'd been all the guy could think about, and you were equally as excited. So excited, in fact, that neither of you thought to check the weather forecast.

. It started to come down as you drove. "We, well, we could go back to the dorms. Try another time?" He looked so sad even as he suggested doing the thing you both knew was the smarter option.

. That's why when you told him to keep driving, a wide, sharp-toothed smile quickly spread from damn near ear to ear.

. You walked for hours around the zoo in the pouring rain, looking at all the animals, jumping in puddles, and spinning around like idiots.

. By the time you climbed back in the car to head home, his hair was sticking to his forehead, and your shirt was nearly seethrough... and the sniffles began.

. You both shed your wet clothes and climbed into his bed once back in the dorms. Coughing and sneezing messes.

. Bakugo nearly broke down Kirishima's door in sheer annoyance, asking what the both of you had done to get sick and, after hearing the explanation, left to go make you two idiots some soup.

. "I don't regret a single thing." Kiri kissed the tip of your stuffed up nose before eating his soup with another huge smile on his face.

Todoroki

. Rainy days make Todoroki very sleepy. He has a tough time getting out of bed on rainy days and will only make an effort to if it is mandatory.

. It was something about the sound of rain on glass that made his eyes feel heavy and how warm his blanket felt around him.

. When it's almost one in the afternoon and you haven't seen him all day, you decide you should probably check on him. You knock and he tells you it's open.

. You're barely able to see his two-toned hair peeking out from under his blanket and you question what he's still doing in bed. "The rain. I just like staying in bed when it rains. But, I can get up if you wanted me to."

. He starts to crawl out of his cacoon, but you tell him that isn't necessary. Instead, you run back to your dorm, change into comfy clothes and ask to join him in his snuggle cacoon.

. Todoroki welcomes you in with open arms. And after a bit of wiggling, you are securely tucked into his side.

. He opens his phone again, back to the youtube video he was watching and presses play.

. It doesn't take him long to nuzzle into the top of your head, humming contently. "You make rainy days even better."

Sero

. Rainy days have an odd way of making Sero productive.

. His entire room would suddenly be spotless, laundry clean and folded AND put away. He even goes around the common area and picks up any small messes. He doesn't just clean either, his school projects would be done, and he'd be all caught up on any reading too.

. But, when there is nothing else to clean and no more school work. He'd come to find you. "Think you could, uh, slip away to the roof with me, love?

. Under a small overhang, shielded from the rain, Sero would light the blunt he had tucked behind his ear. He'd obviously offer to share if that was something you were in to but if not he'd finish it off by himself.

. It wouldn't take long for your backs to slide down the wall, sitting on the cold roof pressed shoulder to shoulder.

. Your eyes fall shut when Sero's cheek pressed against the top of your head when you rest yours on his shoulder. Closing your eyes, letting the sound of the rain consume you.

. "I could fall asleep up here like this. 'S'nice, Y/N."

. You remind him falling asleep in the cold rain probably wasn't the best idea but you weren't against falling asleep in his bed with the window open...

. "You've got the best ideas."

When he is alone, Dazai loves having irregular sleeping schedules(2am he is researching how to hang himself properly). However, now he has you by his side, therefore things need to change/or not.

If you are an early riser, Dazai would be careful at night, to not wake you up. You want to cuddle him to sleep? Fine, guess he’ll stay with you for a while (ends up falling asleep too)

“Looks like you got me again, Belladonna! Well, that was a good rest, maybe we should do it more often.”

Chaotic sleeping schedules too? Well, don’t you two belong together. Dazai is willing to be flexible, as long as you are cool with it.

You would probably need to make Dazai breakfast. But since he is not that picky, whatever fills the stomach will do. (A/N: I would just throw some steamed-bun and milk on the table and be done with it)

Drag him out of bed and help him get dressed, especially his bandages, so you both can go to work on time!

Would absolutely sleep in during days off, or stay up all night, you better prepared yourself for these chaos!

Nakajima Atsushi

Bedtime:10pm

Good tiger boy with a decent sleeping schedule. But if you want to, Atsushi will pull all-nighters with you, expect him to be dead the following day.

Loves to cuddle! There is nothing he loves more than snuggling with you under a warm blanket in the harsh winters! (A/N: I lowkey want to cuddle with Tiger Atsushi though…)

“(Y/N), you are so warm, I wish I could do this forever…”

He will get up before you and make you breakfast. Probably have all your favourite dishes committed to memory, just one rotation every week. 

Would occasionally cook up something new to see your reaction.

Assuming you two live with Kyoka, she will be the one to wake you up after her and Atsushi finish cooking.

Pretty efficient in the morning, you only need to remind Atushi not to forget the keys, or he would get locked out again.

Kunikida Doppo

(Sorry not sorry for the crack gif)

Bedtime:9:30pm, but if you plead enough he will push it to 10.

Would be up since 5, muttering to himself while he makes plans for the day/week(if it’s a monday), writing them down in his notebook. (A/N: I would not be woken up by this, I slept through thunderstorms before)

Will force you to get up at a reasonable time(For him). If you insist after three warnings, Kunikida will take away your blankets and lure you to be up with the delicious smell of breakfast.

“Smell that Miso soup? You can have it once you stop being a winter dormouse and get up.”

I can see Kunikida being picky with food, so breakfast duty would fall to him. But if you want to help, he is more than happy to show you what to do. You can give him a kiss when he is chopping vegatables, it would make him all red and flustered >:)

Generally organized and calm, but Kunikida would blush if you help him to button up his shirts or tie his tie every time.

Edogawa Ranpo

Bedtime:11pm

Ranpo is not big on staying up, but he understands the appeal. Will never pull all nighters though, the great detective needs to preserve his sharp mind after all.

Also loves to cuddle, like you to hold him as if he is a big baby(A/N:he is, but that is beside the point)

“I’m getting up at seven tomorrow, so why don’t you come to bed with me? The bed is so cold without you, sugarcube...”

You two would take turns making breakfast. In the beginning when you are still figuring out each other’s likes and dislikes, there will be some commotion. Luckily Ranpo always got different flavoured donuts stored in one of the cupboards.

Help this man get dressed, comb his hair. Hold his hand while you two get to work by bus, and always have some lollipops in your purse in case he runs out of sweets.

Street racer!bf/gf headcanons

Note: this is set in the world of adkor - an ongoing series featuring the haikyuu characters as street racers! However you don’t actually have to read it to understand these headcanons (they’re just regular bf hcs with a bit of spice)

Includes: the main trio of love interests - Oikawa, Iwaizumi and Kiyoko

✗ As a bf he would honestly love for you to attend his races but would honestly be really scared for you. Like he wouldn't want you to be at the bleachers or a checkpoint alone because he knows he’s in a sketchy crowd and wants to prioritise your safety!

✗ So during the races where he’s not with you, you chill in Seijoh’s clubroom with the managers and everyone else who’s not racing or working. There you watch the race live on the large flatscreen that’s been divided into 12 sections - each broadcasting a different checkpoint or area. 

✗ OMG!!! He would definitely want to see you try on his uniform - wear his helmet or his jacket and he would literally melt for you <3333 Iwa my beloved. Not that he’d ever really admit that he liked it, but you’d know by the way his face heats up and he becomes a stuttering mess. 

✗ Speaking of wearing his uniform- omg he would absolutely die for you to wear a jacket or a hoodie of his to the races!! And honestly why wouldn't you? It smells good, it's comfy and if we’re being completely honest… you look hot in it! 

✗ Iwa is not the irresponsible type (*cough* Oikawa *cough*) so he would not! Absolutely never allow you to sit in the passenger seat while he drives in a race - even if you are a racer yourself. 

✗ Howeverrrr, if it’s just a chill day with the two of you, he’ll take you for a spin in his car - speed down the streets of Miyagi at obscure hours of the night or perhaps the break of dawn.

✗ Dates are so cute and fun with him! He’ll drive you to cool places that are probably abandoned or restricted/off limits and then he’ll treat you to a cute picnic. 

✗ Every so often he posts pics of you with sappy captions on instagram. His instagram is mainly just car stuff though lol :P

✗ Tries to keep you away from Oiks but you end up becoming besties with him <3, he’ll never admit it but he loves that the two people he cherishes most are close with each other

✗ Following adkor plot, if Yn ends up with Iwa he’ll likely be a bit jealous if they ever interact with Oikawa (because Oiks also fancies Yn for those who don't know). This may cause a strain on his relationship with Oikawa but also Oiks’ relationship with you/Yn. Eventually he’ll get over himself and become less insecure but it will take time. 

✗ He’s also jealous of Kiyoko, she’s so pretty and kind and loving and caring and best of all? She’s safe. Kiyoko does not endanger her life and she rarely yells and she’s just so peaceful. He just can't understand how he is so polar opposite to your ex and it makes him insecure - he’ll most likely be cold and distant towards her to deal with himself.  

✗ You've definitely made out in the backseat of his car :) 

✗ Oh! Also he lets you choose his air freshener. Calls it his “good luck charm.”

✗ When you notice that he’s jealous - and trust me, you will, all you have to do is delicately lace his fingers with yours and wrap your other arm around his; maybe place a light kiss on it - preferably his shoulder if you can reach. This simple action is enough to calm him down and remind him that your love belongs to him - nobody else.

✗ Dates are wild and passionate. He zooms along the streets of Miyagi with a grin so large and so carefree you can't help but fall in love all over again with how at peace and genuine he’s being. He has one hand on the steering wheel and the other around you, occasionally he looks over to wink but then he turns back and and lets the wind from his open window run uncontrollably through his already unruly hair. This, ladies, gentlemen and esteemed guests, is a sight so beautiful and genuine that it would be burned into your irises as a core memory if you will - something unforgettable.

Honestly the whole time she sneaks glances at you and blushes at how cute you are when you’re stressed out. She won't admit it though. 

✗ PLEASE PLEASE reassure her that you don't feel any negative emotions towards her and that you love her. She needs it. 

✗ Okay if we’re not following adkor’s plot and you're a street racer yourself then she is going to be so worried for you! She will constantly check up on you before your race and hold you in a hug so tight you swear you’re going to die from lack of oxygen; though she only does this behind your team’s garage/locker room/club room because she gags at PDA 

✗ Definitely gives you the same type of hug after you finish the race. 

✗ I think she would melt if you wore some of her clothes or even an accessory. 

✗ Omg please drape her scarf over her and say “don't want you getting a cold now- or maybe i do because then id get to snuggly the hell out of you ;)”

Mojo, I know it'd probably be recced before, but I have to recommend stiltonbasket's Twelve Moons and a Fortnight. It has made me squee of cuteness, hold my breath with suspense, marvel over the worldbuilding and character interactions, and just awed me at how well every original piece of lore and HC ties back to canon. I cried over it, only to cry laughing the next chapter. it kept me going through an entire year of lockdown and is finally coming to an end, and the resolution was magnificent.

Twelve Moons and a Fortnight

To prevent his kingdom from being crushed, Lan Zhan, second heir to the Lan kingdom, exchanges his freedom for that of servitude to the Jin kingdom. He is appointed as Jin Zixuan's personal guard, but there's more on his plate than just keeping the Jin heir safe. The Golden Sun Palace is not all that it seems, and the dazzling lives of the royals are less perfect than they appear.

I found a fic I had recently asked you about, so I thought I'd share it with you: Seasons of Falling Flowers by merakily (http://archiveofourown.org/works/28522326). I rediscovered it completely by accident after listening to spinifex's excellent podfic adaptation. This is the fic where Lan Qiren despises Wei Wuxian until Wei Wuxian catches a cold and Lan Qiren find out about his golden core. That part is about 3/4 of the way through. The fic is wonderful and shows a rigid but surprisingly introspective Lan Qiren. ~ @clmoryel [Oh!  I just read this one yesterday!  Here’s my bookmark.]

Hi Mojo, firstly thank you for all the hard work you put into running this blog, I’ve found so many fics that I probably would have never come across if it wasn’t for your fic finders posts and your personal review posts.  [Aw, thank you!]

I don’t know if you’ve read this fic before or if it’s been mentioned before on your blog (I’ve done a quick search of your blog and couldn’t see it, so if I’ve missed it I apologise!) but if you’ve got a fic rec post coming up, I would suggest “The shapes a bright container can contain” by litbynosun.

It’s a case fic about 16k words long and set after canon. Whilst it’s not the main focus of the story it does delve slightly into chronic illness of wwx (the ailments of mxy’s body) and lwj (his continuous treatment of his scars) which might cover a few requests in the IITMF posts in future.

He gently strokes the corpse's arm -- it's covered in soft, pigmentless downy hair, like a rabbit. Lan Wangji crouches next to him and nods. "Lanugo," he says. Wei Wuxian raises one eyebrow. "They were malnourished for quite a while before death," Lan Wangji elaborates. Wei Wuxian scans the bodies again. Indeed, they both have sunken cheeks, and their abdomens are empty of both organs and fat padding. “That’s a question,” he says. “Did they starve to death, and have their bodies desecrated after they were already deceased? Or were they murdered, and simply starving at the same time?” "We should stay," Lan Wangji tells him. This is not an answer to his question. It is an offer to search for answers.

Or: Wei Wuxian and his family solve a ghost haunting. Wei Wuxain's old enemy, societal injustice, rears its head again.
